1Anchor Self-Localization Algorithm Based on UWB Ranging and Inertial Measurements显示文摘Localization systems utilizing Ultra-WideBand(UWB) have been widely used in dense urban and indoor environments. A moving UWB tag can be located by ranging to fixed UWB anchors whose positions are surveyed in advance. However, manually surveying the anchors is typically a dull and time-consuming process and prone to artificial errors. In this paper, we present an accurate and easy-to-use method for UWB anchor self-localization,using the UWB ranging measurements and readings from a low-cost Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU). The locations of the anchors are automatically estimated by freely moving the tag in the environment. The method is inspired by the Simultaneous Localization And Mapping(SLAM) technique used by the robotics community. A tightly-coupled Error-State Kalman Filter(ESKF) is utilized to fuse UWB and inertial measurements, producing UWB anchor position estimates and six Degrees of Freedom(6 DoF) tag pose estimates. 2Selective laser melting(SLM)of CX stainless steel:Theoretical calculation,process optimization and strengthening mechanism显示文摘In the present work,selective laser melting(SLM)technology was utilized for manufacturing CX stainless steel samples under a series of laser parameters.The effect of laser linear energy density on the microstructure characteristics,phase distribution,crystallographic orientation and mechanical properties of these CX stainless steel samples were investigated theoretically and experimentally via scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Based on the systematic study,the SLM CX stainless steel sample with best surface roughness(Ra=4.05±1.8μm)and relative density(Rd=99.72%±0.22%)under the optimal linear density(η=245 J/m)can be obtained.SLM CX stainless steel was primarily constituted by a large number of fine martensite(α’phase)structures(i.e.,cell structures,cellular dendrites and blocky grains)and a small quantity of austenite(γphase)structures.The pre ferred crystallographic orientation(i.e.,<111>direction)can be determined in the XZ plane of the SLM CX sample.Furthermore,under the optimal linear energy density,the good combinations with the highest ultimate tensile strength(UTS=1068.0%±5.9%)and the best total elongation(TE=15.70%±0.26%)of the SLM CX sample can be attained.Dislocation strengthening dominates the strengthening mechanism of the SLM CX sample in as-built state.Dongdong Dong Cheng Chang Hao Wang Xingchen Yan Wenyou Ma Min Liu Sihao Deng Julien Gardan Rodolphe Bolot Hanlin Liao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14:11
3激光选区熔化成形nano-WC/CX钢微观组织及机械性能初探显示文摘为进一步提高激光3D打印CX不锈钢材料的机械性能,首先使用静电自组装方法对CX钢粉末表面进行了纳米WC粉末的修饰,之后对经纳米WC表面修饰的CX钢粉末进行了激光选区熔化成形(Selective laser melting,SLM),对比了添加体积分数5%的WC前后的SLM CX钢试样的机械性能.结合金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等材料表征手段,对SLM nano-WC/CX钢试样的微观组织结构、元素分布及相应机械性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:体积分数为5%的纳米WC的加入,对SLM nano-WC/CX钢的硬度提升有所帮助,使硬度值从352±8.2 HV_(0.2)提升至361±23.5 HV_(0.2);尽管纳米WC的加入使SLM nano-WC/CX钢的延伸率有所降低,但其最大拉伸强度则由1091.4±6.12 MPa提升到了1109.7±15.26 MPa.总之,初步探索可以发现,通过静电自组装方法,在CX钢粉末表面添加适量的纳米WC颗粒可以有效改善SLM CX钢的最终机械性能.常成 闫星辰 GARDAN Julien DENG Sihao BOLOT Rodolphe LIAO Hanlin 2021材料研究与应用2021,15,4:10
4Comparative Genome Analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis and Scutellaria barbata Reveals the Evolution of Active Flavonoid Biosynthesis显示文摘Scutellaria baicalensis(S.baicalensis)and Scutellaria barbata(S.barbata)are common medicinal plants of the Lamiaceae family.Both produce specific flavonoid compounds,including baicalein,scutellarein,norwogonin,and wogonin,as well as their glycosides,which exhibit antioxidant and antitumor activities.Here,we report chromosome-level genome assemblies of S.baicalensis and S.barbata with quantitative chromosomal variation(2 n=18 and 2 n=26,respectively).The divergence of S.baicalensis and S.barbata occurred far earlier than previously reported,and a whole-genome duplication(WGD)event was identified.The insertion of long terminal repeat elements after speciation might be responsible for the observed chromosomal expansion and rearrangement.Comparative genome analysis of the congeneric species revealed the species-specific evolution of chrysin and apigenin biosynthetic genes,such as the S.baicalensis-specific tandem duplication of genes encoding phenylalanine ammonia lyase and chalcone synthase,and the S.barbata-specific duplication of genes encoding 4-Co A ligase.In addition,the paralogous duplication,colinearity,and expression diversity of CYP82 D subfamily members revealed the functional divergence of genes encoding flavone hydroxylase between S.baicalensis and S.barbata.Analyzing these Scutellaria genomes reveals the common and species-specific evolution of flavone biosynthetic genes.Thus,these findings would facilitate the development of molecular breeding and studies of biosynthesis and regulation of bioactive compounds.Zhichao Xu Ranran Gao Xiangdong Pu Rong Xu Jiyong Wang Sihao Zheng Yan Zeng Jun Chen Chunnian He Jingyuan Song 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3:10
