3First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 4STABILITY ANALYSIS OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL LANDSLIDES SUBJECTED TO SEISMIC LOADS显示文摘In the past, the pseudo-static method used to be the most common for evaluating the stability of landslides under seismic loads, in which static forces acting on the center of gravity of a sliding body are used to consider the effects of earthquake. However, seismic loads of rock and soil differ from time and location to time and location. Obviously, it is irrational for the pseudo-static approach to be applied to solving dynamic problems. In this paper, a displacementpseudo-dynamic model is proposed to assess seismic stability of landslides, in which the sinusoidalcosinusoidal wave is applied to simulating earthquake displacement, and an 'amplification factor'of peak seismic displacement is referred to as the amplification of seismic wave when it propagates from the bottom to the top of the landslide. The effects of physico-mechanical behaviors of a sliding body on seismic stability of soil slopes are taken into account as well as inertia forces and damping forces. The sensitivity analyses on the permanent displacement and the dynamic factor of safety of landslides are studied in detail. 5Fangjihuangqi Tang improved lower urinary tract dysfunction in benign prostatic hyperplasia rats model显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigated the effect and mechanism of Fangjihuangqi Tang (FHT) on lower urinary tract dysfunction induced by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in rats. METHODS: Male rats were randomly divided into seven groups: normal, model, finasteride (0.5 mg/ kg), terazosin (0.5 mg/kg), and FHT (10, 5, 2.5 g/kg). Rats were administered testosterone (0.5 mg sc) for 6 weeks after orchiectomy, excluding the normal group. All rats were intragastrically administered assigned drugs for 4 weeks from the third week. Urodynamics were assessed in rats under anesthesia. Serum dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) were measured. The prostate index (PI), bladder index (BI), and pathological detection were evaluated. RESULTS: In the model group, the PI, BI, serum DHT, serum PAP, threshold pressure (TP), micturition pressure (MP), and residual urine volume (RV)were significantly higher. Moreover, inter-micturition duration (IMD) was significantly lower and the prostatic and bladder showed obvious pathological changes. The IMD was significantly higher, while BI, TP, MP, and RV were significantly lower and bladder pathological changes were alleviated in the FHT (10, 5 g/kg), finasteride, and terazosin groups. The PI, DHT, and PAP were significantly lower in the finasteride group, but they did not change significantly in the FHT (10, 5, 2.5 g/kg) and terazosin groups. 6Direct control of store-operated calcium channels by ultrafast laser显示文摘Ca^(2+) channels are essential to cell birth,life,and death.They can be externally activated by optogenetic tools,but this requires robust introduction of exogenous optogenetic genes for expression of photosensitive proteins in biological systems.Here we present femtoSOC,a method for direct control of Ca^(2+)channels solely by ultrafast laser without the need for optogenetic tools or any other exogenous reagents.Specifically,by focusing and scanning wavelength-tuned low-power femtosecond laser pulses on the plasma membrane for multiphoton excitation,we directly induced Ca^(2+) influx in cultured cells.Mechanistic study reveals that photoexcited flavins covalently bind cysteine residues in Orai1 via thioether bonds,which facilitates Orai1 polymerization to form store-operated calcium channels(SOCs)independently of STIM1,a protein generally participating in SOC formation,enabling all-optical activation of Ca^(2+) influx and downstream signaling pathways.Moreover,we used femtoSOC to demonstrate direct neural activation both in brain slices in vitro and in intact brains of living mice in vivo in a spatiotemporal-specific manner,indicating potential utility of femtoSOC.Pan Cheng Xiaoying Tian Wanyi Tang Juan Cheng Jin Bao Haipeng Wang Sisi Zheng Youjun Wang Xunbin Wei Tunan Chen Hua Feng Tian Xue Keisuke Goda Hao He 2021Cell Research2021,31,7:2
7PpTCP18 is upregulated by lncRNA5 and controls branch number in peach (Prunus persica) through positive feedback regulation of strigolactone biosynthesis显示文摘Branch number is an important agronomic trait in peach(Prunus persica)trees because plant architecture affects fruit yield and quality.Although breeders can select varieties with different tree architecture,the biological mechanisms underlying architecture remain largely unclear.In this study,a pillar peach(‘Zhaoshouhong’)and a standard peach(‘Okubo’)were compared.‘Zhaoshouhong’was found to have significantly fewer secondary branches than‘Okubo’.Treatment with the synthetic strigolactone(SL)GR24 decreased branch number.Transcriptome analysis indicated that PpTCP18(a homologous gene of Arabidopsis thaliana BRC1)expression was negatively correlated with strigolactone synthesis gene expression,indicating that PpTCP18 may play an important role in peach branching.Yeast one-hybrid,electrophoretic mobility shift,dual-luciferase assays and PpTCP18-knockdown in peach leaf buds indicated that PpTCP18 could increase expression of PpLBO1,PpMAX1,and PpMAX4.Furthermore,transgenic Arabidopsis plants overexpressing PpTCP18 clearly exhibited reduced primary rosette-leaf branches.Moreover,lncRNA sequencing and transient expression analysis revealed that lncRNA5 targeted PpTCP18,significantly increasing PpTCP18 expression.These results provide insights into the mRNA and lncRNA network in the peach SL signaling pathway and indicate that PpTCP18,a transcription factor downstream of SL signaling,is involved in positive feedback regulation of SL biosynthesis.This role of PpTCP18 may represent a novel mechanism in peach branching regulation.Our study improves current understanding of the mechanisms underlying peach branching and provides theoretical support for genetic improvement of peach tree architecture.Xiaobei Wang Qiuping Wang Lixia Yan Yuhang Hao Xiaodong Lian Haipeng Zhang Xianbo Zheng Jun Cheng Wei Wang Langlang Zhang Xia Ye Jidong Li Bin Tan Jiancan Feng 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:2

