1Determination of Three Kinds of Polyether Drug Residues in Eggs by QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid-LC/MS/MS显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish an LC-MS/MS method for the determination of three kinds of polyether residues in eggs with QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid as a pretreatment method,which was established according to Agilent Bond Elut enhanced lipid removal EMR-Lipid technology.[Methods]Egg was extracted by acidified acetonitrile,purified by Bond Elut EMR-Lipid QuEChERS,and detected by HPLC-MS/MS. [Results]The three kinds of polyether residues had good linear relationships in the range of 2. 0-100 μg/L with peak areas,r > 0. 999. The recoveries ranged from 84. 6% to 107. 0%.[Conclusions]The method is convenient and accurate,and the quantitative results are accurate and reproducible. 2AFF3-DNA methylation interplay in maintaining the mono-allelic expression pattern of XIST in terminally differentiated cells显示文摘X chromosome inactivation and genomic imprinting are two classic epigenetic regulatory processes that cause mono-allelic gene expression.In female mammals,mono-allelic expression of the long non-coding RNA gene X-inactive specific transcript(XIST)is essential for initiation of X chromosome inactivation upon differentiation.We have previously demonstrated that the central factor of super elongation complex-like 3(SEC-L3),AFF3,is enriched at gamete differentially methylated regions(DMRs)of the imprinted loci and regulates the imprinted gene expression.Here,we found that AFF3 can also bind to the DMR downstream of the XIST promoter.Knockdown of AFF3 leads to de-repression of the inactive allele of X IST in terminally differentiated cells.In addition,the binding of AFF3 to the XIST DMR relies on DNA methylation and also regulates DNA methylation level at DMR region.However,the KAP1-H3K9 methylation machineries,which regulate the imprinted loci,might not play major roles in maintaining the mono-aUelic expression pattern of XIST in these cells.Thus,our results suggest that the differential mechanisms involved in the X IST DMR and gDMR regulation,which both require AFF3 and DNA methylation.Yue Zhang Chao Wang Xiaoxu Liu Qian Yang Hongliang Ji Mengjun Yang Manman Xu Yunyan Zhou Wei Xie Zhuojuan Luo Chengqi Lin 2019Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2019,11,9:3
3Heat Transfer Enhancement with Mixing Vane Spacers Using the Field Synergy Principle显示文摘The single-phase heat transfer characteristics in a PWR fuel assembly are important. Many investigations attempt to obtain the heat transfer characteristics by studying the flow features in a 5×5 rod bundle with a spacer grid. The field synergy principle is used to discuss the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement using mixing vanes according to computational fluid dynamics results, including a spacer grid without mixing vanes, one with a split mixing vane, and one with a separate mixing vane. The results show that the field synergy principle is feasible to explain the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement in a fuel assembly. The enhancement in subchannels is more effective than on the rod's surface. If the pressure loss is ignored, the performance of the split mixing vane is superior to the separate mixing vane based on the enhanced heat transfer. Increasing the blending angle of the split mixing vane improves heat transfer enhancement, the maximum of which is 7.1%. Increasing the blending angle of the separate mixing vane did not significantly enhance heat transfer in the rod bundle, and even prevented heat transfer at a blending angle of 50°. 4A novel vector of topological and structural information for amino acids and its QSAR applications for peptides and analogues显示文摘A new descriptor, called vector of topological and structural information for coded and noncoded amino acids (VTSA), was derived by principal component analysis (PCA) from a matrix of 66 topological and structural variables of 134 amino acids. The VTSA vector was then applied into two sets of peptide quantitative structure-activity relationships or quantitative sequence-activity modelings (QSARs/ QSAMs). Molded by genetic partial least squares (GPLS), support vector machine (SVM), and immune neural network (INN), good results were obtained. 6Effect of non-spherical particles on burning behavior during aluminum combustion显示文摘The shape of an aluminum particle is assumed to be spherical or an equivalent sphere during the combustion process.Such an assumption lacks objectivity and leads to unreasonable approximations of burning efficiency and performance.To investigate the influence of non-spherical particles on burning behavior,this study focused on a theoretical and experimental investigation of the combustion of nanoscale aluminum ellipsoidal particles.Models for prolate and oblate spheroids in aluminum combustion were established to explore combustion properties such as mass release rate,linear burning rate,burning rate,and burnout time.To validate the theoretical results,combustion experiments were conducted on three samples.Reasonable agreement between the results of numerical simulation and experimental findings was obtained in terms of the particle burning characteristics.It was found that particle morphology(such as prolate or oblate spheroid shape)and size play a significant role in the combustion performance of nanosized aluminum particles.Jinyun Wang Zailin Yang Mengjun Wang 2020Particuology2020,18,4:1
