| 1 | Early Paleozoic Ocean Plate Stratigraphy of the Beishan Orogenic Zone, NW China: Implications for Regional Tectonic Evolution显示文摘The Beishan orogenic zone is a key area to understand evolution of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt that is an accretionary factory well-enough preserved in the Paleozoic. In early Paleozoic, the tectonic mélange zone containing the coherent unit and mélange unit is triggered by the complicated accretionary process of the Beishan area. The early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Beishan orogenic zone is investigated in this study using sedimentology and stratigraphic correlations of the lowe Paleozoic deposits. From the Cambrian to the middle Ordovician, this region was characterized by geographically extensive, flat-bedded siliceous mudstone, indicating the existence of a large ocean basin. The oceanic plate entered the convergence phase in terms of the Wilson Circle during the Middle Ordovician, when numerous magmatic arcs formed along two opposite sides of the ocean. The magmatic arcs became the widest during the Silurian, suggesting that the Hongliuhe-Niujuanzi-Xichangjing Ocean(HNX;a southern branch of the Paleo Asian Ocean) was reduced to a small residual ocean in the central Beishan region by that time, and probably lasted till the Carboniferous or later by newly published data. | WANG Jiaxuan ZHANG Kexin JIN Jisuo SONG Bowen YU Yang WANG Lijun WANG Shengdong SUN Shuo | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,4: | 3 |
| 2 | Nuclear translocation of OsMFT1 that is impeded by OsFTIP1 promotes drought toleranee in rice显示文摘Drought is the leading environmental threat affecting crop productivity,and plants have evolved a series of mechanisms to adapt to drought stress.The FT-interacting proteins(FTIPs)and phosphatidylethanola mine.binding proteins(PEBPs)play key roles in developmental processes,whereas their roles in the regulation of stress response are still largely unknown.Here,we report that OsFTIP1 negatively regulates drought response in rice.We showed that OsFTIP1 interacts with rice MOTHER OF FT AND TFL1(OsMFT1),a PEBP that promotes rice tolerance to drought treatment.Further studies discovered that OsMFT1 interacts with two key drought-related transcription factors,OsbZIP66 and OsMYB26,regulating their binding capacity on drought-related genes and thereby enhancing drought toleranee in rice.Interestingly,we found that OsFTIP1 impedes the nucleocytoplasmic translocation of OsMFT1,implying that dynamic modulation of drought-responsive genes by the OsMFT1-OsMYB26 and OsMFT1-OsbZIP66 complexes is integral to OsFTIP1-modulated nuclear accumulation of OsMFT1.Our findings also suggest that OsMFT1 might act as a hitherto unknown nucleocytoplasmic trafficking signal that regulates drought tolerance in rice in response to environmental signals. | Ying Chen Jun Shen Liang Zhangi Haoyue Qi Lijia Yang Huanyu Wang Jiaxuan Wang Yuexing Wang Hao Du Zeng Tao Ting Zhao Pingchuan Deng Qingyao Shu Qian Qian Hao Yu Shiyong Song | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,8: | 2 |

| 5 | Stratigraphic Framework of the Cryogenian in China显示文摘The Cryogenian is a critical period in the history of the Earth. It is marked by multiple extreme climate changes that caused alternating global glacial and interglacial intervals. These dramatically changed the sedimentary system, and metal ores and source rocks distributed widely during this period. Therefore, studying the Cryogenian stratigraphic framework and sedimentary basins is important to improve the stratigraphic resolution for metal mineral and hydrocarbon prospecting and exploration in China. This review paper firstly divides three tectonic-stratigraphic regions in China in the Cryogenian, including the tectonic-stratigraphic regions of Great South China, Xingmeng-Tarim, and North China. Secondly, geochronologic data and geological records are combined to clearly depict the Cryogenian sedimentary sequence of continental blocks and micro-continental blocks in different tectonic-stratigraphic regions. The results were used to propose a new comparison scheme of stratigraphy for the Cryogenian in China. | 7 | An Ensemble Learning Model for Early Dropout Prediction of MOOC Courses显示文摘Massive open online courses(MOOCs)have become a way of online learning across the world in the past few years.However,the extremely high dropout rate has brought many challenges to the development of online learning.Most of the current methods have low accuracy and poor generalization ability when dealing with high-dimensional dropout features.They focus on the analysis of the learning score and check result of online course,but neglect the phased student behaviors.Besides,the status of student participation at a given moment is necessarily impacted by the prior status of learning.To address these issues,this paper has proposed an ensemble learning model for early dropout prediction(ELM-EDP)that integrates attention-based document representation as a vector(A-Doc2vec),feature learning of course difficulty,and weighted soft voting ensemble with heterogeneous classifiers(WSV-HC).First,A-Doc2vec is proposed to learn sequence features of student behaviors of watching lecture videos and completing course assignments.It also captures the relationship between courses and videos.Then,a feature learning method is proposed to reduce the interference caused by the differences of course difficulty on the dropout prediction.Finally,WSV-HC is proposed to highlight the benefits of integration strategies of boosting and bagging.Experiments on the MOOCCube2020 dataset show that the high accuracy of our ELM-EDP has better results on Accuracy,Precision,Recall,and F1. | Kun Ma Jiaxuan Zhang Yongwei Shao Zhenxiang Chen Bo Yang | 2023 | 计算机教育2023,,12: | 0 |

