2Hierarchical peony-like FeCo-NC with conductive network and highly active sites as efficient electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn-air battery显示文摘Carbon materials featuring hierarchical pores and atomically dispersed metal sites are promising catalysts for energy storage and conversion applications.Herein,we developed a facile strategy to construct functional carbon materials with a fluffy peony-like structure and dense binary FeCo-Nx active sites(termed as f-FeCo-CNT).By regulating the metal content in precursors,a three-dimensional(3D)interconnected conductive carbon nanotubes network was in-situ formed throughout the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC matrix during pyrolysis.Taking advantage of rich pore hierarchy and co-existence of highly active FeCo-Nx sites and beneficial FeCo alloy nanoparticles,the f-FeCo-CNT material exhibited excellent bifunctional performance towards oxygen reduction reaction/oxygen evolution reactions(ORR/OER)with respect to the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC(SA-f-FeCo-NC)and commercial Pt/C+Ru02 mixture,surpassing the SA-f-FeCo-NC with a 20 mV higher ORR half-wave potential and a 100 mV lower OER overpotential(at 10.0 mA/cm^2).Remarkably,the f-FeCo-CNT-assembled Zn-air battery(ZAB)possessed a maximum specific power of 195.8 mW/cm^2,excellent rate capability,and very good cycling stability at large current density of 20.0 mA/cm^2.This work provides a facile and feasible synthetic strategy of constructing low-cost cathode materials with excellent comprehensive ZAB performance.Yiyan Wang Anuj Kumar Mang Ma Yin Jia Yu Wang Ying Zhang Guoxin Zhang Xiaoming Sun Zifeng Yan 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:5
3Changes of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 signaling and the effect of cilostazol in chronic cerebral ischemia显示文摘Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 and its specific target gene heme oxygenase-1, are involved in acute cerebral ischemia. However, very few studies have examined in detail the changes in the hypoxia-inducible factor-1/heme oxygenase-1 signaling pathway in chronic cerebral ischemia. In this study, a rat model of chronic cerebral ischemia was established by permanent bilateral common carotid artery occlusion, and these rats were treated with intragastric cilostazol (30 mg/kg) for 9 weeks. Morris water maze results showed that cognitive impairment gradually worsened as the cerebral ischemia proceeded. Immunohistochemistry, semi-quantitative PCR and western blot analysis showed that hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and heme oxygenase-1 expression levels increased after chronic cerebral ischemia, with hypoxia-inducible factor-1α expression peaking at 3 weeks and heme oxygenase-1 expression peaking at 6 weeks. These results suggest that the elevated levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α may upregulate heme oxygenase-1 expression following chronic cerebral ischemia and that the hypoxia-inducible factor-1/heme oxygenase-1 signaling pathway is involved in the development of cognitive impairment induced by chronic cerebral ischemia. Cilostazol treatment alleviated the cognitive impairment in rats with chronic cerebral ischemia, decreased hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and heme oxygenase-1 expression levels, and reduced apoptosis in the frontal cortex. 4Outlining the keyword co-occurrence trends in Shuanghuanglian injection research: A bibliometric study using CiteSpace Ⅲ显示文摘Objective:To explore the evolvement and new trends in the use of Shuanghuanglian injection(SHLI).Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and Embase were extensively searched using the search terms“Shuanghuanglian injection”and“Shuanghuanglian fenzhen”to retrieve articles relevant to SHLI(1992e2020).Retrieved articles were further investigated by two authors to exclude those unrelated to SHLI.The bibliographical references of the included articles were exported as raw data and then treated using the CiteSpace tool to visualize the mapping of the SHLI research domain.Essential clusters and highly frequent keywords were quantified for further analysis.The clusters were automatically labeled by the algorithm of tf*idf for objective analysis.Basic bibliometric features,including article types and yearly trend in article numbers were also determined and discussed.Results:The modules of the keywords of interest presented clear boundaries with a high modularity score(Q=0.73).High-confidence clusters were identified,including bioactivity fingerprint(S=0.99),equal pupils(S=0.91),drug preparation department(S=0.87),difficulty in respiration(S=0.85),peristalsis(0.88),and Danshen powder injection(S=0.94).The characteristic keywords in terms of frequency and burstiness were Shuanghuanglian powder for injection(F=235,B=5.22),SHLI(F=112,B=11.39),and adverse drug reactions(ADRs;F=104,B=7.35).Conclusion:In the field of SHLI study,there are five major topic categories:bioactivity fingerprint;ADR mechanism and cause detection;proper preparation;clinical evidence accumulation;and efficacy in diseases with no effective treatment and combination usage.The trend for using modern methodologies from a science-based perspective to study SHLI will continue to exist.The causes of multi-factorial ADRs may be an important topic for future studies.Qin Zhang Guang Rong Qinggang Meng Mang Yu Qingyu Xie Jian Fang 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2:3
