1灌区水资源合理配置研究进展显示文摘灌区水资源合理配置是提高灌区水资源利用效率及保障粮食安全的重要途径,也是实现灌区水资源可持续利用的有效调控措施。从灌区水资源管理政策、水资源循环转化规律、水资源优化配置模型与方法和水文生态4个方面,对国内外该领域的研究现状进行了对比分析。研究发现,国内灌区水资源配置主要存在4个方面的问题:水资源合理配置与保护政策落实不到位、水资源的统一管理机制不健全、水资源优化配置模型实用性不强和水资源优化配置基础条件较为薄弱。建议加强灌区水资源的统一管理政策与机制、变化环境下水资源循环转化规律、水资源承载力基础理论与评价新方法、水文生态调控技术、水资源实时风险调度与智能化管理技术以及水资源优化配置耦合技术研究。齐学斌 黄仲冬 乔冬梅 张现超 李平 Mathias N Andersen 2015水科学进展2015,26,2:66

3属间体细胞杂交创建甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系及其鉴定显示文摘利用原生质体融合技,获得了甘蓝型油菜品种中双4号与新疆野生油菜野油18的对称性体细胞杂种。杂种当代建成的6株植株中有2株雄性不育株。用中双4号做轮回亲本与不育株回交,不育株率随回交代数增加而升高,至BC3代大部分株系的不育株率接近100%,到BC4代不育性稳定,群体中无育性分离现象。用波里马CMS的恢复系和保持系与其测交,6个甘蓝型油菜品系均可保持该不育系的不育性,表明该雄性不育胞质与Pol不育胞质不同。胡琼 李云昌 梅德圣 方小平 Lise N. 4Ehealth:Low FODMAP diet vs Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in irritable bowel syndrome显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of a low fermentable,oligosaccharides,disaccharides,monosaccharides and polyols diet(LFD)and the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(LGG)in irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).METHODS:Randomised,unblinded controlled trial on the effect of 6-wk treatment with LFD,LGG or a normal Danish/Western diet(ND)in patients with IBS fulfilling Rome III diagnostic criteria,recruited betweenNovember 2009 and April 2013.Patients were required to complete on a weekly basis the IBS severity score system(IBS-SSS)and IBS quality of life(IBS-QOL)questionnaires in a specially developed IBS web selfmonitoring application.We investigated whether LFD or LGG could reduce IBS-SSS and improve QOL in IBS patients.RESULTS:One hundred twenty-three(median age 37years,range:18-74 years),90(73%)females were randomised:42 to LFD,41 to LGG and 40 to ND.A significant reduction in mean±SD of IBS-SSS from baseline to week 6 between LFD vs LGG vs ND was revealed:133±122 vs 68±107,133±122 vs 34±95,P<0.01.Adjusted changes of IBS-SSS for baseline covariates showed statistically significant reduction of IBS-SSS in LFD group compared to ND(IBS-SSS score75;95%CI:24-126,P<0.01),but not in LGG compared to ND(IBS-SSS score 32;95%CI:18-80,P=0.20).IBS-QOL was not altered significantly in any of the three groups:mean±SD in LFD 8±18 vs LGG 7±17,LFD 8±18 vs ND 0.1±15,P=0.13.CONCLUSION:LFD is efficacious for patients with IBS.Natalia Pedersen Nynne Nyboe Andersen Zsuzsanna Végh Lisbeth Jensen Dorit Vedel Ankersen Maria Felding Mette Hestetun Simonsen Johan Burisch Pia Munkholm 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,43:16
5Low-FODMAP diet reduces irritable bowel symptoms in patients with inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM To investigate the effect of a low-FODMAP diet on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)-like symptoms in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METHODS This was a randomised controlled open-label trial of patients with IBD in remission or with mild-to-moderate disease and coexisting IBS-like symptoms(Rome III) randomly assigned to a Low-FODMAP diet(LFD) or a normal diet(ND) for 6 wk between June 2012 andDecember 2013. Patients completed the IBS symptom severity system(IBS-SSS) and short IBD quality of life questionnaire(SIBDQ) at weeks 0 and 6. The primary end-point was response rates(at least 50-point reduction) in IBS-SSS at week 6 between groups; secondary end-point was the impact on quality of life. RESULTS Eighty-nine patients, 67(75%) women, median age 40, range 20-70 years were randomised: 44 to LFD group and 45 to ND, from which 78 patients completed the study period and were included in the final analysis(37 LFD and 41 ND). There was a significantly larger proportion of responders in the LFD group(n = 30, 81%) than in the ND group(n = 19, 46%);(OR = 5.30; 95%CI: 1.81-15.55, P < 0.01). At week 6, the LFD group showed a significantly lower median IBSSSS(median 115; inter-quartile range [IQR] 33-169) than ND group(median 170, IQR 91-288), P = 0.02. 9Novel understanding of ABC transporters ABCB1/MDR/P-glycoprotein, ABCC2/MRP2, and ABCG2/BCRP in colorectal pathophysiology显示文摘AIM: To evaluate ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters in colonic pathophysiology as they had recently been related to colorectal cancer(CRC) development. METHODS: Literature search was conducted on Pub Med using combinations of the following terms: ABC transporters, ATP binding cassette transporter proteins, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative, colitis, Crohns disease, colorectal cancer, colitis, intestinal inflammation, intestinal carcinogenesis, ABCB1/P-glycoprotein(P-gp/CD243/MDR1), ABCC2/multidrug resistance protein 2(MRP2) and ABCG2/breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP), Abcb1/Mdr1 a, abcc2/Mrp2, abcg2/Bcrp, knock-out mice, tight junction, membrane lipid function. RESULTS: Recently, human studies reported thatchanges in the levels of ABC transporters were early events in the adenoma-carcinoma sequence leading to CRC. A link between ABCB1, high fat diet and gut microbes in relation to colitis was suggested by the animal studies. The finding that colitis was preceded by altered gut bacterial composition suggests that deletion of Abcb1 leads to fundamental changes of hostmicrobiota interaction. Also, high fat diet increases the frequency and severity of colitis in specific pathogenfree Abcb1 KO mice. The Abcb1 KO mice might thus serve as a model in which diet/environmental factors and microbes