2Distribution characteristics of poly-and perfluoroalkyl substances in the Yangtze River Delta显示文摘In this work, a method was developed and optimized for the analysis of polyfluoroalkyl and/or perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs) content in surface water and sediment samples with high instrumental response and good separation. Surface water and sediment samples were collected from the Yangtze River Delta(YRD) to analyze the distribution characteristics of perfluoroalkyl carboxylic acids(PFCAs), perfluoroalkane sulfonic acids(PFSAs), perfluoroalkyl phosphonic acids(PFPAs), perfluoroalkyl phosphinic acids(PFPiAs), and polyfluoroalkyl phosphoric acid diesters(di PAPs). The results showed that the total concentrations of PFCAs and PFSAs in YRD varied from 31 to 902 ng/L. PFCAs(≥ 11 carbons) and PFSAs(≥ 10 carbons atoms) were not detected in any surface water samples. The mean concentrations of all PFCAs and PFSAs in surface water from the sampling areas decreased in the following order:Yangtze river(191 ng/L) ≈ Taihu lake(189 ng/L) > Huangpu river(122 ng/L) ≈ Qiantang river(120 ng/L) > Jiaxing urban river(100 ng/L). Strong significant(p < 0.05) correlations between the concentrations of many of the compounds were found in the sampling areas, suggesting a common source for these compounds. Only perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) was observed in all sediment samples, at concentrations varying from 0.02 to 1.35 ng/g. 3Selective Electrochemical Reduction of Nitrogen to Ammonia by Adjusting the Three-Phase Interface显示文摘The electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)provides a sustainable and alternative avenue to the Haber-Bosch process for ammonia(NH_(3))synthesis.Despite the great efforts made on catalysts and electrolytes,unfortunately,current NRR suffers from low selectivity due to the overwhelming competition with the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Here,we present an adjusted three-phase interface to enhance nitrogen(N_(2))coverage on a catalyst surface and achieve a record-high Faradic efficiency(FE)up to 97%in aqueous solution.The almost entirely suppressed HER process combined with the enhanced NRR activity,benefiting from the efficient three-interface contact line,is responsible for the excellent selectivity toward NH_(3),as evidenced by the theoretical and experimental results.Our strategy also demonstrates the applicability to other catalysts that feature strong H adsorption ability,to boost the FE for NH_(3) synthesis above 90%and to improve the NRR activity by engineering the catalysts.Haiyan Wang Yuzhuo Chen Ruxue Fan Jiadong Chen Zhe Wang Shanjun Mao Yong Wang 2019Research2019,,1:4
4into the Role of Additives in Catalytic Synthesis of Insight Cyclohexylamine from Nitrobenzene显示文摘Cyclohexylamine is a versatile intermediate in various chemical industries,which can be expediently synthesized via hydrogenation of aniline or nitrobenzene.However,such processes always suffer from side reactions.Many reports have found that specific additives can suppress the formation of side products,but the mechanism is still not clear.In this work,results suggest that it is the hydroxide ion of alkali metal hydroxides,rather than the cations,which plays a key role in suppressing the side reactions on supported Ru-based catalysts.With the assistance of LiOH,the selectivity toward cy- clohexylamine increased from 85.4% to 100%.Side products,such as dicyciohexylamine,cyclohexanol and N-isopropyl cyclohexylamine,could no longer be detected.Theoretical calculations further disclosed that addition of alkali metal hydroxides inhibited the dissociation of enamine and decreased the adsorption energy of cyclohexylamine,which might be the reasons for a better selectivity.However,the addition of alkali metal hydroxides reduced the activity of nitrobenzene hydrogenation by unfolding the condensation reaction route.To recover or even further enhance the catalytic performance,a second metal component was introduced and the resultant RuNi/AC exhibited a significant improvement in activity compared with Ru/AC.Xuefeng Li Zhe Wang Shanjun Mao Yiqing chen Minghui Tang Haoran Li Yong Wang 2018Chinese Journal of Chemistry2018,36,12:4