5Phosphatase activity and culture conditions of the yeast Candida mycoderma sp. and analysis of organic phosphorus hydrolysis ability显示文摘Orthophosphate is an essential but limiting macronutrient for plant growth. About 67%cropland in China lacks sufficient phosphorus, especially that with red soil. Extensive soil phosphorus reserves exist in the form of organic phosphorus, which is unavailable for root uptake unless hydrolyzed by secretory acid phosphatases. Thus, many microorganisms with the ability to produce phosphatase have been exploited. In this work, the activity of an extracellular acid phosphatase and yeast biomass from Candida mycoderma was measured under different culture conditions, such as p H, temperature, and carbon source. A maximal phosphatase activity of 8.47 × 105± 0.11 × 105U/g was achieved by C. Mycoderma in 36 hr under the optimal conditions. The extracellular acid phosphatase has high activity over a wide p H tolerance range from 2.5 to 5.0(optimum p H 3.5). The effects of different phosphorus compounds on the acid phosphatase production were also studied. The presence of phytin, lecithin or calcium phosphate reduced the phosphatase activity and biomass yield significantly. In addition, the p H of the culture medium was reduced significantly by lecithin. The efficiency of the strain in releasing orthophosphate from organic phosphorus was studied in red soil(used in planting trees) and rice soil(originating as red soil). The available phosphorus content was increased by 230% after inoculating20 days in rice soil and decreased by 50% after inoculating 10 days in red soil. 10Hernandezine induces autophagic cell death in human pancreatic cancer cells via activation of the ROS/AMPK signaling pathway显示文摘Hernandezine(Her)is a bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid extracted from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Thalictrum glandulosissimum.Evidence shows that Her is a natural agonist of adenosine monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and induces apoptosis and autophagy in tumor cells.In this study,we investigated the role of autophagy in Her-induced cell death in human pancreatic cancer cell lines.We showed that Her dose-dependently suppressed cell proliferation,promoted autophagy and induced autophagic death in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)cell lines Capan-1 and SW1990.The IC_(50) values of Her in inhibition of Capan-1 and SW1990 cells were 47.7μM and 40.1μM,respectively.Immunoblotting showed that Her(1−40μM)promoted the conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II,and Her exerted concentration-dependent and time-dependent effects on autophagy activation in PDAC cells.In transmission electron microscopy and fluorescence image analysis,we found that autophagic vacuoles were significantly increased in Her-treated cells.Knockdown of ATG5,a key gene in the autophagy pathway,alleviated the activation of autophagy by Her.These results demonstrated that Her induced autophagy in PDAC cells.Intensely activated autophagy could promote cell death.The autophagy inhibitors,BafA1 and HCQ significantly inhibited Her-induced cell death,implying that Her induced autophagic cell death in PDAC cells.Moreover,we showed that Her activated autophagy by increasing the phosphorylation of AMPK and decreasing the phosphorylation of mTOR/p70S6K.Knockdown of AMPKαrelieves the autophagic cell death induced by Her.Furthermore,Her concentration-dependently enhanced reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation in PDAC cells.Antioxidants could reduce the phosphorylation of AMPK and suppress autophagic cell death induced by Her.Our study provides evidence for the development of Her as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Chang-feng Song Yu-heng Hu Zhi-guo Mang Zeng Ye Hai-di Chen De-sheng Jing Gui-xiong Fan Shun-rong Ji Xian-jun Yu Xiao-wu Xu Yi Qin 2023Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2023,44,4:1

19Incipient Gear Fault Detection Using Adaptive Impulsive Wavelet Filter Based on Spectral Negentropy显示文摘Adaptive wavelet filtering is a very important fault feature extraction method in the domain of condition monitoring;however, owing to the time-consuming computation and difficulty of choosing criteria used to represent incipient faults, the engineering applications are limited to some extent. To detect incipient gear faults at a fast speed, a new criterion is proposed to optimize the parameters of the modified impulsive wavelet for constructing an optimal wavelet filter to detect impulsive gear faults. First, a new criterion based on spectral negentropy is proposed. Then, a novel search strategy is applied to optimize the parameters of the impulsive wavelet based on the new criterion. Finally,envelope spectral analysis is applied to determine the incipient fault characteristic frequency.
