| 6 | Research on the Fe-silicon nitride material self-producing N_2 at high temperature显示文摘The Fe-silicon nitride synthesized by flashing combustion process was studied to determine the reaction temperature between Fe and silicon nitride, the account of N_2 given out in the course of the reaction, and the change of the microstructure during calcination. The results showed that at 1127.2℃ the Fe-silicon nitride self-reacts and releases N_2 and under 101.3 kPa the volume of N_2 given out in the course of the reaction is 20 times more than that of the starting material. N_2 is produced quickly, and completes in several decade seconds. With the producing of N_2, the structure of Silicon Nitride around Fe becomes loose and porous, or cracks are formed by the reaction between Fe and silicon nitride. | 9 | CeO_(2)nanoparticles-decorated CoP nanocubes for accelerating alkaline electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Constructing heterojunction interface as an active catalyst is an effective strategy to boost electrocatalytic activity of oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we report an interfacial CoP/CeO_(2)heterostructure catalyst constructed by interface engineering and selective phosphorization procedure.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)suggests that coupling CeO_(2)nanoparticles on the surface of CoP will generate interfacial interaction at the two-phase interface,resulting in electron transfer between CoP and CeO_(2)components at the interface.Benefitting from the interfacial interaction,large exposed interface area,and luxuriant mesopores structure,CoP/CeO_(2)shows fascinating alkaline OER performance.At the current densities of 10 and 50 mA cm^(−2),the optimal CoP/CeO_(2)heterojunction exhibits lower overpotential(257 and 298 mV)than either CoP(288 and 354 mV)or RuO_(2)(305 and 409 mV).This work provides a facile synthetic protocol for constructing heterostructure interfaces to improve OER performance. | Xueda Ding Yuxin Huang Dongyang Chen Zailai Xie | 2023 | Particuology2023,,10: | 0 |
| 10 | Self-template synthesis of hollow Fe-doped CoP prisms with enhanced oxygen evolution reaction activity显示文摘The development of efficient, durable and low cost electrocatalysts is crucial but extremely challenging for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Herein, we develop a self-template strategy to synthesize hollow Fe-doped CoP prisms (Fe-CoP) via ion exchange of cobalt acetate hydroxide with [Fe(CN)_(6)]^(3-) and phosphorization-induced transformation of CoFe-PBA (Co/Fe-containing prussian blue analogue) prisms in N2 atmosphere. The obtained Fe-CoP not only inherits the hollow prism-like morphology of CoFe-PBA, but also forms rich mesoporous channel. The Fe-CoP prisms exhibit extraordinary OER performances in 1.0 M KOH, with a low overpotential of 236 mV to deliver a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) and a low Tafel slope of 32.9 mV dec^(–1). Moreover, the presented electrocatalyst shows good long-term operating durability and activity. The XPS and TEM analysis confirm that Fe-CoP has undergone surface reconstruction in the process of electrocatalytic OER, and the in situ formed oxides and oxyhydroxides are the real active species to boost OER.
