| 1 | Transcranial direct current stimulation in psychiatric disorders显示文摘The interest in non-invasive brain stimulation techniques is increasing in recent years. Among these techniques, transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS) has been the subject of great interest among researchers because of its easiness to use, low cost, benign profile of side effects and encouraging results of research in the field. This interest has generated several studies and randomized clinical trials, particularly in psychiatry. In this review, we provide a summary of the development of the technique and its mechanism of action as well as a review of the methodological aspects of randomized clinical trials in psychiatry, including studies in affective disorders, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, child psychiatry and substance use disorder. Finally,we provide an overview of t DCS use in cognitive enhancement as well as a discussion regarding its clinical use and regulatory and ethical issues. | 6 | Beneficial effects of adenosine triphosphate-sensitive K^+ channel opener on liver ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effect of diazoxide administration on liver ischemia/reperfusion injury.METHODS:Wistar male rats underwent partial liver ischemia performed by clamping the pedicle from the medium and left anterior lateral segments for 1 h under mechanical ventilation.They were divided into 3 groups:Control Group,rats submitted to liver manipulation,Saline Group,rats received saline,and Diazoxide Group,rats received intravenous injection diazoxide(3.5 mg/kg) 15 min before liver reperfusion.4 h and 24 h after reperfusion,blood was collected for determination of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),nitrite/nitrate,creatinine and tumor growth factor-β1(TGF-β1).Liver tissues were assembled for mitochondrial oxidation and phosphorylation,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,and histologic analysis.Pulmonary vascular permeability and myeloperoxidase(MPO) were also determined.RESULTS:Four hours after reperfusion the diazoxide group presented with significant reduction of AST(2009 ± 257 U/L vs 3523 ± 424 U/L,P = 0.005); ALT(1794 ± 295 U/L vs 3316 ± 413 U/L,P = 0.005); TNF-α(17 ± 9 pg/mL vs 152 ± 43 pg/mL,P = 0.013; IL-6(62 ± 18 pg/mL vs 281 ± 92 pg/mL); IL-10(40 ± 9 pg/mL vs 78 ± 10 pg/mL P = 0.03),and nitrite/nitrate(3.8 ± 0.9 μmol/L vs 10.2 ± 2.4 μmol/L,P = 0.025) when compared to the saline group.A significant reduction in liver mitochondrial dysfunction was observed in the diazoxide group compared to the saline group(P < 0.05).No differences in liver MDA content,serum creatinine,pulmonary vascular permeability and MPO activity were observed between groups.Twenty four hours after reperfusion the diazoxide group showed a reduction of AST(495 ± 78 U/L vs 978 ± 192 U/L,P = 0.032); ALT(335 ± 59 U/L vs 742 ± 182 U/L,P = 0.048),and TGF-β1(11 ± 1 ng/mL vs 17 ± 0.5 ng/mL,P = 0.004) serum levels when compared to the saline group.The control group did not present alterations when compared to the diazoxide and saline groups.CONCLUSION:Diazoxide maintains liver mitochondrial function,increases liver tolerance to ischemia/reperfusion injury,and reduces the systemic inflammatory response.These effects require further evaluation for using in a clinical setting. | Mateus Antunes Nogueira Ana Maria Mendona Coelho Sandra Nassa Sampietre Rosely Antunes Patzina Fabiano Pinheiro da Silva Luiz Augusto Carneiro D'Albuquerque Marcel Cerqueira Cesar Machado | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，41： | 2 |
| 7 | Optimization of Mo/Cu(In,Ga)Se2/CdS/ZnO Hetero-Junction Solar Cell Performance by Numerical Simulation with SCAPS-1D显示文摘The paper presents a one-dimensional simulation study of chalcopyrite Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS)solar cells,where the effects of the variation of CIGS,CdS,and ZnO layers are presented.Additionlly the influence of the variation of doping and the defects density of shallow uniform donors and acceptors types are also presented.The analyse of the simulation results shows that recombination inside the space charge region(SCR)decrease more our CIGS solar cell model performance.We also found that the electrical parameters increase with increasing CIGS absorber doping density exception of JSC values that reach their maximum at 1016cm-3 and decrease due to recombination of charge carriers in the p-n junction particularly the recombination inside the SCR.We also stressed the fact that the effects of shallow uniforme donor density is very low on the performance of our CIGS solar cell model is important because it will allow to control the width of space charge region from shallow uniform acceptors defect density that has a strong influence on the different electrical parameters.Yet,good optimization of performance of the CIGS-based solar cell necessarily passes though a good control of the space charge region width and will constitute a boosting perspective for the preparation of our next paper.We contact that the results obtained of the numerical simulation with SCAPS-1D show a good agreement comparatively of the literature results.The simulation of our CIGS solar cell presents best performances if the values of the absorber layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.03μm,the buffer layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.06μm and the defects density of shallow uniform acceptors types is in the range of 1015 to 1017cm-3. | Adama Zongo Daouda Oubda Soumaïla Ouédraogo Marcel Bawindsom Kébré Alain Diasso Issiaka Sankara Boureima Traore François Zougmoré Zacharie Koalga Frédéric Ouattara | 2021 | 材料科学与工程(中英文B版)2021，11，4： | 2 |
