1The synthesis of 6-(tert-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3-dimethylquinoline carbonate derivatives and their antifungal activity against Pyricularia oryzae显示文摘A series of novel 6-(/er/-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3- dimethylquinoline carbonate derivatives were designed and synthesized. Bioassay results showed that some of them exhibited good activity against Pyricularia oryzae (P. oryzae). It was found that the compound 5q (benzyl (6-(tert-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3-dimethylquinolin-4-yl) carbonate) possessed good activity against P. oryzae whatever protective activity (10 mg·L^-1) or curative activity (25 mg·L^-1), which was better than that of control tebufloquin. 2An magnetic resonance-based plasma metabonomic investigation on abnormal Savda in different complicated diseases显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To provide potential evidence for the existence of abnormal Savda, we assessed host metabonomic responses and dynamic changes occurring in various diseases using1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)-based metabonomics.METHODS: Plasma samples taken from patients with complicated diseases with abnormal Savda(n=140, including 35 cases each of diabetes, asthma,breast cancer, and cervical carcinoma) and from healthy controls(n=35) were analyzed by1H NMR(600 MHz), and the spectral profiles were analyzed by multivariate analysis using orthogonal projection to latent structure with discriminant analysis.RESULTS: Supervised modeling of the data provided very good discrimination between patients and healthy controls. Compared with the healthy controls, the patient groups with different disease conditions displayed similar metabolic changes, characterized by lower creatine, creatinine, lactate, and amino acid levels(including isoleucine, leucine, valine, alanine, and 1-methylhistidine) and higher lipid levels(very low-density lipoproteins and unsaturated lipids). 5A further understanding of the cation exchange mechanism for the extraction of Sr^(2+) and Cs^+ by ionic liquid显示文摘The cation exchange mechanism was further investigated during the extraction of Sr 2+ and Cs+ using the extractant dicyclo- hexano-18-crown-6 (DCH18C6) in an ionic liquid (IL)1-ethyl-3-methyimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide (C2 mimNTf2 ). The concentrations of both the cation C2 mim + and the anion NTf2 in aqueous phase were detected. The con-centration of NTf2 in the aqueous phase decreased as Sr2+ or Cs+ exchanged into the IL phase. 6Solvent extraction of thorium(Ⅳ) using W/O microemulsion显示文摘The extraction of thorium(IV) was investigated using two types of W/O microemulsion,one of which was formed by a surface-active saponified extractant sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate(NaDEHP) and the other was formed by a mixture of an anionic surfactant sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate(AOT) and an extractant bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid(HDEHP) as the cosurfactant.The extraction capacities of the above two systems were higher than that of the HDEHP extraction system.High concentration of NaNO 3 showed no influence on the extraction in the NaDEHP based W/O microemulsion system,whilst reduced the extractability in the AOT-HDEHP W/O microemulsion system.The mechanism in acidic condition was demonstrated by the log-log plot method.The structure of the aggregations and the water content in the organic phase after extraction were measured by dynamic light scattering and Karl Fischer water titration,respectively.It was found that NaDEHP based W/O microemulsion broke up after extraction,while AOT-HDEHP W/O microemulsion was reserved.GAO Song SHEN XingHai CHEN QingDe GAO HongCheng 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,9:4
7CO2/CH4 separation using inside coated thin film composite hollow fiber membranes prepared by interfacial polymerization显示文摘Carbon dioxide(CO_2) is greenhouse gas which originates primarily as a main combustion product of biogas and landfill gas. To separate this gas, an inside coated thin film composite(TFC) hollow fiber membrane was developed by interfacial polymerization between 1,3–cyclohexanebis–methylamine(CHMA) and trimesoyl chloride(TMC). ATR-FTIR, SEM and AFM were used to characterize the active thin layer formed inside the PSf hollow fiber. The separation behavior of the CHMA-TMC/PSf membrane was scrutinized by studying various effects like feed gas pressure and temperature. Furthermore, the influence of CHMA concentration and TMC concentration on membrane morphology and performance were investigated. As a result, it was found that mutually the CHMA concentration and TMC concentration play key roles in determining membrane morphology and performance. Moreover, the CHMA-TMC/PSf composite membrane showed good CO_2/CH_4 separation performance. For CO_2/CH_4 mixture gas(30/70 by volume) test, the membrane(PD1 prepared by CHMA 1.0% and TMC 0.5%) showed a CO_2 permeance of 25 GPU and the best CO_2/CH_4 selectivity of 28 at stage cut of 0.1. 