1Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
2Secondary organic carbon quantification and source apportionment of PM_(10) in Kaifeng, China显示文摘During 2005, the filter samples of ambient PM10 from five sites and the source samples of particulate matter were collected in Kaifeng, Henan Province of China. Nineteen elements, water-soluble ions, total carbon (TC) and organic carbon (OC) contained in samples were analyzed. Seven contributive source types were identified and their contributions to ambient PM10 were estimated by chemical mass balance (CMB) receptor model. Weak associations between the concentrations of organic carbon and element carbon (EC) were observed during the sampling periods, indicating that there was secondary organic aerosol pollution in the urban atmosphere. An indirect method of 'OC/EC minimum ratio' was applied to estimate the concentration of secondary organic carbon (SOC). The results showed that SOC contributed 26.2%, 32.4% and 18.0% of TC in spring, summer-fall and winter, respectively, and the annual average SOC concentration was 7.07 μg/m3, accounting for 5.73% of the total mass in ambient PM10. 3Bioconjugated Silica Nanoparticles: Development and Applications显示文摘Advanced bioanalysis,including accurate quantitation,has driven the need to understand biology and medicine at the molecular level.Bioconjugated silica nanoparticles have the potential to address this emerging challenge.Particularly intriguing diagnostic and therapeutic applications in cancer and infectious disease as well as uses in gene and drug delivery,have also been found for silica nanoparticles.In this review,we describe the synthesis,bioconjugation,and applications of silica nanoparticles in different bioanalysis formats,such as selective tagging,barcoding,and separation of a wide range of biomedically important targets.Overall,we envisage that further development of these nanoparticles will provide a variety of advanced tools for molecular biology,genomics,proteomics and medicine.Lin Wang Wenjun Zhao Weihong Tan 2008Nano Research2008,1,2:15
4Angular response of ‘pin-hole' imaging structure measured by collimated β source显示文摘The pitch-angle distribution of energetic particles is important for space physics studies on magnetic storm and particle acceleration.A‘pin-hole’imaging structure is built with the‘pin-hole’technique and a position sensitive detector,which can be used to measure the pitch angle distribution of energetic particles.To calibrate the angular response of the‘pin-hole’imaging structure,special experiment facilities are needed,such as the particle accelerator with special design.The features of this kind of particle accelerator are:1)The energy range of the outgoing particles should be mid-energy particles(tens keV to several hundred keV);2)the particle flux should be consistent in time-scale;3)the directions of the outgoing particles should be the same and 4)the particle number within the spot should be low enough.In this paper,a method to calibrate the angular response of the‘pin-hole’imaging structure by the90Sr/90Y β source with a collimator is introduced and simulated by Geant4 software.The result of the calibration with the collimated β source is in accord with the Geant4 simulations,which verifies the validity of this method.ZOU Hong LUO Lin LI ChenFang JIA XiangHong XU Feng CHEN HongFei CHEN Jiang SHI WeiHong YU XiangQian ZOU JiQing 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11:10
5Permian integrative stratigraphy and timescale of China显示文摘A series of global major geological and biological events occurred during the Permian Period. Establishing a highresolution stratigraphic and temporal framework is essential to understand their cause-effect relationship. The official International timescale of the Permian System consists of three series(i.e., Cisuralian, Guadalupian and Lopingian in ascending order) and nine stages. In China, the Permian System is composed of three series(Chuanshanian, Yansingian and Lopingian) and eight stages, of which the subdivisions and definitions of the Chuanshanian and Yangsingian series are very different from the Cisuralian and Guadalupian series. The Permian Period spanned ~47 Myr. Its base is defined by the First Appearance Datum(FAD) of the conodont Streptognathodus isolatus at Aidaralash, Kazakhstan with an interpolated absolute age 298.9±0.15 Ma at Usolka, southern Urals, Russia. Its top equals the base of the Triassic System and is defined by the FAD of the conodont Hindeodus parvus at Meishan D section, southeast China with an interpolated absolute age 251.902±0.024 Ma. Thirty-five conodont, 23 fusulinid, 17 radiolarian and 20 ammonoid zones are established for the Permian in China, of which the Guadalupian and Lopingian conodont zones have been served as the standard for international correlation. The Permian δ13 Ccarbtrend indicates that it is characterized by a rapid negative shift of 3–5‰ at the end of the Changhsingian, which can be used for global correlation of the end-Permian mass extinction interval, but δ13 Ccarbrecords from all other intervals may have more or less suffered subsequent diagenetic alteration or represented regional or local signatures only. Permian δ18 Oapatitestudies