1用于直升机振动控制的主动调谐式吸振器研究(英文)显示文摘振动问题是直升机设计中的难题 ,会导致机体结构疲劳、舒适性降低和高噪声等问题。通常的单桨叶控制方案由于受压电驱动器机电性能的限制而难以实现。智能弹簧是一种采用单桨叶控制原理的主动调谐式吸振器 ,它通过压电驱动器自适应控制桨叶根部的结构阻抗 ,达到振动控制目的。建立了智能弹簧的简化模型 ,对其谐波响应控制特性进行研究 ;采用频率分析和数字信号合成技术产生参考信号 ,在 DSP平台上设计自适应陷波算法对智能弹簧驱动器组件进行控制 ;模拟和风洞实验结果均表明智能弹簧能够在较宽频率范围内对桨叶的谐波响应进行有效控制 ,验证了通过主动阻抗控制实现直升机桨叶振动控制的可行性。陈勇 David G.Zimcik Viresh K.Wickramasinghe Fred Nitzsche 2003Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2003,16,4:6
2A methodology for simulating 2D shock-induced dynamic stall at flight test-based fluctuating freestream显示文摘A comprehensive methodology for simulating 2 D dynamic stall at fluctuating freestream is proposed in this paper.2 D CFD simulation of a SC1095 airfoil exposed to a fluctuating freestream of Mach number 0.537±0.205 and Reynolds number 6.1×10~6(based on the mean Mach number)and undergoing a 10°±10°pitch oscillation with a frequency of 4.25 Hz was conducted.These conditions were selected to be representative of the flow experienced by a helicopter rotor airfoil section in a real-life fast forward flight.Both constant freestream dynamic stall as well as fluctuating freestream dynamic stall simulations were conducted and compared.The methodology was carefully validated with experimental data for both transonic flow and dynamic stall under fluctuating freestream.Overall,the results suggest that the fluctuating freestream alters the dynamic stall mechanism documented for constant freestream in a major way,emphasizing that inclusion of this effect in the prediction of dynamic stall related rotor loads is imperative for rotor performance analysis and blades design.Khider AL-JABURI Daniel FESZTY Fred NITZSCHE 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,10:2
3Antioxidant, antiangiogenic and antiproliferative activities of root methanol extract of Calliandra portoricensis in human prostate cancer cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Prostate cancer(PCa) is a major health concern. Calliandra portoricensis(CP) is traditionally known for its analgesic, anti-ulcerogenic and anticonvulsant properties. However, its antiproliferative properties for PCa still need to be investigated. METHODS: Antioxidant activities of CP were determined by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl(DPPH) and hydroxyl(OH-) radicals-scavenging methods. PC-3 and LNCa P(androgen-refractory and androgendependent PCa-derived cell lines) were cultured and treated with CP(10, 50 and 100 μg/m L). Effects of CP on cells were determined by cytotoxicity assay(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH) and viability assay(sodium 3′-[1-(phenylaminocarbonyl)-3,4-tetrazolium]-bis(4-methoxy-6-nitro) benzene sulfonic acid hydrate, XTT). DNA fragmentation was detected by cell death detection enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plus kit. CP was tested as an inhibitor of angiogenesis using chicken chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) assay. RESULTS: CP showed significant scavenging of DPPH and OH- radicals. CP significantly(P<0.05) inhibited lipid peroxidation in a dose-dependent manner. Precisely, CP(10, 50 and 100 μg/m L) inhibited PC-3 and LNCa P growth by 7%, 74% and 92%, and 27%, 73%, and 85% respectively at 48 h. CP had low toxicity in vitro at its half inhibitory concentration dose. Detection of cell death induced by CP at 50 μg/m L showed higher enrichment factors in LNCa P(7.38±0.95) than PC-3(3.48±0.55). Also, treatment with CP(50 μg/m L) significantly reduced network of vessels in CAM, suggesting its antiangiogenic potential.