8Investigation on the extraction of strontium ions from aqueous phase using crown ether-ionic liquid systems显示文摘The extraction of strontium ions using DCH18C6 as the extractant and various ionic liquids(ILs) as solvents has been investigated.The distribution ratio of Sr2+ can reach as high as 103 under certain conditions,much larger than that in DCH18C6/n-octanol system.The extraction capacity depends greatly on the structure of ionic liquids.In Ils-based extraction systems,the extraction efficiency of strontium ions is reduced by increasing the concentration of nitric acid and can also be influenced directly by the presence of Na+ and K+ in the aqueous phase.It is confirmed that the extraction proceeds mainly via a cation-exchange mechanism.XU Chao SHEN XingHai CHEN QingDe GAO HongCheng 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:3
9Differences in the Content of Protein and Essential Amino Acids between Different Rice Varieties显示文摘Evaluation of the protein content is a major indicator of the nutritional quality of rice,and the protein quality of rice is the best among cereal crops. Essential amino acids play an irreplaceable role in human growth,development and health care. Essential amino acid is a key ingredient to measure the nutritional value of rice. Using the experimental rice processed from the rice variety ' Yuzhenxiang' sprayed with plant nutrients( patent number: ZL201110103910. 9),namely high essential amino acid nutritional rice,combined with five kinds of high quality rice imported by COFCO and homegrown ' Wuchang rice',we send the samples of the seven kinds of rice to Hunan Food Testing Center,and adopt HPLC method to test the content of protein and eight kinds of essential amino acids. Three bags of rice are randomly selected for each kind of rice,and each bag is a replication. The test results show that there are highly significant differences in the content of essential amino acids between different kinds of rice( F = 246. 29**,P =5 ×10- 71),and there are also highly significant differences in the content between different kinds of essential amino acids( F = 3937. 09**,P = 4 × 10- 146). 10Identification of Major Locus Bph35 Resistance to Brown Planthopper in Rice显示文摘An introgression line RBPH660,derived from wild rice Oryza rufipogon,showed stable resistance to brown planthopper(BPH).Segregation analysis indicated BPH resistance of RBPH660 was controlled by multiple genes/QTLs.By using the bulked segregant analysis(BSA)-seq method,two genomic regions harboring QTLs resistance to BPH were identified from 1.20 to 16.70 Mb on chromosome 4 and from 10.20 to 12.60 Mb on chromosome 9 in RBPH660,respectively.A major resistance locus,designated as Bph35 accounting for 51.27%of the phenotypic variation with a LOD score of 42.51,was mapped to the candidate region of chromosome 4 between In Del(insertion-deletion)markers PSM16 and R4 M13.For fine mapping of Bph35,one simple sequence repeat and three newly developed In Del markers were used to screen the recombinants.Finally,the Bph35 locus was delimited in the region from 6.28 to 6.93 Mb and there were 18 predicted protein-encoding genes with a total of 114 non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)variant sites between the resistant and susceptible parents.Out of these genes,Os04 g0193950,encoding a putative NB-ARC(nucleotidebinding adaptor shared by APAF-1,R proteins and CED-4)and LRR(leucine-rich repeat)domain protein with nine non-synonymous SNP substitutions in its coding sequence regions,might be the candidate gene for Bph35.These findings would facilitate the map-based cloning of the Bph35 gene and development of resistant varieties against BPH in rice.ZHANG Yuexiong QIN Gang MA Qianqian WEI Minyi YANG Xinghai MA Zengfeng LIANG Haifu LIU Chi LI Zhenjing LIU Fang HUANG Dahui LI Rongbai 2020Rice science2020,27,3:3
