1中国:推进高效、包容可持续的城镇化显示文摘中国城镇化有力支持了经济的高速增长和快速转型,成功避免了大规模的城市贫困、失业和贫民窟,但压力也开始显现。中国领导人高度关注这些挑战,倡导新型城镇化的道路模式,以适应新的发展目标。新型城镇化模式需要政府重新定位,实现更高质量的增长。本报告提出构建新型城镇化模式的六大优先领域:一是改革土地管理制度;二是改革户籍制度,实现基本公共服务均等化,促进具备技能的劳动者自由流动;三是将城市融资建立在更可持续的基础之上,同时建立有效约束地方政府的财政纪律;四是改革城市规划和设计;五是应对环境压力;六是改善地方政府治理。本报告提出的政策议程是全面的,需要确定优先序。最为迫切的问题是土地方面的议程;其次,政府需要关注各种形式的地方政府性债务;最后,在全面铺开以市场为基础的城乡土地转化之前,需要开展更多试点。其他改革也应尽快提出落实改革议程的全面规划并建立监测督促机制。国务院发展研究中心和世界银行联合课题组 李伟 Sri Mulyani Indrawati 刘世锦 韩俊 Klaus Rohland Bert Hofman 侯永志 Mara Warwick Chorching Goh 何宇鹏 刘培林 卓贤 2014管理世界2014,30,4:166
2中国:推进高效、包容、可持续的新型城镇化显示文摘如何开拓新型城镇化之路,是中国当前和今后面临的新挑战。为此,国务院发展研究中心和世界银行围绕这一主题联合开展了一项大型研究。这项有100余位专家学者参与的研究从2012年初冬开始,到2014年初春竣工,历时一年多,研究成果包括题为《中国:推进高效、包容、可持续的城镇化》的总报告和与之相关的七个专题报告,共50余万字。该项研究全面系统地阐述和分析了中国城镇化取得的成就和面临的挑战,对城镇化进程中迫切需要实施的改革提出了具有可操作性的政策建议,建言中国要推进高效、包容、可持续的城镇化,同时描述了改革情境下2030年的中国城镇化格局。今年3月25日,以该项研究报告为主题的国际研讨会在北京召开,与会者对报告给予了高度评价。研讨会后,课题组还将根据与会部门和专家的意见进一步完善报告。4月11日,亦即世行春季年会在华盛顿召开期间,将举办这项研究成果的正式发布会。兹将该总报告摘要刊出,以飨读者。国务院发展研究中心和世界银行联合课题组 李伟 Sri Mulyani Indrawat 刘世锦 韩俊 Klaus Rohland Bert Hofman 2014中国经济报告2014,0,4:13
3Pathobiology of the neutrophil-intestinal epithelial cell interaction:Role in carcinogenesis显示文摘The role of chronic inflammation,acting as an independent factor,on the onset of gastrointestinal carcinogenesis is now well accepted.However,even if there is an increase in the number of elements directly involving polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNL),as a major actor in digestive carcinogenesis,the different cellular and molecular events occurring in this process are still not completely understood.The transepithelial migration of PMNL,which is the ultimate step of the afflux of PMNL into the digestive mucosa,is a complex phenomenon involving sequential interaction of molecules expressed both on PMNL and on digestive epithelial cells.Chronic inflammatory areas rich in PMNL [so-called (chronic active inflammation)] and iterative transepithelial migration of PMNL certainly evoke intracellular signals,which lead toward progressive transformation of epithelia.Among these different signals,the mutagenic effect of reactive oxygen species and nitrates,the activation of the nuclear factor-κB pathway,and the modulation of expression of certain microRNA are key actors.Following the initiation of carcinogenesis,PMNL are involved in the progression and invasion of digestive carcinomas,with which they interact.It is noteworthy that different subpopulations of PMNL,which can have some opposite effects on tumor growth,in association with different levels of transforming growth factor-β and with the number of CD8 positive T lymphocytes,could be present during the development of digestive carcinoma.Other factors that involve PMNL,such as massive elastase release,and the production of angiogenic factors,can participate in the progression of neoplastic cells through tissues.PMNL may play a major role in the onset of metastases,since they allow the tumor cells to cross the endothelial barrier and to migrate into the blood stream.Finally,PMNL play a role,alone or in association with other cell parameters,in the initiation,promotion,progression and dissemination of digestive carcinomas.This review focuses on the main currently accepted cellular and molecular mechanisms that involve PMNL as key actors in digestive carcinogenesis.Paul M Hofman 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,46:9
