1弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察显示文摘目的探讨弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-02—2017-02采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗的27例儿童肱骨近端骨折,术中采用经内、外髁双侧入路或外侧髁单侧入路置入髓内钉。结果 27例均获得随访,随访时间平均12(9~18)个月。末次随访时影像学资料显示骨折部位骨痂生长良好,未出现弹性髓内钉断裂滑脱、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合、切口疼痛、血管损伤、尺神经损伤等并发症。末次随访时Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分平均92.6(78~98)分,其中优23例,良3例,可1例;患肢前屈上举平均162.5°(145°~175°),外展上举平均173.2°(145°~180°),中立位外旋平均41.2°(38°~45°),中立位内旋平均59.8°(50°~70°)。结论采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折可有效减少创伤,术中损伤小、固定效果稳定,术后并发症较少、患肢功能恢复良好,可作为治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的有效方法,值得临床借鉴与推广。周霖 刘德森 辜刘伟 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 曹洪 2020中国骨与关节损伤杂志2020,35,7:11
2经跗骨窦入路结合型解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折显示文摘目的探讨经跗骨窦切口联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的短期临床疗效。方法回顾性研究分析自2016年6月至2018年6月我院骨科中心收治的18例(19足)闭合性跟骨骨折患者,其中男11例,女7例;年龄范围22-65岁,平均(38.1±5.6)岁。Sanders分型:Ⅱ型8足,Ⅲ型11足。全部患者均采用经跗骨窦入路,联合使用跟骨结合型微创解剖板进行治疗。结果本组病例术后均获得随访,随访时间12-18个月,平均(13.5±1.5)个月。根据美国足踝外科协会(American orthopaedic foot and ankle society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分标准对患足功能进行评价,优16足,良2足,可1足,优良率94.7%。结论经跗骨窦切口入路联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,可有效恢复跟骨的形态,有利于足踝功能地恢复,可作为SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折手术治疗的一种选择。周霖 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 庹伟 刘德森 辜刘伟 薛晓凯 曹洪 2020实用骨科杂志2020,26,1:10
3Marine Bacterial Biofilms in Bioremediation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs) Under Terrestrial Condition in a Soil Microcosm显示文摘Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in soil retain for a quite long period due to their hydrophobicity and aggregation properties. Biofilm-forming marine bacterial consortium(named as NCPR), composed of Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila NCW702,Alcaligenes faecalis NCW402, Pseudomonas mendocina NR802, Pseudomonas aeruginosa N6P6, and Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes NP103, was used for the bioremediation of PAHs in a soil microcosm. Phenanthrene and pyrene were used as reference PAHs. Parameters that can affect PAH degradation, such as chemotaxis, solubility of PAHs in extracellular polymeric substances(EPS), and catechol2,3-dioxygenase(C23O) activity, were evaluated. P. aeruginosa N6P6 and P. pseudoalcaligenes NP103 showed chemotactic movement towards both the reference PAHs. The solubility of both the PAHs was increased with an increase in EPS concentration(extracted from all the 5 selected isolates). Significantly(P < 0.001) high phenanthrene(70.29%) and pyrene(55.54%) degradation was observed in the bioaugmented soil microcosm. The C23O enzyme activity was significantly(P < 0.05) higher in the bioaugmented soil microcosm with phenanthrene added at 173.26 ± 2.06 nmol min^(-1) mg^(-1) protein than with pyrene added at 61.80 ± 2.20 nmol min^(-1) mg^(-1) protein. The C23O activity and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer analyses indicated catechol pathway of phenanthrene metabolism. 5Characteristics of nanoparticles emitted from burning of biomass fuels显示文摘The characteristics of the particles of the smoke that is emitted from the burning of biomass fuels were experimentally investigated using a laboratory-scale tube furnace and different types of biomass fuels:rubber wood,whole wood pellets and rice husks.Emitted amounts of particles,particle-bound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC)are discussed relative to the size of the emitted particles,ranging to as small as nano-size(<70 nm),and to the rate of heating rate during combustion.differential thermal analysis(DTA)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG)techniques were used to examine the effect of heating rate and biomass type on combustion behaviors relative to the characteristics of particle emissions.In the present study,more than 30%of the smoke particles from the burning of biomass fuel had a mass that fell within a range of<100 nm.Particles smaller than 0.43μm contributed greatly to the total levels of toxic PAHs and WSOC.The properties of these particles were influenced by the fuel component,the combustion conditions,and the particle size.Although TG–DTA results indicated that the heating rate in a range of 10–20°C did not show a significant effect on the combustion properties,there was a slight increase in the decomposition temperature as heating rate was increased.The nano-size particles had the smallest fraction of particle mass and particle-bound PAHs,but nonetheless these particles registered the largest fraction of particle-bound WSOC.Mitsuhiko Hata Jiraporn Chomanee Thunyapat Thongyen Linfa Bao Surajit Tekasakul Perapong Tekasakul Yoshio Otani Masami Furuuchi 2014Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9:5

