1柱形容器开口泄爆过程中的火焰传播特性显示文摘泄爆过程中流动与燃烧的相互作用机制是研究开口泄爆问题的关键。对柱形容器泄爆过程中压力与火焰发展传播过程的观测与分析表明,不同泄爆条件下压力与火焰的发展传播具有明显特点。泄爆诱导流动通过加速火焰传播、加剧火焰变形、增大火焰面积对容器内燃烧产生增强作用,泄爆流动大小主要由泄爆面积决定。小口中低压泄爆过程压力与火焰的发展过程与封闭燃烧中类似;小口高压以及大口泄爆过程中,火焰变形剧烈,传播速度明显上升,并导致压力的回升。胡俊 万士昕 浦以康 贾复 JAROSINSKI Jozef 2004爆炸与冲击2004,24,4:17
2Higher vitamin D serum concentration increases health related quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of vitamin D(VD) concentrations and VD supplementation on health related quality of life in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) patients. METHODS: A cohort of 220 IBD patients including 141 Crohn's disease(CD) and 79 ulcerative colitis(UC) patients was followed-up at a tertiary IBD center. A subgroup of the cohort(n = 26) took VD supplements for > 3 mo. Health related quality of life was assessed using the short IBD questionnaire(s IBDQ). VD serum concentration and s IBDQ score were assessed between August and October 2012(summer/autumn period) and between February and April 2013(winter/spring period). The mean VD serum concentration and its correlation with disease activity of CD were determined for each season separately. In a subgroup of patients, the effects of VD supplementation on winter VD serum concentration, change in VD serum concentration from summer to winter, and winter s IBDQ score were analyzed.RESULTS: During the summer/autumn and the winter/spring period, 28% and 42% of IBD patients were VD-deficient(< 20 ng/m L), respectively. In the winter/spring period, there was a significant correlation between s IBDQ score and VD serum concentration in UC patients(r = 0.35, P = 0.02), with a trend towards significance in CD patients(r = 0.17, P = 0.06). In the winter/spring period, VD-insufficient patients(< 30 ng/m L) had a significantly lower mean s IBDQ score than VD-sufficient patients; this was true of both UC(48.3 ± 2.3 vs 56.7 ± 3.4, P = 0.04) and CD(55.7 ± 1.25 vs 60.8 ± 2.14, P = 0.04) patients. In all analyzed scenarios(UC/CD, the summer/autumn period and the winter/spring period), health related quality of life was the highest in patients with VD serum concentrations of 50-59 ng/m L. 4YODA-HSP90 Module Regulates Phosphorylation-Dependent Inactivation of SPEECHLESS to Control Stomatal Development under Acute Heat Stress in Arabidopsis显示文摘Stomatal ontogenesis,patterning,and function are hallmarks of environmental plant adaptation,especially to conditions limiting plant growth,such as elevated temperatures and reduced water availability.The specification and distribution of a stomatal cell lineage and its terminal differentiation into guard cells require a master regulatory protein phosphorylation cascade involving the YODA mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase.YODA signaling results in the activation of MITOGEN-ACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASEs(MPK3 and MPK6),which regulate transcription factors,including SPEECHLESS(SPCH).Here,we report that acute heat stress affects the phosphorylation and deactivation of SPCH and modulates stomatal density.By using complem entary molecular,genetic,biochemical,and cell biology approaches,we provide solid evidence that HEAT SHOCK PROTEINS 90(HSP90s)play a crucial role in transducing heat-stress response through the YODA cascade.Genetic studies revealed that YODA and HSP90.1 are epistatic,and they likely function linearly in the same developmental pathway regulating stomata formation.HSP90s interact with YODA,affectits cellular polarization,and modulate the phosphorylation of downstream targets,such as MPK6 and SPCH,under both normal and heat-stress conditions.Thus,HSP90-mediated specification and differentiation of the stomatal cell lineage couples stomatal development to environmental cues,providing an adaptive heat stress response mechanism in plants.Despina Samakovli Tereza Ticha Tereza Vavrdova Miroslav Ovecka Ivan Luptovciak Veronika Zapletalova Anna Kucharova Pavel Krenek Yuliya Krasylenko Theoni Margaritopoulou Loukia Roka Dimitra Milioni George Komis Polydefkis Hatzopoulos Jozef Samaj 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,4:9

6Drug-induced liver injury in inflammatory bowel disease: 1-year prospective observational study显示文摘AIM To analyze 1-year liver injury burden in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) patients. METHODS During a 6-mo inclusion period, consecutive IBD cases having a control visit at IBD center were included. Basic demographics, IBD phenotype and IBD treatment were recorded on entry. Aminotransferase(AT) activities of ALT, AST, ALP and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT) were measured at baseline, 3 mo prior to study entry and prospectively every 3 mo for 1 year. Liver injury patterns were predefined as: Grade 1 in ALT 1-3 × upper limit of normal(ULN), grade 2 in ALT > 3 × ULN, hepatocellular injury in ALT > 2 × ULN, cholestatic injury in simultaneous GGT and ALP elevation > ULN.Persisting injury was reported when AT elevations were found on > 1 measurement. Risk factors for the patterns of liver injury were identified among demographic parameters, disease phenotype and IBD treatment in univariate and multivariate analysis. Finally, implications for the change