7Fine particle-bound PAHs derivatives at mountain background site(Mount Tai)of the North China:Concentration,source diagnosis and health risk assessment显示文摘Ten nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(nPAHs)and 4 oxygenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(oPAHs)in fine particulate matter(PM2.5)samples from Mount Tai were analyzed during summer(June to August),2015.During the observation campaign,themean concentration of total nPAHs and oPAHs was 31.62 pg/m^(3)and 0.15 ng/m^(3),respectively.Two of the monitored compounds,namely 9-nitro-anthracene(9N-ANT)(6.86 pg/m^(3))and 9-fluorenone(9FO)(0.05 ng/m^(3))were the predominant compounds of nPAHs and oPAHs,respectively.The potential source and long-range transportation of nPAHs and oPAHs were investigated by the positive matrix factorization(PMF)method and the potential source contribution function(PSCF)methods.The results revealed that biomass/coal burning,gasoline vehicle emission,diesel vehicle emission and secondary formation were the dominant sources of nPAHs and oPAHs,which were mainly from Henan province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Bohai sea.The incremental life cancer risk(ILCR)values were calculated to evaluate the exposure risk of nPAHs and oPAHs for three group people(infant,children and adult),and the values of ILCR were 7.02×10^(−10),3.49×10^(−9)and 1.41×10^(−8)for infant,children and adults,respectively.All these values were lower than the standard of EPA(Environmental Protection Agency)(<10−6),indicating acceptable health risk of nPAHs and oPAHs.Lei Zhao Shanjun Song Penghui Li Jing Liu Jing Zhang Lei Wang Yaqin Ji Jinpeng Liu Liqiong Guo Jinbao Han 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11:2

12Optimized design of the power consumption test of mountain orchard transporters显示文摘In order to study the influence rule of various factors on the operating power consumption of the traction orchard transporter and realize the optimal design of the operation power consumption of the transporter,according to the traditional experience and the existing research foundation,the monorail transporter test bench was designed and built on the basis of the whole structure and operation characteristics of the transporter.Taking the motor frequency,track gradient and load as the investigation factors,and the driving shaft power,shaft power transmission and mechanical efficiency as the evaluation indices,the orthogonal test was conducted,and the range analysis of the influence effect was carried out according to the test results.The primary and secondary orders of the influence of various factors were obtained that motor frequency was greater than track gradient and track gradient was greater than load.According to the orthogonal test results,the second-order response surface method was used to establish the optimization model of the power consumption of the transporter,and the model was verified on the test bench.The results showed that the relative error between the model optimization value and the test value based on the response surface power optimization model was less than 10%,which indicated that the power optimization model had satisfactory performance.The research can provide a reference for the orchard conveyor to choose the parameter combination which can save power consumption and the motor that matches power consumption.Jiaxue Li Muyuan Zhong Yanlin Zhang Xiulan Bao Shanjun Li Mingdi Liu Linghao Wang 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:1

14Towards the selectivity distinction of phenol hydrogenation on noble metal catalysts显示文摘Selective hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone is intriguing in chemical industry.Though a few catalysts with promising performances have been developed in recent years,the basic principle for catalyst design is still missing owing to the unclear catalytic mechanism.This work tries to unravel the mechanism of phenol hydro-genation and the reasons causing the selectivity discrepancy on noble metal catalysts under mild conditions.Results show that different reaction pathways always firstly converge to the formation of cyclohexanone under mild conditions.The selectivity discrepancy mainly depends on the activity for cyclohexanone sequential hy-drogenation,in which two factors are found to be responsible,i.e.the hydrogenation energy barrier and the competitive chemisorption between phenol and cyclohexanone,if the specific co-catalyzing effect of H 2 O on Ru is not considered.Based on the above results,a quantitative descriptor,E b(one/pl)/E a,in which E a can be further correlated to the d band center of the noble metal catalyst,is proposed by the first time to roughly evaluate and predict the selectivity to cyclohexanone for catalyst screening.Shanjun Mao Zhe Wang Zhirong Chen Kejun Wu Kaichao Zhang Qichuan Li Huihuan Yan Guofeng Lü Guodong Huang Yong Wang 2023Nano Materials Science2023,5,1:0