| 9 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 12 | MXene derivative Ta_(4)C_(3)-Ta_(2)O_(5) heterostructure as bi-functional barrier for Li-S batteries显示文摘The shuttle effect of polysulfides during the charging and discharging of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries and the growth of Li dendrites are crucial obstacles to hinder the commercialization of Li-S batteries.Heterostructure engineering is an effective strategy to accelerate catalytic conversion and suppress the dissolution of polysulfides.Herein,we report a Ta_(4)C_(3)-Ta_(2)O_(5) heterostructure composite as a bi-functional modified separator that not only achieves effective protection for lithium metal but also accelerates the polysulfides redox kinetics process.This heterostructure possesses efficient chemical anchoring and abundant active sites to immobilize polysulfides by synergistic effect,which endows a stable long cycling performance for Li-S batteries.This corresponds to an initial high capacity of 801.9 mAh g^(–1) at 1 C with a decay rate of 0.086%for 500 cycles.Due to its high Young’s modulus(up to 384 GPa),Ta_(4)C_(3) contributes to forming a protective layer on the Li metal surface to inhibit the growth of Li dendrites.Accordingly,the symmetrical cell has a stable overpotential for 700 cycles at 20 mA cm^(–2)/20 mAh cm^(–2).So,this“one stone two birds”design affords a novel perspective for high-energy Li-S battery storage system design and Li metal protection. | Qi Liang Sizhe Wang Xiaohua Jia Jin Yang Yong Li Dan Shao Lei Feng Jiaxuan Liao Haojie Song | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,20: | 0 |

| 14 | Nanoplateletsomes restrain metastatic tumor formation through decoy and active targeting in a preclinical mouse model显示文摘Platelets buoy up cancer metastasis via arresting cancer cells, enhancing their adhesion, and facilitating their extravasation through the vasculature. When deprived of intracellular and granular contents, platelet decoys could prevent metastatic tumor formation. Inspired by these, we developed nanoplatesomes by fusing platelet membranes with lipid membranes(P-Lipo) to restrain metastatic tumor formation more efficiently. It was shown nanoplateletsomes bound with circulating tumor cells(CTC)efficiently, interfered with CTC arrest by vessel endothelial cells, CTC extravasation through endothelial layers, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of tumor cells as nanodecoys. More importantly, in the mouse breast tumor metastasis model, nanoplateletsomes could decrease CTC survival in the blood and counteract metastatic tumor growth efficiently by inhibiting the inflammation and suppressing CTC escape. | 19 | Meeting 24-h Movement Guidelines is Related to Better Academic Achievement:Findings from the YRBS 2019 Cycle显示文摘This research is designed to investigate the relationship between the 24-h movement guidelines(24-HMG)and self-reported academic achievement(AA)using nationally representative data derived from the 2019 U.S.National Youth Risk Behaviour Survey.A multiple-stage cluster sampling procedure has been adopted to ensure a representative sample(N=9127 adolescents;mean age=15.7 years old;male%=49.8%).Logistic regression has been adopted to obtain the odds ratio(OR)regarding the associations between adherence to 24-HMG and AA while controlling for ethnicity,body mass index,sex and age.The prevalence of meeting the 24-h movement guidelines in isolation and combination varied greatly(physical activity=23.3%,screen time=32.5%,sleep=22.3%,and 24-HMG=2.8%),while the percentage of highest-class AA was 42.5%.Compared with the situation when none of 24-HMG is met,the achievement of any of the combined guidelines(except for meeting the physical activity guidelines)was significantly associated with higher odds of achieving first-class AA.Meeting the sleep guideline had 1.42 times increased likelihood to achieve highest-class AA as compared with not meeting the sleep guideline.Meeting screen time guidelines and physical activity guidelines,respectively,were 1.32 and 1.13 times more likely to report first-class AA;but meeting the guidelines of physical activity was not significantly related to AA.Meeting the 24-HMG had the highest odds of achieving first-class AA(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.47-2.73).In both sexes,adolescents who met 24-HMG self-reported better AA(boys OR=2.05,95%CI:1.34-3.15;girls OR=2.26,95%CI:1.36-3.76).Significant relationships were observed in adolescents from 9-10th grade,but not higher grades.Our research findings suggest that optimal movement behaviours can be seen as an important element to better academic achievement among U.S.adolescents.Future studies can adopt our discoveries to promote adolescents’academic achievement through implementing optimal 24-h movement behaviour patterns. | Shaoying Liu Qian Yu Md Mahbub Hossain Scott Doig Ran Bao Yaping Zhao Jin Yan Xun Luo Jiaxuan Yang Arthur F.Kramer Liye Zou | 2022 | International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2022,24,1: | 0 |
