| 1 | Reliability and safety analysis of redundant vehicle management computer system显示文摘Redundant techniques are widely adopted in vehicle management computer(VMC) to ensure that VMC has high reliability and safety.At the same time,it makes VMC have special characteristics,e.g.,failure correlation,event simultaneity,and failure self-recovery.Accordingly,the reliability and safety analysis to redundant VMC system(RVMCS) becomes more diffcult.Aimed at the diffculties in RVMCS reliability modeling,this paper adopts generalized stochastic Petri nets to establish the reliability and safety models of RVMCS.Then this paper analyzes RVMCS operating states and potential threats to flight control system.It is verifed by simulation that the reliability of VMC is not the product of hardware reliability and software reliability,and the interactions between hardware and software faults can reduce the real reliability of VMC obviously.Furthermore,the failure undetected states and false alarming states inevitably exist in RVMCS due to the influences of limited fault monitoring coverage and false alarming probability of fault monitoring devices(FMD).RVMCS operating in some failure undetected states will produce fatal threats to the safety of flight control system.RVMCS operating in some false alarming states will reduce utility of RVMCS obviously.The results abstracted in this paper can guide reliable VMC and effcient FMD designs.The methods adopted in this paper can also be used to analyze other intelligent systems' reliability. | Shi Jian Meng Yixuan Wang Shaoping Bian Mengmeng Yan Dungong | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5: | 11 |
| 2 | Chrysanthemum WRKY15-1 promotes resistance to Puccinia horiana Henn. via the salicylic acid signaling pathway显示文摘Chrysanthemum white rust disease,which is caused by the fungus Puccinia horiana Henn.,severely reduces the ornamental quality and yield chrysanthemum.WRKY transcription factors function in the disease-resistance response in a variety of plants;however,it is unclear whether members of this family improve resistance to white rust disease in chrysanthemum.In this study,using PCR,we isolated a WRKY15 homologous gene,CmWRKY15-1,from the resistant chrysanthemum cultivar C029.Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)revealed that CmWRKY15-1 exhibited differential expression patterns between the immune cultivar C029 and the susceptible cultivar Jinba upon P.horiana infection.In addition,salicylic acid(SA)treatment strongly induced CmWRKY15-1 expression.Overexpression of CmWRKY15-1 in the chrysanthemum-susceptible cultivar Jinba increased tolerance to P.horiana infection.Conversely,silencing CmWRKY15-1 via RNA interference(RNAi)in C029 increased sensitivity to P.horiana infection.We also determined that P.horiana infection increased both the endogenous SA content and the expression of salicylic acid biosynthesis genes in CmWRKY15-1-overexpressing plants,whereas CmWRKY15-1 RNAi plants exhibited the opposite effects under the same conditions.Finally,the transcript levels of pathogenesis-related(PR)genes involved in the SA pathway were positively associated with CmWRKY15-1 expression levels.Our results demonstrated that CmWRKY15-1 plays an important role in the resistance of chrysanthemum to P.horiana by influencing SA signaling. | Mengmeng Bi Xueying Li Xin Yan Di Liu Ge Gao Pengfang Zhu Hongyu Mao | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 9 |
| 3 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 5 | Dietary energy intake affects fetal survival and development during early and middle pregnancy in Large White and Meishan gilts显示文摘This experiment was designed to determine the effects of variations in dietary energy intake on reproductive performance and gene expression of luteal and endometrium tissues in Large White(LW)and Meishan(MS) gilts during early and middle pregnancy. After insemination, 32 LW gilts were assigned to high and low(HE_Land LE_L, 14.23 and 12.56 MJ DE/kg, respectively) diet treatment groups,while 32 MS gilts were allocated to HE_M and LE_M(12.56 and 10.88 MJ DE/kg) groups. Gilts were slaughtered on days 35, 55 and 90 of gestation. The fetal survival and luteal progesterone(P_4) concentration in the HE_Lgroup were higher on day 35 but lower on day 90 of gestation compared with the LE_L group(P < 0.05) for LW gilts. However, fetal survival and luteal P_4 concentration on day 35 of gestation were greater(P < 0.05) in the LE_M group than in the HE_M group for MS gilts, but no significant difference in mid-gestation was showed. The fetal weights of both breeds were higher for the high energy diets compared with the respective control group on day 90 of gestation(P < 0.05). In addition,the m RNA levels of P_4 synthesis-related proteins had correlated with luteal P_4 concentration in both breeds. Further, endometrial levels of uteroferrin(ACP5), retinol-binding protein 4(RBP_4) and secreted phosphoprotein 1(SPP1) m RNA were upregulated in the HE_Lgroup on day 35 of gestation but ACP5 and SPP1 were downregulated on day 55 of gestation compared with the LE_Lgroup(P < 0.05) for LW gilts. In MS gilts, diet only affected the expression of SPP1(P < 0.05). Our results revealed the differential sensitivity of LW and MS breeds to variations