12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Energy-Efficient Multi-UAV Coverage Deployment in UAV Networks:A Game-Theoretic Framework显示文摘UAV cooperative control has been applied in many complex UAV communication networks. It remains challenging to develop UAV cooperative coverage and UAV energy-efficient communication technology. In this paper, we investigate current works about UAV coverage problem and propose a multi-UAV coverage model based on energy-efficient communication. The proposed model is decomposed into two steps: coverage maximization and power control, both are proved to be exact potential games(EPG) and have Nash equilibrium(NE) points. Then the multi-UAV energy-efficient coverage deployment algorithm based on spatial adaptive play(MUECD-SAP) is adopted to perform coverage maximization and power control, which guarantees optimal energy-efficient coverage deployment. 3On the new results of global attractive set and positive invariant set of the Lorenz chaotic system and the applications to chaos control and synchronization显示文摘Constructing a family of generalized Lyapunov functions, a new method is proposed to obtain new global attractive set and positive invariant set of the Lorenz chaotic system. The method we proposed greatly simplifies the complex proofs of the two famous estimations presented by the Russian scholar Leonov. Our uniform formula can derive a series of the new estimations. Employing the idea of intersection in set theory, we extract a new Leonov formula-like estimation from the family of the estimations. With our method and the new estimation, one can confirm that there are no equilibrium, periodic solutions, almost periodic motions, wandering motions or other chaotic attractors outside the global attractive set. The Lorenz butterfly-like singular attractors are located in the global attractive set only. This result is applied to the chaos control and chaos synchronization. Some feedback control laws are obtained to guarantee that all the trajectories of the Lorenz systems track a periodic solution, or globally stabilize an unstable (or locally stable but not globally asymptotically stable) equilibrium. Further, some new global exponential chaos synchronization results are presented. 9Establishment and characterization of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line FHCC-98显示文摘AIM: To establish a novel human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line FHCC-98 from HCC tissue and to provide a suitable model for studying HCC occurrence, progress and metastasis.METHODS: Serially passaged cells were cultured and their morphologies were observed under light and electron microscope. Cytogenetic study was conducted by using flow cytometry and chromosome analysis. Expressions of tumor markers such as α-fetoprotein (AFP), cytokeratin (CK) and hepatoma metastasis-associated factor HAb18G/CD147 on the FHCC-98 cells were detected by immunocytochemistry or Western blotting. Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzymes were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).Xenograft was performed by inoculating FHCC-98 cells into the flanks of nude mice.RESULTS: Morphology of FHCC-98 cells was the same as that of other malignant cells. The expressions of the cells were positive for HAb18G/CD147 and CK, and negative for AFP. Its population doubling time was 21.4 h. The cell DNA was tetraploid and the major chromosomes were triploid by cytogenetics analysis. The tumorigenicity in nude mice was 100%. 10Geometry-dependent springback behaviors of thin-walled tube upon cold bending显示文摘As one kind of key lightweight components with enormous quantities and diversities, the bent tubular parts have attracted in- creasing applications in aerospace, automobile, etc. Thus, how the inevitable springback behaves under different bending specifications should be fully addressed to efficiently achieve the precision forming of various bent tubes. Taking the medium strength thin-walled 6061-T4 Al-alloy tube as the objective, via the deformation theory of plasticity, explicit/implicit FE method and experimental approaches, we explored and clarified the nonlinear springback rules of the tubes and corresponding mechanisms in universal rotary draw bending regarding angular springback and radius growth by deliberately changing the tube diameter D and wall thickness t. The geometry dependent springback behaviors of thin-walled tube upon cold bending are thus revealed: 1) With the increasing of D, the tangent tensile strain increases and the proportional coefficient decreases, which causes the angular springback to decrease, while the radius springback increases due to the larger bending radius. 2) With the increasing of t, the tangent tensile strain decreases and the proportional coefficient increases, resulting in the increase of both angular springback and radius springback. 3) Under the same D/t, the angular springback varies little, while the radius springback increases with the larger diameter D. 4) The D/t can be used as a reasonable nondimensional index to evaluate the springback angle; as to the radius growth, the individual effects of the D and t should be considered. 5) The verification of the above results was conducted by experiments and analytical analysis.LI Heng YANG He TIAN YuLi LI GuangJun WANG ZhengHua 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,12:10