suggest that an icehouse stage dominated the time interval from the late Carboniferous to Kungurian(late Cisuralian). However, paleoclimate began to ameriolate during the late Kungurian and gradually shifted into a greenhouse-dominated stage during the Guadalupian.The Changhsingian was a relatively cool stage, followed by a globally-recognizable rapid temperature rise of 8–10°C at the very end of the Changhsingian. The87 Sr/86 Sr ratio trend shows that their values at the beginning of the Permian were between 0.70800,then gradually decreased to the late Capitanian minimum 0.70680–0.70690, followed by a persistent increase until the end of the Permian with the value 0.70708. Magenetostratigraphy suggests two distinct stages separated by the Illawarra Reversal in the middle Wordian, of which the lower is the reverse polarity Kiaman Superchron and the upper is the mixed-polarity Illawarra Superchron. The end-Guadalupian(or pre-Lopingian) biological crisis occurred during the late Capitanian, when faunal changeovers of different fossil groups had different paces, but generally experienced a relatively long time from the Jinogondolella altudensis Zone until the earliest Wuchiapingian. The end-Permian mass extinction was a catastrophic event that is best constrained at the Meishan section, which occurred at 251.941±0.037 Ma and persisted no more than 61±48 kyr. After the major pulse at Bed 25, the extinction patterns are displayed differently in different sections. The global end-Guadalupian regression is manifested between the conodont Jinogondolella xuanhanensis and Clarkina dukouensis zones and the endChanghsingian transgression began in the Hindeodus changxingensis-Clarkina zhejiangensis Zone. 7Assessment and Comparison of in vitro Immunoregulatory Activity of Three Astaxanthin Stereoisomers显示文摘In recent years,the immune-modulatory role of all-trans astaxanthin from different pigment sources has been studied.It was reported that all-trans astaxanthin might exist as three stereoisomers,and the composition of all-trans stereoisomers in natural materials differs from that of synthetic products.However,the different biological effects of various all-trans stereoisomers still remain unclear.In the present study,we evaluated the bioactivity of three astaxanthin stereoisomers,(3S,3'S)-trans-,(3R,3'R)-transand meso-trans-astaxanthin,in regulating cell-mediated immune response using mice lymphocytes and peritoneal exudates cells(PECs) systems.After the treatment with three astaxanthin stereoisomers(20 μmol L-1),the lymphocyte proliferation capacity,neutral red phagocytosis of PECs and natural killer(NK) cell cytotoxic activity were comparatively assessed.The results showed that all three astaxanthin stereoisomers significantly promoted lymphocyte proliferation,phagocytic capacity of PECs,and cytotoxic activity of NK cells.Moreover,the(3S,3'S)-trans-astaxanthin exhibited a much higher response than others.SUN Weihong XING Lihong LIN Hong LENG Kailiang ZHAI Yuxiu LIU Xiaofang 2016Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,2:7
8Detection and characterization of diverse alpha-and betacoronaviruses from bats in China显示文摘Bats have been implicated as important reservoir hosts of alpha- and betacoronaviruses. In this study, diverse coronaviruses(CoVs) were detected in 50 of 951(positive rate 5.3%) intestinal specimens of eight bat species collected in four provinces and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China by pan-coronavirus RT-PCR screening. Based on 400-nt RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(Rd RP) sequence analysis, eight belonged to genus Alphacoronavirus and 42 to Betacoronavirus.Among the 50 positive specimens, thirteen gave rise to CoV full-length Rd RP gene amplification for further sequence comparison, of which three divergent sequences(two from a unreported province) were subjected to full genome sequencing. Two complete genomes of betacoronaviruses(JTMC15 and JPDB144) and one nearly-complete genome of alphacoronavirus(JTAC2) were sequenced and their genomic organization predicted. The present study has identified additional numbers of genetically diverse bat-borne coronaviruses with a wide distribution in China. 9Impacts of Land Cover Changes on Ecosystem Carbon Stocks Over the Transboundary Tumen River Basin in Northeast Asia显示文摘Understanding the effects of land cover changes on ecosystem carbon stocks is essential for ecosystem management and environmental protection, particularly in the transboundary region that has undergone marked changes. This study aimed to examine the impacts of land cover changes on ecosystem carbon stocks in the transboundary Tumen River Basin(TTRB). We extracted the spatial information from Landsat Thematic Imager(TM) and Operational Land Imager(OLI) images for the years 1990 and 2015 and obtained convincing estimates of terrestrial biomass and soil carbon stocks with the InVEST model. The results showed that forestland, cropland and built-up land increased by 57.5, 429.7 and 128.9 km2, respectively, while grassland, wetland and barren land declined by 24.9, 548.0 and 43.0 km2, respectively in the TTRB from 1990 to 2015. The total carbon stocks encompassing aboveground, belowground, soil and