1上海郊区青少年性知识、性态度和性行为调查显示文摘目的 了解上海市郊青少年性与生殖健康知识、态度和行为。方法 对上海青浦区 3个镇的 80 6名 15~ 18岁青少年进行结构式问卷调查。结果 被调查的青少年己具备一定的青春期性知识 ,但对生殖系统和功能方面缺乏系统性的认识 ,一些概念含糊不清。男性的知识好于女性。中专、职校、技校学生的知识得分低于其他学校和非学生。大多数被调查者对青少年中发生恋爱和性行为持理解和宽容的态度。当地青少年中已有性行为发生 ,虽然几乎半数人知道性行为可能导致的后果 ,但首次性行为的避孕使用率却很低。他们的性知识主要来源于学校、医学书刊/杂志和同学。大多数被调查对象认为青春期性教育是必需的但学校性教育仅满足了青少年对性知识的部分需求。结论 充分了解目前青少年的性知识、性态度和性行为对设计良好的干预项目极有帮助。于艺 楼超华 高尔生 Tom Marshall 2003中国公共卫生2003,19,3:48

3Post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome显示文摘Post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome (PI-IBS) is a common disorder wherein symptoms of IBS begin after an episode of acute gastroenteritis. Published studies have reported incidence of PI-IBS to range between 5% and 32%. The mechanisms underlying the development of PI-IBS are not fully understood, but are believed to include persistent sub-clinical inflammation, changes in intestinal permeability and alteration of gut flora. Individual studies have suggested that risk factors for PI-IBS include patients' demographics, psychological disorders and the severity of enteric illness. However, PI-IBS remains a diagnosis of exclusion with no specific disease markers and, to date, no definitive therapy exists. 4Platelets in hemostasis and thrombosis:Novel mechanisms of fibrinogen-independent platelet aggregation and fibronectin-mediated protein wave of hemostasis显示文摘Platelets are small anucleate cells generated from megakaryocytes in the bone marrow.Although platelet generation,maturation,and clearance are still not fully understood,significant progress has been made in the last 1-2 decades.In blood circulation,platelets can quickly adhere and aggregate at sites of vascular injury,forming the platelet plug(i.e.the first wave of hemostasis).Activated platelets can also provide negatively charged phosphatidylserinerich membrane surface that enhances cell-based thrombin generation,which facilitates blood coagulation(i.e.the second wave of hemostasis).Platelets therefore play central roles in hemostasis.However,the same process of hemostasis may also cause thrombosis and vessel occlusion,which are the most common mechanisms leading to heart attack and stroke following ruptured atherosclerotic lesions.In this review,we will introduce the classical mechanisms and newly discovered pathways of platelets in hemostasis and thrombosis,including fibrinogen-independent platelet aggregation and thrombosis,and the plasma fibronectin-mediated 'protein wave' of hemostasis that precedes the classical first wave of hemostasis.Furthermore,we briefly discuss the roles of platelets in inflammation and atherosclerosis and the potential strategies to control atherothrombosis.Yan Hou Naadiya Carrim Yiming Wang Reid C.Gallant Alexandra Marshall Heyu Ni 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,6:21

8Microscopic colitis: A review of etiology, treatment and refractory disease显示文摘Microscopic colitis is a common cause of chronic,nonbloody diarrhea. Microscopic colitis is more common in women than men and usually affects patients in their sixth and seventh decade. This article reviews the etiology and medical management of microscopic colitis. The etiology of microscopic colitis is unknown, but it is associated with autoimmune disorders, such as celiac disease, polyarthritis, and thyroid disorders. Smoking has been identified as a risk factor of mi-croscopic colitis. Exposure to medications, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, proton pump inhibitors, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, is suspected to play a role in microscopic colitis, although their direct causal relationship has not been proven. Multiple medications, including corticosteroids, anti-diarrheals, cholestyramine, bismuth, 5-aminosalicylates, and immunomodulators, have been used to treat microscopic colitis with variable response rates. Budesonide is effective in inducing and maintaining clinical remission but relapse rate is as high as 82% when budesonide is discontinued. There is limited data on management of steroid-dependent microscopic colitis or refractory microscopic colitis. Immunomodulators seem to have low response rate 0%-56% for patients with refractory microscopic colitis. Response rate 66%-100% was observed for use of anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF) therapy for refractory microscopic colitis. 