| 1 | The influence of tectonic evolution on the accumulation and enrichment of coalbed methane (CBM)显示文摘The current accumulation and enrichment of CBM reservoir is a result of the preservation and destruction of former CBM, after the superposing evolution of reversing-and-uplifting and the subsequent evolution within the coal-bearing basin. The critical moment of the CBM reservoir formation is the time when the burying depth of the overlying net thickness amounts to the least in geological history after the gas generation of coal beds. Except the coal-bearing basins of lower metamorphism, most basins suffered the evolution stage of reversion and uplift. The formation of the CBM reservoir is controlled by the beginning and lasting time, and the intensity of reversing and uplifting. The tectonic evolution after reversing and uplifting also affects the accumulation of CBM in coal-bearing basin. The CBM constantly dissipates in the area of chronically uplifting and de-nudating. | 2 | Determination of Three Kinds of Polyether Drug Residues in Eggs by QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid-LC/MS/MS显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish an LC-MS/MS method for the determination of three kinds of polyether residues in eggs with QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid as a pretreatment method,which was established according to Agilent Bond Elut enhanced lipid removal EMR-Lipid technology.[Methods]Egg was extracted by acidified acetonitrile,purified by Bond Elut EMR-Lipid QuEChERS,and detected by HPLC-MS/MS. [Results]The three kinds of polyether residues had good linear relationships in the range of 2. 0-100 μg/L with peak areas,r > 0. 999. The recoveries ranged from 84. 6% to 107. 0%.[Conclusions]The method is convenient and accurate,and the quantitative results are accurate and reproducible. | 5 | Glutamate synthase 1 is involved in iron-deficiency response and long-distance transportation in Arabidopsis显示文摘Iron is an essential microelement for plant growth.After uptake from the soil,iron is chelated by ligands and translocated from roots to shoots for sub-sequent utilization.However,the number of ligands in-volved in iron chelation is unclear.In this study,we identified and demonstrated that GLU1,which encodes a ferredoxin-dependent glutamate synthase,was involved in iron homeostasis.First,the expression of GLU1 was strongly induced by iron deficiency condition.Second,lesion of GLU1 results in reduced transcription of many iron-deficiency-responsive genes in roots and shoots.The mutant plants revealed a decreased iron concentration in the shoots,and displayed severe leaf chlorosis under the condition of Fe limitation,compared to wild-type.Third,the product of GLU1,glutamate,could chelate iron in vivo and promote iron transportation.Last,we also found that supplementation of glutamate in the medium can alleviate cadmium toxicity in plants.Overall,our results provide evidence that GLU1 is involved in iron homeo-stasis through affecting glutamate synthesis under iron deficiency conditions in Arabidopsis. | Man Cui Mengjun Gu Yaru Lu Yue Zhang Chunlin Chen Hong‐Qing Ling Huilan Wu | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12: | 2 |
| 6 | Design and heat transfer analysis of a compound multi-layer insulations for use in high temperature cylinder thermal protection systems显示文摘Thermal protection systems are very essential for high temperature thermal conductivity measurement system to reduce the heat loss to environment at the range of 600–1800 K. A compound multi-layer insulations structure which composed of inner carbon fibrous materials and outer alternately arranged alumina fibrous materials and high reflectivity foils is proposed for use in high temperature cylinder thermal protection systems. A coupled conductive and radiation governing equations is presented for heat transfer analysis of the structure. The finite volume method and the discrete ordinate method are used to solve the governing equations. The optimization structure of the compound multi-layer insulations is investigated by considering the pressure of the gas, the density of the carbon fibrous materials, the density of the alumina fibrous materials, the number of reflective foil layers and the emissivity of reflective foils. The results show that the compound structure has the best thermal insulation performance when the pressure of the gas is below 0.01 k Pa, the density of carbon fibrous materials is 180 kg m^(-3), the density of alumina fibrous materials is 256 kg m^(-3) and the number of reflective foil layers is 39. | 7 | Characteristics,origin and controlling effects on hydrocarbon accumulation of overpressure in foreland thrust belt of southern margin of Junggar Basin,NW China显示文摘Aiming at the differential distribution of overpressure in vertical and lateral directions in the foreland thrust belt in the southern margin of Junggar Basin,the study on overpressure origin identification and overpressure evolution simulation is carried out.Based on the measured formation pressure,drilling fluid density and well logging data,overpressure origin identification and overpressure evolution simulation techniques are used to analyze the vertical and lateral distribution patterns of overpressure,genetic mechanisms of overpressure in different structural belts and causes of the differential distribution of overpressure,and the controlling effects of overpressure development and evolution on the formation and distribution of oil and gas reservoirs.The research shows that overpressure occurs in multiple formations vertically in the southern Junggar foreland thrust belt,the deeper the formation,the bigger the scale of the overpressure is.Laterally,overpressure is least developed in the mountain front belt,most developed in the fold anticline belt,and relatively developed in the slope belt.The differential distribution of overpressure is mainly controlled by the differences in disequilibrium compaction and tectonic compression strengths of different belts.The vertical overpressure transmission caused by faults connecting the deep overpressured system has an important contribution to the further increase of the overpressure strength in this area.The controlling effect of overpressure development and evolution on hydrocarbon accumulation and distribution shows in the following aspects:When the strong overpressure was formed before reservoir becoming tight overpressure maintains the physical properties of deep reservoirs to some extent,expanding the exploration depth of deep reservoirs;reservoirs below the overpressured mudstone cap rocks of the Paleogene Anjihaihe Formation and Lower Cretaceous Tugulu Group are main sites for oil and gas accumulation;under the background of overall overpressure,both overpressure strength too high or too low are not conducive to hydrocarbon enrichment and preservation,and the pressure coefficient between 1.6 and 2.1 is the best. | LU Xuesong ZHAO Mengjun ZHANG Fengqi GUI Lili LIU Gang ZHUO Qingong CHEN Zhuxin | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,5: | 2 |