litter layer carbon storage pools have declined from 831.48 Tg C in 1990 to 831.42 Tg C in 2015 due to land cover changes. In detail, the carbon stocks decreased by 3.13 Tg C and 0.44 Tg C in Democratic People's Republic of Korea(North Korea) and Russia, respectively, while increased by 3.51 Tg C in China. Furthermore, economic development, and national policy accounted for most land cover changes in the TTRB. 10Breast cancer stem-like cells can promote metastasis by activating platelets and down-regulating antitumor activity of natural killer cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate whether cancer stem cells(CSCs) more efficiently activating platelets and evading immune surveillance than non-CSCs thus promoting metastasis.METHODS:We enriched and identified sphereforming cells(SFCs) and coincubated washed platelets with several platelet activators including collagen,4T1 and SFCs.Platelet-coating tumor cells,platelet activation and TGF-β1 release were analyzed.Then natural kell cells(NK) were incubated with supernatants of different activated platelet samples what we called sample release(SR).The degranulation assay and NKG2 D expression on NK cells were conducted by flow cytometry.Finally tissue factor(TF) expression of SFCs or 4T1 were evaluated by western blot.RESULTS:Breast cancer cell line 4T1 could form spheres in serum-free medium at low adherence.Sphere-forming cells expressed high levels of the CD24-/lowCD44 + stem cell phenotype.Both sphere-forming cells or 4T1 were coated with abundant platelets while sphere-forming cells induced significantly higher expression of platelet activating receptor CD62 p than 4T1 did(P < 0.01).And sphere-forming cells induced platelets to produce more TGF-β1 than 4T1 did(P < 0.01).Furthermore,sample releases induced by sphere-forming cells caused more vigorous inhibition of NK cells antitumor reactivity(P < 0.05) and reduced NKG2 D expression(P < 0.01).The final results showed that sphere-forming cells expressed higher levels of TF than 4T1(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Our findings indicate that CSCs could efficiently activate platelets,induce platelets to secrete more TGF-β1,decrease NKG2 D expression and inhibit antitumor activity of NK cell,compared with 4T1.And higher levels of TF expression of CSCs may account for this correlation of CSCs and platelets.Wang Shuo Zhang Ying Cong Weihong Liu Jie Zhang Yuren Fan Huiting XuYonggang Lin Hongsheng 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:5
11Effects of elevated CO_2 on growth and carbon partitioning in rice显示文摘Rice (\%Oryza sativa\% cv. Jindao 1187) was grown in open_top chambers which contained ambient and enriched CO\-2. CO\-2 elevation stimulated rice tillering during early vegetative stage. However, panicle dry weight per plant did not change at maturity stage. Root biomass was enhanced by high CO\-2. 12Ferritin as a diagnostic, differential diagnostic, and prognostic marker for immune-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:Distinguishing immune-related adverse events(irAEs)caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)from the AEs caused by chemotherapy,targeted therapy,or infection is highly difficult.This study offers new insights into evaluating the diagnosis,differential diagnostic,and prognostic value of ferritin for irAEs induced by ICIs.Methods:From December 1,2018,to April 1,2019,we examined 318 patients with malignant tumors who received serum ferritin monitoring.The cohort comprised 231 patients treated with PD-1 inhibitor or combination with chemotherapy,and 87 patients treated with chemotherapy.Of the 231 patients,90 had irAEs(irAE group),70 had non-irAEs(non-irAE group),67 had no AEs(no irAE-non irAE group),and 4 had unclassified AEs.In the 87 patients,60 had AEs(AE group),and 27 had no AEs(no AE group).Statistical analyses were conducted with nonparametric Mann-Whitney tests.Results:At the onset of AEs in the irAE group,ferritin(normal range,35–150μg/L)rose to a median of 927μg/L(range,117–17,825μg/L)from 86μg/L at baseline(range,29–421μg/L)(P<0.001).Ferritin levels at the onset of AEs in the irAE group were significantly higher than those in the non-irAE group(median,81μg/L;range,32–478μg/L)(P<0.001)and the AE group(median,103μg/L;range,23–712μg/L)(P<0.001).After treatment in the irAE group,ferritin continuously decreased to a normal range in recovered patients,showed no significant changes in stable patients,and continued to rise in patients who died.Conclusions:Ferritin can be used as a diagnostic,differential diagnostic,and prognostic marker for irAEs in patients treated with ICIs.Weihong Zhang Yuan Meng Lin Yang Meng Shen Li Zhou Runmei Li Yang Wang Weijiao Du Yanjuan Xiong Ying Han Xinwei Zhang Liang Liu Xiubao Ren 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4
