5A formal approach using SysML for capturing functional requirements in avionics domain显示文摘In this work,a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach based on Sys ML is proposed.This approach is used for the capture and the definition of functional requirements in avionics domain.The motivation of this work is triple:guide the capture of functional requirements,validate these functional requirements through functional simulation,and verify efficiently the consistency of these functional requirements.The proposed approach is decomposed into several steps that are detailed to go from conceptual model of avionics domain to a formal functional model that can be simulated in its operating context.To achieve this work,a subset of Sys ML has been used as an intermediate modelling language to ensure progressive transformation that can be understood and agreed by system stakeholders.Formal concepts are introduced to ensure theoretical consistency of the approach.In addition,transformation rules are defined and the mappings between concepts of ARP4754 A civil aircraft guidelines and Sys ML are formalized through meta-model.The resulting formalization enables engineers to perform functional simulation of the top-level functional architecture extracted from operational scenarios.Finally,the approach has been tested on an industrial avionics system called the Onboard Maintenance System.Shaofan ZHU Jian TANG Jean-Marie GAUTHIER Raphael FAUDOU 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,12:8
6胆道闭锁患儿Kasai术后远期预后研究——63例带自体肝患者生存20年评估显示文摘目的评估胆道闭锁患儿Kasai术后远期预后。方法1968年~1983年,法国巴黎Bicêtre医院儿外科共对271例胆道闭锁患儿行Kasai手术或其变异术式,术后随访20年,对带自体肝生存患者进行综合性评估。结果271例患者中,63例(占23%)带自体肝者至少生存20年。肝功能结果显示:21例总胆红素指标正常,其中12例γ-GT和转氨酶指标正常;44例有门脉高压表现;19例仍有晚期胆道感染发作;6例并发胆道结石;61例患者肝穿刺活检提示有不同程度肝硬化表现。20岁之后,2例死于肝功能衰竭;10例已行肝移植;4例正等待肝移植。结论胆道闭锁患儿Kasai术后带自体肝20年生存率仅为23%,大部分患儿转肝移植治疗。即使带自体肝生存患儿随访各项指标也不令人满意。因此密切关注肝脏情况,尽早发现并发症,对决定进一步治疗措施,改善预后,具有积极的意义。朱坚 韩天权 Frédéric GAUTHIER 2005临床小儿外科杂志2005,4,6:7
7Color retargeting:Interactive time-varying color image composition from time-lapse sequences显示文摘In this paper,we present an interactive static image composition approach,namely color retargeting,to flexibly represent time-varying color editing effect based on time-lapse video sequences.Instead of performing precise image matting or blending techniques,our approach treats the color composition as a pixel-level resampling problem. In order to both satisfy the user's editing requirements and avoid visual artifacts,we construct a globally optimized interpolation field. This field defines from which input video frames the output pixels should be resampled.Our proposed resampling solution ensures that(i) the global color transition in the output image is as smooth as possible,(ii) the desired colors/objects specified by the user from different video frames are well preserved,and(iii) additional local color transition directions in the image space assigned by the user are also satisfied.Various examples have been shown to demonstrate that our efficient solution enables the user to easily create time-varying color image composition results.Shao-Ping Lu Guillaume Dauphin Gauthier Lafruit Adrian Munteanu 2015Computational Visual Media2015,1,4:7

9Estimation of intra-operator variability in perfusion parameter measurements using DCE-US显示文摘AIM:To investigate intra-operator variability of semiquantitative perfusion parameters using dynamic contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(DCE-US),following bolus injections of SonoVue.METHODS:The in vitro experiments were conducted using three in-house sets up based on pumping a fluid through a phantom placed in a water tank.In the in vivo experiments,B16F10 melanoma cells were xenografted to five nude mice.Both in vitro and in vivo,images were acquired following bolus injections of the ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue(Bracco,Milan,Italy) and using a Toshiba Aplio ultrasound scanner connected to a 2.9-5.8 MHz linear transducer(PZT,PLT 604AT