11Effects of geometrical parameters on wrinkling of thin-walled rectangular aluminum alloy wave-guide tubes in rotary-draw bending显示文摘Inner flange and side wrinkling often occur in rotary-draw bending process of rectangular aluminum alloy wave-guide tubes, and the distribution and magnitude of wrinkling is related to geometrical parameters of the tubes. In order to study the effects of geometrical parameters on wrinkling of rectangular wave-guide tubes, a 3D-FE model for rotary-draw bending processes of thin-walled rectangular aluminum alloy wave-guide tubes was built based on the platform of ABA-QUS/Explicit, and its reliability was validated by experiments. Simulation and analysis of the influence laws of geometrical parameters on the wave heights of inner flange and side wrinkling were then carried out. The results show that inner flange wrinkling is the main wrinkling way to rectan- gular wave-guide tubes in rotary-draw bending processes, but side wrinkling cannot be neglected because side wrinkling is 2/3 of inner flange wrinkling when b and h are smaller. Inner flange and side wrinkling increase with increasing b and h; the influence of b on side wrinkling is larger than that of h, while both b and h affect inner flange wrinkling greatly. 12Enhanced antitumor efficacy on hepatoma-bearing rats with adriamycin-loaded nanoparticles administered into hepatic artery显示文摘AIM: To investigate the antitumor activity of adriamycin (ADR) encapsulated in nanoparticles (NADR) and injected into the hepatic artery of hepatoma-bearing rats.METHODS: NADR was prepared by the interfacial polymerization method. Walker-256 carcinosarcomas were surgically implanted into the left liver lobes of 60 male Wistar rats, which were divided into 4 groups at random (15 rats per group). On the 7th day after implantation, normal saline (NS), free ADR (FADR), NADR, or ADR mixed with unloaded nanoparticles (ADR+NP) was respectively injected via the hepatic artery (i.a.) of rats in different groups. The dose of ADR in each formulation was 2.0 mg/kg body weight and the concentration was 1.0 mg/mL. Survival time, tumor enlargement ratio, and tumor necrosis degree were compared between each group.RESULTS: Compared with the rats that received NS i.a.,the rats that received FADR or ADR+NP acquired apparent inhibition on tumor growth, as well as prolonged their life span. Further significant anticancer efficacy was observed in rats that received i.a. administration of NADR. Statistics indicated that NADR brought on a more significant tumor inhibition and more extensive tumor necrosis, as compared to FADR or ADR+NP. The mean tumor enlargement ratio on the 7th day after NADR i.a. was 1.106. The mean tumorbearing survival time was 39.50 days. 13Multiphase Flow and Wear in the Cutting Head of Ultra-high Pressure Abrasive Water Jet显示文摘Abrasive water jet cutting technology is widely applied in the materials processing today and attracts great attention from scholars,but many phenomena concerned are not well understood,especially in the internal jet flow of the cutting head at the condition of ultra-high pressure.The multiphase flow in the cutting head is numerically simulated to study the abrasive motion mechanism and wear inside the cutting head at the pressure beyond 300 MPa.Visible predictions of the particles trajectories and wear rate in the cutting head are presented.The influences of the abrasive physical properties,size of the jewel orifice and the operating pressure on the trajectories are discussed.Based on the simulation,a wear experiment is carried out under the corresponding pressures.The simulation and experimental results show that the flow in the mixing chamber is composed of the jet core zone and the disturbance zone,both affect the particles trajectories.The mixing efficiency drops with the increase of the abrasive granularity.The abrasive density determines the response of particles to the effects of different flow zones,the abrasive with medium density gives the best general performance.Increasing the operating pressure or using the jewel with a smaller orifice improves the coherency of particles trajectories but increases the wear rate of the jewel holder at the same time.Walls of the jewel holder,the entrance of the mixing chamber and the convergence part of the mixing tube are subject to wear out.The computational and experimental results give a qualitative consistency which proves that this numerical method can provide a reliable and visible cognition of the flow characteristics of ultra-high pressure abrasive water jet.The investigation is benefit for improving the machining properties of water jet cutting systems and the optimization design of the cutting head.YANG Minguan WANG Yuli KANG Can YU Feng 2009Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,5:8