75-ASA colonic mucosal concentrations resulting from different pharmaceutical formulations in ulcerative colitis显示文摘AIM:To compare the mucosal concentrations of 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA)resulting from different pharmaceutical formulations and analyse the influence of inflammation on the mucosal concentrations.METHODS:The study included 130 inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients receiving 5-ASA as pH-dependent-release formulations(73 patients),time-dependent-release formulations(11 patients),or pro-drugs(18patients).In addition,28 patients were receiving topical treatment(2-4 g/d)with pH-dependent-release formulations.Endoscopic biopsies were obtained from the sigmoid region during the colonoscopy.The 5-ASA concentrations(ng/mg)were measured in tissue homogenatesusing high-pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection.The t test and Mann-Whitney test,when appropriate,were used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Patients receiving pH-dependent-release formulations showed significantly higher mucosal concentrations of 5-ASA(51.75±5.72 ng/mg)compared with patients receiving pro-drugs(33.35±5.78 ng/mg,P=0.01)or time-dependent-release formulations(38.24±5.53 ng/mg,P=0.04).Patients with endoscopic remission had significantly higher mucosal concentrations of5-ASA than patients with active disease(60.14±7.95ng/mg vs 35.66±5.68 ng/mg,P=0.02).Similar results were obtained when we compared patients with the histological appearance of remission and patients with active histological inflammation(67.53±9.22 ng/mg vs 35.53±5.63 ng/mg,P<0.001).Significantly higher mucosal concentrations of 5-ASA were detected in patients treated with both oral and topical treatments in combination compared with patients who received oral treatment with pH-dependent-release formulations alone(72.33±11.23 ng/mg vs 51.75±5.72 ng/mg,P=0.03).CONCLUSION:IBD patients showed significant variability in mucosal 5-ASA concentrations depending on the type of formulation,and the highest mean concentration was achieved using pH-dependent-release formulations.Renata D’Incà Martina Paccagnella Romilda Cardin Surajit Pathak Vincenzo Baldo Maria Cecilia Giron Giacomo Carlo Sturniolo 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,34:4

9Effect of TiB2 and Al3Ti on the microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture behaviour of near eutectic Al−12.6Si alloy显示文摘A near eutectic Al−12.6Si alloy was developed with 0.0wt%,2.0wt%,4.0wt%,and 6.0wt%Al−5Ti−1B master alloy.The micro-structural morphology,hardness,tensile strength,elongation,and fracture behaviour of the alloys were studied.The unmodified Al−12.6Si al-loy has an irregular needle and plate-like eutectic silicon(ESi)and coarse polygonal primary silicon(PSi)particles in the matrix-likeα-Al phase.The P_(Si),E_(Si),andα-Al morphology and volume fraction were changed due to the addition of the Al−5Ti−1B master alloy.The hardness,UTS,and elongation improved due to the microstructural modification.Nano-sized in-situ Al3Ti particles and ex-situ TiB_(2)particles caused the mi-crostructural modification.The fracture images of the developed alloys exhibit a ductile and brittle mode of fracture at the same time.The Al−5Ti−1B modified alloys have a more ductile mode of fracture and more dimples compared to the unmodified alloy.Surajit Basak Prosanta Biswas Surajit Patra Himadri Roy Manas Kumar Mondal 2021International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,7:3
10Heat shock proteins: Molecules with assorted functions显示文摘Heat shock proteins (Hsps) or molecular chaperones, are highly conserved protein families present in allstudied organisms. Following cellular stress, the intracellular concentration of Hsps generally increases several folds.Hsps undergo ATP-driven conformational changes to stabilize unfolded proteins or unfold them for translocationacross membranes or mark them for degradation. They are broadly classified in several families according to theirmolecular weights and functional properties. Extensive studies during the past few decades suggest that Hsps play avital role in both normal cellular homeostasis and stress response. Hsps have been reported to interact with numeroussubstrates and are involved in many biological functions such as cellular communication, immune response, proteintransport, apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, gametogenesis and aging. 