2Research on Link Quality Estimation Mechanism for Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Support Vector Machine显示文摘In the application of Wireless sensor networks(WSNs),effective estimation for link quality is a basic issue in guarantying reliable data transmission and upper network protocol performance.A link quality estimation mechanism is proposed,which is based on Support vector machine(SVM) with multi-class classification.Under the analysis of the wireless link characteristics,two physical parameters of communication,Receive signal strength indicator(RSSI) and Link quality indicator(LQI),are chosen as estimation parameters.The link quality is divided into five levels according to Packet reception rate(PRR).A link quality estimation model based on SVM with decision tree is established.The model is built on kernel functions of radial basis and polynomial respectively,in which RSSI,LQI are the input parameters.The experimental results show that the model is reasonable.Compared with the recent published link quality estimation models,our model can estimate the current link quality accurately with a relative small number of probe packets,so that it costs less energy consumption than the one caused by sending a large number of probe packets.So this model which is high efficiency and energy saving can prolong the network life.SHU Jian LIU Song LIU Linlan ZHAN Liqin HU Gang 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,2:12
3Optimality strategy of a sealed-offer simultaneous bargaining protocol显示文摘Alternating-offer bargaining protocol is the most predominant way for solving bilateral bargaining problem.However,alternating-offer may consume much time and cause a low effciency in some cases.Especially, a deadlock in which both negotiators are unwilling to concede or refuse to disclose more information may arise. Then mediation is required.This paper presents an agent-based sealed-offer simultaneous bargaining protocol by introducing a nonbiased mediator.The information of both agents is considered completely private.In our agent-based model,both agents simultaneously submit their respective offers to the mediate agent.The offers of each agent are not revealed to the opponent.This design can discourage counter-speculation and effectively control fraud and misrepresentation in a certain extent.Further,we analyze how an agent can exploit the available information in selecting a strategy that maximizes its expected utility and give the optimal offers of each agent at each stage of the negotiation.Four groups of automated experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed automated negotiation procedure.ZHANG LinLan CHEN XueGuang HONG Liu 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1:4
4The Combined Effect of Plastic Particles Size and Concentration on Rotifers’ (Brachionus plicatilis) Performance显示文摘The presence of microplastics in aquatic ecosystems is of increasing global concern.Nano-sized plastics,in particular,can penetrate the cell membrane and cause biological death.Our study evaluated the combined impacts of several polystyrene mi-crospheres’sizes and nominal concentrations on the overall performance changes of Brachionus plicatilis.Experimental animals were exposed to three microplastic sizes(0.08,0.5 and 6μm)and five nominal concentrations(0,0.5,2,8,32μg mL−1)for 20 d.Our results showed that the toxicological effect of particle size on rotifers did not significantly depend on the nominal concentration.The interaction between the nominal concentration and size occurred only for body length and lorica width.Specifically,high nominal concentrations of microplastics that were close to nanometer size significantly impaired the overall vitality of rotifers,embodied in shortage of body type,delay in the arrival of maturity,reduction in the cumulative number of neonates,and the advance of the death process.In comparison,fair-sized size(0.5 and 6μm)displayed non-significant damage except for individual groups.Most notably,the net reproductive yield was only a third of what it was in the original environment,implying that there was not much fertility left.Besides,with the development of rotifers,the adverse effects of polystyrene microsphere drive had become more and more serious.SUI Yanming WANG Senyang MOHSEN Mohamed ZHANG Longsheng SHEN Mengyan LIU Zhiquan NGUYEN Haidang ZHANG Shengmao LI Kaixing LV Linlan DONG Xuexing 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2:3

