1Selective catalytic oxidation of NO with O_2 over Ce-doped MnO_x/TiO_2 catalysts显示文摘A series of Ce-doped MnOx/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and used for catalytic oxidation of NO in the presence of excess O2. The sample with the Ce doping concentration of Ce/Mn=1/3 and calcined at 300°C shows a superior activity for NO oxidation to NO2. On Ce(1)Mn(3)Ti catalyst, 58% NO conversion was obtained at 200°C and 85% NO conversion at 250°C with a GHSV of 41000 h-1, which was much higher than that over MnOx/TiO2 catalyst (48% at 250°C). Characterization results implied that the higher activity of Ce(1)Mn(3)Ti could be attributed to the enrichment of well-dispersed MnOx on the surface and the abundance of Mn3+ and Ti3+ species. The addition of Ce into MnOx/TiO2 could improve oxygen storage capacity and facilitate oxygen mobility of the catalyst as shown by PL and ESR, so that its activity for NO oxidation could be enhanced. 2Sini powder ameliorates the inflammatory response in rats with stress-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa-B/pyrin domain-containing protein 3 pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of Sini powder for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) in rats and the molecular mechanisms involved.METHODS: A rat model of stress-induced NAFLD was established by a combination of long-term tethering and feeding of a high-fat, high-calorie diet. These rats were then intragastrically administered with either simvastatin, Sini powder, or vehicle for 1 week. The body mass and field test scores for each group were recorded weekly. Serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities, and triglyceride, total cholesterol,and free fatty acid concentrations were measured.Liver tissue histopathology was examined on hematoxylin and eosin-stained paraffin sections and oil red O-stained frozen sections. The hepatic m RNA expression of nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB),NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3), apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing CARD(ASC), and caspase-1 were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The hepatic protein concentrations of NF-κB and NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1, interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6), and the serum concentrations of IL-1β and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS: Compared with the Blank group, rats in the Compound model group showed significant pathologic manifestations of NAFLD, and the expression of NF-κB, NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1, IL-1βand IL-6 were significantly higher(all P < 0.01). Both simvastatin and Sini powder significantly ameliorated the NAFLD pathology and the abnormal expression of NF-κB, NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-6(all P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: Sini powder inhibits the inflamma-tory response in rats with NAFLD, which is mediated by NF-κB/NLRP3, IL-1β, and IL-6, reduces the effects of psychological stress, and improves lipid metabolism. 3^11C-PIBPET和^18F-FDGPET显像诊断阿尔茨海默病与遗忘型轻度认知损害的临床价值显示文摘目的应用11C-PIB PET和18F-FDG PET显像研究阿尔茨海默病和遗忘型轻度认知损害患者β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积与葡萄糖代谢之间的关系,联合载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型进一步探讨遗忘型轻度认知损害与阿尔茨海默病的相关性。方法利用PET显像对阿尔茨海默病(14例)、遗忘型轻度认知损害(10例)和正常对照者(5例)脑组织Aβ沉积和葡萄糖代谢变化进行分析,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法对ApoE基因型进行分析。结果阿尔茨海默病组患者11C-PIB标准化摄取比值在下顶叶、颞叶外侧、额叶、后扣带回皮质和楔前叶、枕叶和纹状体均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);遗忘型轻度认知损害组患者脑组织11C-PIB结合水平呈双峰形。11C-PIB+aMCI亚组与阿尔茨海默病组、11C-PIB-aMCI亚组与正常对照组之间11C-PIB标准化摄取比值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。18F-FDG PET显像显示,3/5例11C-PIB+aMCI亚组患者双侧顶叶、颞叶和楔前叶代谢减低,其中2例ApoEε4等位基因携带者随访期间进展至阿尔茨海默病;3/5例11C-PIB-aMCI亚组患者双侧额叶和前扣带回代谢减低。结论11C-PIB PET显像是筛查具有阿尔茨海默病病理特点的遗忘型轻度认知损害患者的有效工具。具有阿尔茨海默病病理特征的遗忘型轻度认知损害患者可伴有顶叶、颞叶外侧皮质和楔前叶代谢减低,其中ApoEε4等位基因携带者更易进展至阿尔茨海默病痴呆。Shi Zhihong Wang Ying Liu Shuai Liu Shuling Z hou Yuying Wang Jinhuan Cai Li Gao Shuo Ji Yong 2014中国现代神经疾病杂志2014,14,3:8