11Particle-bound organic and elemental carbons for source identification of PM<0.1μm from biomass combustion显示文摘Atmospheric nanoparticles(PM<0.1μm)are a major cause of environmental problems and also affect health risk.To control and reduce these problems,sources identification of atmospheric particulates is necessary.Combustion of bituminous coal and biomass includ-ing rubber wood,palm kernel,palm fiber,rice stubble,rice straw,maize residue,sugarcane leaves and sugarcane bagasse,which are considered as sources of air quality problems in many countries,was performed.Emissions of particle-bound chemical components includ-ing organic carbon(OC),elemental carbon(EC),water-soluble ions(NH4^(+),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)),elements(Ca,K,Mg,Na)and heavy metals(Cd,Cr,Ni,Pb)were investigated.The results re-vealed that PM<0.1μm from all samples was dominated by the OC component(>50%)with minor contribution from EC(3%-12%).The higher fraction of carbonaceous components was found in the particulates with smaller sizes,and lignin content may relate to concentration of pyrolyzed organic carbon(PyOC)resulting in the differences of OC/EC values.PM emit-ted from burning palm fiber and rice stubble showed high values of OC/EC and also high PyOC.Non-carbonaceous components such as Cl^(-),Cr,Ca,Cd,Ni,Na and Mg may be useful as source indicators,but they did not show any correlation with the size of PM.Hisam Samae Surajit Tekasakul Perapong Tekasakul Worradorn Phairuang Masami Furuuchi Surapa Hongtieab 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:2
12Physicochemical and toxicological characteristics of nanoparticles in aerosols in southern Thailand during recent haze episodes in lower southeast Asia显示文摘Transboundary haze from biomass burning is one of the most important air pollutions in Southeast Asia.The most recent serious haze episode occurred in 2015.Southern Thailand was affected by the haze during September to October when the particulate matter concentration hit a record high.We investigated physical and chemical characteristics of aerosols,including concentration and aerosol size distribution down to sub-micron sizes during haze episodes in 2013 and 2015 and,for reference,an insignificant haze period in 2017.The highest total suspended particulates and PM 10 levels in Hat Yai city were 340.1 and 322.5μg/m^3.The mass fractions were nanoparticles(<100 nm)3.1%-14.8%and fine particles(<1μm)54.6%-59.1%.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon size distributions in haze periods peaked at 0.75μm and the concentrations are 2-30 times higher than the normal period.High molecular weight(4-6 ring)PAHs during the haze episode contribute to about 56.7%-88.0%for nanoparticles.The average values of benzo(a)pyrene toxic equivalency quotient were 3.34±2.54ng/m^3 in the 2015 haze period but only 0.89±0.17 ng/m^3 in 2017.It is clear that particles smaller than 1μm,were highly toxic.Nanoparticles contributed 19.4%-26.0%of total BaP-TEQ,whereas the mass fraction is 13.1%-14.8%.Thus the nanoparticles were more carcinogenic and can cause greater health effect than larger particles.The fraction of BaP-TEQ for nanoparticles during 2017 non-haze period was nearly the same,while the mass fraction was lower.This indicates that nanoparticles are the significant source of carcinogenic aerosols both during haze and non-haze periods.Jiraporn Chomanee Kunchira Thongboon Surajit Tekasakul Masami Furuuchi Racha Dejchanchaiwong Perapong Tekasakul 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8:2

14Emissions of particulate matter and associated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from agricultural diesel engine fueled with degummed,deacidified mixed crude palm oil blends显示文摘Mixed crude palm oil(MCPO),the mixture of palm fiber oil and palm kernel oil,has become of great interest as a renewable energy source.It can be easily extracted from whole dried palm fruits.In the present work,the degummed,deacidified MCPO was blended in petroleum diesel at portions of 30% and 40% by volume and then tested in agricultural diesel engines for long term usage.The particulates from the exhaust of the engines were collected every 500 hr using a four-stage cascade air sampler.The 50% cut-off aerodynamic diameters for the first three stages were 10,2.5 and 1μm,while the last stage collected all particles smaller than 1μm.Sixteen particle bounded polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) were analyzed using a high performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that the size distribution of particulate matter was in the accumulation mode and the pattern of total PAHs associated with fine-particles(< 1μm) showed a dominance of larger molecular weight PAHs(4-6 aromatic rings),especially pyrene.The mass median diameter,PM and total PAH concentrations decreased when increasing the palm oil content,but increased when the running hours of the engine were increased.In addition,Commercial petroleum diesel(PB0) gave the highest value of carcinogenic potency equivalent(BaP eq) for all particle size ranges.As the palm oil was increased,the BaP eq decreased gradually.Therefore the degummed-deacidified MCPO blends are recommended for diesel substitute.Khamphe Phoungthong Surajit Tekasakul Perapong Tekasakul Gumpon Prateepchaikul Naret Jindapetch Masami Furuuchi Mitsuhiko Hata 2013Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,4:2
