1Whole-Genome Resequencing of a Worldwide Collection of Rapeseed Accessions Reveals the Genetic Basis of Ecotype Divergence显示文摘Rapeseed (Brassica napus),an important oilseed crop,has adapted to diverse climate zones and latitudes by forming three main ecotype groups,namely winter,semiwinter,and spring types. However,genetic variations underlying the divergence of these ecotypes are largely unknown. Here,we report the global pattern of genetic polymorphisms in rapeseed determined by resequencing a worldwide collection of 991 germplasm accessions.A total of 5.56 and 5.53 million singlenucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)as Well as 1.86 and 1.92 million InDels were identified by mapping reads to the reference genomes of 'Darmor-bzh'and 'Tapidor,'respectively.We generated a map of allelic drift paths that shows splits and mixtures of the main populations,and revealed an asymmetric evolution of the two subgenomes of B.napus by calculating the genetic diversity and linkage disequilibrium parameters.Selective-sweep analysis revealed genetic changes in genes orthologous to those regulating various aspects of plant development and response to stresses.A genome-wide association study identified SNPs in the promoter regions of FLOWERING LOCUS T and FLOWERING LOCUS C orthologs that corresponded to the different rapeseed ecotype groups. 6Viability of primary cultured retinal neurons in a hyperglycemic condition显示文摘The retina of Wistar rats within 1-3 days of birth were dissociated into a retinal cell suspension using 0.05% trypsin digestion. The cell suspension was incubated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium for 24 hours, followed by neurobasal medium for 5-7 days. Nissl staining showed that 79.86% of primary cultured retinal cells were positive and immunocytochemical staining showed that the purity of anti-neurofilament heavy chain antibody-positive cells was 71.53%, indicating that the primary culture system of rat retinal neurons was a reliable and stable cell system with neurons as the predominant cell type. The primary cultured retinal neurons were further treated with 0, 5.5, 15, 25, and 35 mM glucose for 24, 48, and 72 hours. The thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide test and flow cytometry showed that with increasing glucose concentration and treatment duration, the viability of retinal neurons was reduced, and apoptosis increased. In particular, 35 mM glucose exhibited the most significant effect at 72 hours. 7Implementation of a reference-scaled average bioequivalence approach for highly variable generic drug products of agomelatine in Chinese subjects显示文摘The aim of this study was to apply the reference-scaled average bioequivalence(RSABE)approach to evaluate the bioequivalence of 2 formulations of agomelatine,and to investigate the pharmacokinetic properties of agomelatine in Chinese healthy male subjects.This was performed in a single-dose,randomized-sequence,open-label,four-way crossover study with a one-day washout period between doses.Healthy Chinese males were randomly assigned to receive 25 mg of either the test or reference formulation.The formulations were considered bioequivalent if 90% confidence intervals(CIs)for the log-transformed ratios and ratio of geometric means(GMR)of AUC and C_(max) of agomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range based on RSABE method.Results showed that both of the90% CIs for the log-transformed ratios of AUC and C_(max) of 7-desmethyl-agomelatine and 3-hydroxyagomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range.The 90% CIs for natural logtransformed ratios of C_(max) ,AUC_(0–t)and AUC_(0–∞) of agomelatine(104.42–139.86,101.33–123.83 and97.90–117.94)were within the RSABE acceptance limits,and 3-hydroxy-agomelatine(105.55–123.03,101.95–109.10 and 101.72–108.70)and 7-desmethyl-agomelatine(104.50–125.23,102.36–111.50 and101.62–110.64)were within the FDA bioequivalence definition intervals(0.80–1.25 for AUC and0.75–1.33 for C_(max)).The RSABE approach was successful in evaluating the bioequivalence of these two formulations.Fang Tang Rui Zhou Zeneng Cheng Guoping Yang Aiqiao Chen Zhi Liu Hongyi Tan Shuang Yang Sanwang Li Lingli Mu Peng Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:2