probe)(Toshiba,Japan) allowing harmonic imaging('Vascular Recognition Imaging') involving linear raw data.A mathematical model based on the dye-dilution theory was developed by the Gustave Roussy Institute,Villejuif,France and used to evaluate seven perfusion parameters from time-intensity curves.Intra-operator variability analyses were based on determining perfusion parameter coefficients of variation(CV).RESULTS:In vitro,different volumes of SonoVue were tested with the three phantoms:intra-operator variability was found to range from 2.33% to 23.72%.In vivo,experiments were performed on tumor tissues and perfusion parameters exhibited values ranging from 1.48% to 29.97%.In addition,the area under the curve(AUC) and the area under the wash-out(AUWO) were two of the parameters of great interest since throughout in vitro and in vivo experiments their variability was lower than 15.79%.CONCLUSION:AUC and AUWO appear to be the most reliable parameters for assessing tumor perfusion using DCE-US as they exhibited the lowest CV values.Marianne Gauthier Ingrid Leguerney Jessie Thalmensi Mohamed Chebil Sarah Parisot Pierre Peronneau Alain Roche Nathalie Lassau 2011World Journal of Radiology2011,3,3:6

11Cerebrospinal fluid phosphorylated tau,visinin-like protein-1,and chitinase-3-like protein 1 in mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘Background:Visinin-like protein-1(VILIP-1)and chitinase-3-like protein 1(CHI3L1 or YKL-40)in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)are newly discovered markers indicating neuronal damage and microglial activation,respectively.Phosphorylated tau(p-tau)reflects the neuropathology of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and is useful as diagnostic markers for AD.However,it is unknown whether these biomarkers have similar or complementary information in AD.Methods:We stratified 121 participants from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI)database into cognitively normal(CN),stable mild cognitive impairment(sMCI),progressive MCI(pMCI),and dementia due to AD.Analysis of covariance(ANOVA)and chi-square analyses,Spearman correlation,and logistic regression models were performed to test the demographic,associations between biomarkers,and diagnostic accuracies,respectively.Linear mixed-effects models were used to evaluate the effects of CSF amyloid-β(Aβ)on above biomarkers within diagnostic groups,the combination of diagnostic group and Aβstatus as predictor,and CSF biomarkers as predictors of AD features,including cognition measured by Mini–Mental State Examination(MMSE)and brain structure and white matter hyperintensity(WMH)measured by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Results:P-tau,VILIP-1,and YKL-40 were all predictors of AD diagnosis,but combinations of biomarkers did not improve the diagnostic accuracy(AUC 0.924 for p-tau,VILIP-1,and YKL-40)compared to p-tau(AUC 0.922).P-tau and VILIP-1 were highly correlated(r=0.639,p<0.001)and strongly associated with Aβpathology across clinical stages of AD,while YKL-40 was correlated with Aβpathology in CN and AD groups.VILIP-1 was associated with acceleration of cognitive decline,hippocampal atrophy,and expansion of ventricles in longitudinal analyses.YKL-40 was associated with hippocampal atrophy at baseline and follow-up,while p-tau was only associated with worsening WMH at baseline.Conclusions:CSF levels of p-tau,VILIP-1,and YKL-40 may have utility for discriminating between cognitively normal subjects and patients with AD.Increased levels of both VILIP-1 and YKL-40 may be associated with disease degeneration.These CSF biomarkers should be considered for future assessment in the characterization of the natural history of AD.Hua Zhang Kok Pin Ng Joseph Therriault Min Su Kang Tharick APascoal Pedro Rosa-Neto Serge Gauthier the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative 2018Translational Neurodegeneration2018,7,1:5

