| 1 | 持续性心房颤动山羊模型的心房单极电极标测显示文摘在持续性心房颤动 (简称房颤 )山羊模型上 ,研究心房不同部位房颤周长 (AFCL)及单极心外膜电图的差异 ,并利用激动标测图分析房颤时的蝉联现象。将 83个电极分别缝合于 7只山羊的左心房游离壁、左心耳、Bachmann束 (BB)、右心耳游离壁的心外膜。利用自动房颤刺激器维持房颤 ,待房颤持续 4周后 ,取 16s的心外膜电图作分析。利用单极电图标记局部激动时间 ,并根据单极电图的形态特点将其标记为正常电位 (单电位和短的双电位 )及异常电位 (长的双电位、三电位及碎裂电位 )。根据左心房局部激动时间重建等电位激动标测图 ,如超过 7次连续心房搏动经过相同路径 ,则定义为蝉联片段。在左心房、左心耳、BB、右心耳及右心房的AFCL分别为 94 .9± 4 .6 ,95 .7±4 .4 ,10 5 .7± 6 .5 (与其他部位比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,99.2± 8.0及 98.5± 6 .3ms ;异常电位的百分比分别为 2 0 .9%± 6 .3% ,2 7.8%± 11.8% ,5 7.4 %± 7.8% (与其他部位比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ,18.6 %± 9.7%和 19.4 %± 3.9%。在所记录的 16s房颤过程中 ,左心房共有 70 5次心搏 ,其中 6 8次 (9.6 % )属于蝉联片段。结论 :在山羊持续房颤模型 ,BB的AFCL最长 ,异常电位的发生率最高 ,提示BB在房颤的维持上起重要作用。 | 单兆亮 王玉堂 时向民 Mattias Duytschaever Maurits A.Allessie | 2002 | 中国心脏起搏与心电生理杂志2002，16，3： | 6 |
| 2 | Ic类抗心律失常药Cibenzoline转复山羊持续性心房颤动过程中心房异常电位的变化显示文摘目的 :在山羊持续性心房颤动 (房颤 )模型上分析Ic类抗心律失常药cibenzoline对心外膜单极心房电图形态的影响。 方法 :在 7只山羊的心房外膜分别缝合 83个电极。用自动房颤刺激器维持房颤 ,待持续性房颤持续 4周后 ,静脉滴注cibenzoline[0 1mg/ (kg·min) ] ,直至房颤终止。记录用药后房颤周长 (AFCL)的变化 ,分析AFCL分别延长 2 0、40、60、80ms和房颤转复前各 16s的间期内 ,心房各部位异常电位的百分率和左心房传导速度的变化。结果 :在静脉滴注cibenzoline后 ,平均AFCL逐渐延长 ,心房传导速度逐渐下降 ,异常电位的百分率逐渐减少 ,与静脉滴注前比均有显著性差异 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论 :Ic类抗心律失常药cibenzoline延长AFCL ,减慢房颤波的传导速度 ,减少房颤时异常电位的比例。提示该抗心律失常药物可能增加房颤的可兴奋间期从而使房颤转复为窦性心律。 | 单兆亮 王玉堂 时向民 Mattias F.Duytschaever Maurits A.Allessie | 2002 | 中国循环杂志2002，17，6： | 5 |
| 3 | The effect of acupuncture on mood and working memory in patients with depression and schizophrenia显示文摘BACKGROUND: In patients with depression, as well as in patients with schizophrenia, both mood and working memory performance are often impaired. Both issues can only be addressed and improved with medication to some extent.OBJECTIVE: This study investigates the mood and the working memory performance in patients with depression or schizophrenia and whether acupuncture can improve these.DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS AND INTERVENTIONS: A pragmatic clinical trial design was used. The study was conducted in a psychiatric clinic. Fifty patients with depression and 50 with schizophrenia were randomly divided into an experimental and a waiting-list group. Additionally, 25 healthy control participants were included. Twelve weeks of individualized acupuncture treatment was used as the clinical intervention. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: All patients were tested before(T1) and after(T2) acupuncture treatment on a mood scale(Beck Depression Inventory-II, BDI-II), a simple working memory task(digit span), and a complex working memory task(letter-number sequencing); the healthy controls were tested at T1 only.RESULTS: Patients with depression scored worse than the others on the BDI-II, and patients with schizophrenia scored worse than the healthy controls. On the digit span, patients with schizophrenia did not differ from healthy controls whereas they scored worse of all on the letter-number sequencing. With respect to the acupuncture fi ndings, fi rst, the present study showed that the use of acupuncture to treat patients with schizophrenia was both practical and safe. METHODS:In this prospective observational study,endoclips were placed and followed-up during endoscopies or using fluoroscopic images as part of a pro s pective feasibility study evaluating external beam radiotherapy (EBRT,wk 1-3) followed by high dose rate brachytherapy (HDRBT with an endoluminal app licator once a week for 3 wk,wk 9-11) in medically inoperablerectal cancer patients. Initially,the type and number of endoclips were chosenrandomly and later refined to 1 Resolution clip (Microvasive) proximal and 2 Quickclips (Olympus) distal to the tumor. Nine consecutive patients from between September 2007 and August 2008 were analyzed. Retention rates were evaluated over three different observational periods [period 1:pre-HDRBT (wk-2-8),period 2:during HD RBT (wk 9-11) and period 3:post-HDRBT (wk 1216)]. RESULTS:In this study,a total of 44 clips were placed during endoscopy,either at the beginning or at the end of period 1. The Resolution clip had a higher overall retention rate than the Quickclip (P = 0.01). After a median period of 81 d after placement (in period 1),longterm retention rates for the Resolution clip and Quickclip clip were 67% and 35% respectively.
