2Tissue level microstructure and mechanical properties of the femoral head in the proximal femur of fracture patients显示文摘This study aims to investigate the regional variations of trabecular morphological parameters and mechanical parameters of the femoral head,as well as to determine the relationship between trabecular morphological and mechanical parameters.Seven femoral heads from patients with fractured proximal femur were scanned using a micro-CT system.Each femoral head was divided into 12 sub-regions according to the trabecular orientation.One 125 mm^3 trabecular cubic model was reconstructed from each sub-region.A total of 81 trabecular models were reconstructed,except three destroyed sub-regions from two femoral heads during the surgery.Trabecular morphological parameters,i.e.trabecular separation(Tb.Sp),trabecular thickness(Tb.Th),specific bone surface(BS/B V),bone volume fraction(BV/TV),structural model index(SMI),and degree of anisotropy(DA) were measured.Micro-finite element analyses were performed for each cube to obtain the apparent Young's modulus and tissue level von Mises stress distribution under 1%compressive strain along three orthogonal directions,respectively.Results revealed significant regional variations in the morphological parameters(P<0.05).Young's moduli along the trabecular orientation were significantly higher than those along the other two directions.In general,trabecular mechanical properties in the medial region were lower than those in the lateral region.Trabecular mechanical parameters along the trabecular orientation were significantly correlated with BS/BV,BV/TV,Tb.Th,and DA.In this study,regional variations of microstructural features and mechanical properties in the femoral head of patients with proximal femur fracture were thoroughly investigated at the tissue level.The results of this study will help to elucidate the mechanism of femoral head fracture for reducing fracture risk and developing treatment strategies for the elderly.Linwei Lü Guangwei Meng He Gong Dong Zhu Jiazi Gao Yubo Fan 2015Acta Mechanica Sinica2015,31,2:4
3Hybrid Structure Reliability Analysis Based on the Damped Newton Method显示文摘This paper presents a hybrid model reliability analysis method based on the damped Newton method with both random and interval variables to solve the hybrid structure reliability problem.The method combines an outer iterative solution and inner layer numerical calculation.In the outer iteration,the method seeks an optimized solution to the interval variable iterative by adding the boundary constraint condition based on the damped Newton optimization theory.In the inner layer solution,the method first reduces the dimension of the random variable through the dimension reduction method,then obtains the first four-order central moment of the function through the application of the Taylor expansion method,and finally calculates the reliability index of the structure according to the fourth-order moment calculation structure of the function.The results of a numerical example and an engineering ten-rod truss structure show that the proposed method can effectively solve the random-interval hybrid reliability problem and has better calculation accuracy than that of the two-layer iterative method.Hongwei Zheng Guangwei Meng Feng Li Tonghui Wei Wei Luo Yaming Guo 2020Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,5:2
4Efficient computation for dynamic responses of systems with time-varying characteristics显示文摘Based on Neumman series and epsilon-algorithm,an efficient computation for dynamic responses of systemswith arbitrary time-varying characteristics is investigated.Avoiding the calculation for the inverses of the equivalentstiffness matrices in each time step, the computation effort ofthe proposed method is reduced compared with the full analysisof Newmark method. The validity and applications ofthe proposed method are illustrated by a 4-DOF spring-masssystem with periodical time-varying stiffness properties anda truss structure with arbitrary time-varying lumped mass. 6A New Kind of Subjective Trust Model显示文摘Based on the outstanding characteristics of Cloud Model on the process of transforming a qualitative concept to a set of quantitative numerical values, a formalized model of subjective trust is introduced by which we can transform between qualitative reputation and quantitative voting data. The present paper brings forward algorithms to compute direct trust and recommender trust. Further more, an effective similarity measuring method used to distinguish two users’ reputation on knowledge level is also proposed. 10Effects of Shengmai Yin(生脉饮)on pulmonary and cardiac function in coronavirus disease 2019 convalescent patients with cardiopulmonary symptoms:a randomized,double blind,multicenter control trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shengmai Yin(生脉饮,SMY)on visual analogue scale(VAS)for cardiopulmonary symptoms in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)convalescent patients.METHODS:In this randomized,double blind and multicenter controlled trial,a total of 200 COVID-19 convalescent patients who with cardiopulmonary symptoms were enrolled from three medical centers in Hubei,China.These patients were randomized divided into trial group and the control group,100 patients in each one,SMY and its placebo were applied to respectively,for two weeks.VAS of clinical symptoms included shortness of breath,hidrosis,chest distress,palpitation,and dry cough was performed at 0,1,2 weeks.Decrease in VAS of 30%or more was defined as effective,and a reduction in VAS of 0 was defined as curative.RESULTS:A total of 192 completed the study.The VAS of TCM symptoms showed there was no difference in baseline between the two groups.The VAS in both groups was down-regulated,and there was no significant difference in VAS and cure rates at the first and second week between the two groups.There was no significant difference in breath,hidrosis,palpitation,and dry cough between the two groups but SMY treatment for two weeks has remarkable therapeutic effects in chest distress than placebo.CONCLUSIONS:SMY could effectively ameliorate the symptoms of chest distress,and improve the quality of life of the COVID-19 convalescent patients.AN Xuedong MAO Lina XIA Ping SU Wen WANG Beibei KOU Leiya ZHANG Zequan QI Meng HU Song CHEN Jing LI Xiujuan LIU Jinwei ZHOU Juan QIAO Jie LUO Dan LUO Guangwei YAN Youqin YANG Guiping DONG Dandan ZHOU Wei TAO Junxiu JIN De TONG Xiaolin WEI Li 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:1

16R&D of BEPCII 500 MHz superconducting cavity显示文摘Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade (BEPCII) adopts two 500 MHz superconducting cavities (SCCs) in each ring for higher accelerated gradient, higher Q and lower impedance (Wang et al. The proceedings of SRF'07). There's no spare cavity due to the limited time and funding during BEPCII construction. If any serious trouble happened on either one of the two cavities and could not be recovered in a short time, the operation of BEPCII facility will be affected. Therefore, since 2009 three spare cavities have been fabricated in China to ensure reliable operation, and two of them have been successfully vertically tested in January and July 2011.
