| 1 | Overexpression of a dominant-negative mutant of SIRT1 in mouse heart causes cardiomyocyte apoptosis and early-onset heart failure显示文摘SIRT1,a mammalian ortholog of yeast silent information regulator 2(Sir2),is an NAD+-dependent protein deacetylase that plays a critical role in the regulation of vascular function.The current study aims to investigate the functional significance of deacetylase activity of SIRT1 in heart.Here we show that the early postnatal hearts expressed the highest level of SIRT1deacetylase activity compared to adult and aged hearts.We generated transgenic mice with cardiac-specific expression of a dominant-negative form of the human SIRT1(SIRT1H363Y),which represses endogenous SIRT1 activity.The transgenic mice displayed dilated atrial and ventricular chambers,and died early in the postnatal period.Pathological,echocardiographic and molecular phenotype confirmed the presence of dilated cardiomyopathy.Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end-labeling analysis revealed a greater abundance of apoptotic nuclei in the hearts of transgenic mice.Furthermore,we show that cardiomyocyte apoptosis caused by suppression of SIRT1 activity is,at least in part,due to increased p53acetylation and upregulated Bax expression.These results indicate that dominant negative form of SIRT1(SIRT1H363Y)overexpression in mouse hearts causes cardiomyocyte apoptosis and early-onset heart failure,suggesting a critical role of SIRT1 in preserving normal cardiac development during the early postnatal period. | MU WenLi ZHANG QingJun TANG XiaoQiang FU WenYan ZHENG Wei LU YunBiao LI HongLiang WEI YuSheng LI Li SHE ZhiGang CHEN HouZao LIU DePei | 2014 | Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,9: | 12 |

| 3 | Tomato DCL2b is required for the biosynthesis of 22-nt small RNAs, the resulting secondary siRNAs, and the host defense against ToMV显示文摘The tomato encode four functional DCL families,of which DCL2 is poorly studied.Here,we generated loss-of-function mutants for a tomato DCL2 gene,dcl2b,and we identified its major role in defending against tomato mosaic virus in relation to both natural and manual infections.Genome-wide small RNA expression profiling revealed that DCL2b was required for the processing 22-nt small RNAs,including a few species of miRNAs.Interestingly,these DCL2b-dependent 22-nt miRNAs functioned similarly to the DCL1-produced 22-nt miRNAs in Arabidopsis and could serve as triggers to generate a class of secondary siRNAs.In particular,the majority of secondary siRNAs were derived from plant defense genes when the plants were challenged with viruses.We also examined differentially expressed genes in dcl2b through RNA-seq and observed that numerous genes were associated with mitochondrial metabolism and hormone signaling under virus-free conditions.Notably,when the loss-of-function dcl2b mutant was challenged with tomato mosaic virus,a group of defense response genes was activated,whereas the genes related to lipid metabolism were suppressed.Together,our findings provided new insights into the roles of tomato DCL2b in small RNA biogenesis and in antiviral defense. | Tian Wang Zhiqi Deng Xi Zhang Hongzheng Wang Yu Wang Xiuying Liu Songyu Liu Feng Xu Tao Li Daqi Fu Benzhong Zhu Yunbo Luo Hongliang Zhu | 2018 | Horticulture Research2018,5,1: | 4 |

[Result]There were 2 882 copies of monitoring samples in total,in which both finished water and tap water of urban district were qualified,while qualified rates of tap water and secondary water supply from the county were respectively 86. 36% and 93. 91%,and major exceeding indexes were pH and total number of colonies. Qualified rates of tap water and secondary water supply from the county had difference( χ2= 1 576. 875,P < 0. 01). Quality of tap water( χ2= 5. 425,P > 0. 05) and secondary water supply( χ2= 16. 009,P > 0. 05) was stable at temporal distribution( January-December),but spatial distribution of tap water had certain regional difference( χ2= 1 255. 802,P < 0. 01). [Conclusion] General quality situation of Tianjin urban and rural drinking water was better,but qualified rate of water quality in some counties was lower,which had safety risk and threatened the health of residents in the corresponding county. | 16 | A Novel Bio-Based Zirconium Phosphonate as a Flame Retardant and Smoke Suppressant for Epoxy Resin显示文摘Although epoxy resin has been widely used in various fields,it still suffers from some problems including brittleness and flammability.In this study,a new phosphonic acid,N,N-bis(phosphomethyl)glycine(GDMP),was prepared by Mannich reaction with bio-based glycine and then a novel layered zirconium phosphonate(ZrGDMP)was synthesized using GDMP and zirconyl chloride hydrate as reactants.The chemical structure of ZrGDMP was well characterized by 1 H and 31P NMR,SEM,XRD and XPS.The effect of ZrGDMP on the flame retardancy,smoke suppression,strengthening and toughening performances of the epoxy matrix was investigated and evaluated.TGA results indicated that compared with pure EP,ZrGDMP-EP composites showed higher char yield due to the catalytic charring effect of ZrGDMP.The pure EP exhibited high flammability,while ZrGDMP-EP composites possessed excellent thermal stability and remarkable fire resistance.The PHRR,THR,and TSP values of 3wt%ZrGDMP-EP were obviously declined by 39.6%,40.2%,and 24.9%compared to these of pure EP.Moreover,the tensile and impact tests implied that the addition of ZrGDMP can significantly reinforce the toughness as well as the strength of EP in terms of higher impact strength(24.8 kJ/m^(2))and tensile strength(57.7 MPa),which was mainly contributed to the uniform dispersion of ZrGDMP within the EP matrix. | Xianling Fu Hongliang Ding Xin Wang Lei Song Yuan Hu | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,9: | 0 |

It adaptively beam-forms the multi-carrier antenna array signal using the LSCM Algorithm (LSCMA), and in the meantime, the beam-formed signals on every sub-carrier are combined by using Orthogonal Restore Combination (ORC), Equal Gain Combination (EGC) or Maximum Ratio Combination (MRC). Then the decision of the combined signals and the spread-code of the expected user are used to re-construct the signals on every sub-carrier. At last, the difference between the re-constructed signal and the output signal of the beam-former is used to con-trol the coefficients of the beam-former. The bit error probability of the proposed algorithm is analyzed. We simulated and compared it with the conventional LSCM beam-forming algorithm.
