| 3 | Baicalin extracted from Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis) induces apoptosis in gastric cancer cells by regulating B cell lymphoma(Bcl-2)/Bcl-2-associated X protein and activating caspase-3 and caspase-9显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of baicalin in human gastric cancer cells, including apoptosis-inducing effects, and to investigate its underlying mechanisms of action.METHODS:Cell proliferation and apoptosis assays were performed to investigate the anti-proliferation effects of baicalin in human gastric cancer BGC-823 and MGC-803 cells.Real time-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting analysis were performed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti-tumor properties of baicalin.RESULTS:In BGC-823 and MGC-803 gastric cancer cells treated with 80, 120, and 160 μmol/L baicalin for 48 h, a 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide assay showed that baicalin significantly inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner, while flow cytometric analysis demonstrated that baicalin could induce apoptosis, also in a dose-dependent manner.Moreover, baicalin up-regulated the expression of caspase-3, caspase-9, and B cell lymphoma(Bcl-2)-associated X protein and down-regulated the expression of Bcl-2 at both the m RNA and protein level.CONCLUSION:Baicalin has potential as a therapeutic agent for gastric cancer by inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. | Wang Hongwei Li Hailong Chen Fengqin Luo Jun Gu Jing Wang Huping Wu Hongyan Xu Yan | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,2: | 13 |
| 4 | Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. | 5 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 6 | Molar-Tooth Structure from the Mesoproterozoic Wumishan Formation in Lingyuan,Yanshan Region,North China,and Geological Implications显示文摘Although its origin has not yet reached a consensus so far,MTS(Molar-Tooth Structure) has been documented for more than 100 years.Current study reports a discovery of MTS from the Mesoproterozoic Wumishan Formation,Lingyuan,Yanshan Region,North China,and the features and geological implications of MTS are further discussed.Here,straitigraphic horizons of MTS's occurrences show that it was mainly located within the top part of the Wumishan Formation,i.e.,limestone unit.Four kinds of morphology of MTS,i.e.,fine fusiform,debris,ribbon,ptigmatic and nodular(irregular),were recognized and thought to be highly related to the sedimentary environments and facies.Geochemistry of MTS including oxides,trace elements and C,O and Sr isotopes indicates that the horizons of MTS-bearing is of higher Sr/Ba and Ca/Mg ratios,lower positive δ13C and highly negative δ18O values than the adjacent stratigraphic levels of rare MTS.Lithology,morphology and geochemistry of MTS in the Wumishan Formation suggest that MTS occurs mainly in shallow subtidal near the storm wave base,which is typically characterized by warm temperature,oversaturated calcium carbonate seawater and high organic productivity.Furthermore,occasional enrichment of algae bacteria here is more favorable for the calcification of calcium oozes and catalytic for MTS.C isotope composition of the Wumishan Formation and MTS of this study is well correlated with that of the Mesoproterozoic Belt Supergroup,North America and Riphean,Siberia,suggesting that MTS acts as a sedimentary record responding to global changes and is a perfect indicator in Precambrian stratigraphic correlation worldwide. | KUANG Hongwei LIU Yongqing PENG Nan LUO Shunshe LI Jiahua CEN Chao CHEN Mingpei | 2012 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1: | 7 |
| 7 | Seismic stability evaluation of embankment slope based on catastrophe theory显示文摘An evaluation method for the seismic stability of embankment slope was presented based on catastrophe theory. Seven control factors, including internal frictional angle, cohesion force, slope height, slope angle, surface gradients, peak acceleration, and distance to fault were selected for analysis of multi-level objective decomposition. According to the normalization formula and the fuzzy subject function produced by combination of catastrophe theory and fuzzy math, a recursive calculation was carried out to obtain a catastrophic affiliated functional value, which can be used to evaluate the seismic stability of embankment slope. Fifteen samples were used to verify the effectiveness of this method. | 8 | The Medium Energy X-ray telescope (ME) onboard the Insight-HXMT astronomy satellite显示文摘The Medium Energy X-ray telescope(ME) is one of the three main telescopes on board the Insight hard X-ray modulation telescope(Insight-HXMT) astronomy satellite. ME contains 1728 pixels of Si-PIN detectors sensitive in 5-30 ke V with a total geometrical area of 952 cm^2. The application specific integrated circuit(ASIC) chip, VA32TA6, is used to achieve low power consumption and low readout noise. The collimators define three kinds of field of views(FOVs) for the telescope, 1°×4°, 4°×4°,and blocked ones. Combination of such FOVs can be used to estimate the in-orbit X-ray and particle background components.The energy resolution of ME is ~3 ke V at 17.8 ke V(FWHM) and the time resolution is 255 μs. | 9 | Selection of the best initial orbital elements of satellite based on fuzzy integration evaluation method显示文摘The fuzzy integration evaluation method (FIEM) is studied in order to select the best orbital elements from the multi-group initial orbits determined by a satellite TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry and Control) center with all kinds of data sources. By employing FIEM together with the experience of TT&C experts, the index system to evaluate the selection of the best initial orbits is established after the data sources and orbit determination theories are studied. Besides, the concrete steps in employing the method are presented. Moreover, by taking the objects to be evaluated as evaluation experts, the problem of how to generate evaluation matrices is solved. Through practical application, the method to select the best initial orbital elements has been proved to be flexible and effective. | 10 | Oxygen permeability and CO_2-tolerance