16全科药师在临床全科医疗工作中发挥的作用——一项试点研究显示文摘背景与目的众多研究表明,无处方权的全科药师可促进临床全科医疗工作的开展。本研究旨在通过一项为期6个月的试点试验,调查3名全科药师的工作情况。方法本研究在聘用无处方权药师的3个全科诊所里开展。从3个诊所里分别选取1名全科药师,共计3名。每名全科药师均根据其技能以及诊所的需求被聘用,工作形式为兼职,工作时间为15.2~16.0 h/周。对每名全科药师的工作日志进行分析。结果全科药师的工作内容可分为4类:临床质量管理(37%)、日常管理(34%)、审核处方(19%)、患者教育(11%)。全科药师在做临床质量管理类工作时,时间主要花费在临床审计方面(47%)。在6个月的试验期内,全科药师花在日常管理工作的时间逐渐减少,而花在与全科医生关于临床事务沟通的时间则逐渐增加。结论全科药师参与了一系列的临床相关工作,包括涉及其专业技能的安全用药质量管理。全科药师参与临床工作给予全科医生支持的同时,其临床工作的时间也在增加。不过,全科药师参与哪一项工作能给患者和全科医生带来最大益处,还需进一步的临床随机对照研究。S DEEKS L NAUNTON M HAN TAY G 本刊编辑部 2018中国全科医学2018,21,29:0