5Mechanism underlying effect of Chaihu Shugan San(柴胡疏肝散)on major depressive disorder:a network pharmacology-based study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism underpinning the effect of Chaihu Shugan San(柴胡疏肝散,CHSGS)on major depressive disorder(MDD).METHODS:We searched the compound components of from seven herbal ingredients of CHSGS from TCMSP,SymMap,ETCM,NPASS databases,and the chemical structure of the compound from PubChem,and collected the compound targets from TCMSP and TargetNet databases,and MDD-related targets from DiseaseGene Network.We established protein-protein interaction in the STRING database.Through gene mapping,topology analysis and enrichment analysis,the core targets and pathways of CHSGS for MDD,and the involved biological processes(BP),cell components(CC),and molecular functions(MF)were predicted.RESULTS:We collected a total of 1135 CHSGS compounds.After screening by ADME standards and the five rules of Ribinski,we obtained 99 different chemical components with different chemical structures,and related targets of 183 different CHSGS compounds.In the DiseaseGene Network,a total of 740 relevant targets for MDD were collected.Through gene mapping and topological analysis,62 related targets of CHSGS for MDD,24 targets with topological Chinese herbal medicine were obtained.Through enrichment analysis,10 relevant pathways and 3 core pathways were obtained with the involvement of 127 BP,27 CC,and 43 MF.CONCLUSION:There are multiple targets and signaling pathways are involved in the action of CHSGS in the treatment of MDD.MU Jie ZHANG Shuang TANG Feifei LIU Shuling ZHANG Qianyi DU Qianlei WANG Xueqian WANG Qingguo CHENG Fafeng 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2:4

10Facet-dependent electrochemiluminescence spectrum of nanostructured ZnO显示文摘A facet-dependent electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior was found for nanostructured ZnO with different dominant exposing planes.The ECL spectrum of nanostructured ZnO was recorded by the emission scan mode with a fluorescence spectrometer and applied to investigate the difference of surface state for different crystal planes.Electronic structure calculations based on density functional theory were used to study the effect of crystal plane on the band structure and density of states.It revealed that the ECL emission was originated primarily from the recombination of electrons from Zn 4s and the hole from O 2p,which could be utilized to study the physical and chemical properties of surface structures of as-prepared nanostructured ZnO.A physical model was suggested to elucidate the differences of ECL spectra.A concept was proposed that the energy released as photons during ECL process of nanocrystalline semiconductor materials will be correlated with the energy level of active sites located at different crystal planes.WANG Lei YUE QiaoLi LI HaiBo XU ShuLing GUO LianShun ZHANG XianXi WANG HuaiSheng GAO XueXi WANG WenJun LIU JiFeng LIU Peng 2013Science China Chemistry2013,56,1:2

12Vertical Profiles of Volatile Organic Compounds in Suburban Shanghai显示文摘As Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)are one of the precursors of ozone,their distribution and variable concentrations are highly related to local ozone pollution control.In this study,we obtained vertical profiles of VOCs in Shanghai’s Jinshan district on 8 September and 9 September in 2016 to investigate their distribution and impact on local atmospheric oxidation in the near surface layer.Vertical samples were collected from heights between 50 m and 400 m by summa canisters using an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).Concentrations of VOCs(VOCs refers to the 52 species measured in this study)varied minimally below 200 m,and decreased by 21.2%from 100 m to 400 m.The concentrations of VOCs above 200 m decreased significantly in comparison to those below 200 m.The proportions of alkanes and aromatics increased from 55.2%and 30.5%to 57.3%and 33.0%,respectively.Additionally,the proportion of alkenes decreased from 13.2%to 8.4%.Toluene and m/p-xylene were the key species in the formation of SOA and ozone.Principal component analysis(PCA)revealed that the VOCs measured in this study mainly originated from industrial emissions.Yuhan LIU Hongli WANG Shengao JING Ming ZHOU Shenrong LOU Kun QU Wanyi QIU Qian WANG Shule LI Yaqin GAO Yusi LIU Xiaobing LI Zhong-Ren PENG Junhui CHEN Keding LU 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,7:1
13APPROXIMATION MULTIDIMENSION FUCTION WITH FUNCTIONAL NETWORK显示文摘The functional network was introduced by E.Catillo, which extended the neural network. Not only can it solve the problems solved, but also it can formulate the ones that cannot be solved by traditional network. This paper applies functional network to approximate the multidimension function under the ridgelet theory. The method performs more stable and faster than the traditional neural network.