13Initial scalar lithospheric magnetic anomaly map of China and surrounding regions derived from CSES satellite data显示文摘The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES),China’s first satellite to measure geophysical fields with scientific goals in both space and solid earth physics,was launched successfully in February 2018.It carries high-precision magnetometers to measure the geomagnetic field.In this study,the CSES magnetic data were used to extract the signal of the lithospheric magnetic field caused by magnetized rocks in the crust and uppermost mantle.First,an along-track analysis of the CSES magnetic data was undertaken near the Bangui magnetic anomaly in central Africa and the Tarim magnetic anomaly in China,demonstrating that the CSES magnetic data are indeed sensitive to the lithospheric magnetic anomaly field.Then a lithospheric magnetic anomaly map over China and surrounding regions was derived.This map is consistent with the lithospheric part of the CHAOS-7 model.In particular,it clearly reveals four major magnetic anomalies containing long-wavelength signals at the altitude of lowearth-orbiting satellites.Three magnetic highs are located over the Tarim,Sichuan and Songliao basin,the origins of which could be related to large-scale tectonic-magmatic activities during geological history.A prominent magnetic low is otherwise found in the southern Himalayan-Tibetan plateau,possibly caused by the shallow Curie depth in this region.To further improve the precision of the lithospheric magnetic field model,more detailed data processing and multi-source data merging are needed.WANG Jie SHEN XuHui YANG YanYan ZEREN ZhiMa HULOT Gauthier OLSEN Nils ZHOU Bin MAGNES Werner DE SANTIS Angelo HUANG JianPing GUO Feng LIU WenLong YU JingBo 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5:4

16Young and old forest in the boreal:critical stages of ecosystem dynamics and management under global change显示文摘The circumboreal forest encompasses diverse landscape structures, dynamics and forest age distributions determined by their physical setting, and historical and current disturbance regimes. However, due to intensifying forest utilisation, and in certain areas due to increasing natural disturbances, boreal forest age-class structures have changed rapidly, so that the proportion of old forest has substantially declined, while that of young post-harvest and post-natural-disturbance forest proportions have increased. In the future, with a warming climate in certain boreal regions, this trend may further be enhanced due to an increase in natural disturbances and large-scale use of forest biomass to replace fossil-based fuels and products.The major drivers of change of forest age class distributions and structures include the use of clearcut shortrotation harvesting, more frequent and severe natural disturbances due to climate warming in certain regions. The decline in old forest area, and increase in managed young forest lacking natural post-disturbance structural legacies,represent a major transformation in the ecological conditions of the boreal forest beyond historical limits of variability.This may introduce a threat to biodiversity, ecosystem resilience and long-term adaptive capacity of the forest ecosystem.To safeguard boreal forest biodiversity and ecosystem functioning, and to maintain the multiple services provided to societies by this forest biome, it is pivotal to maintain an adequate share and the ecological qualities of young post?disturbance stages, along with mature forest stages with old-growth characteristics. 20基于琥珀酸衍生物为单体的聚酯的合成与表征显示文摘以1,4-环己二酮-2,5-二甲酸二甲酯(DMSS)为起始原料,采用两步法成功制备了2,5-二甲氧基对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMDMT)。分别以DMDMT和不同碳链的脂肪二醇为单体,在三氧化二锑的催化作用下,采用熔融共聚酯交换法合成了4种由脂肪族二元醇-芳香族二元酸构成的聚酯。经过溶解、沉淀、离心等分离手段,得到目标聚酯a^d。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热分析和热重分析对其进行表征和分析。聚酯a^d的PDI在1.95~2.70之间,数均相对分子质量(Mn)在10000~15200之间。研究了聚合物中分子主链柔顺性对聚合物的热性能的影响,其中,聚酯a的熔点(Tm)较高,达到90℃,其初始分解温度(T5%)高达363℃;随着脂肪族碳链的碳数增加,所合成的聚酯a^d的熔点和初始分解温度(T5%)下降,这为新型脂肪族-芳香族聚酯的分子设计与合成提供了有益的参考。程正载 周佳丽 刘盼盼 谢聪 王云 胡海 曾胜 丁玲 Mario Gauthier 2019高分子材料科学与工程2019,35,11:2