7Can Culture Lead to Export?Empirical Data on the Belt and Road Initiative显示文摘The B&R Initiative is a modernized and specific manifestation of China's'going global'development strategy. It undertakes the historic mission of promoting communication and exchange between cultures and nations, but also has a positive role in the development of international economy and trade relations. As a messenger of the essence of Chinese culture, Confucius Institutes have a positive impact on the development of Asian and world civilizations. Using Difference-in-Difference estimation methods to study the statistical data from the countries along the B&R routes, this paper examines the relationship between cultural and commodity outputs and comes to the following conclusions: Cultural output is an important factor in increasing commodity exports; Confucius Institutes help increase China's exports to the countries along the B&R routes; and the growth in cultural exports shows regional differences, hysteresis, and fluctuations. As China's cultural outputs are still at an immature stage, their promotional effects on exports are unstable. 8The Phytophthora effector Avh241 interacts with host NDR1-like proteins to manipulate plant immunity显示文摘Plant pathogens rely on effector proteins to suppress host innate immune responses and facilitate colonization.Although the Phytophthora sojae RxLR effector Avh241 promotes Phytophthora infection,the molecular basis of Avh241 virulence remains poorly understood.Here we identified non-race specific disease resistance 1(NDR1)-like proteins,the critical components in plant effector-triggered immunity(ETI)responses,as host targets of Avh241.Avh241 interacts with NDR1 in the plasma membrane and suppresses NDR1-participated ETI responses.Silencing of GmNDR1s increases the susceptibility of soybean to P.sojae infection,and overexpression of GmNDR1s reduces infection,which supports its positive role in plant immunity against P.sojae.Furthermore,we demonstrate that GmNDR1 interacts with itself,and Avh241 probably disrupts the self-association of GmNDR1.These data highlight an effective counter-defense mechanism by which a Phytophthora effector suppresses plant immune responses,likely by disturbing the function of NDR1 during infection.Bo Yang Sen Yang Baodian Guo Yuyin Wang Wenyue Zheng Mengjun Tian Kaixin Dai Zehan Liu Haonan Wang Zhenchuan Ma Yan Wang Wenwu Ye Suomeng Dong Yuanchao Wang 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,7:1

11Enhanced Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal from electrolytic manganese metal residue via surfactants显示文摘Electrolytic manganese metal residue(EMMR)harmless treatment has always lacked a low-cost and quick processing technology.In this study,surfactants,namely tetradecyl trimethylammonium chloride(TTC),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),sodium lignin sulfonate(SLS),and octadecyl trimethylammonium chloride(OTC),were used in the solidification of Mn^(2+)and removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N from EMMR.The Mn^(2+)and NH_(4)^(+)-N concentrations under different reaction conditions,Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal mechanisms,and leaching behavior were studied.The results revealed that the surfactants could enhance the Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal from EMMR,and the order of enhancement was as follows:TTC>SDBS>OTC>SLS.The NH_(4)^(+)-N and Mn^(2+)concentrations were 12.3 and 0.05 mg·L^(-1)with the use of 60.0 mg·kg^(-1)TTC under optimum conditions(solid–liquid ratio of 1.5:1,EMMR to BRM mass ratio of 100:8,temperature of 20℃,and reaction duration of 12 h),which met the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).Mn^(2+)was mainly solidified as Mn(OH)_(2),MnOOH and MnSiO_(3),and NH_(4)^(+)-N in EMMR was mostly removed in the form of ammonia.The results of this study could provide a new idea for cost-effective EMMR harmless treatment.Jiancheng Shu Xiangfei Zeng Danyang Sun Yong Yang Zuohua Liu Mengjun Chen Daoyong Tan 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,9:0
