| 4 | Implementation of regional Acute Stroke Care Map increases thrombolysis rates for acute ischaemic stroke in Chinese urban area in only 3 months显示文摘Background The rate of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke remains low in China.We investigated whether the implementation of a citywide Acute Stroke Care Map(ASCaM)is associated with an improvement of acute stroke care quality in a Chinese urban area.Methods The ASCaM comprises 10 improvement strategies and has been implemented through a network consisting of 20 tertiary hospitals.We identified 7827 patients with ischaemic stroke admitted from April to October 2017,and 506 patients underwent thrombolysis were finally included for analysis.Results Compared with‘pre-ASCaM period’,we observed an increased rate of administration of tissue plasminogen activator within 4.5 hours(65.4% vs 54.5%;adjusted OR,1.724;95% CI 1.21 to 2.45;p=0.003)during‘ASCaM period’.In multivariate analysis models,‘ASCaM period’was associated with a significant reduction in onset-to door time(114.1±55.7 vs 135.7±58.4 min,p=0.0002)and onset-to needle time(ONT)(169.2±58.1 vs 195.6±59.3 min,p<0.0001).Yet no change was found in door-to needle time.Clinical outcomes such as symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage,favourable functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale≤2)and in-hospital mortality remained unchanged.Conclusion The implementation of ASCaM was significantly associated with increased rates of intravenous thrombolysis and shorter ONT.The ASCaM may,in proof-of principle,serve as a model to reduce treatment delay and increase thrombolysis rates in Chinese urban areas and possibly other highly populated Asian regions. | Yi Sui Jianfeng Luo Chunyao Dong Liqiang Zheng Weijin Zhao Yao Zhang Ying Xian Huaguang Zheng Bernard Yan Mark Parsons Li Ren Ying Xiao Haoyue Zhu Lijie Ren Qi Fang Yi Yang Weidong Liu Bing Xu | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1: | 4 |
| 5 | Synchrotron X-ray diffraction characterization of phase transformations during thermomechanical processing of a Ti38Nb alloy显示文摘The phase transformations during thermomechanical processing can be employed to optimize mechanical properties of β-type Ti alloys.However,such understandings are still lacking for the alloy consisting of dual β+α' phases in solution-treated and quenched state.In this paper,the phase transformations in a Ti38 Nb model alloy subjected to different thermomechanical processing were investigated by using synchrotron X-ray diffraction(SXRD) experiments,and their influence on the Young’s modulus was discussed.The results indicated that highdensity dislocations introduced by cold rolling still existed after annealing at temperatures lower than 573 K,which can decrease the martensitic transformation start temperature to below room temperature.With annealing temperatures increasing,the α'→β,β→ω_(iso),and β→α phase transformations occurred successively.At annealing temperature of 473 K,the specimen consisted of a trace of α'and ω phases as well as dominant β phase which was kept to room temperature by the high density of dislocations,rather than by the chemical stabilization.As a result,an ultralow Young’s modulus of 25.9 GPa was realized.Our investigation not only provides in-depth understandings of the phase transformations during thermomechanical processing of β-type Ti alloys,but also sheds light on designing biomedical Ti alloys with ultralow Young’s modulus. | Qing-Kun Meng Huan Li Chong-Hang Zhao Wen Ma Fu-Xiang Wei Yan-Wei Sui Ji-Qiu Qi | 2021 | Rare Metals2021,40,11: | 4 |

| 7 | Controllable fabrication of nitrogen-doped porous nanocarbons for high-performance supercapacitors via supramolecular modulation strategy显示文摘In the present work,we developed a micellar system of milk protein-surfactant(SDS)-graphene to prepare the graphene-based aerogels via hydrothermal and freeze-drying method,in which the novel surface-property of aerogels can be tuned with the decreasing of micellar size in the colloid systems resulting the improved specific surface area.The milk protein also severed as green and sustainable sources to introduce nitrogen heteroatoms into the aerogels.Subsequently,the aerogels were further graphitized and activated to fabricate N-doped porous nanocarbon at 600℃.The initial surface composition and structure of the aerogel,which was proved,has obvious impact on the final structure of the synthesized nanocarbon materials,and thus influence their electrochemical activity.The optimized nanocarbon materials(MGPC-5),with enhanced specific surface area,degree of graphitization,and nitrogen doping,exhibited excellent capacitance performance and stability in both three-electrode system(518.8 F/g at a current density of 0.1 A/g)and symmetrical electrode system(120.8 F/g at current density of 0.1 A/g and with^95%capacitance retention after 5000 cycles of charging and discharging at 3 A/g)in KOH.The assembled supercapacitor also shows ideal capacitive properties in series and parallel configurations.Tested with a stable 1.6 V windows in Li2SO4 electrolyte,the symmetric supercapacitor cell exhibits a high energy density up to 36.7 W h/kg.The present work provides a feasible fabrication method for high-performance supercapacitor based on graphene and biomass derived carbon,the proposed surfaceproperty regulation and supercapacitor performance improvement strategy may also shed light on other energy related materials or system. | Huaxia Chen Xingyu Lu Haihua Wang Dianpeng Sui Fanbao Meng Wei Qi | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 3 |

| 12 | Effects of mild moxibustion on intestinal microbiome and NLRP3 inflammasome in rats with 5-fluorouracil-induced intestinal mucositis显示文摘Objective:The present study investigated how mild moxibustion treatment affects the intestinal Microbiome and expression of NLRP3-related immune factors in a rat model of intestinal mucositis(IM)induced with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu).Methods:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control,chemotherapy,moxibustion and probiotics groups.The IM rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 5-Fu.Mild moxibustion treatment and intragastric probiotic administration were provided once daily for 15 days.Tissue morphology,serum levels of inflammatory factors and the expression levels of tight junction proteins,caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3 were evaluated in colon tissue,through hematoxylin and eosin staining,electron microscopy,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Western blotting,quantitative realtime reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescence.Gut microbiome profiling was conducted through 16 S rRNA amplicon sequencing.Results:Moxibustion and probiotic treatments significantly increased the expression levels of tight junction proteins,reduced cell apoptosis and the expression levels of caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3;they also decreased the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-18,while increasing serum levels of IL-10.Moxibustion and probiotic treatments also corrected the reduction inα-diversity andβ-diversity in IM rats,greatly increased the proportion of the dominant bacterial genus Lactobacillus and reduced the abundance of the genera Roseburia and Escherichia in chemotherapytreated rats to levels observed in healthy animals.We also found that these dominant genera were firmly correlated with the regulation of pyroptosis-associated proteins and inflammatory factors.Finally,moxibustion and probiotic treatments elicited similar effects in regulating intestinal host-microbial homeostasis and the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome-related factors.Conclusion:Moxibustion exerts its therapeutic effect on IM by ameliorating mucosal damage and reducing inflammation.Moreover,moxibustion modulates the gut microbiota,likely via decreasing the expression levels of the NLRP3 inflammasome. | Bing-rong Li Shi-yun Shao Long Yuan Ru Jia Jian Sun Qing Ji Hua Sui Li-hong Zhou Yi Zhang Hui Liu Qi Li Yan Wang Bi-meng Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,19,2: | 2 |
