1Genetic parameter estimates for growth traits at early stage of Pacific abalone,Haliotis discus hannai Ino显示文摘Heritability and genetic and phenotypic correlations were estimated for juvenile growth traits of Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino.The estimates were calculated from shell length and shell width measurements on progeny resulting from 12 half-sib families and 36 full-sib families obtained using artificial fertilization of mating three females to each male.The measurements were taken at 10,20 and 30 d after fertilization.It was found that heritability estimates based on sire component ranged from 0.23 to 0.36 for shell length and 0.21 to 0.32 for shell width.Heritability estimates from dam component were larger than those from sire component at three ages,indicating presence of maternal effects,non-additive genetic effects and common environmental effects.Phenotypic correlations were significant at three ages(P < 0.05),with values of 0.92,0.93 and 0.92,respectively.Genetic correlations from the paternal half-sib correlation analysis were highly positive at three ages,with values of 0.50,0.78 and 0.81,respectively.The results suggest that selective breeding is an effective approach to improving growth traits of Pacific abalone stocks.DENG Yuewen LIU Xiao ZHANG Guofan ZHAO Hongen 2007Acta Oceanologica Sinica2007,26,5:13
2Growth performance and physiological parameters of the second generation selected and control groups of Pinctada martensii显示文摘In May of 2007,the second generation selected (SS) and control (SC) groups of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii were established by selecting 10% breeders with the largest and mean shell length,respectively,from the first generation selected group.Growth performance of the SS and SC groups were compared on the basis of measurement data at Days 8,18,60,95,195 and 365.On Day 365,100 individuals (60.0–75.0 mm at shell length) were sampled from each group and then subjected to the experiment where physiological parameters such as filtrate rate,oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were measured at 15,20,25 and 30°C.The results show that the SS group had significantly larger mean shell length and shell height than the SC group at Days 8,18,60,95,195 and 365 (P <0.05).The genetic gains at different ages varied from 6.0% to 17.0% for shell length and 5.7% to 14.6% for shell height,respectively.At 15,20,25 and 30 ° C,the SS groups had significantly larger filtrate rate than the SC group (P <0.05).At 15 and 25 °C,the differences in oxygen consumption rate between the SS and SC groups were not significant (P >0.05).At 20 and 30 °C,however,the oxygen consumption rate of the SS group was significantly larger than the SC group (P <0.05).At 15,20,25 and 30 °C,there were no significant differences in ammonia excretion rate between the SS and SC groups (P >0.05).The present results indicate that there existed considerable genetic variability in the base population and a further selection could be likely fruitful.Mass selection for faster growth might produce animals that had higher intake of metabolizable energy by virtue of faster filtrating behavior.DENG Yuewen YU Ziniu DU Xiaodong WANG Qingheng FU Shao 2011Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,2:10

5Characteristics of petroleum accumulation in syncline of the Songliao basin and discussion on its accumulation mechanism显示文摘The relation between oil and water in reservoirs with low and ultra-low permeability is very complicated. Gravitational separation of oil and water is not obvious. Normal reservoirs are located in depression and structural high spot, oil and water transitions are located in their middle. Stagnation is the key fact of oil-forming reservoir in the axis of a syncline based on the research of oil, gas and water migration manner, dynamics and non-Darcy flow in the Songliao basin. In low and ultra-low permeable reservoir, gas and water migrate easily through pore throats because their molecules are generally smaller than the pore throats; but the minimum diameter of oil droplets is larger than pore throats and they must be deformed to go through. Thus, gas and water migrate in advance of oil, and oil droplets remain behind. Pressure differential and the buoyancy force in a syncline reservoir are a main fluid driving force; and capillary force is the main resistance to flow. When the dynamics force is less than resistance, oil is immobile. When the buoyancy force is less than the capillary force, a gravitational separation of oil and water does not occur. 6Application of halide vapor phase epitaxy for the growth of ultrawide band gap Ga_2O_3显示文摘Halide vapor phase epitaxy(HVPE) is widely used in the semiconductor industry for the growth of Si, GaAs, GaN, etc.HVPE is a non-organic chemical vapor deposition(CVD) technique, characterized by high quality growth of epitaxial layers with fast growth rate, which is versatile for the fabrication of both substrates and devices with wide applications. In this paper, we review the usage of HVPE for the growth and device applications of Ga_2O_3, with detailed discussions on a variety of technological aspects of HVPE. 7Numerical study on the correlation of transonic single-degree-of-freedom flutter and buffet显示文摘Transonic single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF) flutter and transonic buffet are the typical and complex aeroelastic phenomena in the transonic flow. In this study, transonic aeroelastic issues of an elastic airfoil are investigated using Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS) equations. The airfoil is free to vibrate in SDOF of pitching. It is found