13Blockage of the habenular nucleus can eliminate dyspnea induced by electrostimulation of the insular cortex显示文摘BACKGROUND:The insular cortex and habenular nucleus may be a regulatory center for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,and dyspnea may be caused by insular cortex activity.The insular cortex is a cortical representation of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.The habenular nucleus is a station for descending insular cortex activity.OBJECTIVE:Through actively stimulating the rat insular cortex,to observe rat respiratory movement,myoelectric activities of genioglossus,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide and acidity-alkalinity,and to verify a hypothesis that the insular cortex is a superior-position regulation center,and the habenular nucleus is an inferior-position nervous nuclei of the insular cortex in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized,controlled animal study was performed at the Laboratory of Electrophysiology,Department of Physiology,Norman Bathune College of Medicine,Jilin University,China from September 2004 to June 2008.MATERIALS:We used L-glutamic acid(Dingguo Biological Product Research Center,Beijing,China),lidocaine hydrochloride(Seventh Pharmacy Co.,Ltd.,Wuxi,China),electric stimulator(Nihon Kohden,Japan),and an AVL-OPTI blood gas analyzer(AVL Scientific Co.,Roswell,GA,USA).METHODS:The insular cortex of healthy adult Wistar rats underwent electrostimulation and L-glutamic acid stimulation to record changes in the myoelectric activity of genioglossus and respiratory movement.Some rats were injected with lidocaine to block the habenular nucleus before electrostimulation or L-glutamic acid stimulation.L-glutamic acid and lidocaine were injected by microelectrodes embedded in nuclear groups.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Myoelectric activities of genioglossus,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide and acidity-alkalinity were measured following apnea in rats undergoing electrostimulation in the insular cortex and following blockade of the habenular nucleus.RESULTS:Following electrostimulation and L-glutamic acid stimulation,rats developed apnea or respiratory rhythm disorders.Simultaneously,the amplitude of myoelectric activity of the genioglossus was reduced(P < 0.01),and the electromyogram integral was decreased(P < 0.01).Arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis,a decrease in pH(P < 0.05),and an increase in the negative value of alkaline reserve(P < 0.01).Lidocaine in the habenular nuclear blocked respiratory and other index changes after insular cortex stimulation.CONCLUSION:Dyspnea induced by stimulating the insular cortex may require the habenular nucleus.Paralysis of the habenular nucleus can completely eliminate insular cortex stimulation-induced dyspnea.Mingxian Li Jinghua Wang Min Huang Weihong Lin Min Wang Lei Yu Shao Wang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,13:3
14A novel hyperbranched aromatic polyamide containing bithiazole: Synthesis,metal complexation and magnetic properties显示文摘Based on the polycondensation of bifunctional 2,2′-diamino-4,4′-bithiazole(DABT) and trifunctional 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride (BTC),a novel hyperbranched aromatic polyamide PBD was synthesized with excellent solubility and good thermal stability.The structure of the polymer was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectrum.The calculated degree of branching of our product was 52%.By exploring the influence of several different solvent systems,the yield of the polymer increased in the solvent system of DMAc/LiCl.Two kinds of metal complexes were obtained by chelation of the polyamide with Cu2+ and Ni2+,and the metal contents of the complexes were determined by complexometric titration.The magnetic behaviors of the complexes were examined as a function of magnetic field strength at 5 K,and as a function of temperature (5–300 K) at a magnetic field strength of 2.4 × 106 A/m.The results indicated that the complexes were soft ferromagnetic materials with Curie-Weiss temperature at 102 K and 53 K,respectively.DING NengWen LIN WeiHong SUN WeiLin SHEN ZhiQuan 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,2:3
15A new method of frequency-dependent network equivalence for power system显示文摘Electromagnetic transient simulation for large-scale power system is a time-consuming problem.A new frequency-dependent equivalence method is presented in the paper,which might significantly accelerate power system electromagnetic transient simulation.In the method,an effective algorithm is designed to directly transfer the port admittance determinant of external system's mixing matrix into admittance rational function;and the step-by-step strategy for the equivalence of actual large system is put forward,which further reduces the calculation quantities needed.Moreover,the study of multiple real root pole characteristics of admittance transfer function of two-port network is performed and a proposition is achieved.Based on the proposition and residue theorem,the equivalence system for external system corresponding to the admittance rational function is obtained.The computation complexity of the step-by-step equivalence method is about o(┌n/np×T┐)(┌┐ is upper integral operation,n is the total buses number of external system,N P is the total buses number of single step equivalence network,T is single step equivalence time),which indicates that the computation complexity of the method proposed has nearly linear relationship with the buses number of external system,and the method proposed has satisfactory