15Highly performed platinum nanosheets synthesized under in situ reaction conditions for hydrogen generation显示文摘Surface properties of a catalyst, especially exposed crystal facets and coordination states, directly affect the catalyst's performance. Herein, we illustrate how reaction conditions direct the fabrication of a wellbehaved catalyst with desired structures in the case of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). Stable adsorbed PtClxions on CNTs are in situ electrochemically reduced into a unique Pt nanosheet structure enclosed by high-index(311) and low-index(200) and(111) facets during HER process. Experimental results and density functional theory(DFT) calculation disclose the function mechanism between these unique structures and reactants. The adsorbed H2 O and reactive species act as capping agents protecting the(311) facet where the dissociation of water molecule is promoted, and the produced H*intermediates favorably combine and release on the nearby low-index Pt sites. The joint collaborations of these active sites afford Pt nanosheets comparable activity to 20 wt% Pt/C and a 12.7-fold over mass activity. 16Oral administration of Bacillus coagulans TQ-35 alleviates allergic responses in OVA-sensitive BALB/c mice显示文摘Bacillus coagulans has been extensively studied so far,but there has been a lack of research on its usage in allergy.In this study,we designed to assess the effect of different concentrations of B.coagulans on food allergy in a BALB/c mouse model of ovalbumin(OVA)-induced food allergy and its effect on gut microbes.The assessment of symptoms,specific immunoglobulin E(IgE),T-cell differentiation,and related gene expression levels in sensitized mice by assay indicated that high doses of oral B.coagulans could alleviate allergic symptoms.Treatment with B.coagulans,in the high-dose group,significantly reduced IgE and IgG1 levels and modulated the balance of T helper type 1 cell(Th1)and Th2 and the expression of relevant genes in the spleen.16S rRNA analysis showed that probiotics improved the structure of the microbiota,in particular by boosting the percentage of Clostridia,Bacteroides vulgatus and Enterococcus faecium,and by increasing the abundance of microbial species,thereby modulating the immune system.Therefore,this study can provide insights into the practical application of B.coagulans doses to alleviate OVA allergy.Yifan Wang Shanjun Chen Chong Wang Yi Zhang Hongliang Zeng Linglin Fu Yanbo Wang 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3:0

18Immunohistochem ical Study of T Lym phocyte Subsets onFrozen Substituted Plastic Em bedding Section of the BoneMarrow from Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndrom e andIts ClinicalIm plication显示文摘An immunohistochemical study of T lymphocyte subsets on frozen substituted plastic embedding bone marrow sections obtained from 10 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) was presented. The results of qualitative and quantitative immunohistochemical analysis are as follows: (1) Labile antigens of T lymphocytes were well preserved, thus allowing analysis of distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in situ ; (2) the average number of T 3, T 4 and T 8 lymphocyte of the diffuse infiltrate was about 2 %, 0.4 %, 0.5 %, respectively, of all nucleated cells in bone marrow, and T 4/T 8 of T cells were below 1.0 in patients with MDS; (3) there were cases of RAS showing T lymphocyte aggregation in bone marrow, but no patient exhibited progressive refractory anemia with excess of blasts(RAEB) and RAEB in transformation (RAEBT). 20Analysis and Optimization of Passenger Side Knee Slider Compression in Front Impact显示文摘The influences of different design factors,as well as dummy posture,on an occupants' knee slider compression,were studied in this paper.Based on the vehicle geometry data,the simulation model,including both the multi-rigid-body and finite element(FE)part,was built up and validated with China New Car Assessment Program(C-NCAP)full impact to ensure the accuracy of the model.By adjusting the design parameters and the posture of the femur and lower leg,different factors affecting the passengers' knee slider compression were evaluated,with the help of MAthematical DYnamic MOdel(MADYMO)simulations.The study indicated that the leg posture,the stiffness of the IP and angles of the carpet have significant effects on the knee slider compression in this case.By decreasing the angle between the femur and lower leg from 133° to 124°,the maximum knee slider compression was decreased by 17.3% and by scaling the IP stiffness from 1 to 0.7,it could be decreased by 18.6%.Also,decreasing the angles of the carpet from 28° to 37°can help reduce the knee slider compression by 18.3%.Chengyue Jiang Ke Wang Hongyun Li Lihai Ren Shuang Lu Shanjun Ke 2019Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2019,28,1:0
