| 1 | 南京社区妇女乳腺癌筛查知信行现状及影响因素显示文摘目的了解江苏省南京市妇女乳腺癌筛查知信行现状并分析其影响因素,为制定合理有效的乳腺癌筛查干预模式提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法抽取南京市418名≥40岁社区妇女为调查对象,采用乳腺癌筛查知信行问卷进行调查。结果调查对象乳腺癌筛查知识总知晓率为32.8%,主要影响因素有文化程度和职业(P<0.05);乳腺钼钯筛查信念得分为(31.94±4.17)分,在不同社会人口学特征对象间差异无统计学意义;曾经做过乳腺自我检查和乳腺临床检查的妇女分别占57.1%和82.3%,其中在最近1年内做过的分别占47.0%和45.7%,年龄和职业是影响自我检查行为的因素(P<0.05);有12.2%的女性曾经接受过乳腺钼钯检查,文化程度是实施乳腺钼钯检查的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论南京市社区妇女乳腺癌筛查知识较为缺乏,筛查率有待提高,年龄、职业、文化程度是筛查行为的影响因素。 | 王彤彤 尹立红 Grace X.MA 李晓波 刘冉 杨淼 李云晖 | 2015 | 中国公共卫生2015,31,5: | 22 |
| 2 | Biomimetic delivery of signals for bone tissue engineering显示文摘Bone tissue engineering is an exciting approach to directly repair bone defects or engineer bone tissue for transplantation.Biomaterials play a pivotal role in providing a template and extracellular environment to support regenerative cells and promote tissue regeneration. A variety of signaling cues have been identified to regulate cellular activity, tissue development, and the healing process. Numerous studies and trials have shown the promise of tissue engineering, but successful translations of bone tissue engineering research into clinical applications have been limited, due in part to a lack of optimal delivery systems for these signals. Biomedical engineers are therefore highly motivated to develop biomimetic drug delivery systems, which benefit from mimicking signaling molecule release or presentation by the native extracellular matrix during development or the natural healing process. Engineered biomimetic drug delivery systems aim to provide control over the location, timing, and release kinetics of the signal molecules according to the drug's physiochemical properties and specific biological mechanisms. This article reviews biomimetic strategies in signaling delivery for bone tissue engineering, with a focus on delivery systems rather than specific molecules. | 4 | CHIP regulates bone mass by targeting multiple TRAF family members in bone marrow stromal cells显示文摘Carboxyl terminus of Hsp70-interacting protein(CHIP or STUB1) is an E3 ligase and regulates the stability of several proteins which are involved in different cellular functions. Our previous studies demonstrated that Chip deficient mice display bone loss phenotype due to increased osteoclast formation through enhancing TRAF6 activity in osteoclasts. In this study we provide novel evidence about the function of CHIP. We found that osteoblast differentiation and bone formation were also decreased in Chip KO mice. In bone marrow stromal(BMS) cells derived from Chip^(-/-) mice, expression of a panel of osteoblast marker genes was significantly decreased. ALP activity and mineralized bone matrix formation were also reduced in Chip-deficient BMS cells. We also found that in addition to the regulation of TRAF6, CHIP also inhibits TNFα-induced NF-κB signaling through promoting TRAF2 and TRAF5 degradation. Specific deletion of Chip in BMS cells downregulated expression of osteoblast marker genes which could be reversed by the addition of NF-κB inhibitor. These results demonstrate that the osteopenic phenotype observed in Chip^(-/-) mice was due to the combination of increased osteoclast formation and decreased osteoblast differentiation. | 5 | Hybrid polymer biomaterials for bone tissue regeneration显示文摘Native tissues possess unparalleled physiochemical and biological functions, which can be attributed to their hybrid polymer composition and intrinsic bioactivity. However, there are also various concerns or limitations over the use of natural materials derived from animals or cadavers, including the potential immunogenicity, pathogen transmission, batch to batch consistence and mismatch in properties for various applications. Therefore, there is an increasing interest in developing degradable hybrid polymer biomaterials with controlled properties for highly efficient biomedical applications. There have been efforts to mimic the extracellular protein structure such as nanofibrous and composite scaffolds, to functionalize scaffold surface for improved cellular interaction, to incorporate controlled biomolecule release capacity to impart biological signaling, and to vary physical properties of scaffolds to regulate cellular behavior. In this review, we highlight the design and synthesis of degradable hybrid polymer biomaterials and focus on recent developments in osteoconductive, elastomeric, photoluminescent and electroactive hybrid polymers. | 6 | Variations in Wear Resistance of a Novel Triboalloy Pseudoelastic TiNi Alloy-with Respect to its Pseudoelasticity and Hardness显示文摘It has recently been found that TiNt shape memory alloy has another attractive property; high resistance to wear. The wear resistance of this alloy benefits from its pseudoelasticity (PE). It has, however, been noticed that other mechanical properties also affect the wear resistance, especially the hardness. Research was conducted to investigate the correlation between the wear resistance and both the PE and hardness. | 7 | Long-term safety of laser in situ keratomileusis in eyes with thin corneas: 5-year follow-up显示文摘● AIM: To investigate the long term(≥5 y) efficacy, predictability, and safety of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) in eyes with thin corneas [central corneal thickness(CCT) <500 μm].● METHODS: A total of 339 patients met the criteria of this study. Finally, 175 eyes of 89 patients who had thin corneas and underwent LASIK≥5 y ago returned to our clinic and included in this study. Preoperative parameters recorded included uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA), corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA), manifest refraction, CCT and corneal topography. At returning visits, in addition to visual acuity and manifest refraction, ultrasound CCT and corneal topography were performed. Optical coherence tomography was used to measure the CCT, LASIK flap thickness, and residual stromal bed thickness(RSBT). Safety index, efficacy index, percentage of eyes within ±0.5 D and ±1.0 D of refraction, percent tissue altered(PTA), and percentage stromal bed thickness(PSBT) were calculated.● RESULTS: The safety index was 1.09 and efficacy index was 0.99. The percentages of eyes within ±0.5 D and ±1.0 D were 71.2% and 87.7%, respectively. The mean PTA was 40%±6%(range 20% to 55%); 76 eyes(43.4%) had PTA <40% and 99 eyes(56.6%) had PTA≥40%. The mean RSBT was 303±27 μm(range 240 to 390 μm), and 2 eyes had RSBT<250 μm. The mean PSBT was 61%±9%(range 51% to 85%).
