| 1 | Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb ages of the “Xinghuadukou Group” in Hanjiayuanzi and Xinlin areas and the “Zhalantun Group” in Inner Mongolia,Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘A report is presented of SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating data of meta-igneous and meta-sedimentary rocks of the Xinghuadukou Group(Xinlin-Hanjiayuanzi area,Heilongjiang Province)and meta-volcanic rocks of the Zhalantun Group(Zhalantun district,Inner Mongolia).The SHRIMP analyses show that the meta-igneous rocks from the Xinghuadukou Group formed at 506±10―547±46 Ma,belonging to Early-Middle Precambrian,whereas the meta-sedimentary rocks yielded detrital zircons,with ages of 1.0―1.2,1.6―1.8 and 2.5―2.6 Ga,indicative of deposition age at least<1.0 Ga. Meta-basic volcanic rocks from the Zhalantun Group have a formation age of 506±3 Ma.These data suggest that both the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups formed during Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic time,rather than Paleoproterozoic time as previously thought.Early Precambrian inherited zircons in the meta-igneous rocks and numerous Precambrian detrital zircons in the meta-sedimentary rocks imply that these rocks were formed proximal to older crust.It is inferred that the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups represent Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic vol- cano-sedimentary sequences formed in an active continental margin setting. | MIAO LaiCheng LIU DunYi ZHANG FuQin FAN WeiMing SHI YuRuo XIE HangQiang | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,8: | 86 |
| 2 | Precise orbit determination of Beidou Satellites with precise positioning显示文摘Chinese Beidou satellite navigation system constellation currently consists of eight Beidou satellites and can provide preliminary service of navigation and positioning in the Asia-Pacific Region.Based on the self-developed software Position And Navigation Data Analysis(PANDA) and Beidou Experimental Tracking Stations (BETS),which are built by Wuhan University,the study of Beidou precise orbit determination,static precise point positioning (PPP),and high precision relative positioning,and differential positioning are carried out comprehensively.Results show that the radial precision of the Beidou satellite orbit determination is better than 10 centimeters.The RMS of static PPP can reach several centimeters to even millimeters for baseline relative positioning.The precision of kinematic pseudo-range differential positioning and RTK mode positioning are 2-4 m and 5-10 cm respectively,which are close to the level of GPS precise positioning.Research in this paper verifies that,with support of ground reference station network,Beidou satellite navigation system can provide precise positioning from several decimeters to meters in the wide area and several centimeters in the regional area.These promising results would be helpful for the implementation and applications of Beidou satellite navigation system. | SHI Chuang ZHAO QiLe LI Min TANG WeiMing HU ZhiGang LOU YiDong ZHANG HongPing NIU XiaoJi LIU JingNan | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7: | 61 |

| 4 | Varying coefficient analysis for indeterminate species interactions with non-parametric estimation, exemplifying with a fig-fig wasp system显示文摘Research on species interactions has generally assumed that species have a fixed interaction and therefore linear or non-linear parametric regression models (e.g. exponential, logistic) have been widely used to describe the species interaction. However, these models that describe the relationship between interacting species as a specific functional response might not be appropriate for real biological communities, for instance, in a chaotic system, when the species relationship varies among different situations. To allow a more accurate description of the relationship, we developed a species correlation model with varying coefficient analysis, in which a non-parametric estimation is applied to identify, as a function of related factors, variation in the correlation coefficient. This was applied to a fig-fig wasp model system. When the effect of the factors on the relationship can be described with parameters, the new method reduces to traditional parametric correlation analysis. In this way, the new method is more general and flexible for empirical data analyses, but different by allowing investigation of whether a species interaction varies with respect to factors, and of the factors that maintain or change the species interaction. | 5 | Resveratrol induces AMPK and mTOR signaling inhibition-mediated autophagy and apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells显示文摘Resveratrol,a natural compound extracted from the skins of grapes,berries,or other fruits,has been shown to have anti-tumor effects against multiple myeloma(MM)via promoting apoptosis and inhibiting cell viability.In addition to apoptosis,autophagy also plays a significant role in anti-tumor effects.However,whether autophagy is involved in anti-MM activity of resveratrol remains unclear.In this study,human MM cell lines U266,RPMI-8226,and NCI-H929 were treated with resveratrol.Cell Counting Kit-8 assay and colony formation assay were used to measure cell viability.Western blot analysis was used to detect apoptosis-and autophagy-associated proteins.3-Methyladenine(3-MA)was applied to inhibit autophagy.Results showed that resveratrol inhibited cell viability and colony formation via promoting apoptosis and autophagy in MM cell lines U266,RPMI-8226,and