| 2 | 矿物原料的生物选矿显示文摘从不同的矿物原料 (如石英砂、高岭土、粘土等 )中 ,用化学生物联合方法除掉含铁氧化矿物的技术得到了发展。在此方法中 ,矿物原料在由细菌产生的草酸和盐酸的浸出液中进行浸出 ,浸出温度为 90℃±。浸出是在带有机械搅拌的耐酸反应器中进行。随被浸出的矿物原料的铁含量和铁的存在形式不同 ,浸出时间为 1 -6h不等。经过此方法处理后 ,一些石英砂的Fe2 O3含量从 0 0 3 5-0 0 88%降至 0 0 1 2 %以下 ,使得它们适合制作优质的玻璃。不同种类高岭土的Fe2 O3含量可从 0 65-1 4 9%降为 0 4 4-0 75% ,从而使它们的白度从 55-87%增至 86-92 %。粘土中的Fe2 O3含量从 6 2 5%降至 1 85% ,使粘土的耐火性从 1 670℃增至 1 750℃。同样的方法也被用来从主要为粘土和高岭土的铝硅酸盐中浸出铝。但是在这种情况下 ,含有柠檬酸的微生物发酵液体是通过硫酸或盐酸 ,或不同无机酸的混合物来进行酸化的。为了提高铝的溶解度 ,铝硅酸盐浸出前在 60 0℃ -650℃的温度下加热 1 -2h。不同种类的粘土和高岭土中的90 %以上的铝在 3 -6h内将被浸出来。“硅酸盐”细菌与环状芽胞杆菌类有关 ,已用来从含有杂质铝硅酸盐的低品位的铝土矿中浸出硅。细菌的作用与矿物结构的裂解 (通过细菌代谢物 ,如有机酸和多糖 )有关 。 | S.N.格劳德夫 呼振峰 李长根 | 2000 | 国外金属矿选矿2000,37,6: | 12 |

| 6 | Preparation and hydrogen storage properties of nanocrystalline TiFe synthesized by mechanical alloying显示文摘In this research, the mechanism of mechanical alloying(MA) synthesis of TiFe intermetallic compound(IMC)from individual components Ti and Fe has been studied. The partition coefficient of the apparent diffusion and the reaction rate constant during MA solid-state synthesis of the TiFe intermetallic compound in a planetary ball mill have been estimated. The results indicate that the apparent diffusion coefficient is close to 10^(–11)cm^2/s that is approximately one order higher than the conventional high temperature diffusion coefficient. The reaction rate constant is close to 1.75·10^(-6). The relation between the structure and the hydrogen storage properties of MA synthesized IMC TiFe have been briefly discussed. | V.Yu. | 7 | Study on mixing and segregation behaviors in particulate fluidized bed system for mineral processing显示文摘In order to identify the mixing and segregation behaviors in a mineral processing operation, present study aimed on the hydrodynamics of solid–liquid fluidization. The study was carried out in a fluidization column with tapings at different height of the bed to collect the sample. The binary particles considered in this study are hematite(4800 kg/m3) and quartz(2600 kg/m3) at different size fractions in the range of average size 87×10^(-6)m to 400×10^(-6)m. It is observed that for various binary mixtures, both quartz and hematite particles share the equal composition by mass(50%) at a particular height of fluidized bed, referred as ‘‘locus point'' of mixing. Study indicates that the mixing zone volume will increase for a continuous fluidized bed plant operation. It is observed that the number of locus points varies from 1 to 3 signifying their dependency on the size ratios of binary mixture. Whenever, the difference in terminal velocity between quartz and hematite particles approaches to zero, mixing is enhanced.Further, the present study is extended to find the segregation index for the different size ratios of quartz and hematite particles.
