1反式全肩关节置换治疗高龄肱骨近端粉碎性骨折显示文摘[目的]探讨反式全肩关节置换治疗高龄肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。[方法]对2005年1月~2011年12月因肱骨近端粉碎性骨折行初次反式全肩关节置换术的39例患者进行回顾性分析。男17例,女22例,年龄75~92岁,平均81.7岁,左肩16例,右肩23例。对骨折进行Neer分型,伤后平均4.7 d手术。术后随访进行Constant评分及影像学检查。[结果]平均随访时间为41.8个月(29~81)个月。Constant评分平均71.2分,其中大结节解剖愈合者评分73.2分,未解剖愈合者评分69.8分,差异无统计学意义;外展分别为97.4°、91.9°(P〉0.01);外旋分别为31.2°、11.6°(P〈0.01),大结节解剖愈合者,外旋功能恢复较好。肩胛切迹发生率为20.5%(8/39),异位骨化发生率为30.8%(12/39),对功能评分均无影响。并发症发生率为12.8%(5/39),包括臂丛神经损伤1例,反射性交感神经营养不良1例,肩峰骨折1例,肩关节脱位1例,早期急性感染1例,均得到有效治疗。影像学检查中,1例在盂侧假体后方发现透亮影,2例在盂侧基盘固定螺钉周围发现透亮影,但最终随访假体均稳定,无松动。[结论]反式全肩关节置换是高龄肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的一种有效治疗方式,大结节的愈合与否将影响肩关节的外旋功能。贾小林 周明全 胡维 甘强 Thomas Stoffels 2015中国矫形外科杂志2015,23,12:10
2磷酸钙骨水泥与传统骨水泥后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的比较显示文摘目的比较骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折磷酸钙骨水泥(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)椎体后凸成形术与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)椎体后凸成形术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年7月至2013年5月,我院进行椎体后凸成形术的治疗的48例骨质疏松性单个椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料。CPC组23例,其中男9例,女14例,年龄61-82岁,平均69.59岁;PMMA组25例,其中男11例,女14例,年龄67-89岁,平均71.23岁。所有患者在术前、术后即刻、术后3、6、12、24个月进行随访检查。评价比较视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、止痛药持续使用时间、手术满意度、椎体压缩率、局部后凸畸形及并发症的发生率。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、受伤后至手术的间隔时间差异无统计学意义。术后VAS评分、止痛药持续使用时间、手术满意度、椎体高度恢复及局部后凸畸形两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),均较术前明显好转。继发骨折及骨水泥渗漏两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。CPC组术后3个月及末次随访时椎体压缩率分别为(23.26±10.08)%、(23.39±11.23)%,较术后即刻的(17.22±14.19)%椎体高度有所丢失,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折行椎体后凸成形术,CPC与PMMA一样安全有效,可以缓解疼痛、提高活动能力,但CPC术后椎体高度恢复后会有部分丢失。贾小林 谭祖键 杨阜滨 Thomas Stoffels 2016中国骨与关节杂志2016,5,5:9
3Lynch syndrome and Lynch syndrome mimics: The growing complex landscape of hereditary colon cancer显示文摘Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer(HNPCC) was previously synonymous with Lynch syndrome; however,identification of the role of germline mutations in the DNA mismatch repair(MMR) genes has made it possible to differentiate Lynch syndrome from other conditions associated with familial colorectal cancer(CRC). Broadly,HNPCC may be dichotomized into conditions that demonstrate defective DNA MMR and microsatellite instability(MSI) vs those conditions that demonstrate intact DNA MMR. Conditions characterized by MMR deficient CRCs include Lynch syndrome(germline MMR mutation),Lynch-like syndrome(biallelic somatic MMR mutations),constitutional MMR deficiency syndrome(biallelic germline MMR mutations),and sporadic MSI CRC(somatic biallelic methylation of MLH1). HNPCC conditions with intact DNA MMR associated with familial CRC include polymerase proofreading associated polyposis and familial colorectal cancer type X. Although next generation sequencing technologies have elucidated the genetic cause for some HNPCC conditions,others remain genetically undefined. Differentiating between Lynch syndrome and the other HNPCC disorders has profound implications for cancer risk assessment and surveillance of affected patients and their at-risk relatives. 4Reference quality assembly of the 3.5-Gb genome of Capsicum annuum from a single linked-read library显示文摘Linked-Read sequencing technology has recently been employed successfully for de novo assembly of human genomes,however,the utility of this technology for complex plant genomes is unproven.We evaluated the technology for this purpose by sequencing the 3.5-gigabase(Gb)diploid pepper(Capsicum annuum)genome with a single Linked-Read library.Plant genomes,including pepper,are characterized by long,highly similar repetitive sequences.Accordingly,significant effort is used to ensure that the sequenced plant is highly homozygous and the resulting assembly is a haploid consensus.With a phased assembly approach,we targeted a heterozygous F1 derived from a wide cross to assess the ability to derive both haplotypes and characterize a pungency gene with a large insertion/deletion.The Supernova software generated a highly ordered,more contiguous sequence assembly than all currently available C.annuum reference genomes.Over 83%of the final assembly was anchored and oriented using four publicly available de novo linkage maps.A comparison of the annotation of conserved eukaryotic genes indicated