13Effect of music on patients undergoing outpatient colonoscopy显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the effect of relaxing music during colonoscopy under low-dose conscious sedation, on patient satisfaction, scope insertion time and procedure duration, medication doses, and the perceived adequacy of sedation and scope insertion difficulty on the part of the endoscopist. METHODS: One hundred and sixty-seven consecutive adult outpatients presenting for routine colonoscopy under low-dose conscious sedation were randomized to undergo their procedures either with music played during the procedure or no music played. RESULTS: There were no statistical differences between the two groups in terms of meperidine dose, midazolam dose, time to reach the cecum, total procedure time, endoscopist assessment of scope insertion difficulty, endoscopist assessment of adequacy of sedation, or the pain experience of the patients during their procedure. The music group did report significantly better overall procedure satisfaction as compared to the non music group on two of our three different scales. 15Impacts of El Nino-Southern Oscillation events on China's rice production显示文摘This paper aims to demonstrate the relationships between ENSO and rice production of Jiangxi province in order to identify the reason that ENSO might have little effect on Chinese rice production. Using a data set with measures of Jiangxi's climate and rice production,we find the reason that during 1985 and 2004 ENSO's well correlated with rainfall did not promote Chinese rice production. First,the largest effects of ENSO mostly occur in the months when there is no rice in the field. Second,there is almost no temperature effect. Finally,the monthly distribution of rainfall is almost the same in ENSO and neutral years because the largest effects are during months when there is the least rain. 16IFC implementation in lifecycle costing显示文摘Life Cycle Costing (LCC) is always a major concern in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. This paper presents the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the development of a lifecycle cost-estimating tool. The IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) model as an interoperable building information model has been adopted as the central data repository to deliver the integrated information of building designs from CAD design systems into the lifecycle-costing database. In this paper, the conceptions and relevant factors, which could affect the LCC estimation, have been introduced. The problems of current LCC applications have been identified as the lack of LCC data and the complexity of LCC exercises. The software application of IFC models and relevant auxiliary are depicted as a solution of the problem identified. The lifecycle costing tool is a part of the nD Modeling tool and as such is based on its integrated interface prototype toolkit and is able to holistically present an IFC model into a 3D virtual reality view, a tree-view and a list of element properties. The functions and some technical points are also detailed in the paper. 18Human-induced changes in recent sedimentation rates in Bohai Bay, China: Implications for coastal development显示文摘In many countries, coastal planners strive to balance the demands between civil, commercial strategy and environmental conversation interests for future development, particularly given the sea level rise in the 21 st century. Achieving a sustainable balance is often a dilemma, especially in low-lying coastal areas where dams in inland river basin are trapping significant amounts of fluvial sediments. We recently investigated the shore of Bohai Bay in northern China where there has been a severe increase in sea level following a program of large-scale coastal reclamation and infrastructure development over the last five decades. To investigate this trend, we obtained sediment cores from near-shore in Bohai Bay, which were dated by ^(137)Cs and ^(210)Pb radionuclides to determine the sedimentation rates for the last 50 years. The average sedimentation rates of Bohai Bay exceeded 10 mm yr^(-1) before 1963, which was much higher than the rate of local sea-level rise. However, our results showed an overall decreasing sedimentation rate after 1963, which was not able to compensate for the increasing relative sea-level rise in that period. In addition, our results revealed that erosion occurred after the 1980 s in the shallow sea area of Bohai Bay. We suggest that this situation places the Bohai Bay coast at a greater risk of inundation and erosion within the next few decades than previously thought, especially in the large new reclamation area. 19Estimating underground mine ventilation friction factors from low density 3D data acquired by a moving LiDAR显示文摘Ventilation system analysis for underground mines has remained mostly unchanged since the Atkinson method was made popular by Mc Elroy in 1935. Data available to ventilation technicians and engineers is typically limited to the quantity of air moving through any given heading. Because computer-aided modelling, simulation, and ventilation system design tools have improved, it is now important to ensure that developed models have the most accurate information possible. This paper presents a new technique for estimating underground drift friction factors that works by processing 3 D point cloud data obtained by using a mobile Li DAR.