that, the coupling system may be unstable and SDOF self-excited pitching oscillations occur in pre-buffet flow condition, where the free-stream angle of attack(AOA) is lower than the buffet onset of a stationary airfoil. In the theory of classical aeroelasticity, this unstable phenomenon is defined as flutter. However, this transonic SDOF flutter is closely related to transonic buffet(unstable aerodynamic models) due to the following reasons. Firstly, the SDOF flutter occurs only when the free-stream AOA of the spring suspended airfoil is slightly lower than that of buffet onset, and the ratio of the structural characteristic frequency to the buffet frequency is within a limited range. Secondly, the response characteristics show a high correlation between the SDOF flutter and buffet. A similar 'lock-in' phenomenon exists, when the coupling frequency follows the structural characteristic frequency. Finally, there is no sudden change of the response characteristics in the vicinity of buffet onset, that is, the curve of response amplitude with the free-stream AOA is nearly smooth. 9Differentiation of bone mar-row derived Thy-1^+β_2M^- cells into hepatocytes induced by coculture with transgenic CFSCs显示文摘Studies of transplantation in vivo indicted that bone marrow derived stem cells had a potential to different-tiate into mature hepatocytes. However, there are lots of doubts and uncertainties in the influencing factors and con-trol agents of effectively inducing stem cell differentiation in vitro, the efficiency of stem cells?differentiation into hepato-cytes and differentiated cells?life-span and functional state, etc. In this study, rat bone marrow derived Thy-1+β2M- cells (BDTCs) were induced to differentiate into hepatocytes by co-culturing with CFSC/HGF feeder layers which ex-pressed hHGF efficiently and stably. RT-PCR and im-munofluorescent texts proved induced BDTCs expressed infant and adult hepatocyte specific genes. Further more, these cells displayed functions of indocyanine green (ICG) uptake, ammonium metabolism and albumin production. It was shown that growth factors together with hepatic non-parenchyma cells provided a feasible microenvironment for differentiation of bone marrow stem cells into hepatocytes. 10Experimental evaluation of heterobeltiosis and heterosis between two populations of Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino显示文摘A2×2 factorial cross between two populations of Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino,collected separately from Dalian(D)in China and Miyagi(M)in Japan,was conducted to compare performances in fertilization rate,hatching rate,metamorphosis rate and growth at days 20,43,160 and 330 between purebreds(DD and MM)and crossbreds(DM and MD)and investigate the magnitude of heterobeltiosis(better parent)and heterosis(mid-parent).Heterobeltiosis and heterosis for all the traits analyzed were evidently different between crossbreds DM and MD.Heterobeltiosis in the crossbred DM varied among traits,with values of 2.5% for the fertilization rate,2.2% for the hatching rate,-1.9% for the metamorphosis rate and 7.4% for the growth at the day 330.The crossbred DM displayed positive heterotic values for fertilization rate(5.4%),hatching rate(7.4%),metamorphosis rate(7.6%)and growth(12.0%)at the day 330.However,both heterobeltiosis and heterosis for all the traits in the crossbred MD were negative except those for the growth at days 20 and 43.The results indicate the importance of selecting superior hybrid varieties if the exploitation of hybrid vigor is considered in the Pacific abalone breeding program.DENG Yuewen LIU Xiao WU Fucun ZHANG Guofan 2008Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,4:3

13骨形态发生蛋白-4对肝干细胞增殖与分化的影响显示文摘目的:探讨骨形态发生蛋白-4(BMP-4)对大鼠肝干细胞系WB-F344的增殖及分化的影响。方法:采用50 ng/mL的基因重组BMP-4作用于WB-F344细胞,以BMP-4拮抗剂Noggin(200 ng/mL)阻断BMP-4的作用为对照。在实验不同时间点,通过四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测BMP-4对WB-F344增殖的影响,透射电镜下观察细胞的超微结构特征,RT-PCR检测各试验组中WB-F344细胞可能分化表型特异性分子标志物的mRNA表达。结果:细胞增殖实验显示:在不同作用时间点,BMP-4干预组的细胞吸光值均高于Noggin处理组和空白对照组。透射电镜下可观察到BMP-4干预后的WB-F344细胞具有分化良好的上皮细胞的超微结构特征。RT-PCR显示BMP-4诱导WB-F344分化后,肝干细胞的肝细胞特异性分子标志物的mRNA显著表达。结论:BMP-4可促进肝干细胞WB-F344的增殖,并诱导其向肝细胞定向分化。董娟娟 曾珊 欧阳淼 黄增辉 Yuewen Gong 申竑 2011中南大学学报(医学版)2011,36,6:2
14Effects of Morphological Traits on Total Weight of Clam Meretrix lamarchii显示文摘Clam Meretrix lamarchii is delicious seafood with high economic value. The M. lamarchii in present market is mainly collected from wild population due to the lack of large-scale artificial seed production. In 2013,we carried out the artificial seedling exploration of M. Lamarchii. The current study utilized several statistical methods to analyze the effects of morphological traits on M. Lamarchii,which may provide knowledge for clam quality seedlings breeding work. The samples of M. Lamarchii were randomly sampled from Donghai Island,Zhanjiang. Shell length( SL),shell width( SW),shell height( SH),ligament length( Li L),lunule length( Lu L) and total weight( TW) of two-year-old M. Lamarchii were measured. A correlation coefficient matrix was constructed based on the results,where the total weight was set as the dependent variable and others as independent variables. Path coefficient and correlation index were calculated,and the major phenotypic characters were determined. The results showed that all the correlation coefficients between independent variables and dependent variable were significant( P < 0. 01),with an exception of the lunule length( P > 0. 05). The effects of the shell length,shell width,and shell height on the total weight were significant( P < 0. 