For K = {3, 4}, it is proved that for each prime power v ≡ 1 (mod 18) and v 19, there exists a balanced (v, K, 1) difference family. In this paper, it is proved that there exists a balanced (v, {3, 6}, 1) difference family for each prime power v ≡ 1 (mod 36) and v 37. 9A Scalable Bacterial Cellulose Ionogel for Multisensory Electronic Skin显示文摘Electronic skin(e-skin),a new generation of flexible electronics,has drawn interest in soft robotics,artificial intelligence,and biomedical devices.However,most existing e-skins involve complex preparation procedures and are characterized by singlesensing capability and insufficient scalability.Here,we report on a one-step strategy in which a thermionic source is used for the in situ molecularization of bacterial cellulose polymeric fibers into molecular chains,controllably constructing an ionogel with a scalable mode for e-skin.The synergistic effect of a molecular-scale hydrogen bond interweaving network and a nanoscale fiber skeleton confers a robust tensile strength(up to 7.8 MPa)and high ionic conductivity(up to 62.58 mS/cm)on the as-developed ionogel.Inspired by the tongue to engineer the perceptual patterns in this ionogel,we present a smart e-skin with the perfect combination of excellent ion transport and discriminability,showing six stimulating responses to pressure,touch,temperature,humidity,magnetic force,and even astringency.This study proposes a simple,efficient,controllable,and sustainable approach toward a low-carbon,versatile,and scalable e-skin design and structure-performance development.Geyuan Jiang Gang Wang Ying Zhu Wanke Cheng Kaiyue Cao Guangwen Xu Dawei Zhao Haipeng Yu 2022Research2022,,4:1

13Stress compensation based on interfacial nanostructures for stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘The long-term stability issue of halide perovskite solar cells hinders their commercialization.The residual stress-strain affects device stability,which is derived from the mismatched thermophysical and mechanical properties between adjacent layers.In this work,we introduced the Rb_(2)CO_(3)layer at the interface of SnO_(2)/perovskite with the hierarchy morphology of snowflake-like microislands and dendritic nanostructures.With a suitable thermal expansion coefficient,the Rb_(2)CO_(3)layer benefits the interfacial stress relaxation and results in a compressive stress-strain in the perovskite layer.Moreover,reduced nonradiative recombination losses and optimized band alignment were achieved.An enhancement of open-circuit voltage from 1.087 to 1.153 V in the resultant device was witnessed,which led to power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.7%(active area of 0.08313 cm^(2))and 20.6%(1 cm2).Moreover,these devices retained 95%of its initial PCE under the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)after 2700 h.It suggests inorganic materials with high thermal expansion coefficients and specific nanostructures are promising candidates to optimize interfacial mechanics,which improves the operational stability of perovskite cells.Cheng Zhu Xi Wang Hangxuan Li Chenyue Wang Ziyan Gao Pengxiang Zhang Xiuxiu Niu Nengxu Li Zipeng Xu Zhenhuang Su Yihua Chen Huachao Zai Haipeng Xie Yizhou Zhao Ning Yang Guilin Liu Xueyun Wang Huanping Zhou Jiawang Hong Xingyu Gao Yang Bai Qi Chen 2023Interdisciplinary Materials2023,2,2:0
14Overlapping community‐based particle swarm optimization algorithm for influence maximization in social networks显示文摘Influence maximization,whose aim is to maximise the expected number of influenced nodes by selecting a seed set of k influential nodes from a social network,has many applications such as goods advertising and rumour suppression.Among the existing influence maximization methods,the community‐based ones can achieve a good balance between effectiveness and efficiency.However,this kind of algorithm usually utilise the network community structures by viewing each node as a non‐overlapping node.In fact,many nodes in social networks are overlapping ones,which play more important role in influence spreading.To this end,an overlapping community‐based particle swarm opti-mization algorithm named OCPSO for influence maximization in social networks,which can make full use of overlapping nodes,non‐overlapping nodes,and their interactive information is proposed.Specifically,an overlapping community detection algorithm is used to obtain the information of overlapping community structures,based on which three novel evolutionary strategies,such as initialisation,mutation,and local search are designed in OCPSO for better finding influential nodes.Experimental results in terms of influence spread and running time on nine real‐world social networks demonstrate that the proposed OCPSO is competitive and promising comparing to several state‐of‐the‐arts(e.g.CGA,CMA‐IM,CIM,CDH‐SHRINK,CNCG,and CFIN).Lei Zhang Yutong Liu Haipeng Yang Fan Cheng Qi Liu Xingyi Zhang 2023CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,3:0
15Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum.