8Tectonic Evolution of the Junggar Foreland Basin in the Late Carboniferous-Permian显示文摘A comprehensive study has been carried out to subdivide andcorrelate the Upper Carboniferous and Permian sedimentary successions in the Junggar basin based on outcrops and drilling and geophysical data. The study results, combined with geological analyses of the basin's periphery and the basement, as well as studies of the sedimentary rocks within the basin, the unconformities, tectonic geometry, kinematics and geodynamics, lead to the conclusion that the Junggar basin was characterized by the development of foreland basin systems during the Late Carboniferous and Per mian, During that period, three foreland basin systems were developed: (1) the northwest foreland basin system, which trended nearly north-south from Mahu to the Chepaizi Palaeo-mountain during its early stage of development and thus it was also referred to as the west foreland basin system; (2) the Karamaili foreland basin system in the east and (3) the Northern Tianshan foreland basin system in the south. These systems are different in size, development stage and time of formation. The first two are developed earlier than the third, but they are smaller in size. All the structures in the Junggar basin have resulted from the integration and superposition of structural elements in the above three systems. In general, the development of the Junggar basin can be divided into four stages. Stage I was marked by the creation and evolution of the marginal western foreland and the peripheral Karamaili foreland basin systems during the Late Carboniferous-early Early Permian (C3-Pja). Stage Ⅱ was characterized by the development of complicated foreland basin systems during the mid dle-late Early Permian (Pjb-Pf) when the three foreland basin systems took their shapes. Stage Ⅲ was the integration stage of peripheral foreland basin systems during the Middle Permian (P2) in which steady and slow tectonic subsidence prevailed. 9Dispersion engineering and measurement in crystalline microresonators using a fiber ring etalon显示文摘Dispersion engineering and measurement are significant for nonlinear photonic applications using whispering gallery mode microresonators.Specifically,the Kerr microresonator frequency comb as an important example has attracted a great amount of interest in research fields due to the potential capability of full integration on a chip.A simple and cost-efficient way for dispersion measurements is thereby in high demand for designing such a microcomb device.Here,we report a dispersion measurement approach using a fiber ring etalon reference.The free spectral range of the etalon is first measured through sideband modulation,and the dispersion of the etalon is inferred by binary function fitting during the dispersion measurement.This method is demonstrated on two MgF_(2) disk resonators.Experimental results show good agreement with numerical simulations using the finite element method.Dispersion engineering on such resonators is also numerically investigated.XIAOBAO ZHANG GUOPING LIN TANG SUN QINGHAI SONG GUANGZONG XIAO HUI LUO 2021Photonics Research2021,9,11:2
10The relationships among structure variables of larch forests in China显示文摘Background:Larch(Larix Mill.)forests are widely distributed in the upper parts of mountainous areas in China,playing vital roles in constructing mountain landscapes and maintaining mountain environments.Despite their importance,our knowledges on the large-scale patterns of structure characteristics and the relationships between different structure variables are unclear.In this paper,we investigated 155 plots from 11 natural larch forest types across the country to explore the biogeographic patterns of the structure characteristics and the allometric relationships between different structure variables for Chinese larch forests.Results:The structure characteristics were significantly different among larch forest types.For different larch forest types,the power function fits the relationships between tree height and diameter at breast height(DBH),average DBH and stem density,and taper and stem density well,but with different exponents among larch forest types.The power exponents of the allometric relationships between tree height and DBH for different larch forest types varied from 0.61 to 0.93(mean=0.86)by standard major axis regression(SMA),and from 0.51 to 0.78(mean=0.56)by ordinary least square regression(OLS).The 50%,75%and 95%quantile regression(QR)and OLS indicated that the average DBH and taper of the L.gmelinii forests,L.gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii forests,and L.sibirica forests were significantly correlated with stem density.Conclusions:The relationship between tree height and DBH showed a power function relationship for all larch forest types in China,but with different exponents.Overall,stem density was negatively correlated with average DBH and taper.The Sect.Larix forests exhibited stand density effect.Our findings provide an important basis for recognizing the biogeographic patterns of structure factors and for the management of larch forests in China.Wenjing Fang Qing Zhao Qiong Cai Anwar Eziz Guoping Chen Yuhao Feng Heng Zhang Jiangling Zhu Chengjun Ji Zhiyao Tang Jingyun Fang 2020Forest Ecosystems2020,7,4:2