16Reversal of 5-flouroucial resistance by adenovirus-mediated transfer of wild-type p53 gene in multidrug-resiatant human colon carcinoma LoVo/5-FU cells显示文摘AIM: To observe the reversal effects of wide-type p53 gene on multi-drug resistance to 5-FU (LOVO/5-FU).METHODS: After treatment with Ad-p53, LOVO/5-FU sensitivity to 5-Fu was investigated using tetrazolium dye assay. Multidrug resistance gene-1 (MDR1) gene expression was assayed by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction and the expression of p53 protein was examined by Western blotting.RESULTS: The reversal activity after treatment with wide type p53 gene was increased up to 4.982 fold at 48 h. The expression of MDR1 gene decreased significantly after treatment with wide-type p53 gene, and the expression of p53 protein lasted for about 5 d, with a peak at 48 h, and began to decrease at 72 h.CONCLUSION: Wide-type p53 gene has a remarkable reversal activity for the high expression of MDR1 gene in colorectal cancers. The reversal effects seem to be in a time dependent manner. 17NONLINEAR DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HYDRODYNAMIC JOURNAL BEARING-FLEXIBLE ROTOR SYSTEM显示文摘The nonlinear dynamic behaviors of flexible rotor system with hydrodynamic bearing supports are analyzed. The shaft is modeled by using the finite element method that takes the effect of inertia and shear into consideration. According to the nonlinearity of the hydrodynamic journal bearing-flexible rotor system, a modified modal synthesis technique with free-interface is represented to reduce degrees-of-freedom of model of the flexible rotor system. According to physical character of oil film, variational constrain approach is introduced to continuously revise the variational form of Reynolds equation at every step of dynamic integration and iteration. Fluid lubrication problem with Reynolds boundary is solved by the isoparametric finite element method without the increasing of computing efforts. Nonlinear oil film forces and their Jacobians are simultaneously calculated and -Newton-Floquet (PNF) method. A method, combining the predictor-corrector mechanism to the PNF method, is presented to calculate the bifurcation point of periodic motions to be subject to change of system parameters. The local stability and bifurcation behaviors of periodic motions are obtained by Floquet theory. 18Quercus yangyiensis sp. nov. from the Late Pliocene of Baoshan, Yunnan and Its Paleoclimatic Significance显示文摘A new Quercus(Fagaceae) morphospecies is described based on well-preserved fossil leaves. The fossils were collected from Yangyi Formation of the Upper Pliocene at the Yangyi coalmine, Baoshan, western Yunnan, China. Details of the microstructure of mesophyll tissue are preserved because lithification of the fossils was not complete. The fossil laminas possess typical characteristics of Quercus sect. Heterobalanus: quite thick and coriaceous cuticle; secondary veins bifurcating near the margin in the middle and top of the leaf; and upper epidermis with adaxial hypodermis. Based on a detailed morphological and anatomical comparison with all living and fossil species of Quercus sect. Heterobalanus, the fossil leaves prove to be different in their sparse and garland-shaped multicellular trichomes on the lower epidermis, and so it is described as a new species Quercus yangyiensis He, Li et Sun sp. nov. The much sparser trichomes of our fossils compare well with those of living Quercus sect. 19FGF1^(△HBS) prevents diabetic cardiomyopathy by maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis and reducing oxidative stress via AMPK/Nur77 suppression显示文摘As a classically known mitogen,fibroblast growth factor 1(FGF1)has been found to exert other pleiotropic functions such as metabolic regulation and myocardial protection.Here,we show that serum levels of FGF1 were decreased and positively correlated with fraction shortening in diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients,indicating that FGF1 is a potential therapeutic target for DCM.We found that treatment with a FGF1 variant(FGF1^(△HBS))with reduced proliferative potency prevented diabetes-induced cardiac injury and remodeling and restored cardiac function.RNA-Seq results obtained from the cardiac tissues of db/db mice showed significant increase in the expression levels of anti-oxidative genes and decrease of Nur77 by FGF1AHBS treatment.Both in vivo and in vitro studies indicate that FGF1^(△HBS) exerted these beneficial effects by markedly reducing mitochondrial fragmentation,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and cytochrome c leakage and enhancing mitochondrial respiration rate and β-oxidation in a 5;AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/Nur77-dependent manner,all of which were not observed in the AMPK null mice.The favorable metabolic activity and reduced proliferative properties of FGF1^(△HBS) testify to its promising potential for use in the treatment of DCM and other metabolic disorders.Dezhong Wang Yuan Yin Shuyi Wang Tianyang Zhao Fanghua Gong Yushuo Zhao Beibei Wang Yuli Huang Zizhao Cheng Guanghui Zhu Zengshou Wang Yang Wang Jun Ren Guang Liang Xiaokun Li Zhifeng Huang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4:6
20Searching-and-averaging method of underdetermined blind speech signal separation in time domain显示文摘Underdetermined blind signal separation (BSS) (with fewer observed mixtures than sources) is discussed. A novel searching-and-averaging method in time domain (SAMTD) is proposed. It can solve a kind of problems that are very hard to solve by using sparse representation in frequency domain. Bypassing the disadvantages of traditional clustering (e.g., K-means or potential-function clustering), the durative- sparsity of a speech signal in time domain is used. To recover the mixing matrix, our method deletes those samples, which are not in the same or inverse direction of the basis vectors. To recover the sources, an improved geometric approach to overcomplete ICA (Independent Component Analysis) is presented.