in dietary energy intake. For LW gilts, the HE_Lgroup improved fetal survival on day 35 but a sustained high energy diet decreased fetal survival on day 90 of gestation. The differences in dietary energy intake did not influence fetal survival on day 90 of gestation but the higher energy diet did increase fetal weight in the MS breed compared with the lower energy intake diet. | 8 | Empirical analysis of carbon tariff's effect on the export structure of China's manufacturing industry and social welfare based on the GTAP model显示文摘In recent years,carbon emissions have gradually evolved from an environment issue into a political and economic one.Carbon tariff has brought about new trade barriers of developed countries,and in order to enhance the industrial competitiveness of developed countries,it will produce unfavorable impact on developing countries.Concentrated on the manufacturing industry,which is the most intensive high-carbon industry in China's export structure,this article studies the relationship between carbon tariff policy and industry structure of export trade and builds up a relation between climate change and international trade.First,by means of establishing a partial equilibrium model,it applies geometric analysis and mathematical analysis to compute the impact on China's manufacturing export trade and the consequences of the introduction of the US carbon tariff to China's manufacturing industry that has already imposed a domestic shipping carbon tax.Furthermore,with the application of the GTAP model,it estimates the overall economic and welfare effects on China's manufacturing industry if the US and Europe introduce carbon tariff by means of four ways,and then analyzes the influence on China's manufacturing industry export structure and social welfare as well.The result shows that the introduction of the US carbon import tariff lowers China's export price and export volume,and the implementation of a domestic carbon tax justifies a higher export price and a lower export volume for China.However,the degree of export reduction is smaller than that under the effect of the US carbon tariff.In the case of developed countries imposing carbon tariff on China's energy-intensive industries,such as chemical rubber products,oil and coal-processing industry and paper industry,whose export would be reduced,the negative impact on the paper industry is the severest,which will decrease the paper industry's export ranging from 1.79%to 6.05%,whereas the other industries' export will increase.Anyhow,it will promote China's manufacturing industry to adjust the export structure to a certain extent.In addition,it will lead to a decrease in China's welfare,with a decrease between $2,134 billion and $8,347 billion.Finally,this paper provides information on international coordination,export structure adjustment and green manufacturing adjustment as a reference for the development of China's manufacturing industry. | Yan Li Mengmeng Wang Yi Sui Qingbo Huang | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2016,16,1: | 3 |

Glucose-6-phosphate/phosphate translocator(GPT) transports glucose-6-phosphate, a key precursor of starch and/or fatty acid biosynthesis, into plastids. Here, we report the functional characterization of Os GPT1 in the rice anther development and pollen fertility. Pollen grains from homozygous osgpt1 mutant plants fail to accumulate starch granules, resulting in pollen sterility. Genetic analyses reveal a sporophytic effect for this mutation. Os GPT1 is highly expressed in the tapetal layer of rice anther. Degeneration of the tapetum, an important process to provide cellular contents to support pollen development, is impeded in osgpt1 plants. In addition, defective intine and exine are observed in the pollen from osgpt1 plants. Expression levels of multiple genes that are important to tapetum degeneration or pollen wall formation are significantly decreased in osgpt1 anthers. Previously, we reported that At GPT1 plays a gametic function in the accumulation of lipid bodies in Arabidopsis pollen. This report highlights a sporophytic role of Os GPT1 in the tapetum degeneration and pollen development. The self-phase modulation and group velocity dispersion effects of the optical cable was considered in demonstrating the proof-of-concept experiment and simulation. In experiments, the correlation peaks are clearly obtained from the correlation trace between the reference and reflected(or scattered) light signals propagating in three optical-fiber segments. The technique affords a high spatial resolution of 2 m, and further long-haul fiber simulations indicate that the sensing distance can be more than 3300 km. | 17 | A photoactive process cascaded electrocatalysis for enhanced methanol oxidation over Pt-MXene-TiO2 composite显示文摘Highly efficient photo-assisted electrocatalysis for methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)realizes the conversion of solar and chemical energy into electric energy simultaneously.Here we report a Pt-MXene-TiO2 composite for highly efficient MOR via a photoactive cascaded electro-catalytic process.With light(UV and visible light)irradiation,MXene-TiO2 serves as the photo active centre(photoinduced hole)to activate the methanol molecules,while Pt particles