5A novel functional electrical stimulation-control system for restoring motor function of post-stroke hemiplegic patients显示文摘Hemiparesis is one of the most common consequences of stroke. Advanced rehabilitation techniques are essential for restoring motor function in hemiplegic patients. Functional electrical stimulation applied to the affected limb based on myoelectric signal from the unaffected limb is a promising therapy for hemiplegia. In this study, we developed a prototype system for evaluating this novel functional electrical stimulation-control strategy. Based on surface electromyography and a vector machine model, a self-administered, multi-movement, force-modulation functional electrical stimulation-prototype system for hemiplegia was implemented. This paper discusses the hardware design, the algorithm of the system, and key points of the self-oscillation-prone system. 6Quantitative analysis of the performance of vector tracking algorithms显示文摘Vector tracking changes the classical structure of receivers. Combining signal tracking and navigation solution,vector tracking can realize powerful processing capabilities by the fusion technique of receiving channel and feedback correction. In this paper,we try to break through the complicated details of numerical analysis,consider the overall influencing factors of the residual in observed data,and use the intrinsic link between a conventional receiver and a vector receiver. A simple method for performance analysis of the vector tracking algorithm is proposed. Kalman filter has the same steady performance with the classic digital lock loop through the analysis of the relation between gain and band width. The theoretical analysis by the least squares model shows that the reduction of range error is the basis for the superior performance realized by vector tracking. Thus,the bounds of its performance enhancement under weak signal and highly dynamic conditions can be deduced. 10Crimped nanofiber scaffold mimicking tendon-to-bone interface for fatty-infiltrated massive rotator cuff repair显示文摘Electrospun fibers,with proven ability to promote tissue regeneration,are widely being explored for rotator cuff repairing.However,without post treatment,the microstructure of the electrospun scaffold is vastly different from that of natural extracellular matrix(ECM).Moreover,during mechanical loading,the nanofibers slip that hampers the proliferation and differentiation of migrating stem cells.Here,electrospun nanofiber scaffolds,with crimped nanofibers and welded joints to biomimic the intricate natural microstructure of tendon-to-bone insertion,were prepared using poly(ester-urethane)urea and gelatin via electrospinning and double crosslinking by a multi-bonding network densification strategy.The crimped nanofiber scaffold(CNS)features bionic tensile stress and induces chondrogenic differentiation,laying credible basis for in vivo experimentation.After repairing a rabbit massive rotator cuff tear using a CNS for 3 months,the continuous translational tendon-to-bone interface was fully regenerated,and fatty infiltration was simultaneously inhibited.Instead of micro-CT,μCT was employed to visualize the integrity and intricateness of the three-dimensional microstructure of the CNS-induced-healed tendon-to-bone interface at an ultra-high resolution of less than 1μm.This study sheds light on the correlation between nanofiber post treatment and massive rotator cuff repair and provides a general strategy for crimped nanofiber preparation and tendon-to-bone interface imaging characterization.Liren Wang Tonghe Zhu Yuhao Kang Jianguang Zhang Juan Du Haihan Gao Sihao Chen Jia Jiang Jinzhong Zhao 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,10:2
11Air plasma-sprayed high-entropy (Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2)Lu_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating with high thermal protection performance显示文摘High-entropy rare-earth aluminate(Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2)Lu_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12))has been considered as a promising thermal protection coating(TPC)material based on its low thermal conductivity and close thermal expansion coefficient to that of Al2O3.However,such a coating has not been experimentally prepared,and its thermal protection performance has not been evaluated.To prove the feasibility of utilizing HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) as a TPC,HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating was deposited on a nickelbased superalloy for the first time using the atmospheric plasma spraying technique.The stability,surface,and cross-sectional morphologies,as well as the fracture surface of the HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating were investigated,and the thermal shock resistance was evaluated using the oxyacetylene flame test.The results show that the HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating can remain intact after 50 cycles at 1200℃ for 200 s,while the edge peeling phenomenon occurs after 10 cycles at 1400℃ for 200 s.This study clearly demonstrates that HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating is effective for protecting the nickel-based superalloy,and the atmospheric plasma spraying is a suitable method for preparing this kind of coatings.Kailun WANG Jinpeng ZHU Hailong WANG Kaijun YANG Yameng ZHU Yubin QING Zhuang MA Lihong GAO Yanbo LIU Sihao WEI Yongchun SHU Yanchun ZHOU Jilin HE 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,10:2
