1Transfer efficiency optimal control of magnetic resonance coupled system of wireless power transfer based on frequency control显示文摘In order to suppress the fast decrease of the transfer efficiency of magnetic resonance coupled wireless power transfer system(MRCWPTS) with distance increase,this paper investigates the impact factors of the system transfer efficiency and is,then formulates a new efficiency optimal control method based on frequency control.Based upon this control method two optimal control schemes are designed to achieve transfer efficiency control of the system.Simulations and experiments show that the proposed efficiency optimal control method can effectively stabilize the system transfer efficiency in a certain range so as to successfully solve the subtle issue of transfer efficiency variation with distance.TAN LinLin HUANG XueLiang HUANG Hui ZOU YuWei LI Hui 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6:41

3Inducible regulation of GDNF expression in human neural stem cells显示文摘Glial cell derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) holds promises for treating neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease. Human neural stem cells (hNSCs) have proved to be a suitable cell delivery vehicle for the safe and efficient introduction of GDNF into the brain. In this study, we used hNSCs-infected with a lentivirus encoding GDNF and the hygromycin resistance gene as such vehicles. A modified tetracycline operator 7 (tetO7) was inserted into a region upstream of the EF1- promoter to drive GDNF expression. After hygromycin selection, hNSCs were infected with a lentivirus encoding a KRAB-tetracycline repressor fusion protein (TTS). TTS bound to tetO7 and suppressed the expression of GDNF in hNSCs. Upon administration of doxycycline (Dox) the TTS-tetO7 complex separated and the expression of GDNF resumed. The hNSCs infected with GDNF expressed the neural stem cell specific markers, nestin and sox2, and exhibited no significant change in proliferation rate. However, the rate of apoptosis in hNSCs expressing GDNF was lower compared with normal NSCs in response to actinomycin treatment. Furthermore, a higher percentage of Tuj-1 positive cells were obtained from GDNF-producing NSCs under conditions that induced differentiation compared to control NSCs. 4Stabilization Parametric Region of Distributed PID Controllers for General First-Order Multi-Agent Systems With Time Delay显示文摘The stabilization problem of distributed proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controllers for general first-order multi-agent systems with time delay is investigated in the paper.The closed-loop multi-input multi-output(MIMO)framework in frequency domain is firstly introduced for the multi-agent system.Based on the matrix theory,the whole system is decoupled into several subsystems with respect to the eigenvalues of the Laplacian matrix.Considering that the eigenvalues may be complex numbers,the consensus problem of the multi-agent system is transformed into the stabilizing problem of all the subsystems with complex coefficients.For each subsystem with complex coefficients,the range of admissible proportional gains is analytically determined.Then,the stabilizing region in the space of integral gain and derivative gain for a given proportional gain value is also obtained in an analytical form.The entire stabilizing set can be determined by sweeping proportional gain in the allowable range.The proposed method is conducted for general first-order multi-agent systems under arbitrary topology including undirected and directed graph topology.Besides,the results in the paper provide the basis for the design of distributed PID controllers satisfying different performance criteria.The simulation examples are presented to check the validity of the proposed control strategy.Xinyi Yu Fan Yang Chao Zou Linlin Ou 2020IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2020,7,6:5

6Scalable and facile synthesis of V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles via ball milling for improved aerobic oxidative desulfurization显示文摘In recent years, transition-metal oxides(TMOs) have been long employed for aerobic oxidative desulfurization. However, the inherent bottlenecks, such as the low explosion of active sites, limit the application of bulk TMOs catalyst. In this study, V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies were prepared in large-scale via facile ball milling strategy with adding oxalic acid as a reducing agent. The as-prepared catalysts exhibit remarkable sulfur removal for oils with different initial S-concentrations and different substrates. Sulfur removal could reach up to 99.7%(< 2 ppm) under the optimized reaction conditions. 7Study on Adsorption of Formaldehyde by Modified Activated Carbon显示文摘By using potassium permanganate impregnation method,common activated carbon was processed in 0. 