11Fine‑mapping and association analysis of candidate genes for papilla number in sea cucumber,Apostichopus japonicus显示文摘The papilla number is one of the most economically important traits of sea cucumber in the China marketing trade.However,the genetic basis for papilla number diversity in holothurians is still scarce.In the present study,we conducted genomewide association studies(GWAS)for the trait papilla number of sea cucumbers utilizing a set of 400,186 high-quality SNPs derived from 200 sea cucumbers.Two significant trait-associated SNPs that passed Bonferroni correction(P<1.25E−7)were located in the intergenic region near PATS1 and the genic region of EIF4G,which were reported to play a pivotal role in cell growth and proliferation.The fine-mapping regions around the top two lead SNPs provided precise causative loci/genes related to papilla formation and cellular activity,including PPP2R3C,GBP1,and BCAS3.Potential SNPs with P<1E−4 were acquired for the following GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.Moreover,the two lead SNPs were verified in another population of sea cucumber,and the expressive detection of three potential candidate genes PATS1,PPP2R3C,and EIF4G that near or cover the two lead SNPs was conducted in papilla tissue of TG(Top papilla number group)and BG(Bottom papilla number group)by qRT-PCR.We found the significantly higher expression profile of PATS1(3.34-fold),PPP2R3C(4.90-fold),and EIF4G(4.23-fold)in TG,implying their potential function in papilla polymorphism.The present results provide valuable information to decipher the phenotype differences of the papilla trait and will provide a scientific basis for selective breeding in sea cucumbers.Xinghai Zhu Ping Ni Marc Sturrock Yangfan Wang Jun Ding Yaqing Chang Jingjie Hu Zhenmin Bao 2022Marine Life Science & Technology2022,4,3:2
12Design and Analysis of Spatial Modulation Based Orthogonal Time Frequency Space System显示文摘In this paper,we design a spatial modulation based orthogonal time frequency space(SMOTFS)system to achieve improved transmission reliability and meet the high transmission rate and highspeed demands of future mobile communications,which fully utilizes the characteristics of spatial modulation(SM)and orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)transmission.The detailed system design and signal processing of the SM-OTFS system have been presented.The closed-form expressions of the average symbol error rate(ASER)and average bit error rate(ABER)of the SM-OTFS system have been derived over the delay-Doppler channel with the help of the union bounding technique and moment-generating function(MGF).Meanwhile,the system complexity has been evaluated.Numerical results verify the correctness of the theoretical ASER and ABER analysis of the SM-OTFS system in the high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)regions and also show that the SM-OTFS system outperforms the traditional SM based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(SM-OFDM)system with limited complexity increase under mobile conditions,especially in high mobility scenarios.Yingchao Yang Zhiquan Bai Ke Pang Piming Ma Haixia Zhang Xinghai Yang Dongfeng Yuan 2021China Communications2021,18,8:2

14A synergy establishment by metal-organic framework and carbon quantum dots to enhance electrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Available online Integrating transition metal centered MOFs with conductive materials is a feasible route to enhance electron transfer efficiency of materials.Herein,a composite porous structure CQDs_(10)@NiFe-MOF-A was fabricated via introducing carbon quantum dots(CQDs)into porous NiFe-MOF.The CQDs would make partial loss of lattice in MOF during its growth,leading to the composite building block with the coexistance of crystalline region and amorphous region.The calcining treatment would produce an ultrathin protective layer as well as some lattice collapse.The synergy effect between NiFe ions effectively regulated electronic structure of metal active sites,and successful grafting of CQDs to NiFe-MOF significantly improved electrical conductivity.As expected,the catalyst exhibited outstanding OER performances with high mass activity of 91.6 A/g at overpotential of 300 mV and robust durability of 10,000 cycles in 1 mol/L KOH,which outperformed that of noble catalyst IrO_(2)of 25.2 A/g.The strategy paves a feasible and effective avenue for the non-noble metal catalysts.Qiuxiang Mou Xuan Wang Zhenhang Xu Pnur Zul Erlei Li Pingping Zhao Xinghai Liu Houbin Li Gongzhen Cheng 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:2
15Sound intensity radiated by Gaohu显示文摘Gaohu is one of the main bowed stringed instruments used in Guangdong music and Chinese native Orchestra. However its sound intensity has never been carefully measured. In this paper the sound power measurements of Gaohu were performed in a reverberation chamber according to the Chinese national standard. Two qualified musicians performed on their own instruments. The mean sound power levels and the dynamic ranges of Gaohu were investigated by four channel acoustic measuring equipments when single notes, music scale and melodies were performed under pp, mp, f and ff dynamics.