NCI-H929.Resveratrol promoted apoptosis-related proteins,Caspase-3 activating poly-ADP-ribose polymerase and Caspase-3 cleavage,and decreased the protein level of Survivin in a dose-dependent manner.Additionally,resveratrol upregulated the levels of LC3 and Beclin1 in a dose-dependent way,indicating that autophagy might be implicated in anti-MM effect of resveratrol.Furthermore,3-MA relieved the cytotoxicity of resveratrol by blocking the autophagic flux.Resveratrol increased the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase and decreased the phosphorylation of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)and its downstream substrates p70S6K and 4EBP1 in a dose-dependent manner,leading to autophagy.Therefore,our results suggest that resveratrol exerts anti-MM effects through apoptosis and autophagy,which can be used as a new therapeutic strategy for MM in clinic. | Ruye Ma Dandan Yu Yu Peng Hongfei Yi Yingcong Wang Taofang Cheng Bingqing Shi Guang Yang Weiming Lai Xiaosong Wu Ye Lu Jumei Shi | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,6: | 7 |
| 6 | Evaluating Soil Dissolved Organic Matter Extraction Using Three-Dimensional Excitation-Emission Matrix Fluorescence Spectroscopy显示文摘Soil dissolved organic matter(DOM) consists of many organic compounds and plays an important role in contaminant transport in the ecosystem. However, the effects of different extraction conditions on contents of different DOM components are poorly understood.We extracted DOM from three soils using different extraction times, solid to liquid ratios(SLR), and extraction solution(KCl)concentrations, and evaluated the extractions using three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix(EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy.The sum of the contents of the main DOM components(protein-, fulvic-, and humic-like compounds) increased by 0.6–3.5, 2.5–3.9,and 0.11–0.37 times(P < 0.05) when SLR decreased from 1:2 to 1:10, the extraction solution concentration increased from 0.01 to 1.5 mol L^(-1), and extraction time increased from 10 to 300 min, respectively. | 8 | Biochar can Increase Chinese Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)Yield,Decrease Nitrogen and Phosphorus Leaching Losses in Intensive Vegetable Soil显示文摘There are few evidences on the effect of biochar on vegetable yield,nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)leaching losses under intensive vegetable production soil.The current field plot scale study evaluated responses of Chinese cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)yield,N and P leaching losses using five N treatments of common N application rate according to local farmers’practice(N100%),reducing 20%or 40%N fertilizer(N80%and N60%),and reducing 40%N fertilizer but incorporating 10 or 20 t/ha biochar(N60%+BC10 and N60%+BC20).Results showed that N80%and N60%decreased both the cabbage economic and leaf yields by 6.8%-36.3%and 27.4%-37.7%,respectively.Incorporation of biochar with reduced N fertilizer rates improved the cabbage yield,in particular the N60%+BC20 matched the yield that observed in N100%treatment.Enhanced N and P uptake capacities of cabbage shoot probably contributed the higher vegetable production under both biochar amendment schemes.Biochar application mitigated the NH_(4)^(+)-N and total P leaching losses by 20%-30%and 29%-32%,respectively,compared with their counterpart treatment N60%.Nevertheless,biochar exerted no influence on the NO_(3)^(-)-N leaching.In addition,soil organic matter content was recorded with 7.4%-28.7%higher following 10-20 t/ha biochar application.In conclusion,biochar application can increase economic yield of cabbage via increasing N and P use efficiency,decrease N and P leaching losses,and improve soil quality in an intensive vegetable production system. | Haijun Sun Paramsothy Jeyakumar Hongdong Xiao Xuewen Li Jiayou Liu Min Yu Prabal Bir Jung Rana Weiming Shi | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,1: | 3 |

| 12 | Phosphorus supply and management in vegetable production systems in China显示文摘Vegetable production systems involve high rates of chemical and organic fertilizer applications,leading to significant P accumulation in vegetable soils,as well as a decrease in P use efficiency(PUE),which is one of the key limiting factors in vegetable production.This review introduces the vegetable production systems in China and their fertilization status,and analyzes probable causes of overfertilization of vegetable fields.Poorly developed root systems and high P demand have led to the need to maintain much higher available P concentrations in the root zone for regular growth of vegetables,which might necessitate higher phosphate fertilizer input than the plants require.Research on strategies to improve vegetable PUE and the mechanisms of these strategies are summarized in this review.Increasing the P uptake by vegetables by supplying P during the critical growth stage and effectively utilizing the accumulated P by optimizing the C:P ratio in soils can substantially increase PUE.These advances will provide a basis for improving PUE and optimizing phosphate fertilizer applications in vegetable production through regulatory measures.In addition,some policies are recommended that could ensure the safety of vegetables and improve product quality.This review also aims to improve understanding of P cycling in vegetable fields and assist in the development of best practices to manage P reserves globally. | Rui WANG Weiming SHI Yilin LI | 2019 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2019,6,4: | 2 |
