| 2 | Effect of a comprehensive therapy plus Gushenyutai plaster administered at Guanyuan(CV 4) on male infertility associated with semen non-liquefaction显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Gushenyutai plaster administered at the Guanyuan(CV4) acupoint on male infertility associated with semen non-liquefaction.METHODS: Sixty-two male patients with infertility caused by semen non-liquefaction were random-ized into a treatment and control group. The control group received comprehensive therapy, which included oral administration of clarithromycin sustained release tablets, hip bath with Zhongyaoxiaoyan granules, prostate massage, and transurethral microwave treatment. The treatment group was administered Gushenyutai plaster in addition to the comprehensive therapy. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. | 4 | Influence of electroplating conditions on magnetic properties of Fe-36wt.% Ni alloy film显示文摘A Fe-Ni soft magnetic film was prepared in sulphate solution by electroplating. The influences of the molar ratio of n[Fe2+]/n[Ni2+], current density, bath temperature, pH and L-ascorbic acid concentration on magnetic properties of Fe-Ni alloy film were investigated. The results show that the saturated flux density(BS) of the film increases initially and decreases after it reaches the specific value with the increase of n[Fe2+]/n[Ni2+] molar ratio, current density, bath temperature and pH. However, the relationship between L-ascorbic acid concentration and BS keeps linear. It is observed that the coercive force(Hc) is enhanced with the increase of n[Fe2+]/n[Ni2+] molar ratio, current density and pH. By comparison, when the bath temperature increases, Hc always decreases. | 5 | 3D printed fiber-optic nanomechanical bioprobe显示文摘Ultrasensitive nanomechanical instruments,e.g.atomic force microscopy(AFM),can be used to perform delicate biomechanical measurements and reveal the complex mechanical environment of biological processes.However,these instruments are limited because of their size and complex feedback system.In this study,we demonstrate a miniature fiber optical nanomechanical probe(FONP)that can be used to detect the mechanical properties of single cells and in vivo tissue measurements.A FONP that can operate in air and in liquids was developed by programming a microcantilever probe on the end face of a single-mode fiber using femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization nanolithography.To realize stiffness matching of the FONP and sample,a strategy of customizing the microcantilever’s spring constant according to the sample was proposed based on structure-correlated mechanics.As a proof-of concept,three FONPs with spring constants varying from 0.421 N m^(−1)to 52.6 N m^(−1)by more than two orders of magnitude were prepared.The highest microforce sensitivity was 54.5 nmμN^(−1)and the detection limit was 2.1 nN.The Young’s modulus of heterogeneous soft materials,such as polydimethylsiloxane,muscle tissue of living mice,onion cells,and MCF-7 cells,were successfully measured,which validating the broad applicability of this method.Our strategy provides a universal protocol for directly programming fiber-optic AFMs.Moreover,this method has no special requirements for the size and shape of living biological samples,which is infeasible when using commercial AFMs.FONP has made substantial progress in realizing basic biological discoveries,which may create new biomedical applications that cannot be realized by current AFMs. | Mengqiang Zou Changrui Liao Yanping Chen Lei Xu Shuo Tang Gaixia Xu Ke Ma Jiangtao Zhou Zhihao Cai Bozhe Li Cong Zhao Zhourui Xu Yuanyuan Shen Shen Liu Ying Wang Zongsong Gan Hao Wang Xuming Zhang Sandor Kasas Yiping Wang | 2023 | International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,1: | 1 |

| 8 | Tolerance Granulation Based Community Detection Algorithm显示文摘Community structure is one of the most important features in real networks and reveals the internal organization of the vertices. Uncovering accurate community structure is effective for understanding and exploiting networks. Tolerance Granulation based Community Detection Algorithm(TGCDA) is proposed in this paper, which uses tolerance relation(namely tolerance granulation) to granulate a network hierarchically. Firstly, TGCDA relies on the tolerance relation among vertices to form an initial granule set. Then granules in this set which satisfied granulation coefficient are hierarchically merged by tolerance granulation operation. The process is finished till the granule set includes one granule. Finally, select a granule set with maximum granulation criterion to handle overlapping vertices among some granules. The overlapping vertices are merged into corresponding granules based on their degrees of affiliation to realize the community partition of complex networks. The final granules are regarded as communities so that the granulation