12Whole-exome mutational landscape of metastasis in patient-derived hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘In order to explore the genomic basis for liver cancer metastasis,whole-exome sequencing(WES)was performed on patient-derived hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cell lines with differential metastatic potentials and analyzed their clonal evolution relationships.An evolutionary tree based on genomic single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)was constructed in MegaX software.The WES data showed that the average percentage of heterogeneous mutations in each HCC cell lines was 16.55%(range,15.38%e18.17%).C:G>T:A and T:A>C:G somatic transitions were the two most frequent substitutions.In these metastatic HCC cell lines,non-silent gene mutations were found in 21.88%of known driver genes and 10 classical signaling pathways.The protein interaction network was constructed by STRING,and hub genes were found in the shared trunk mutation genes and the heterogeneous branch mutations respectively.In cBioPortal database,some of the selected hub genes were found to be associated with poor overall survival(OS)of HCC patients.Among the mutated HCC driver genes,a novel KEAP1 mutation with a homozygous frameshift truncation at the c-terminal Nrf2 binding region was detected and verified in MHCC97-H and HCC97LM3 cells.In conclusion,WES data demonstrate that HCC cell lines from tumor biopsy specimens of the same patient have obtained different metastatic potentials through repeated selection in rodents in vivo,and they do indeed have a genetic relationship at the genomic level.Qian Zhou Zuli Li Linlan Song Di Mu Jin Wang Li Tian Yong Liao 2020Genes & Diseases2020,7,3:1

15PREDICTING CHAOTIC TIME SERIES WITH IMPROVED LOCAL APPROXIMATIONS显示文摘In this paper,new approaches for chaotic time series prediction are introduced.We first summarize and evaluate the existing local prediction models,then propose optimization models and new algorithms to modify procedures of local approximations.The modification to the choice of sample sets is given,and the zeroth-order approximation is improved by a linear programming method.Four procedures of first-order approximation are compared,and corresponding modified methods are given.Lastly,the idea of nonlinear feedback to raise predicting accuracy is put forward.In the end,we discuss two important examples,i.e.Lorenz system and RSssler system,and the simulation experiments indicate that the modified algorithms are effective.MUXiaowu LINLan ZHOUXiangdong 2004Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2004,17,2:0
16The RING-H2 gene LdXERICO plays a negative role in dormancy release regulated by low temperature in Lilium davidii var. unicolor显示文摘Dormancy regulation is the basis of the sustainable development of the lily industry.Therefore,basic research on lily dormancy is crucial for innovation in lily cultivation and breeding.Previous studies revealed that dormancy release largely depends on abscisic acid(ABA)degradation.However,the key genes and potential regulatory network remain unclear.We used exogenous ABA and ABA inhibitors to elucidate the effect of ABA on lily dormancy.Based on the results of weighted gene coexpression network analysis(WGCNA),the hub gene LdXERICO was identified in modules highly related to endogenous ABA,and a large number of coexpressed genes were identified.LdXERICO was induced by exogenous ABA and expressed at higher levels in tissues with vigorous physiological activity.Silencing LdXERICO increased the low-temperature sensitivity of bulblets and accelerated bulblet sprouting.LdXERICO rescued the ABA insensitivity of xerico mutants during seed germination in Arabidopsis,suggesting that it promotes seed dormancy and supporting overexpression studies on lily bulblets.The significant increase in ABA levels in transgenic Arabidopsis expressing LdXERICO indicated that LdXERICO played a role by promoting ABA synthesis.We generated three transgenic lines by overexpressing LdICE1 in Arabidopsis thaliana and showed that,in contrast to LdXERICO,LdICE1 positively regulated dormancy release.Finally,qRT-PCR confirmed that LdXERICO was epistatic to LdICE1 for dormancy release.We propose that LdXERICO,an essential gene in dormancy regulation through the ABA-related pathway,has a complex regulatory network involving temperature signals.This study provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the mechanism of bulb dormancy release.Xinyue Fan Xiaoman Zou Linlan Fu Yue Yang Min Li Chunxia Wang Hongmei Sun 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,4:0