079 mol/L KMnO_4 solution at 650℃ to obtain modified activated carbon loaded with manganese oxide,and then different quantities of common activated carbon and modified activated carbon were used to adsorb 0. 3 mg/m^3 formaldehyde. The results showed that carbon and manganese atoms on the surface of modified activated carbon could adsorb formaldehyde,and the removal rate of 0. 3 mg/m^3 formaldehyde by 30 g of modified activated carbon reached 80%,increased one time compared with that by common activated carbon. 8CPTA treatment reveals potential transcription factors associated with carotenoid metabolism in flowers of Osmanthus fragrans显示文摘Osmanthus fragrans is one of the top ten traditional flowers in China.It is divided into three different groups according to its color.α-Carotene and β-carotene are the main determinants to distinguish the color differences between three groups.However,the dominant genes and transcription factors involved in carotenoid metabolism remain unclear.CPTA treatment(0.7mmol·L−1)remarkably promoted lycopene,α-carotene and β-carotene contents in flowers.Transcriptome sequencing analysis revealed that CPTA treatment could trigger chain reactions in carotenoid metabolism pathway genes.Four up-regulated and 10 down-regulated transcription factors which have close association with carotenoid variation were significantly induced by CPTA treatment.The up-regulated TFs such as MYB43,MYB123,HSF,were further subjected to transcript expression determination in different cultivars with drastic colors.Among them,transcript expression of four up-regulated TFs coincided with the carotenoid accumulation in different cultivars.We selected up-regulated OfMYB43 to verify its function,which is related to stress tolerance and transcriptional regulation.Transient overexpression of OfMYB43 in O.fragrans flowers showed that it could remarkably promote the expression of PDS,ZISO,LCYE and CCD4,leading to increased accumulation of β-branch carotenoids.OfMYB43 was a potential positive regulator of carotenoid biosynthesis in O.fragrans flowers.This study provides insight into the molecular mechanism of carotenoid metabolism in O.fragrans.Wan Xi Yanhong He Linlin Zhu Shiyang Hu Shuyi Xiong Yi Zhang Jingjing Zou Hongguo Chen Caiyun Wang Riru Zheng 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,5:3
9Instability characteristics of the cracked roof rock beam under shallow mining conditions显示文摘To establish the movement relationship for the roof breaking under shallow mining conditions, the mechanical model of the roof rock beam was built, then the structure instability process of the roof rock beam was analyzed. The changing criterion of the vertical displacement was established and the relationship between the deflection and the rotary motion of roof block was determined. Regarding a mining face in Shangwan Mine, the responsing laws of the deflection and horizontal thrust of the roof rock beam were obtained through FLAC3D numerical analysis. The results show that the structure instability of the cracked roof rock beam depends on the interaction between the vertical load and the horizontal thrust.For the roof rock beam, when the vertical load keeps constant, the horizontal thrust fluctuating rises with increasing deflection. 10The Effects of Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program on Motor Skills inChildren with Autism Spectrum Disorder显示文摘Therapeutic horseback riding(THR)as an animal-assisted intervention is one of the innovative approaches emer-ging in the treatment for children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).The current study was designed to inves-tigate the effects of a 12-week,twice a week THR program on motor skills in sixty-eight children with ASD aged 5–10 years old.All participants selected met the DSM-V criteria for ASD,and a total offifty-three participants completed the study.A randomized controlled trial design was utilized for the study.Data was collected via a pre-THR test,interim-THR test,and post-THR test to investigate the possible changes in motor skills throughout the 12-week THR program.Results showed that the THR program significantly improved overall motor skills across time points(p<0.05)and sub-skills of run,gallop and two-hand catch(as compared to the control group,p<0.05).In conclusion,the THR program may be an effective option for improving motor skills in children with ASD and further investigation with a longer period of intervention is warranted.Mengxian Zhao Yonghao You Jinming Li Sean Healy Alyx Taylor Zhihao Zhang Linlin Li Liye Zou 2022International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2022,24,4:1