for a network is actually the community partition of the network.Experiments on several datasets show our algorithm is effective and it can identify the community structure more accurately. On real world networks, TGCDA achieves Normalized Mutual Information(NMI) accuracy 17.55% higher than NFA averagely and on synthetic random networks, the NMI accuracy is also improved. | 14 | Analyses on the Overall Codon Usage Pattern in Fish Rhabdovirus显示文摘The codon usage bias and the base compositions in the available 49 complete fish rhabdovirus genome sequences were investigated. The high correlation between GC12% and GC3% suggested that mutational pressure rather than natural selection was the main factor determining the codon usage and base component in fish rhabdovirus,most of the spots lying below the expected curve( ENC vs GC3%) also suggested that codon usage bias in these 49 genomes was influenced by mutational pressure in codon usage pattern. Through PCA analysis based on RSCU,all ORFs in the 49 fish rhabdoviurs genomes were clustered into two parts,and this result showed that hosts played a role in codon usage pattern of fish rhabdovirus genomes. Further,comparison between SVCV,INHV,VHSV and their hosts suggested the effect of natural host on the codon usage pattern took part in the evolution process of fish rhabdovirus. | 17 | Aberrantly high activation of a FoxM1-STMN1 axis contributes to progression and tumorigenesis in FoxMl-driven cancers显示文摘Fork-head box protein M1(FoxM1)is a transcriptional factor which plays critical roles in cancer development and progression.However,the general regulatory mechanism of FoxM1 is still limited.STMN1 is a microtubule-binding protein which can inhibit the assembly of microtubule dimer or promote depolymerization of microtubules.It was reported as a major responsive factor of paclitaxel resistance for clinical chemotherapy of tumor patients.But the function of abnormally high level of STMN1 and its regulation mechanism in cancer cells remain unclear.In this study,we used public database and tissue microarrays to analyze the expression pattern of FoxM1 and STMN1 and found a strong positive correlation between FoxM1 and STMN1 in multiple types of cancer.Lentivirus-mediated FoxM1/STMN1-knockdown cell lines were established to study the function of FoxM1/STMN1 by performing cell viability assay,plate clone formation assay,soft agar assay in vitro and xenograft mouse model in vivo.Our results showed that FoxMl promotes cell proliferation by upregulating STMN1.Further ChIP assay showed that FoxM1 upregulates STMN1 in a transcriptional level.Prognostic analysis showed that a high level of FoxM1 and STMN1 is related to poor prognosis in solid tumors.Moreover,a high co-expression of FoxM1 and STMN1 has a more significant correlation with poor prognosis.Our findings suggest that a general FoxMl-STMN1 axis contributes to cell proliferation and tumorigenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.The combination of FoxM1 and STMN1 can be a more precise biomarker for prognostic prediction. | Jun Liu Jipeng Li Ke Wang Haiming Liu Jianyong Sun Xinhui Zhao Yanping Yu Yihuan Qiao Ye Wu Xiaofang Zhang Rui Zhang Angang Yang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3: | 0 |

| 19 | National Perinatal Prevalence of Selected Major Birth Defects--China,2010−2018显示文摘Introduction:An estimated of 900,000 infants are born with birth defects each year in China causing a substantial disease burden.This study aimed to depict the epidemiological patterns of selected major birth defects in Chinese perinatal births and provide important baseline data for future prevention.Methods:Data from the Chinese Birth Defects Monitoring Network(CBDMN)during 2010–2018 were used to analyze the epidemiological pattern in the prevalence of 15 major birth defects and the trends over time.Results:In the period of 2010–2018,the top 10 most frequently-occurring birth defects in China included congenital heart diseases(CHDs),polydactyly,cleft lip with or without palate(CL/P),club foot,syndactyly,hydrocephalus,hypospadias,limb reduction defects(LRD),anotia/microtia,and anorectal atresia/stenosis.There was a decrease in the prevalence of neural tube defects,CL/P,hydrocephalus,LRD,gastroschisis,and omphalocele,but there were increases in the prevalence of CHDs,cleft palate,hypospadias,club foot,polydactyly,and syndactyly.The prevalence of most birth defects varied significantly by maternal age,area types(urban/rural),and geographic regions.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice:The findings indicated that the comprehensive prevention of birth defects should focus on these selected birth defects,elderly pregnant women,rural areas,and western regions. | Wenli Xu Changfei Deng Wenyan Li Ke Wang Jing Tao Yuyang Gao Xiaohong Li Yanping Wang Juan Liang Jun Zhu Hanmin Liu Li Dai | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,37: | 0 |