| 9 | The regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during pigmentation of winter jujube显示文摘Fruit lignification is due to lignin deposition in the cell wall during cell development.However,there are few studies on the regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during fruit pigmentation.In this study,we investigated the regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during pigmentation of winter jujube.The cellulose content decreased,while the lignin content increased in the winter jujube pericarp during pigmentation.Safranin O-fast green staining showed that the cellulose content was higher in the cell wall of winter jujube prior to pigmentation,whereas the lignin in the cell wall increased after pigmentation.The thickness of the epidermal cells decreased with pericarp pigmentation.A combined metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis showed that guaiacyl-syringyl(G-S)lignin was the main lignin type in the pericarp of winter jujube,and F5H(LOC107424406)and CCR(LOC107420974)were preliminarily identified as the key genes modulating lignin biosynthesis in winter jujube.Seventeen MYB and six NAC transcription factors(TFs)with potential regulation of lignin biosynthesis were screened out based on phylogenetic analysis.Three MYB and two NAC TFs were selected as candidate genes and further studied in detail.Arabidopsis ectopic expression and winter jujube pericarp injection of the candidate genes indicated that the MYB activator(LOC107425254)and the MYB repressor(LOC107415078)control lignin biosynthesis by regulating CCR and F5H,while the NAC(LOC107435239)TF promotes F5H expression and positively regulates lignin biosynthesis.These findings revealed the lignin biosynthetic pathway and associated genes during pigmentation of winter jujube pericarp and provide a basis for further research on lignin regulation. | Qiong Zhang Lihu Wang Zhongtang Wang Rentang Zhang Ping Liu Mengjun Liu Zhiguo Liu Zhihui Zhao Lili Wang Xin Chen Haifeng Xu | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 2 |
| 10 | PGRN exacerbates the progression of non-small cell lung cancer via PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2 antiapoptotic signaling显示文摘Progranulin(PGRN)is a growth factor that is involved in the progression of multiple tumors.However,the effects and molecular mechanisms by which PGRN induces lung cancer remain unclear.The expression level of PGRN was analyzed by conducting immunohistochemistry of the histological sections of lung tissues from non-small-cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC)patients.The proliferation,apoptosis,migration,and invasion of NSCLC cells were assessed by the MTT assay,Western blot,degree of wound healing,and Transwell assays.A nude mouse xenograft model was used to validate the role of PGRN in vivo.The expression level of PGRN was higher in male patients with lung adenocarcinoma than in those with lung squamous cell carcinoma;by contrast,no difference was observed in female patients.The overexpression of PGRN promoted the proliferation and anti-apoptosis of H520(derived from lung squamous cell carcinoma)cells,whereas knockdown of PGRN inhibited the proliferation and anti-apoptosis of A549(derived from lung adenocarcinoma)cells.Copanlisib(targeting PI3K)inhibited the increase in the expression of cell anti-apoptosis marker Bcl-2 induced by rhPGRN protein;the PI3K agonist 740 YeP partially reversed the decrease in Bcl-2 expression induced by PGRN deficiency in both A549 and H520 cells.PGRN increased the expression of Ki-67,PCNA,and Bcl-2 in vivo.PGRN inhibited cell apoptosis depending on the PI3K/Akt/Bcl-2 signaling axis;PGRN positivity correlated with lung adenocarcinoma.PGRN is a potential biomarker for the treatment and diagnosis of NSCLC,especially in lung adenocarcinoma. | Sicheng Chen Mengjun Bie Xiaowen Wang Mengtian Fan Bin Chen Qiong Shi Yingjiu Jiang | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,6: | 2 |

| 17 | Toughness improvement mechanism and evaluation of cement concrete for road pavement:A review显示文摘Traditional cement concrete has the disadvantages of low tensile strength,poor toughness,and rapid development of cracks while cracking,which causes a significantly negative influence on the safety and durability of concrete road pavement.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of toughness improvement mechanisms and evaluation methods of cement concrete for road pavement.The review indicates that(i)The performance of concrete material depends on its material composition and internal structure.Aggregate size,cement properties and admixtures are the main factors of concrete toughness.(ii)The incorporation of rubber or fiber in pavement concrete improves the toughness of concrete materials.However,these additions must be maintained within a reasonable range.The amount of rubber and fiber are encouraged not more than 30%of the volume of fine aggregate and 2%of the volume of concrete,respectively.(iii)The toughness of pavement concrete material includes the toughness regarding bending,impact and fracture.The toughness of cement concrete for highway and municipal pavement is generally evaluated by bending and fracture toughness,while the toughness of airfield pavement concrete is more focused on impact toughness.(iv)The toughening measures of cement concrete for road pavement are mainly mixed with rubber or fiber,while these two materials have their defects,and the application of hightoughness cement concrete in the actual road still faces many challenges.For example,the synergistic effect of rubber and fiber,the development and application of new flexible admixtures,and the formulation of the toughness index of pavement cement concrete materials need further research. | Mingjing Fang Yiming Chen Yungang Deng Zhe Wang Mengjun Zhu | 2023 | Journal of Road Engineering2023,3,2: | 1 |