01),and the shell length had dominant effect on the weight as a key effective factor. The multiple regression equation between the weight and the other traits was established as Y_W=- 126. 784 + 1. 249X_(SL)+ 2. 036X_(SW)+ 0. 911 X_(SH),where YWis total weight,X_(SL),X_(SW)and X_(SH)are the shell length,shell width and shell height,respectively. 18Steam reforming of acetic acid over Ni-Ba/Al2O3 catalysts:Impacts of barium addition on coking behaviors and formation of reaction intermediates显示文摘The influence of barium addition to a Ni/Al2O3 catalyst on the reaction intermediates formed,the activity,resistance of the catalyst to coking,and properties of the coke formed after acetic acid steam reforming were investigated in this study.The results showed the drastic effects of barium addition on the physicochemical properties and performances of the catalyst.The solid-phase reaction between alumina and BaO formed BaAl2O4,which re-constructed the alumina structure,resulting in a decrease in the specific surface area and an increase in the resistance of metallic Ni to sintering.The addition of barium was also beneficial for enhancing the catalytic activity,resulting from the changed catalytic reaction network.The in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) study of the acetic acid steam reforming indicated that barium could effectively suppress the accumulation of the reaction intermediates of carbonyl,formate,and C=C functional groups on the catalyst surface,attributed to its relatively high ability to cause the gasification of these species.In addition,coking was considerably more significant over the Ba-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst.Moreover,the Ba-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was more stable than the Ni/Al2O3catalyst,owing to the distinct forms of coke formed (carbon nanotube form over the Ba-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst,and the amorphous form over the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst).Zhanming Zhang Yiran Wang Kai Sun Yuewen Shao Lijun Zhang Shu Zhang Xiao Zhang Qing Liu Zhenhua Chen Xun Hu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:2
19Direct conversion of furfural to levulinic acid/ester in dimethoxymethane:Understanding the mechanism for polymerization显示文摘This study investigated the conversion of furfural to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)and further to levulinic acid/ester in dimethoxymethane under acidic conditions,with the particular focus on understanding the mechanism for polymer formation.The results showed that furfural could react with dimethoxymethane via electrophilic substitution reaction to form HMF or the ether/acetal of HMF,which were further converted to levulinic acid and methyl levulinate.The polymerization of furfural and the cross-polymerization between dimethoxymethane and the levulinic acid/ester produced were the main side reactions leading to the decreased yields of levulinic acid/ester.Comparing to the other solvent,methanol as the co-solvent helped to alleviate but not totally inhibited the occurrences of the polymerization,as the polymerization reactions via aldol condensation did not eliminate the C=O functionalities.As a consequence,the polymerization reactions continued to proceed.Other co-solvent used such as guaiacol,dimethyl sulfoxide and acetone interfered with the transformation of furfural to HMF or aided the polymerization reactions.The polymer produced from the reactions between furfural and DMM was different from that produced from levulinic acid/ester.The former had a higher crystallinity,while the latter was more aliphatic.The DRIFTS and TG-MS studies showed that the polymer had the carboxylic group,methyl group and the aliphatic structure in the skeleton.The removal of these functionalities was accompanied by the aromatization of the polymer.The condensation of DMM with levulinic acid/ester was the key reason for the diminished production of levulinic acid/ester.Yuewen Shao Xun Hu Zhanming Zhang Kai Sun Guanggang Gao Tao Wei Shu Zhang Song Hu Jun Xiang Yi Wang 2019Green Energy & Environment2019,4,4:2
20Cross-polymerization between the model furans and phenolics in bio-oil with acid or alkaline catalysts显示文摘Polymerization is a major challenge for the upgrading of bio-oil to biofuels,but is preferable for the production of carbon material from biooil.Understanding the mechanism for polymerization is of importance for tailoring property of carbon material.This study investigated the characteristics for the polymerisation of furfural,vanillin,their cross-polymerization and the impacts of catalysts on their polymerization.The results indicated that the organic acids like acetic acid and formic acid could catalyze the polymerisation of furfural,while H_(2)SO_(4)or NaOH as catalyst could drastically enhance the degree of polymerization of furfural.Vanillin showed a higher tendency towards polymerization than furfural and H_(2)SO_(4)or NaOH significantly facilitated the polymerization of vanillin via shifting the pasty product to solid polymer.The crosspolymerization between furfural and vanillin occurred even in the absence of catalyst,while the presence of H_(2)SO_(4)or NaOH catalyst resulted in the formation of more solid polymer via cross-polymerization.The polymerisation reactions were accompanied with the consumption of–C¼O via aldol addition/condensation reactions.In addition,the morphology and thermal stability of the polymers formed were affected by both the type of the catalysts employed,which can in turn enhance the cross-polymerization between furfural and vanillin.Qing Xu Xun Hu Lijun Zhang Kai Sun Yuewen Shao Zhiran Gao Qing Liu Chun-Zhu Li 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,1:2
