| 1 | 长爪沙鼠的遗传多样性分析显示文摘利用17个微卫星DNA标记对Z:ZCLA长爪沙鼠封闭群、野生群和近交系进行遗传多样性分析,评估群体内的遗传变异和群体间的遗传分化。结果表明:在Z:ZCLA封闭群和野生群中共有9个微卫星DNA标记获得稳定的结果,分别为AF200940、AF200941、AF200942、AF200945、AF200946、AF200947、D11Mit128、PKC和SCN,共检测到41个等位基因,每个基因的等位基因数从1~7不等,片段大小在120~283bp之间,所有位点的平均期望杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)值分别为0.5032和0.4656,Z:ZCLA封闭群和野生群9个微卫星位点平均有效等位基因数分别为2.78和2.89,平均基因杂合度分别为0.3704和0.3893,平均多态信息含量分别为0.3256和0.3344,两个群体都表现为中度多态,Z:ZCLA封闭群较野生群稍低;在3个近交系中共有8个位点获得稳定的扩增结果,分别为AF200941、AF200942、AF200945、AF200946、AF200947、D11Mit128、PKC和SCN,共检测到11个等位基因,片段大小在140~241bp之间,其中5个位点在群体内表现为单态纯合,3个位点在群体内表现为单态杂合,所有位点在群体内和群体间均呈单态性,表明这3个长爪沙鼠品系基本符合近交系的要求,微卫星标记技术适用于近交系长爪沙鼠的遗传检测。 | 丁贤明 钱宝珍 Matsuda Junichiro Koura Minako 萨晓婴 施张奎 | 2008 | 遗传2008，30，7： | 16 |

| 4 | A unique case of collagenous colitis presenting as protein-losing enteropathy successfully treated with prednisolone显示文摘A 76-year-old woman with a 5-mo history of recurrent diarrhea and generalized edema was admitted to our hospital. Colonoscopy revealed edematous mucosa,and histopathological examination was compatible with collagenous colitis. Protein leakage from the colon,particularly in the ascending portion,was identified on 99mTc-human serum albumin scintigraphy. Collagenous colitis associated with protein-losing enteropathy (PLE) without small bowel disease was diagnosed. Prednisolone treatment ameliorated diarrhea and hypoproteinemia. | 7 | Secondary Cell Wall Deposition in Developing Secondary Xylem of Poplar显示文摘Although poplar is widely used for genomic and biotechnological manipulations of wood, the cellular basis of wood development in poplar has not been accurately documented at an ultrastructural level. Developing secondary xylem cells from hybrid poplar (Populus deltoides x P. trichocarpa), which were actively making secondary cell walls, were preserved with high pressure freezing/freeze substitution for light and electron microscopy. The distribution of xylans and mannans in the different cell types of developing secondary xylem were detected with immunofluorescence and immuno-gold labeling. While xylans, detected with the monoclonal antibody LM10, had a general distribution across the secondary xylem, mannans were enriched in the S2 secondary cell wall layer of fibers. To observe the cellular structures associated with secondary wall production, cryofixed fibers were examined with transmission electron microscopy during differentiation. There were abundant cortical microtubules and endomembrane activity in cells during the intense phase of secondary cell wall synthesis. | 8 | Kidney GATA3^(+) regulatory T cells play roles in the convalescence stage after antibody-mediated renal injury显示文摘FoxP3^(+)regulatory T cells(Tregs)play crucial roles in peripheral immune tolerance.In addition,Tregs that reside or accumulate in nonlymphoid tissues,called tissue Tregs,exhibit tissue-specific functions and contribute to the maintenance of tissue homeostasis and repair.In an experimental mouse model of crescentic glomerulonephritis induced by an anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody,Tregs started to accumulate in the kidney on day 10 of disease onset and remained at high levels(~30–35%of CD4^(+)T cells)during the late stage(days 21–90),which correlated with stable disease control.Treg depletion on day 21 resulted in the relapse of renal dysfunction and an increase in Th1 cells,suggesting that Tregs are essential for disease control during the convalescence stage.The Tregs that accumulated in the kidney showed tissue Treg phenotypes,including high expression of GATA3,ST2(the IL33 receptor subunit),amphiregulin(Areg),and PPARγ.Although T-bet^(+) Tregs and RORγt^(+) Tregs were observed in the kidney,GATA3^(+) Tregs were predominant during the convalescence stage,and a PPARγagonist enhanced the accumulation of GATA3^(+) Tregs in the kidney.To understand the function of specific genes in kidney Tregs,we developed a novel T cell transfer system to T cell-deficient mice.This experiment demonstrates that ST2,Areg,and CCR4 in Tregs play important roles in the accumulation of GATA3^(+) Tregs in the kidney and in the amelioration of renal injury.Our data suggest that GATA3 is important for the recruitment of Tregs into the kidney,which is necessary for convalescence after renal tissue destruction. | Ryota Sakai Minako Ito Kyoko Komai Mana Iizuka-Koga Kazuhiko Matsuo Takashi Nakayama Osamu Yoshie Koichi Amano Hiroshi Nishimasu Osamu Nureki Masato Kubo Akihiko Yoshimura | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021，18，5： | 2 |
