| 3 | Wound Healing Assay Using Microfluidic Channels显示文摘An approach was described to produce a wound area in vitro using laminar flow technique to selectively remove cells in microfluidic channels.Cell migration which plays an important role in the process of wound healing can be observed dynamically by this method.In order to prove our system,we have studied its properties by injecting NIH-3T3 cells into main channel and added several reagents to observe the mediatory influence.The results reveal that fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-I),platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB) and ascorbic acid(Vc) groups can promote cell migration compared with the control group.But the average migration distance was diminished in dexamethasone group.It can be concluded that this system can be used to analyze the process of wound healing. | XI Yan-li WANG Shu-tao SU Bin HA Qing NIU Feng-lan NIE Fu-qiang | 2012 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2012,28,3: | 2 |

| 6 | The application of artificial intelligence to chest medical image analysis显示文摘The aim of this article is to review recent progress in the application of artificial intelligence to chest medical image analysis.The lungs,bone,and mediastinum were included in terms of anatomy,while X-ray and computed tomography(CT),with and without contrast enhancement,were considered regarding imaging modalities.Four key components of deep learning were summarized,namely,network architectures,learning strategies,optimiza-tion methods,and vision tasks.Disease-specific applications were discussed in detail with respect to the dimen-sion of the data input,network architecture,and modality:lung cancer,pneumonia,tuberculosis,pulmonary embolism,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and interstitial lung disease for lung;traumatic fractures,os-teoporosis,osteoporotic fractures,and bone metastases for bone;and coronary artery calcification and aortic dissection for vascular diseases.Finally,five promising research directions and possible solutions were presented for future work. | Feng Liu Jie Tang Jiechao Ma Cheng Wang Qing Ha Yizhou Yu Zhen Zhou | 2021 | Intelligent Medicine2021,1,3: | 0 |
