| 2 | Engineered neutrophil apoptotic bodies ameliorate myocardial infarction by promoting macrophage efferocytosis and inflammation resolution显示文摘Inflammatory response plays a critical role in myocardial infarction(MI)repair.The neutrophil apoptosis and subsequent macrophage ingestion can result in inflammation resolution and initiate regeneration,while the therapeutic strategy that simulates and enhances this natural process has not been established.Here,we constructed engineered neutrophil apoptotic bodies(eNABs)to simulate natural neutrophil apoptosis,which regulated inflammation response and enhanced MI repair.The eNABs were fabricated by combining natural neutrophil apoptotic body membrane which has excellent inflammation-tropism and immunoregulatory properties,and mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with hexyl 5-aminolevulinate hydrochloride(HAL).The eNABs actively targeted to macrophages and the encapsulated HAL simultaneously initiated the biosynthesis pathway of heme to produce anti-inflammatory bilirubin after intracellular release,thereby further enhancing the anti-inflammation effects.In in vivo studies,the eNABs efficiently modulated inflammation responses in the infarcted region to ameliorate cardiac function.This study demonstrates an effective biomimetic construction strategy to regulate macrophage functions for MI repair. | Lili Bao Geng Dou Ran Tian Yajie Lv Feng Ding Siying Liu Ruifeng Zhao Lu Zhao Jun Zhou Lin Weng Yan Dong Bei Li Shiyu Liu Xin Chen Yan Jin | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,3: | 3 |

| 4 | Constructing Pd-N interactions in Pd/g-C_(3)N_(4)to improve the charge dynamics for efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘The formation of chemical bonds between metal ions and their supports is an effective strategy to achieve good catalytic activity.However,both the synthesis of active metal species on a support and control of their coordination environment are still challenging.Here,we show the use of an organic compound to produce tubular carbon nitride(TCN)as a support for Pd nanoparticles(NPs),creating a composite material(NP-Pd-TCN).It was found that Pd ions preferentially bind with the electron-rich N atoms of TCN,leading to strong metal-support interactions that benefit charge transfer from g-C_(3)N_(4)to Pd.X-ray absorption spectroscopy further revealed that the metal-support interactions resulted in the formation of Pd-N bonds,which are responsible for the improvement in the charge dynamics as evidenced by the results from various techniques including photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy,photocurrent measurements,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Owing to the good dynamical properties,NP-Pd-TCN was used for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution under visible-light irradiation(λ>420 nm)and an excellent evolution rate of~381μmol·h^(-1)(0.02 g of the photocatalyst)was attained.This work aims to promote a strategy to synthesize efficient photocatalysts for hydrogen production by controllably introducing metal nanoparticles on a support and in the meantime forming chemical bonds to achieve intimate metal-support contact. | Xudong Xiao Siying Lin Liping Zhang Huiyuan Meng Jing Zhou Qi Li Jianan Liu Panzhe Qiao Baojiang Jiang Honggang Fu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 1 |

| 7 | Acidic Electrocatalytic Semihydrogenation of Alkynols to Alkenols on Copper Phosphide at Industrial-Level Current Density显示文摘Alkenols are important intermediates for the industrial manufacture of various commodities and fine chemicals.At present,alkenols are produced via thermocatalytic semihydrogenation of corresponding alkynols using precious metal Pd-based catalysts in pressurized hydrogen atmosphere.In this work,we highlight an efficient electrocatalytic strategy for selectively reducing alkynols to alkenols under ambient conditions.Using 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol as a model alkynol,Cu3P nanoarrays anchored on Cu foam remarkably deliver an industrial-level partial current density of 0.79 A·cm^(-2) and a specific selectivity of 98%for 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol in acidic solution.Over a 40-runs stability test,Cu3P nanoarrays maintain 90%alkynol conversion and 90%alkenol selectivity.Even in a large two-electrode flow electrolyser,the single-pass alkynol conversion and alkenol selectivity of Cu3P nanoarrays exceed 90%.Moreover,this selective electrocatalytic hydrogenation approach is broadly feasible for the production of various water-soluble alkenols.Electrochemical analyses,theoretical simulation and electrochemical in-situ infrared investigations together reveal that exothermic alkynol hydrogenation,facile alkenol desorption and formation of active H on Cu3P surfaces account for the excellent electrocatalytic performance. | Sanyin Yang Jun Bu Rui Bai Jin Lin Siying An Yafei Wu Ying Guo Jie Gao Jian Zhang | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,24: | 0 |

Being inheritable, open, assimilative, innovative and self–driven, this inclusive culture significantly contributes to China's ideological evolution, ethnic integration, religious development, economic openness, literature and art prosperity, as well as political wisdom in building a community with a shared future for mankind. Inclusiveness is key to the lasting and sustainable development of traditional Chinese culture. During China's construction of a great modern socialist country, the CPC's leadership over cultural innovation and development must be strengthened; a strong cultural confidence must always be maintained; the prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics must be further enhanced; the sustainable and integrated development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics must be promoted; people's need for an enriched cultural life must be satisfied; and more efforts must be made to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