are the active centre for the following electro-catalytic oxidation of those activated methanol molecules.Pt-MXene-TiO2 catalyst exhibits a lower onset potential(0.33 V)and an impressive mass activity of 2,750.42 mA·mg^−1 Pt under light illumination.It represents the highest MOR activity ever reported for photo-assisted electrocatalysts.Pt-MXene-TiO2 also shows excellent CO tolerance ability and stability,in which,after long-term(5,000 s)reaction,still keeps a high mass activity of 1,269.81 mA·mg−1Pt(62.66%of its initial activity).The photo-electro-catalytic system proposed in this work offers novel opportunities for exploiting photo-assisted enhancement of highly efficient and stable catalysts for MOR. | Yue Sun Yunjie Zhou Yan Liu Qingyao Wu Mengmeng Zhu Hui Huang Yang Liu Mingwang Shao Zhenhui Kang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,10: | 1 |

| 19 | Nanoinfiltration behavior of carbon nanotube based nanocomposites with enhanced mechanical and electrical properties显示文摘In this work,carbon nanotube(CNT)based nanocomposites with high mass fraction are proposed by in-situ bridging carbon matrix into CNT paper through optimized chemical vapor infiltration(CVI).Nanoinfiltration behavior of CNTs is basically investigated under the CVI process.The contact between each CNT can be strengthened and the conductive pathways can be established,resulting in the better mechanical and electrical properties.Compared with the pristine CNT paper,the CNT/C composite after pyrolysis process confirms a remarkable advance in tensile strength(up to 310±13 MPa)and Young’s modulus(up to 2.4±0.1 GPa).Besides,a notable feature of electrical conductivity also shows an improvement up to 8.5 S/cm,which can be attributed to the mass fraction of CNT(41 wt%)breaking the limits of percolation thresholds and the efficient densification of this sample to establish the conductive pathways.This study has a broad application in the development of the multi-functional electrical and engineering materials. | Mengmeng Wang Jinshan Yang Xiao You Chunjing Liao Jingyi Yan Jing Ruan Shaoming Dong | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,12: | 1 |
| 20 | Improving the surveillance and response system to achieve and maintain malaria elimination:a retrospective analysis in Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘Background:Following initiation of China’s National Malaria Elimination Action Plan(NMEAP)in 2010,the'1-3-7’approach was developed and rolled out in China to facilitate the malaria elimination programme and accelerate malaria elimination.This study aims to summarize and condense these experiences through a retrospective analysis in Jiangsu Province,which could be adapted and applied in other malaria elimination settings worldwide.Methods:A retrospective analysis of imported malaria cases into China identified through an improved surveillance and response system in Jiangsu Province was carried out for the period of 2001-2020.To improve the malaria surveillance and response system,Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention from the prefectures and counties in Jiangsu province conducted population-level health education to improve healthcare seeking behavior,strengthened capacity of health facilities to improve performance of malaria diagnosis and treatment,and raised the capacity of public health providers to improve implementation of the'1-3-7’approach.Categorical variables were carried out by Chi square tests with Fisher’s exact correction.Results:From 2001 to 2020,a total of 9,879 malaria cases were reported in Jiangsu Province.Since 2012,no indigenous malaria cases have been reported in Jiangsu Province.However,in recent years,there has been a substantial increase of imported falciparum malaria cases.Between 2012 and 2020,an estimated 61.57 million individuals have benefited from population-level health education in Jiangsu Province.For healthcare-seeking services among the 2,423 imported malaria cases,687(28.4%)and 1,104(45.6%)cases visited hospitals on the first day and the second day from symptom onset,respectively.A total of 1,502(61.9%)cases were diagnosed on the first day at medical facilities.Jiangsu Province achieved 100%,99.4%and 98.3%completion rate in terms of case detection and notification(within one day),case investigation(within three days)and foci response and disposition(within seven days),respectively.The improved surveillance and response system in Jiangsu Province plays an important role in preventing the re-introduction of malaria and maintaining the malaria-free status.Conclusions:Jiangsu Province has maintained its malaria-free status since 2012.The continuous improvement of a surveillance and response system plays an important role in the early detection and rapid response of potential malaria-related outbreaks in Jiangsu,China,and has important lessons for other malaria eliminating settings.Remaining vigilant in the detection of imported malaria cases and maintaining an active surveillance and response system is critical to sustain the success of malaria elimination. | Yuanyuan Cao Guangyu Lu Chris Cotter Weiming Wang Mengmeng Yang Yaobao Liu Cheng Liang Huayun Zhou Yan Lu Jun Yan Guoding Zhu Jun Cao | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,1: | 1 |
