| 1 | Characteristics and tectonic setting of volcanic rocks in Early Cretaceous Baiyingaolao Formation of Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The authors studied zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating,the zircon Hf isotope and geochemistry of acidic volcanic rocks in Baiyingaolao Formation of Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia,and discussed the chronology,source region and tectonic setting of the volcanic rocks in the studied area. The clear oscillatory zoning of zircons indicates a typical magmatic origin,and the results of dating show that the volcanic rocks of Baiyingaolao Formation were formed in Early Cretaceous( 121. 5 ± 1. 0 Ma). The features of major and trace elements show that the rocks are alkali-rich,poor in calcium and magnesium with enrichment in LILEs like Th,U,K and Gd and depletion in HFSEs,e. g. Nb,Ta,Sr and Ti. The fact implies that they were the products of partial melting of the crust. εHf( t) =( +6.30--+9.06) and TDM2= 600--835 Ma,suggest the magma originated from partial melting of the young crust. | 2 | Allele-aware chromosome-scale assembly of the allopolyploid genome of hexaploid Ma bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)显示文摘Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro is a woody clumping bamboo with rapid shoot growth.Both genetic transformation and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)gene editing techniques are available for D.latiflorus,enabling reverse genetic approaches.Thus,D.latiflorus has the potential to be a model bamboo species.However,the genome sequence of D.latiflorus has remained unreported due to its polyploidy and large genome size.Here,we sequenced the D.latiflorus genome and assembled it into three allele-aware subgenomes(AABBCC),representingthe largest genome of a major bamboo species.We assembled 70 allelic chromosomes(2,737 Mb)for hexaploid D.latiflorus using both singlemolecule sequencing from the Pacific Biosciences(Pac Bio)Sequel platform and chromosome conformation capture sequencing(Hi-C).Repetitive sequences comprised 52.65%of the D.latiflorus genome.We annotated 135231 protein-coding genes in the genome based on transcriptomes from eight different tissues.Transcriptome sequencing using RNA-Seq and Pac Bio singlemolecule real-time long-read isoform sequencing revealed highly differential alternative splicing(AS)between non-abortive and abortive shoots,suggesting that AS regulates the abortion rate of bamboo shoots.This high-quality hexaploid genome and comprehensive strand-specific transcriptome datasets for this Poaceae family member will pave the way for bamboo research using D.latiflorus as a model species. | Yushan Zheng Deming Yang Jundong Rong Liguang Chen Qiang Zhu Tianyou He Lingyan Chen Jing Ye Lili Fan Yubang Gao Hangxiao Zhang Lianfeng Gu | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3: | 6 |
| 3 | Ultra-high resolution strain sensor network assisted with an LS-SVM based hysteresis model显示文摘Optical fiber sensor network has attracted considerable research interests for geoscience applications.However,the sensor capacity and ultra-low frequency noise limits the sensing performance for geoscience data acquisition.To achieve a high-resolution and lager sensing capacity,a strain sensor network is proposed based on phase-sensitive op-tical time domain reflectometer(φ-OTDR)technology and special packaged fiber with scatter enhanced points(SEPs)ar-ray.Specifically,an extra identical fiber with SEPs array which is free of strain is used as the reference fiber,for com-pensating the ultra-low frequency noise in theφ-OTDR system induced by laser source frequency shift and environment temperature change.Moreover,a hysteresis operator based least square support vector machine(LS-SVM)model is in-troduced to reduce the compensation residual error generated from the thermal hysteresis nonlinearity between the sensing fiber and reference fiber.In the experiment,the strain sensor network possesses a sensing capacity with 55 sensor elements.The phase bias drift with frequency below 0.1 Hz is effectively compensated by LS-SVM based hyster-esis model,and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)of a strain vibration at 0.01 Hz greatly increases by 24 dB compared to that of the sensing fiber for direct compensation.The proposed strain sensor network proves a high dynamic resolution of 10.5 pε·Hz-1/2 above 10 Hz,and ultra-low frequency sensing resolution of 166 pεat 0.001 Hz.It is the first reported a large sensing capacity strain sensor network with sub-nεsensing resolution in mHz frequency range,to the best of our knowledge. | Tao Liu Hao Li Tao He Cunzheng Fan Zhijun Yan Deming Liu Qizhen Sun | 2021 | Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,5: | 4 |
