| 1 | Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5 and 1 at.%)alloys显示文摘Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of as-cast Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5,and 1)(at.%)alloys were investigated.The microstructures of the as-cast Mg-2Dy and Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloys mainly consisted ofα-Mg phase and Mg_(24)Dy_(5)eutectic phase.With 0.5 at.%Zn addition,Mg_(12)ZnDy phase with 18R-type long period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure and Mg_(2)Dy phase precipitated at the grain boundaries.When the content of Zn is 1 at.%,only the Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Dy_(2)phase formed in theα-Mg matrix.The electrochemical measurements and immersion testing results indicated that the Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloy exhibited the best corrosion resistance.It revealed that the morphology,scale,amount and distribution of the second phase have a great effect on the corrosion resistance of alloy.Additionally,the tensile testing results showed that the Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn alloy exhibited the higher tensile strength and good elongation,especially at 200℃.The improvement of mechanical properties was mainly due to the strengthening of LPSO phase and grain refinement of α-Mg. | Guangli Bi Yuandong Li Shijun Zang Jianbin Zhang Ying Ma Yuan Hao | 2014 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2014,2,1: | 13 |
| 2 | A review on tribology of polymer composite coatings显示文摘Self-lubricating polymer composite coatings,with tailorable tribological and mechanical properties,have been widely employed on mechanical parts to reduce friction and wear,which saves energy and improves the overall performance for applications such as aerospace satellite parts,shafts,gears,and bushings.The addition of functional fillers can overcome the limitations of single-polymer coatings and extend the service life of the coatings by providing a combination of low friction,high wear resistance,high load bearing,high temperature resistance,and high adhesion.This paper compares the heat resistance,and the tribological and mechanical properties of common polymer matrices,as well as the categories of functional fillers that improve the coating performance.Applicable scopes,process parameters,advantages,and limitations of the preparation methods of polymer coatings are discussed in detail.The tribological properties of the composite coatings with different matrices and fillers are compared,and the lubrication mechanisms are analyzed.Fillers reduce friction by promoting the formation of transfer films or liquid shear films.Improvement of the mechanical properties of the composite coatings with fillers of different morphologies is described in terms of strengthening and toughening mechanisms,including a stress transfer mechanism,shear yielding,crack bridging,and interfacial debonding.The test and enhancement methods for the adhesion properties between the coating and substrate are discussed.The coating adhesion can be enhanced through mechanical treatment,chemical treatment,and energy treatment of the substrate.Finally,we propose the design strategies for high-performance polymer composite coating systems adapted to specific operating conditions,and the limitations of current polymer composite coating research are identified. | Yilong REN Lin ZHANG Guoxin XIE Zhanbo LI Hao CHEN Hanjun GONG Wenhu XU Dan GUO Jianbin LUO | 2021 | Friction2021,9,3: | 13 |
| 3 | LSECtin on tumor-associated macrophages enhances breast cancer sternness via interaction with its receptor BTN3A3显示文摘Macrophages have bee n suggested to con tribute to con structing a cancer stem cell(CSC)niche.However,whether and how macrophages regulate the activity of CSCs through juxtacrine signaling are poorly understood.Here we report LSECtin,a transmembrane protein highly expressed on tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),enhances sternness of breast cancer cells(BCCs).We identified BTN3A3,a B7 family member with previously unknown functions as the receptor for LSECtin on BCCs responsible for stemness-promoting effect of LSECtin.In mice bearing human tumor xenografts,either macrophage-specific ablation of LSECtin or silencing of BTN3A3 in BCCs decreased CSC frequency and tumor growth.Admixture of LSECtin-positive macrophages increased the tumorigenic activity of BCCs dependent on BTN3A3.Disruption of the LSECtin-BTN3A3 axis with BTN3A3-Fc or anti-BTN3A3 mAb has a therapeutic effect on breast cancer.These findings define a juxtacrine signaling mechanism by which TAMs promote cancer stemness.Targeting this axis in the CSC niche may provide potential therapies to breast cancer. | Di Liu Qian Lu Xing Wang Jun Wang Ning Lu Zefei Jiang Xiaopeng Hao Jianbin Li Jing Liu Pengbo Cao Guilin Peng Yuandong Tao Dianyuan Zhao Fuchu He Li Tang | 2019 | Cell Research2019,29,5: | 8 |