17Photocatalytic oxidative of Keggin-type polyoxometalate ionic liquid for enhanced extractive desulfurization in binary deep eutectic solvents显示文摘A series of novel binary deep eutectic solvents(DESs)composed of choline chloride(ChCl)and formic acid(HCOOH)with different molar ratios have been successfully synthesized and applied in extractive desulfurization(EDS).Keggin-type polyoxometallate ionic liquid[TTPh]_(3)PW_(12)O_(40) was prepared and used as catalyst to enhance the EDS capacity by means of photocatalytic oxidative process.Both of the DESs and[TTPh]_(3)PW_(12)O_(40) ionic liquid catalyst were characterized in detail by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy spectra(FT-IR),elemental analysis,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It was found that the molar ratios of Ch Cl:HCOOH had a major impact on desulfurization performance,and the optimal desulfurization capacity 96.5%was obtained by ChCl/5 HCOOH.Besides dibenzothiophene(DBT),the desulfurization efficiencies of 4-methylbenzothiophene(4-MDBT)and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT),two kinds of DBT derivatives,were also investigated under the same experimental conditions.Moreover,the free radical scavenging experiments manifested that superoxide radical(·O_(2)^(-)) and hole(h^(+)) played important roles in the desulfurization system.After further analysis of the oxidation products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC–MS),the possible reaction mechanism was proposed.Thus,photocatalytic oxidative has been proved to be one of the efficient approaches for enhancing the extractive desulfurization performance in DES.Linlan Wu Zhengxin Jiao Suhang Xun Minqiang He Lei Fan Chao Wang Wenshu Yang Wenshuai Zhu Huaming Li 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,4:0

19Bioassay-guided isolation of α-Glucosidase inhibitory constituents from Hypericum sampsonii显示文摘This study employed the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity model as an anti-diabetic assay and implemented a bioactivity-guided isolation strategy to identify novel natural compounds with potential therapeutic properties.Hypericum sampsonii was investigated,leading to the isolation of two highly modified seco-polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols(PPAPs)(1 and 2),eight phenolic derivatives(3-10),and four terpene derivatives(11-14).The structures of compounds 1 and 2,featuring an unprecedented octahydro-2H-chromen-2-one ring system,were fully characterized using extensive spectroscopic data and quantum chemistry calculations.Six compounds(1,5-7,9,and 14)exhibited potential inhibitory effects against α-glucosidase,with IC_(50) values ranging from 0.050±0.0016 to 366.70±11.08μg·mL^(-1).Notably,compound 5(0.050±0.0016μg·mL^(-1))was identified as the most potential α-glucosidase inhibitor,with an inhibitory effect about 6900 times stronger than the positive control,acarbose(IC_(50)=346.63±15.65μg·mL^(-1)).A docking study was conducted to predict molecular interactions between two compounds(1 and 5)and α-glucosidase,and the hypothetical biosynthetic pathways of the two unprecedented seco-PPAPs were proposed.TAO Linlan XU Shuangyu ZHANG Zizhen LI Yanan YANG Jue GU Wei YI Ping HAO Xiaojiang YUAN Chunmao 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,6:0
20Enhanced lysosome escape mediated by 1,2-dicarboxylic-cyclohexene anhydride-modified poly-L-lysine dendrimer as a gene delivery system显示文摘Antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASODN)can directly interfere a series of biological events of the target RNA derived from tumor cells through Watson-Crick base pairing,in turn,plays antitumor therapeutic roles.In the study,a novel HIF-1αASODN-loaded nanocomposite was formulated to efficiently deliver gene to the target RNA.The physicochemical properties of nanocomposite were characterized using TEM,FTIR,DLS and zeta potentials.The mean diameter of resulting GEL-DGL-FA-ASODN-DCA nanocomposite was about 170–192 nm,and according to the agarose gel retardation assay,the loading amount of ASODN accounted for 166.7 mg/g.The results of cellular uptake showed that the nanocomposite could specifically target to HepG2 and Hela cells.The cytotoxicity assay demonstrated that the toxicity of vectors was greatly reduced by using DCA to reversibly block the cationic DGL.The subcellular distribution images clearly displayed the lysosomal escape ability of the DCA-modified nanocomposite.In vitro exploration of molecular mechanism indicated that the nanocomposite could inhibit m RNA expression and HIF-1αprotein translation at different levels.In vivo optical images and quantitative assay testified that the formulation accumulated preferentially in the tumor tissue.In vivo antitumor efficacy research confirmed that this nanocomposite had significant antitumor activity and the tumor inhibitory rate was 77.99%.These results manifested that the GEL-DGL-FA-ASODNDCA nanocomposite was promising in gene therapeutics for antitumor by interacting directly with target RNA.Jianmin Shen Jing Chen Jingbo Ma Linlan Fan Xiaoli Zhang Ting Yue Yaping Yan Yuhang Zhang 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,6:0