the completeness of assembly.The validity of the phased assembly is further demonstrated with the complete recovery of both 2.5-Kb insertion/deletion haplotypes of the PUN1 locus in the F1 sample that represents pungent and nonpungent peppers,as well as nearly full recovery of the BUSCO2 gene set within each of the two haplotypes.The most contiguous pepper genome assembly to date has been generated which demonstrates that Linked-Read library technology provides a tool to de novo assemble complex highly repetitive heterozygous plant genomes.This technology can provide an opportunity to cost-effectively develop high-quality genome assemblies for other complex plants and compare structural and gene differences through accurate haplotype reconstruction.Amanda M.Hulse-Kemp Shamoni Maheshwari Kevin Stoffel Theresa A.Hill David Jaffe Stephen R.Williams Neil Weisenfeld Srividya Ramakrishnan Vijay Kumar Preyas Shah Michael C.Schatz Deanna M.Church Allen Van Deynze 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:4
5反式全肩关节置换术治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折骨不连显示文摘目的探讨反式全肩关节置换术治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折骨不连的临床疗效。方法对2007年1月至2012年11月在德国柏林创伤中心因肱骨近端骨折骨不连行反式全肩关节置换术术的27例患者进行回顾性研究。男11例,女16例,平均年龄74.9岁。伤后平均11.7个月进行反式全肩关节置换术手术。骨折进行Neer分型,二部分骨折6例,三部分8例,四部分13例。最初的治疗方式包括5例保守治疗,3例闭合复位克氏针固定,19例切开复位钢板内固定。术后常规随访进行Constant评分及影像学检查。结果所有患者平均随访36.8个月(25~65个月)。Constant评分从术前的53.4分增加到术后的82.1分,其中疼痛评分从术前的4.9分升至术后的12.3分(P<0.01)。前屈从术前的41.2°增加到术后的91.7°,外展从32.1°增加到94.3°,外旋从15.9°增加到30.2°,内旋从25.6°增加到55.1°,均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。其中19例术后感觉非常满意,7例感觉满意,1例感觉不满意。没有假体松动发生,但有4例肩胛切迹及8例异位骨化。并发症4例,包括1例一过性腋神经损伤、1例急性感染及2例脱位。结论反式全肩关节置换术是治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折骨不连的有效方法,可以缓解疼痛、改善功能,但术后脱位率较高。贾小林 周明全 胡维 甘强 Thomas Stoffels 2015中华关节外科杂志(电子版)2015,9,5:3
6微生态制剂调控比格幼犬生长性能和肠道菌群的研究显示文摘【目的】研究复合微生态制剂对哺乳期比格幼犬生长性能与肠道菌群结构的影响。【方法】选取12只15日龄比格犬,随机分为对照组和微生态制剂组,每组6只。微生态制剂组幼犬每日灌喂犬用微生态制剂20 mL,对照组幼犬灌喂生理盐水20 mL,于试验第0、3、9、12、15、18、21、25、28 d测量体重并计算净增重,第28天采集全血样、血清样和粪样。全血样进行红细胞(RBC)计数和血红蛋白(HGB)浓度测定,血清样检测碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、无机磷(IP)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、脂多糖(LPS)含量;粪样进行菌群测序,统计Goods coverage指数、Observed species指数和Shannon指数,对样本进行PCoA分析,并统计各样本在门、属、种水平上的物种分布。【结果】与对照组相比,微生态制剂可显著提高幼犬体重(P<0.05),显著增加血清中RBC数量及HGB、AKP和IP含量(P<0.05),促进比格幼犬生长发育;微生态制剂可显著降低血清TG含量(P<0.05),但对TCHO、IgA、IgG、IL-1β、LPS含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。Observed species指数和PCoA分析结果表明,微生态制剂可显著改变幼犬肠道菌群结构(P<0.05)。在门水平上,微生态制剂组幼犬肠道菌群拟杆菌门和放线菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),梭菌门、酸杆菌门和疣微菌门相对丰度均显著增高(P<0.05);在属水平上,Escherichia-Shigella、霍尔德曼氏菌属、双歧杆菌属和布劳特氏菌属相对丰度均显著降低(P<0.05),梭菌属、链球菌属、梭杆菌属、乳球菌属和片球菌属相对丰度均显著增高(P<0.05)。在种水平上,大肠杆菌和短双歧杆菌相对丰度均显著降低(P<0.05),犬大肠梭菌、格氏乳球菌、Vagococcus teuberi、贝莱斯芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌和死亡梭杆菌相对丰度均显著增高(P<0.05)。【结论】犬用微生态制剂可显著促进幼犬生长,提高其血氧含量,改变肠道菌群结构,优化肠道菌群组成。王志华 贾俊鹏 RADEBE Stoffel Matjeke 庾庆华 2022中国畜牧兽医2022,49,2:3
7Reconstruction of debris-flow activity in a temperate mountain forest catchment of central Mexico显示文摘The use of dendrochronology to study and date geomorphic processes in volcanic environments is still incipient, even more so on the volcanic slopes covered by temperate forests in central Mexico. Mass movements, such as debris flows, often impact forest stands where they cause damage to individual trees, thereby generating growth disturbances(GD) in the tree-ring records. The identification and dating of GD enables reconstruction of the age of trees colonizing bare surfaces after major events, but also allows the assessment of the frequency or spatial distribution of past geomorphic process activity. Here we used increment cores from 65 Pinus leiophylla, Abies religiosa, and Alnus jorullensis trees growing in the Axal gorge, on the southern slopes of La Malinche volcano, to unravel past debris-flow activity both temporally and spatially. Based on the combination of GD records, a weighted tree response index(Wit), field evidence and hydrometeorological records, we reconstructed 23 debris flows since 1933.Interestingly, almost two-thirds of the reconstructed years with debris-flow activity in Axal gorge match with events recorded in Axaltzintle gorge located on the NE slopes of La Malinche. These findings suggest a regional triggering mechanism, most likely related to the occurrence of hurricanes.
