3Design of Fine Life Cycle Prediction System for Failure of Medical Equipment显示文摘The inquiry process of traditional medical equipment maintenance management is complex,which has a negative impact on the efficiency and accuracy of medical equipment maintenance management and results in a significant amount of wasted time and resources.To properly predict the failure of medical equipment,a method for failure life cycle prediction of medical equipment was developed.The system is divided into four modules:the whole life cycle management module constructs the life cycle data set of medical devices from the three parts of the management in the early stage,the middle stage,and the later stage;the status detection module monitors the main operation data of the medical device components through the normal value of the relevant sensitive data in the whole life cycle management module;and the main function of the fault diagnosis module is based on the normal value of the relevant sensitive data in the whole life cycle management module.The inference machine diagnoses the operation data of the equipment;the fault prediction module constructs a fine prediction system based on the least square support vector machine algorithm and uses the AFS-ABC algorithm to optimize the model to obtain the optimal model with the regularized parameters and width parameters;the optimal model is then used to predict the failure of medical equipment.Comparative experiments are designed to determine whether or not the design system is effective.The results demonstrate that the suggested system accurately predicts the breakdown of ECG diagnostic equipment and incubators and has a high level of support and dependability.The design system has the minimum prediction error and the quickest program execution time compared to the comparison system.Hence,the design system is able to accurately predict the numerous causes and types of medical device failure.Ma Haowei Cheng Xu Jing Yang 2023Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Technology2023,3,2:0
4Protective performance of shear stiffening gel-modified foam against ballistic impact:Experimental and numerical study显示文摘As one of the most widely used personal protective equipment(PPE),body armors play an important role in protecting the human body from the high-velocity impact of bullets or projectiles.The body torso and critical organs of the wear may suffer severe behind-armor blunt trauma(BABT)even though the impactor is stopped by the body armor.A type of novel composite material through incorporating shear stiffening gel(STG)into ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)foam is developed and used as buffer layers to reduce BABT.In this paper,the protective performance of body armors composed of fabric bulletproof layers and a buffer layer made of foam material is investigated both experimentally and numerically.The effectiveness of STG-modified EVA in damage relief is verified by ballistic tests.In parallel with the experimental study,numerical simulations are conducted by LS-DYNA®to investigate the dynamic response of each component and capture the key mechanical parameters,which are hardly obtained from field tests.To fully describe the material behavior under the transient impact,the selected constitutive models take the failure and strain rate effect into consideration.A good agreement between the experimental observations and numerical results is achieved to prove the validity of the modelling method.The tests and simulations show that the impact-induced deformation on the human body is significantly reduced by using STG-modified EVA as the buffering material.The improvement of protective performance is attributed to better dynamic properties and more outstanding energy absorption capability of the composite foam.Huan Tu Haowei Yang Pengzhao Xu Zhe Yang Fan Tang Cheng Dong Yuchao Chen Lei Ren Wenjian Cao Chenguang Huang Yacong Guo Yanpeng Wei 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2:0
5Enhancement of phase conjugation degenerate four-wave mixing using a Bessel beam显示文摘We report on the enhancement of phase conjugation degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM) in hot atomic Rb vapor by using a Bessel beam as the probe beam. The Bessel beam was generated using cross-phase modulation based on the thermal nonlinear optical effect. Our results demonstrated that the DFWM signal generated by the Bessel beam is about twice as large as that generated by the Gaussian beam, which can be attributed to the extended depth and tight focusing features of the Bessel beam. We also found that a DFWM signal with reasonable intensity can be detected even when the Bessel beam encounters an obstruction on its way, thanks to the selfhealing property of the Bessel beam. 6Accurate quantification of TiO_(2)(B)'s phase purity via Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Bronze phase titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)(B))could be a promising high-power anode for lithium ion battery.However,TiO_(2)(B)is a metastable material,so the as-synthesized samples are inevitably accompanied by the existence of anatase phases.It has been found that the TiO_(2)(B)'s purity is positively correlated with its electrochemical performance.Herein,we have established an accurate quantification of the TiO_(2)(B)/anatase ratio,by figuring out the function between the purity of TiO_(2)(B)phase in the high purity range and its Raman spectra features in combination of the calibration by the synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction(XRD).Compared with the time-consuming electrochemical method,the rapid,sensitive and non-destructive features of Raman spectroscopy have made it a promising candidate for determining the purity of TiO_(2)(B).Further,the correlations developed in this work should be instructive in synthesizing pure TiO_(2)(B)and furthermore optimizing its electrochemical charge storage properties.Jiamiao Ran Hui Liu Hongliang Dong Peng Gao Haowei Cheng Jianing Xu Hailun Wang Zixing Wang Qingfeng Fu Jiaxu Yan Jilei Liu 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,5:0
7Fabrication and Characterization of PMMA/MWCNTs Composite Materials显示文摘In order to improve the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were used as reinforcement through in situ polymerization method to prepare PMMA/MWCNTs composites by changing the reaction time,polymerization temperature and the content of MWCNTs.The effects of different reaction conditions on the properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties,thermal/electrical conductivity and thermal stability of the composites are improved compared with the PMMA matrix.The tensile strength of the composites is increased by up to 24%.The bending strength of the composite material increases from20.41 to 68.04 MPa,and the maximum increase is 233%.Meanwhile,when the content of MWCNTs is 3 wt%,the thermal conductivity of the composite is 0.335 W/(m·K),which increases by138%,and the electrical conductivity is 3.94 S/m.The thermal stability of the composite has been significantly enhanced.The modified PMMA will be widely used in medicine,communications,electronics and other fields.SHANG Mengya MIAO Wei JIA Dongqing CHENG Wenxi ZHANG Xin WANG Qiang LIN Haowei LI Jinling 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,5:0
8RSBP15 interacts with and stabilizes dRSPH3 during sperm axoneme assembly in Drosophila显示文摘Flagellum in sperm is composed of over 200 different proteins and is essential for sperm motility. In particular, defects in the assembly of the radial spoke in the flagellum result in male infertility due to loss of sperm motility. However, mechanisms regulating radial spoke assembly remain unclear in metazoans.Here, we identified a novel Drosophila protein radial spoke binding protein 15(RSBP15) which plays an important role in regulating radial spoke assembly. Loss of RSBP15 results in complete lack of mature sperms in seminal vesicles(SVs), asynchronous individualization complex(IC) and defective '9 + 2'structure in flagella. RSBP15 is colocalized with dRSPH3 in sperm flagella, and interacts with dRSPH3 through its DD_R_PKA superfamily domain which is important for the stabilization of dRSPH3. Moreover,loss of dRSPH3, as well as dRSPH1, dRSPH4 a and dRSPH9, showed similar phenotypes to rsbp15 KO mutant.
