| 1 | Multiparametric MRI biomarkers for measuring vascular disrupting effect on cancer显示文摘Solid malignancies have to develop their own blood supply for their aggressive growth and metastasis;a process known as tumor angiogenesis.Angiogenesis is largely involved in tumor survival,progression and spread,which are known to be significantly attributed to treatment failures.Over the past decades,efforts have been made to understand the difference between nor-mal and tumor vessels.It has been demonstrated that tumor vasculature is structurally immature with chaotic and leaky phenotypes,which provides opportunities for developing novel anticancer strategies.Targeting tumor vasculature is not only a unique therapeutic interven-tion to starve neoplastic cells,but also enhances the efficacy of conventional cancer treatments.Vascular dis-rupting agents(VDAs) have been developed to disrupt the already existing neovasculature in actively growing tumors,cause catastrophic vascular shutdown within short time,and induce secondary tumor necrosis.VDAs are cytostatic;they can only inhibit tumor growth,but not eradicate the tumor.This novel drug mechanism has urged us to develop multiparametric imaging biomark-ers to monitor early hemodynamic alterations,cellular dysfunctions and metabolic impairments before tumor dimensional changes can be detected.In this article,we review the characteristics of tumor vessels,tubulin-destabilizing mechanisms of VDAs,and in vivo effects of the VDAs that have been mostly studied in preclinical studies and clinical trials.We also compare the differ-ent tumor models adopted in the preclinical studies on VDAs.Multiparametric imaging biomarkers,mainly diffu-sion-weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging from magnetic resonance imaging,are evalu-ated for their potential as morphological and functional imaging biomarkers for monitoring therapeutic effects of VDAs. | Guy Marchal | 2011 | World Journal of Radiology2011，3，1： | 14 |
| 2 | 细粒棘球绦虫66kDa抗原基因在成虫吸盘上的表达显示文摘目的 观察细粒棘球绦虫自原头蚴向成虫的生长发育过程中 6 6kDa抗原基因在虫体吸盘上和其它部位表达水平的变化。方法 用重组抗原的抗血清对原头蚴及成虫等不同发育时期的虫体进行免疫组化分析。结果 免疫组化分析显示细粒棘球绦虫 6 6kDa抗原位于各期虫体的皮层和皮下肌层 ,在虫体的表面也发现该抗原的荧光颗粒 ;在经培养 2 0h后的原头蚴和成虫的吸盘上该抗原的含量显著高于虫体的其它部位 ,但在棘球蚴内的原头蚴吸盘上该抗原含量与虫体其它部位一致 ,处于较低的表达水平。结论 原头蚴在向成虫的生长发育过程中当顶突和吸盘翻出时 6 6kDa抗原在吸盘上开始大量产出 ,提示该蛋白质可能与吸盘的吸附功能有关 ;因此该抗原有可能是一有希望的成虫疫苗候选分子。 | 傅玉才 许世锷 金立群 郭衍 谢霖崇 Saint-Andre Marchal T Marchal | 2002 | 中国人兽共患病杂志2002，18，2： | 11 |

| 5 | Oxidation of propane over ammonium-transition metal mixed keggin phosphomolybdate salts显示文摘Mixed ammonium-transition metal salts with formula of (NH4)xMyHzPMo12O40 (M = Ni2+, Co2+ or Fe 3+) denoted as MPMo12 have been investigated for the oxidation of propane, with molecular oxygen, at temperature range between 380℃ and 420℃ after in-situ pre-treatment performed at two heating rate of 5 or 9℃/min. They were characterized by BET method, XRD, UV-Vis and IR techniques. The catalysts were found to be active in the propane oxidation and selective to propene or acrolein, in particular for samples pre-treated with the heating rate of 9℃/min.