computation speed.Since the mixing matrix of external system includes all the information of external system,therefore,port admittance rational function derived from it can reflect its full frequency characteristic and the equivalence network achieved has high equivalence precision.Moreover,since the port rational function is gained at the condition of the external system without source,which equals stable passive network,it could not show any unstable pole and need not extra measure to make the equivalence system stable.The test results of the samples and comparison with other methods demonstrate that the new method proposed is valid and effective.LIN JiKeng YAN YiPeng PU TianJiao LUO ShanShan LIU Tao ZHENG WeiHong WANG XuDong 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7:3
16Monte Carlo simulations of the sensor head of imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese IGSO navigation satellite显示文摘An imaging energetic electron spectrometer built by the Peking University team(BD-IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in an inclined GEO orbit has been launched successfully in September 2015, which measures the spectra of the energetic electrons with the energy range of 50–600 keV in nine directions. In this study, Monte Carlo simulations of the BD-IES sensor head were performed using Geant4 and the corresponding characteristic responses to the isotropic energetic particles were derived. The effective geometric factors were estimated using the typical electron and proton spectra in the GEO orbit and the corresponding simulated sensor head responses. It was found that the average effective geometric factors of nine directions are close to the nominal geometric factors calculated with the traditional method, but the effective geometric factor decreases as the center energy of the energy channel decreases. The BD-IES sensor head also responses to the energetic protons, but the average contamination rate of all 72 channels is about 2%, which means that the proton contamination is acceptable. 17Membrane enhanced COD degradation of pulp wastewater using Cu_2O/H_2O_2 heterogeneous Fenton process显示文摘Both activity and stability of the catalyst can be improved in heterogeneous Fenton reaction,in particular,with no limitation for the working p H and no production of the sludge.In this work,a combination of catalyst Cu_2O and pore-channel-dispersed H_2O_2is proposed to treat the pulp wastewater.Degradation degree of CODs in the wastewater was up to 77%in the ceramic membrane reactor using Cu_2O powder(2.0 g·L^(-1))and membranefeeding H_2O_2(0.8 ml·L^(-1))within 60 min.Evolution of·OH radical formation in the advanced oxidation process was analyzed with a fluorescent method.Utilization efficiency of H_2O_2was successfully enhanced by 10%with the membrane distributor.Further on,the catalyst recyclability was evaluated in a five-cycle test.The concentration of copper ions being dissolved in the treated water was monitored with ICP.After Cu_2O/H_2O_2(membrane)treatment the effluent is qualified to discharge with COD concentration lower than 15 mg·L^(-1)with regard to the national standard GB25467-2010.Hongjia Zhou Lin Kang Ming Zhou Zhaoxiang Zhong Weihong Xing 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,9:3
18Natural Gas Types,Distribution Controlling Factors,and Future Exploration in the Western Qaidam Basin显示文摘The Paleogene and Neogene oil and gas in the western Qaidam basin have a regular distribution in three concentric zones from the edge to the center of the basin.Natural gas mainly occurs in the inner zone,and the gas-oil ratio of the northern area of the basin is significantly higher than that of the southern area.Large amounts of carbon isotope data of natural gas,plotted in Xshaped and comprehensive identification diagrams for the southern area and northern area,respectively,were used to identify the types of natural gas.The large-scale distribution of natural gas is highly consistent with the Ro values of major source rocks,but is poorly correlated with the type of organic matter.This indicates that the main controlling factor of natural gas distribution is organic matter maturity,and the kerogen types act as the basis for the formation of different types of natural gas.Paleouplifts and squeezed anticlines near hydrocarbon generation depression centers,which are major natural gas-rich regions,control the migration directions of natural gas,while hydrocarbon migration pathways and fault systems connecting gas sources are the most important factors for natural gas reservoir formation in the inner basin.Therefore,favorable zones for natural gas distribution can be predicted on the basis of the distribution of thermal evolution and the gas generation intensity of major source rocks as well as the structural map.The Shizigou-YoushashanYingdong-Dawusi,Youquanzi –Kaitemilike- Youdunzi,and Xiaoliangshan – Nanyishan- Dafengshan structural belts are favorable zones for natural gas accumulation.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for future natural gas exploration.GUO Zeqing SUN Ping LI Jian ZHANG Lin LIU Weihong TIAN Jixian ZHANG Shaosheng ZENG Xu 2014Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2014,88,4:3