12Correlation between clinicopathological parameters of lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to study the correlation between the clinicopathological parameters of lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis and identify the risk factors of lymph node metastasis.Methods The data of 258 patients with postoperative lung adenocarcinoma(mainly based on their pathological data)were collected and analyzed,and their basic information was counted.Results Maximum tumor diameter was found to be an independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis.The larger the maximum diameter of the tumor in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,the higher the likelihood of lymph node metastasis.Solid predominant adenocarcinoma with mucin production is as an independent risk factor for superior mediastinal and subcarinal lymph node metastasis.Primary adenocarcinomas in the lower lobe of the lung may have a higher rate of lymph node metastasis than those in the upper lobe.Conclusion The known pathological subtypes of lung adenocarcinoma can be used for the prediction of lymph node metastasis in various regions and guide the dissection of lymph nodes that would improve patients’prognosis.Shixun Wang Gaoyang Lin Nan Ge Ronghua Yang Mengjun Li Donghua Zhao Peng Li Yongjie Wang 2020Oncology and Translational Medicine2020,6,4:0
13Fg12 ribonuclease secretion contributes to Fusarium graminearum virulence and induces plant cell death显示文摘Filamentous fungal pathogens secrete effectors that modulate host immunity and facilitate infection. Fusarium graminearum is an important plant pathogen responsible for various devastating diseases. However, little is known about the function of effector proteins secreted by F. graminearum. Herein, we identified several effector candidates in the F. graminearum secretome. Among them, the secreted ribonuclease Fg12 was highly upregulated during the early stages of F. graminearum infection in soybean;its deletion compromised the virulence of F. graminearum. Transient expression of Fg12 in Nicotiana benthamiana induced cell death in a light-dependent manner. Fg12 possessed ribonuclease(RNase) activity, degrading total RNA. The enzymatic activity of Fg12 was required for its cell death-promoting effects. Importantly, the ability of Fg12 to induce cell death was independent of BAK1/SOBIR1, and treatment of soybean with recombinant Fg12 protein induced resistance to various pathogens, including F. graminearum and Phytophthora sojae. 14Enhanced recovery of high-purity Fe powder from iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue by slurry electrolysis显示文摘Iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue(IREMR)is an industrial waste produced during the processing of electrolytic metal manganese,and it contains certain amounts of Fe and Mn resources and other heavy metals.In this study,the slurry electrolysis technique was used to recover high-purity Fe powder from IREMR.The effects of IREMR and H2SO4 mass ratio,current density,reaction temper-ature,and electrolytic time on the leaching and current efficiencies of Fe were studied.According to the results,high-purity Fe powder can be recovered from the cathode plate,and the slurry electrolyte can be recycled.The leaching efficiency,current efficiency,and purity of Fe reached 92.58%,80.65%,and 98.72wt%,respectively,at a 1:2.5 mass ratio of H2SO4 and IREMR,reaction temperature of 60℃,electric current density of 30 mA/cm^(2),and reaction time of 8 h.In addition,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)analysis showed that the coercivity of electrolytic iron powder was 54.5 A/m,which reached the advanced magnetic grade of electrical pure-iron powder(DT4A coercivity standard).The slurry electrolytic method provides fundamental support for the industrial application of Fe resource recovery in IRMER.Wenxing Cao Jiancheng Shu Jiaming Chen Zihan Li Songshan Zhou Shushu Liao Mengjun Chen Yong Yang 2024International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,3:0
15Study on dynamic changes of land desertification in the circum-lake zone of the Qinghai Lake in the past 30 years supported by Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System显示文摘The circum-lake zone of the Qinghai Lake is one of the most serious regions of desertification on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Based on Remote Sensing(RS) and Geographical Information System(GIS) techniques, the four sets of remote sensing images acquired in 1976, 1987, 1995, and 2006 were selected to conduct thematic information extraction in 14,300 km2 of land in the circum-lake zone using the Earth Resource Data Analysis System(ERDAS) image and information processing function. In the meantime the off-site interpretation and filed check-correction methods were used to reconstruct the temporal-spatial dynamic changes and differentiation patterns of land desertification in the circum-lake zone in the past 30 years, and based on this, the developmental trend of land desertification in the next 20 years was predicted. The results of the study show that in the past 30 years land desertification in the region experienced a continuous fluctuation between rapid- and slow-development