in IBD management were evaluated in cases with persisting hepatocellular or cholestatic injury.RESULTS Two hundred and fifty-one patients were included having 917 ALT and 895 ALP and GGT measurements. Over one year, grade 1 injury was found in 66(26.3%), grade 2 in 5(2%) and hepatocellular injury in 16 patients(6.4%). Persisting hepatocellular injury was found in 4 cases. Cholestasis appeared in 11 cases(4.4%) and persisted throughout the entire study period in 1 case. In multivariate analysis, hepatocellular injury was associated with BMI(OR = 1.13, 1.02-1.26), liver steatosis(OR = 10.61, 2.22-50.7), IBD duration(1.07, 1.00-1.15) and solo infliximab(OR = 4.57, 1.33-15.7). Cholestatic liver injury was associated with prior intestinal resection(OR = 32.7, 3.18-335), higher CRP(OR = 1.04, 1.00-1.08) and solo azathioprine(OR = 10.27, 1.46-72.3). In one case with transient hepatocellular injury azathioprine dose was decreased. In 4 cases with persisting hepatocellular injury, fatty liver or alcohol were most likely causes and IBD treatment was pursued without change. In the case with persisting cholestatic injury, no signs of portal hypertension were identified and treatment with infliximab continued.CONCLUSION Liver injury was frequent, mostly transient and rarely changed management. 7Early prediction of major depression in chronic hepatitis C patients during peg-interferon α-2b treatment by assessment of vegetative-depressive symptoms after four weeks显示文摘AIM: To study the predictive value of the vegetative- depressive symptoms of the Zung Depression Rating Scale for the occurrence of depression during treatment with peg-interferon α-2b of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients. METHODS: The predictive value of vegetative- depressive symptoms at 4 wk of treatment for the occurrence of a subsequent diagnosis of major depressive disorder (MDD) was studied in CHC patients infected after substance use in a prospective, multi- center treatment trial in Belgium. The presence of vegetative-depressive symptoms was assessed using the Zung Scale before and 4 wk after the start of antiviral treatment. RESULTS: Out of 49 eligible patients, 19 (39%) developed MDD. The area under the ROC curve of the vegetative Zung subscale was 0.73, P = 0.004. The sensitivity at a cut-point of > 15/35 was 95% (95% CI: 74-100). The positive predictive value equalled 44% (95% CI: 29-60). CONCLUSION: In this group of Belgian CHC patients infected after substance use, antiviral treatment caused a considerable risk of depression. 13Synthesis and crystal structure study of 2′-Se-adenosine-derivatized DNA显示文摘The selenium derivatization of nucleic acids is a novel and promising strategy for 3D structure determination of nucleic acids.Selenium can serve as an excellent anomalous scattering center to solve the phase problem,which is one of the two major bottlenecks in macromolecule X-ray crystallography.The other major bottleneck is crystallization.It has been demonstrated that the incorporated selenium functionality at the 2′-positions of the nucleosides and nucleotides is stable and does not cause significant structure perturbation.Furthermore,it was observed that the 2′-Se-derivatization could facilitate crystallization of oligonucleotides with fast crystal growth and high diffraction quality.Herein,we describe a convenient synthesis of the 2′-Se-adenosine phosphoramidite,and report the first synthesis and X-ray crystal structure determination of the DNA containing the 2′-Se-A derivatization.The 3D structure of 2′-Se-A-DNA decamer 5′-GTACGCGT(2′-Se-A)C-3′2 was determined at 1.75 ? resolution,the 2′-Se-functionality points to the minor groove,and the Se-modified and native structures are virtually identical.Moreover,we have observed that the 2′-Se-A modification can greatly facilitate the crystal growth with high diffraction quality.In conjunction with the crystallization facilitation by the 2′-Se-U and 2′-Se-T,this novel observation on the 2′-Se-A functionality suggests that the 2′-Se moiety is sole responsible for the crystallization facilitation and the identity of nucleobases does not influence the crystal growth significantly.SALON Jozef 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,1:3

20Relationship between the rock mass deformation and places of occurrence of seismological events显示文摘Static effort of rock mass very rarely causes of rock burst in polish coal mines. Rock bursts with source in the seismic tremor within the roof rock layers are prevailing. A seismic tremor is an effect of rupture or sliding in roof layers above the exploited panel in coal seam, sometime in a distance from actual exploitation. Sliding, as a rule occurs in fault zone and tremors in it are expected, but monolithic layer rupture is very hard to predict. In a past few years a practice of analyzing state of deformation in high energy seismic tremors zones has been employed. It let gathering experience thanks to witch determination of dangerous shape of reformatted roof is possible. In the paper some typical forms of roof rocks deformations leading to seismic tremor occurrence will be presented. In general these are various types of multidirectional rock layers bending.