13Adsorption Ability of Green Plants to Heavy Metals in the Atmosphere of Binzhou City显示文摘Through exploring the cumulative contents of Pb, Cu and Cd, the 3 common heavy metals in air pollution, in leaves of some widely-applied green plants in different functional areas in urban districts of Binzhou City, this paper figured out its relationship with functional areas in the city, and whether green plants are selective in adsorbing heavy metals or not. The research found that cumulative content of Cu and Cd varied greatly in leaves of the same species in different functional areas, and also in leaves of different species in the same area. 15A Xanthomonas transcription activator-like effector is trapped in nonhost plants for immunity显示文摘Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),the causal agent of bacterial leaf blight in rice,delivers transcription activator-like effector(TALE)proteins into host cells to activate susceptibility or resistance(R)genes that promote disease or immunity,respectively.Nonhost plants serve as potential reservoirs of R genes;consequently,nonhost R genes may trap TALEs to trigger an immune response.In this study,we screened 17 Xoo TALEs for their ability to induce a hypersensitive response(HR)in the nonhost plant Nicotiana benthamiana(Nb);only AvrXa10 elicited an HR when transiently expressed in Nb.The HR generated by AvrXa10 required both the central repeat region and the activation domain,suggesting a specific interaction between AvrXa10 and a potential R-like gene in nonhost plants.Evans blue staining and ion leakage measurements confirmed that the AvrXa10-triggered HR was a form of cell death,and the transient expression of AvrXa10 in Nb induced immune responses.Genes targeted by AvrXa10 in the Nb genome were identified by transcriptome profiling and prediction of effector binding sites.Using several approaches(in vivo reporter assays,electrophoretic mobility-shift assays,targeted designer TALEs,and on-spot gene silencing),we confirmed that AvrXa10 targets NbZnFP1,a C2H2-type zinc finger protein that resides in the nucleus.Functional analysis indicated that overexpression of NbZnFP1 and its rice orthologs triggered cell death in rice protoplasts.An NbZnFP1 ortholog was also identified in tomato and was specifically activated by AvrXa10.These results demonstrate that NbZnFP1 is a nonhost R gene that traps AvrXa10 to promote plant immunity in Nb.Fazal Haq Xiameng Xu Wenxiu Ma Syed Mashab Ali Shah Linlin Liu Bo Zhu Lifang Zou Gongyou Chen 2022Plant Communications2022,3,1:1

17Iron Regulation of Wetland Vegetation Performance Through Synchronous Effects on Phosphorus Acquisition Efficiency显示文摘Iron-rich groundwater flowing into wetlands is a worldwide environmental pollution phenomenon that is closely associated with the stability of wetland ecosystems. Combined with high phosphorus(P) loading from agricultural runoff, the prediction of the evolution of wetland vegetation affected by compound contamination is particularly urgent. We tested the effects of anaerobic iron-rich groundwater discharge in a freshwater marsh by simulating the effect of three levels of eutrophic water on native plants(Glyceria spiculosa(Fr. Schmidt.) Rosh.). The management of wetland vegetation with 1–20 mg/L Fe input is an efficient method to promote the growth of plants, which showed an optimum response under a 0.10 mg/L P surface water environment. Iron-rich groundwater strongly affects the changes in ecological niches of some wetland plant species and the dominant species. In addition, when the P concentration in a natural body of water is too high, the governance effect of eutrophication might not be as expected. Under iron-rich groundwater conditions, the δ^(13)C values of organs were more depleted, which can partially explain the differences in δ^(13)C in the soil profile. Conversely, the carbon isotope composition of soil organic carbon is indicative of past changes in vegetation. 20Atomic Spin Polarization Controllability Analysis:A Novel Controllability Determination Method for Spin-Exchange Relaxation-Free Co-Magnetometers显示文摘This paper investigates the atomic spin polarization controllability of spin-exchange relaxation-free co-magnetometers(SERFCMs).This is the first work in the field of controllability analysis for the atomic spin ensembles systems,whose dynamic behaviors of spin polarization are described by the Bloch equations.Based on the Bloch equations,a state-space model of the atomic spin polarization for SERFCM is first established,which belongs to a particular class of nonlinear systems.For this class of nonlinear systems,a novel determination method for the global state controllability is proposed and proved.Then,this method is implemented in the process of controllability analysis on the atomic spin polarization of an actual SERFCM.Moreover,a theoretically feasible and reasonable solution of the control input is proposed under some physical constraints,with whose limitation of realistic conditions,the controller design can be accomplished more practically and more exactly.Finally,the simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and validation of the proposed controllability determination method.Zhuo Wang Sixun Liu Ruigang Wang Linlin Yuan Jiong Huang Yueyang Zhai Sheng Zou 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,4:0