processes in time, while in space it exhibited a few small patchy distributions or sporadic distributions in many places while at the same time, four large sand-dominated distributions stood out and evolved into a circum-lake belt differentiation pattern with a lakeside dike as the connecting line. 16Flexible and highly-sensitive pressure sensor based on controllably oxidized MXene显示文摘Conductive Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXenes have been widely investigated for the construction of flexible and highly-sensitive pressure sensors.Although the inevitable oxidation of solution-processed MXene has been recognized,the effect of the irreversible oxidation of MXene on its electrical conductivity and sensing properties is yet to be understood.Herein,we construct a highly-sensitive and degradable piezoresistive pressure sensor by coating Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene flakes with different degrees of in situ oxidation onto paper substrates using the dipping-drying method.In situ oxidation can tune the intrinsic resistance and expand the interlayer distance of MXene nanosheets.The partially oxidized MXene-based piezoresistive pressure sensor exhibits a high sensitivity of 28.43 kPa^(-1),which is greater than those of pristine MXene,over-oxidized MXene,and state-of-the-art paper-based pressure sensors.Additionally,these sensors exhibit a short response time of 98.3 ms,good durability over 5000 measurement cycles,and a low force detection limit of 0.8 Pa.Moreover,MXene-based sensing elements are easily degraded and environmentally friendly.The MXene-based pressure sensor shows promise for practical applications in tracking body movements,sports coaching,remote health monitoring,and human–computer interactions.Yanan Ma Yongfa Cheng Jian Wang Si Fu Mengjun Zhou Yue Yang Baowen Li Xin Zhang Ce-Wen Nan 2022InfoMat2022,4,9:0
17Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. 19The spatial transcriptomic landscape of human gingiva in health and periodontitis显示文摘The gingiva is a key oral barrier that protects oral tissues from various stimuli.A loss of gingival tissue homeostasis causes periodontitis,one of the most prevalent inflammatory diseases in humans.The human gingiva exists as a complex cell network comprising specialized structures.To understand the tissue-specific pathophysiology of the gingiva,we applied a recently developed spatial enhanced resolution omics-sequencing(Stereo-seq)technique to obtain a spatial transcriptome(ST)atlas of the gingiva in healthy individuals and periodontitis patients.By utilizing Stereo-seq,we identified the major cell types present in the gingiva,which included epithelial cells,fibroblasts,endothelial cells,and immune cells,as well as subgroups of epithelial cells and immune cells.We further observed that inflammation-related signalling pathways,such as the JAK-STAT and NF-κB signalling pathways,were significantly upregulated in the endothelial cells of the gingiva of periodontitis patients compared with those of healthy individuals.Additionally,we characterized the spatial distribution of periodontitis risk genes in the gingiva and found that the expression of IFI16 was significantly increased in endothelial cells of inflamed gingiva.In conclusion,our Stereo-seq findings may facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic strategies for periodontitis by mapping periodontitis-relevant genes and pathways and effector cells.Zongshan Shen Ran Zhang Yunjia Huang Jiayao Chen Mengjun Yu Chunhua Li Yong Zhang Lingling Chen Xin Huang Jichen Yang Zhengmei Lin Songlin Wang Bin Cheng 2024Science China(Life Sciences)2024,67,4:0
20Ultra‐low single‐atom Pt on g‐C_(3)N_(4)for electrochemical hydrogen peroxide production显示文摘Platinum-based materials show excellent electrocatalytic performance and have good potential for use in fuel cells.However,the high cost and scarce reserves have restricted their wide application.Therefore,it is a challenging task to reduce the amount of Pt as well as ensure good catalytic performance.Herein,anchoring of Pt single atoms(0.21 wt‰)with ultra-low content on g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets(Pt_(0.21)/CN)has been successfully achieved.The obtained Pt_(0.21)/CN catalyst shows excellent two-electron oxygen reduction(2e-ORR)capability for hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).Compared with CN,its H_(2)O_(2)selectivity increased from 80%to 98%in 0.1M KOH,surpassing those in most of the reported studies.Besides,the H_(2)O_(2)production rate of Pt_(0.21)/CN is 767 mmol gcat^(-1)h-1,which is 11.1 times that of CN.This work may pave the way toward the development of an effective method for the design of noblemetal electrocatalysts with low metal loading and high catalytic activity.Hongcen Yang Niandi Lu Juntao Zhang Rui Wang Shuhao Tian Mengjun Wang Zhixia Wang Kun Tao Fei Ma Shanglong Peng 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,9:0