| 4 | Yield Effect of Chemical and Soil Nitrogen on the Mid-season and Ratooning Hybrid Rice显示文摘Using hybrid rice Yixiang1577 as the material,the mid-season and ratooning hybrid rice yield variation was studied in Southern Sichuan at different levels of nitrogen fertilizer. The results showed that rice yield by using N fertilizer increased to the most signifi cant level than no fertilizer ones,and the mid-season rice and rice yield by using more N fertilizer increased to the signif icant level than less fertilizer ones. The rice yield by using no fertilizer ones increased to the most signif icant level than some used fertilizer,and the ratooning rice and rice yield by using more N fertilizer decreased to the most signifi cant level than less fertilizer ones. The rice yield by using some fertilizer increased to the most signif icant level than no fertilizer ones for mid-season+rationing rice and rice yield by using some fertilizer had no obvious differences at different nitrogen levels. Therefore,application of fertilizer can improve yield of mid-season rice and mid-season+rationing rice. Soil test results showed that nutrient contents in rice fi eld in South Sichuan were very rich in nitrogen,which could provide more adequate crop growth potential soil nitrogen nutrition. The crops with a deep root system had stronger ability of utilization on soil nitrogen. | 5 | Petrogenesis and tectonic setting of granite porphyry in Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The authors studied the geochemistry,zircon U-Pb ages,Hf isotope of the granite porphyry and its petrogenesis and tectonic setting in the studied area. The zircon U-Pb dating indicates the formation of the granite porphyry is in Early Cretaceous( 125. 1 ± 1. 5 Ma). The granite porphyry has high-SiO2and alkali-rich features,which belongs to high-K calc-alkaline series rocks( A / CNK = 0. 95%--1. 25%). The analyses of trace elements show the characteristics of a swallow-shaped REE distribution pattern with enrichment in LREEs and most of LILEs and HFSEs,depletion in Ba,Sr,Nb,P and Ti,and especially strong depletion in Eu,which indicates the granite porphyry belongs to the aluminous A-type granite. Their εHf( t)range from 5. 94 to 8. 80with Hf two-stage model ages( TDM2) of 620 Ma to 803 Ma. | 7 | Microclimate Effect of Artificial Caragana microphylla Communities in Horqin Sandy Land显示文摘Caragana microphylla is one of the key species for vegetation restoration in Horqin Sandy Land. Adopting field investigation and outdoor experiments,the microclimate effect of artificial C. microphylla communities with different restoration years were studied by observing wind velocity,air temperature,relative humidity and soil temperature. The results show that:( 1) Caragana microphylla community has an obvious wind-breaking effect near ground surface. Compared with shifting dunes,the wind velocity in the 6-year-old and 11-year-old C. microphylla shrubs at the height of 30 cm separately decreases by 71. 9% and 76. 0%.( 2) Mean daily temperature in the 6-year-old and 11-yearold C. microphylla communities is 3. 7 ℃ and 4. 9 ℃ lower than in shifting dunes,respectively.( 3) The relative humidity of air in the Caragana microphylla shrubs is higher than in shifting dunes.( 4) Soil temperature in C. microphylla plantation is lower than in shifting dunes. | 9 | Relationship Between Climate Change and Marmot Plague of Marmota himalayana Plague Focus—the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,China,2000–2022显示文摘Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic areas.Climate change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in animals.Methods:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.The data spanned from 2000 to 2022.We describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s correlation.Results:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(Y.pestis)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),respectively.Additionally,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in dogs.With regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was observed.The temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the Y.pestis isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current year.The average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of Y.pestis from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of plague.Therefore,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics. | Qun Duan Xiaojin Zheng Zhiqiang Gan Dongyue Lyu Hanyu Sha Xinmin Lu Xiaoling Zhao Asaiti Bukai Ran Duan Shuai Qin Li Wang Jinxiao Xi Di Wu Peng Zhang Deming Tang Zhaokai He Huaiqi Jing Biao Kan Xin Wang | 2024 | China CDC weekly2024,6,4: | 0 |