| 5 | Bayesian method for system reliability assessment of overlapping pass/fail data显示文摘For high reliability and long life systems, system pass/fail data are often rare. Integrating lower-level data, such as data drawn from the subsystem or component pass/fail testing,the Bayesian analysis can improve the precision of the system reliability assessment. If the multi-level pass/fail data are overlapping,one challenging problem for the Bayesian analysis is to develop a likelihood function. Since the computation burden of the existing methods makes them infeasible for multi-component systems, this paper proposes an improved Bayesian approach for the system reliability assessment in light of overlapping data. This approach includes three steps: fristly searching for feasible paths based on the binary decision diagram, then screening feasible points based on space partition and constraint decomposition, and finally simplifying the likelihood function. | 10 | Fully Bayesian reliability assessment of multi-state systems with overlapping data显示文摘The failure data at the system level are often limited,resulting in high uncertainty to system reliability assessment. Integrating data drawn from various structural levels of the target system(e.g. the system, subsystems, assemblies and components), i.e. the multi-level data, through Bayesian analysis can improve the precision of system reliability assessment. However, if the multi-level data are overlapping, it is challenging for Bayesian integration to develop the likelihood function. Especially for multistate systems(MSS), the Bayesian integration with overlapping data is even more difficult. The major disadvantage of previous approaches is the intensive computation for the development of the likelihood function caused by the workload to opt the appropriate combinations of the vectors of component states consistent with the overlapping data. An improved fully Bayesian integration approach from a geometric perspective is proposed for the reliability assessment of MSS with overlapping data. In this method, a specific combination of component states is regarded as a state vector, which leads to a specific system state of the MSS, and all state vectors generate a system state space. The overlapping data are regarded as the constraints which create hyperplanes in the system state space. And a point in a hyperplane corresponds to a particular combination of the state vectors. In the light of the features of the constraints, the proposed approach introduces space partition and hyperplane segmentation, which reduces the selection workload significantly and simplifies the likelihood function for overlapping data. | 12 | Electrochemical Sensor Based on AgNPs-NNH Nanocomposites for Hydrogen Peroxide Detection by Zero Current Potentiometry显示文摘The layered nickel nitrate hydroxide (NNH)nickel base material was prepared by using hydrothermal method,and the AgNPs were synthe- sized on the surface of NNH.The layered AgNPs-NNH nanocomposites were dsed to construct electrochemical sensor for hydrogen peroxide detection. | 18 | Landscape Destruction of the Potala Palace Square in Tibet显示文摘This paper, with the Potala Palace Square as the object of study, uses the post occupancy method to carry out a field investigation in a joint manner of questionnaire survey, interviews and behavioral trails observation, so as to analyze the landscape destruction behavior of the Potala Palace Square. The results show that the existing problems in design and management of that square as well as the public are responsible for the destruction; male foreign tourists in all ages, who mostly are the unemployed, students and service employees, prove to be destructors. The Potala Palace Square is characterized by regionalism. Opinions on green effect, management and other options of inland public and local residents vary from one to another. Designers and the administrative department of the square are required to come up with countermeasures to avoid the destruction. | 20 | In silico curation of QTL-rich clusters and candidate gene identification for plant height of bread wheat显示文摘Many genetic loci for wheat plant height(PH) have been reported, and 26 dwarfing genes have been catalogued. To identify major and stable genetic loci for PH, here we thoroughly summarized these functionally or genetic verified dwarfing loci from QTL linkage analysis and genome-wide association study published from 2003 to 2022. A total of 332 QTL, 270 GWAS loci and 83 genes for PH were integrated onto chromosomes according to their locations in the IWGSC RefSeq v2.1 and 65 QTL-rich clusters(QRC) were defined. Candidate genes in each QRC were predicted based on IWGSC Annotation v2.1 and the information on functional validation of homologous genes in other species. A total of 38 candidate genes were predicted for 65 QRC including three GA2ox genes in QRC-4B-IV, QRC-5A-VIII and QRC-6A-II(Rht24) as well as GA 20-oxidase 2(TaSD1-3A) in QRC-3A-IV.