of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-Ln BaCo_2O_(5+δ) dual-phase membranes显示文摘A series of oxygen permeable dual-phase composite oxides 60 wt% Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δ-40 wt% Ln Ba Co2O5+δ(CGO-LBCO, Ln = La, Pr, Nd,Sm, Gd and Y) were synthesized through a sol-gel route and effects of the Ln3+cations on their phase structure, oxygen permeability and chemical stability against CO2 were investigated systemically by XRD, SEM, TG-DSC and oxygen permeation experiments. XRD patterns reveal that the larger Ln3+cations(La3+, Pr3+and Nd3+) successfully stabilized the double-layered perovskite structure of sintered LBCO,while the smaller ones(Sm3+, Gd3+, and Y3+) resulted in the partial decomposition of LBCO with some impurities formed. CGO-PBCO yields the highest oxygen permeation flux, reaching 2.8×10-7mol s-1 cm-2at 925?C with 1 mm thickness under air/He gradient. The TG-DSC profiles in 20 mol% CO2/N2 and oxygen permeability experiments with CO2 as sweep gas show that CGO-YBCO demonstrates the best chemical stability against CO2, possibly due to its minimum basicity. | 11 | Effect of niobium substitution on microstructures and thermal stability of TbCu7-type Sm-Fe-N magnets显示文摘This paper reports crystal structures, magnetic properties and thermal stability of TbCu7-type Sm_(8.5)Fe_((85.8-x)Co_(4.5)Zr_(1.2)Nb_x(x = 0-1.8) melt-spun compounds and their nitrides, investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, flux meter and transmission electron microscope. It is found that the lattice parameter ratio c/a of TbCu_7-type crystal structure increases with Nb substitution, which indicates that the Nb can increase the stability of the metastable phase in the Sm-Fe ribbons. Nb substitution impedes the formation of magnetic soft phase a-Fe in which reversed domains initially form during the magnetization reversal process. Meanwhile, Nb substitution refines grains and leads to homogeneous micro structure with augmented grain boundaries. Thus the exchange coupling pining field is enhanced and irreversible domain wall propagation gets suppressed. As a result, the magnetic properties are improved and the irreversible flux loss of magnets is notably decreased. | 12 | Nested relation extraction with iterative neural network显示文摘Most existing researches on relation extraction focus on binary flat relations like Bomln relation between a Person and a Location.But a large portion of objective facts de-scribed in natural language are complex,especially in professional documents in fields such as finance and biomedicine that require precise expressions.For example,“the GDP of the United States in 2018 grew 2.9%compared with 2017”describes a growth rate relation between two other relations about the economic index,which is beyond the expressive power of binary flat relations.Thus,we propose the nested relation extraction problem and formulate it as a directed acyclic graph(DAG)structure extraction problem.Then,we propose a solution using the Iterative Neural Network which extracts relations layer by layer.The proposed solution achieves 78.98 and 97.89 FI scores on two nested relation extraction tasks,namely semantic cause-and-efFect relation extraction and formula extraction.Furthermore,we observe that nested relations are usually expressed in long sentences where entities are mentioned repetitively,which makes the annotation difficult and error-prone.Hence,we extend our model to incorporate a mention-insensitive mode that only requires annotations of relations on entity concepts(instead of exact mentions)while preserving most of its performance.Our mention-insensitive model performs better than the mention sensitive model when the random level in mention selection is higher than 0.3. | Yixuan CAO Dian CHEN Zhengqi XU Hongwei LI Ping LUO | 2021 | Frontiers of Computer Science2021,15,3: | 2 |

| 14 | Oxygen permeation and phase structure properties of partially A-site substituted BaCo_(0.7)Fe_(0.225)Ta_(0.075)O_(3-δ) perovskites显示文摘Ba0.9R0.1Co0.7Fe0.225Ta0.075O3-δ(BRCFT, R = Ca, La or Sr) membranes were synthesized by a solid-state reaction. Metal cation Ca2+,La3+or Sr2+doping on A-site partially substituted Ba2+in BaCo0.7Fe0.225Ta0.075O3-δoxides, and its subsequent effects on phase structure stability, oxygen permeability and oxygen desorption were systematically investigated by XRD, TG-DSC, H2-TPR, O2-TPD techniques and oxygen permeation experiments. The partial substitution with Ca2+, La3+or Sr2+, whose ionic radii are smaller than that of Ba2+, succeeded in stabilizing the cubic perovskite structure without formation of impurity phases, as revealed by XRD analysis. Oxygen-involving experiments showed that BRCFT with A-site fully occupied by Ba2+exhibited good oxygen permeation flux under He flow, reaching about 2.3mL min-1 cm-2at 900 ℃ with 1 mm thickness. Of all the membranes, BLCFT membrane showed better chemical stability in CO2, owing to the reduction in alkalinity of the mixed conductor oxide by La doping. | 17 | Oxygen Permeation and Stability of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-PrBaCo_(2-x)FexO_(5+δ) Dual-phase Composite Membranes显示文摘Dual-phase membranes of 60 wt% Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-40 wt% Pr Ba Co2exFexO3 d(0 x 2) were prepared by a combined citrate and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) complexing method. X-ray diffraction(XRD)results revealed the good chemical compatibility between ion-conducting phase CGO and electron-conducting phases PBC2 xFxO after sintering in air. The Fe ionic dopant had a significant effect on the phase structure stability and oxygen permeability under CO2 atmosphere, which was confirmed by XRD, thermogravimetrye differential scanning calorimetry(TGeD SC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and oxygen permeation experiments. CGOeP BC0.5F1.5O dual-phase membrane demonstrated a stable oxygen permeation flux of2.71x10-7mol cm 2s 1with 50 mol% He/CO2 as the sweep gas at 925 C, and this value was much higher than that of perovskite-type membranes. The rate-limiting step in the oxygen permeation process changed from the bulk diffusion to the surface oxygen exchange when the CGOeP BC0.5F1.5O membrane thickness decreased to 0.8 mm or less.