4Driving-Cycle-Aware Energy Management of Hybrid Electric Vehicles Using a Three-Dimensional Markov Chain Model显示文摘This study developed a new online driving cycle prediction method for hybrid electric vehicles based on a three-dimensional stochastic Markov chain model and applied the method to a driving-cycle-aware energy management strategy.The impacts of different prediction time lengths on driving cycle generation were explored.The results indicate that the original driving cycle is compressed by 50%,which significantly reduces the computational burden while having only a slight effect on the prediction performance.The developed driving cycle prediction method was implemented in a real-time energy management algorithm with a hybrid electric vehicle powertrain model,and the model was verified by simulation using two different testing scenarios.The testing results demonstrate that the developed driving cycle prediction method is able to efficiently predict future driving tasks,and it can be successfully used for the energy management of hybrid electric vehicles.Bolin Zhao Chen Lv Theo Hofman 2019Automotive Innovation2019,2,2:7
5Biochar surface functional groups as affected by biomass feedstock, biochar composition and pyrolysis temperature显示文摘By testing 92 different biochars,this study had the objective to determine the relations between simple physico-chemical characteristics of biochar(elemental composition,ash fraction,specific surface area,process parameters)and infrared sorption characteristics revealing the presence of specific functional groups.The results of Diffusive Reflection Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy were statistically analyzed with multiple linear regression techniques and Principal Component Analysis(PCA)with the biochar characterization parameters as model inputs.The dominant parameters affecting the functional group signals were the pyrolysis temperature,the H/C-ratio and specific surface area of the biochar and the ash fraction.Regression models were able to explain 60-90%of data variance for specific peaks in the DRIFTS-spectra.The application of PCA could further reduce the input parameters to three main factors explaining 70.8%of total data variance.Biplots of the first two main factors showed the similarity of infrared spectra of biochars produced at 300 and 450℃,whereas a pyrolysis temperature of 600℃ lead to a partial and a 750℃ to a nearly complete loss of biochar surface functional groups.Rainer Janu Verena Mrlik Doris Ribitsch Jakub Hofman Petr Sedlácek Lucie Bielsk Gerhard Soja 2021Carbon Resources Conversion2021,4,1:5

9Chronic antiepileptic drug use and functional network efficiency: A functional magnetic resonance imaging study显示文摘AIM To increase our insight in the neuronal mechanisms underlying cognitive side-effects of antiepileptic drug(AED) treatment.METHODS The relation between functional magnetic resonance-acquired brain network measures, AED use, and cognitive function was investigated. Three groups of patients with epilepsy with a different risk profile for developing cognitive side effects were included: A 'low risk' category(lamotrigine or levetiracetam, n=16), an 'intermediate risk' category(carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenytoin, or valproate, n=34) and a 'high risk' category(topiramate, n=5). Brain connectivity was assessed using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging and graph theoretical network analysis. The Computerized Visual Searching Task was used to measure central information processing speed, a common cognitive side effect of AED treatment. RESULTS Central information processing speed was lower in patients taking AEDs from the intermediate and high risk categories, compared with patients from the low risk category. The effect of risk category on global efficiency was significant(P < 0.05, ANCOVA), with a significantly higher global efficiency for patient from the low category compared with the high risk category(P < 0.05, post-hoc test). Risk category had no significant effect on the clustering coefficient(ANCOVA, P > 0.2). Also no significant associations between information processing speed and global efficiency or the clustering coefficient(linear regression analysis, P > 0.15) were observed.
