4Partition coefficient prediction of Baker's yeast invertase in aqueous two phase systems using hybrid group method data handling neural network显示文摘A hybrid GMDH neural network model has been developed in order to predict the partition coefficients of invertase from Baker's yeast. ATPS experiments were carried out changing the molar average mass of PEG(1500–6000 Da), p H(4.0–7.0), percentage of PEG(10.0–20.0 w/w), percentage of MgSO_4(8.0–16.0 w/w), percentage of the cell homogenate(10.0–20.0 w/w) and the percentage of MnSO_4(0–5.0 w/w) added as cosolute. The network evaluation was carried out comparing the partition coefficients obtained from the hybrid GMDH neural network with the experimental data using different statistical metrics. The hybrid GMDH neural network model showed better fitting(AARD = 32.752%) as well as good generalization capacity of the partition coefficients of the ATPS than the original GMDH network approach and a BPANN model. 7Geospatiality of climate change perceptions on coastal regions:A systematic bibliometric analysis显示文摘Climate change requires joint actions between government and local actors.Understanding the perception of people and communities is critical for designing climate change adaptation strategies.Those most affected by climate change are populations in coastal regions that face extreme weather events and sea-level increases.In this article,geospatial perception of climate change is identified,and the research parameters are quantified.In addition to investigating the correlations of hotspots on the topic of climate change perception with a focus on coastal communities,Natural Language Processing(NLP)was used to examine the research interactions.A total of 27,138 articles sources from Google Scholar and Scopus were analyzed.A systematic method was used for data processing combining bibliometric analysis and machine learning.Publication trends were analyzed in English,Spanish and Portuguese.Publications in English(87%)were selected for network and data mining analysis.Most of the research was conducted in the USA,followed by India and China.The main research methods were identified through correlation networks.In many cases,social studies of perception are related to climatic methods and vegetation analysis supported by GIS.The analysis of keywords identified ten research topics:adaptation,risk,community,local,impact,livelihood,farmer,household,strategy,and variability.“Adaptation”is in the core of the correlation network of all keywords.The interdisciplinary analysis between social and environmental factors,suggest improvements are needed for research in this field.A single method cannot address understanding of a phenomenon as complicated as the socio-environmental.This study provides valuable information for future research by clarifying the current context of perception work carried out in the coastal regions;and identifying the tools best suited for carrying out this type of research.Melgris José Becerra Marcia Aparecida Pimentel Everaldo Barreiros De Souza Gabriel Ibrahin Tovar 2020Geography and Sustainability2020,1,3:1

15Agave sisalana extract induces cell death in Aedes aegypti hemocytes increasing nitric oxide production显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effects of Agave sisalana(A. sisalana) extract on Aedes aegypti(Ae. aegypti) primary cell culture.Methods: Cells of Ae. aegypti were exposed to different concentrations of A. sisalana crude extract(0.18–6.00 mg/m L) for 24 h. Then, the cells were labeled with propidium iodide and subjected to fluorescence microscopy to verify cell viability. 17Recovery of polyphenols from camu-camu(Myrciaria dubia H.B.K.McVaugh)depulping residue by cloud point extraction显示文摘In this study the potential of cloud point extraction formed by a non-ionic surfactant was used in order to separate polyphenols from industrial residues of camu-camu. The effects of operational conditions of the cloud point extraction(CPE) on the polyphenol recovery and volumetric ratio were investigated. The results showed a maximum recovery of 95.71% that was obtained using 7.0 wt% Triton X-114, native pH(3.25), and 80 wt%polyphenol extract at 30 °C.