may be controlled and investigated in relation to intestinal inflammation. Potential molecular mechanisms include defective transport of inflammatory mediators and/or phospholipid translocation from one side to the other of the cell membrane lipid bilayer by ABC transporters affecting inflammatory response and/or function of tight junctions, phagocytosis and vesicle trafficking. Also, diet and microbes give rise to molecules which are potential substrates for the ABC transporters and which may additionally affect ABC transporter function through nuclear receptors and transcriptional regulation. Another critical role of ABCB1 was suggested by the finding that ABCB1 expression identifies a subpopulation of pro-inflammatory Th17 cells which were resistant to treatment with glucocorticoids. The evidence for the involvement of ABCC2 and ABCG2 in colonic pathophysiology was weak. CONCLUSION: ABCB1, diet, and gut microbes mutually interact in colonic inflammation, a well-known risk factor for CRC. 11Biomarkers in inflammatory bowel diseases:Current status and proteomics identification strategies显示文摘Unambiguous diagnosis of the two main forms of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD):Ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn’s disease(CD),represents a challenge in the early stages of the diseases.The diagnosis may be established several years after the debut of symptoms.Hence,protein biomarkers for early and accurate diagnostic could help clinicians improve treatment of the individual patients.Moreover,the biomarkers could aid physicians to predict disease courses and in this way,identify patients in need of intensive treatment.Patients with low risk of disease flares may avoid treatment with medications with the concomitant risk of adverse events.In addition,identification of disease and course specific biomarker profiles can be used to identify biological pathways involved in the disease development and treatment.Knowledge of disease mechanisms in general can lead to improved future development of preventive and treatment strategies.Thus,the clinical use of a panel of biomarkers represents a diagnostic and prognostic tool of potentially great value.The technological development in recent years within proteomic research(determination and quantification of the complete protein content)has made the discovery of novel biomarkers feasible.Several IBD-associated protein biomarkers are known,but none have been successfully implemented in daily use to distinguish CD and UC patients.The intestinal tissue remains an obvious place to search for novel biomarkers,which blood,urine or stool later can be screened for.When considering the protein complexity encountered in intestinal biopsysamples and the recent development within the field of mass spectrometry driven quantitative proteomics,a more thorough and accurate biomarker discovery endeavor could today be performed than ever before.In this review,we report the current status of the proteomics IBD biomarkers and discuss various emerging proteomic strategies for identifying and characterizing novel biomarkers,as well as suggesting future targets for analysis.Tue Bennike Svend Birkelund Allan Stensballe Vibeke Andersen 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,12:9
12Impaired contractility and remodeling of the upper gastrointestinal tract in diabetes mellitus type-1显示文摘AIM: To investigate that both the neuronal function of the contractile system and structural apparatus of the gastrointestinal tract are affected in patients with longstanding diabetes and auto mic neuropathy. METHODS: The evoked esophageal and duodenal contractile activity to standardized bag distension was assessed using a specialized ultrasound-based probe. Twelve type-1 diabetic patients with autonomic neuropathy and severe gastrointestinal symptoms and 12 healthy controls were studied. The geometry and biomechanical parameters (strain, tension/stress, and stiffness) were assessed. RESULTS: The diabetic patients had increased frequency of distension-induced contractions (6.0 ± 0.6 vs 3.3 ± 0.5, P < 0.001). This increased reactivity was correlated with the duration of the disease (P = 0.009). Impaired coordination of the contractile activity in diabetic patients was demonstrated as imbalance between the time required to evoke the first contraction at the distension site and proximal to it (1.5 ± 0.6 vs 0.5 ± 0.1, P = 0.03). The esophageal wall and especially the mucosa-submucosa layer had increased thickness in the patients (P < 0.001), and the longitudinal and radial compressive stretch was less in diabetics (P <0.001). The esophageal and duodenal wall stiffness and circumferential deformation induced by the distensions were not affected in the patients (all P > 0.14). CONCLUSION: The impaired contractile activity with an imbalance in the distension-induced contractions likely reflects neuronal abnormalities due to autonomic neuropathy. However, structural changes and remodeling of the gastrointestinal tract are also evident and may add to the neuronal changes. 13Has the risk of colorectal cancer in inflammatory bowel disease decreased?显示文摘The association between inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and colorectal cancer(CRC)has been acknowledged for almost a century and is assumedly promoted by a chronic inflammation-driven carcinogenic process in the intestine in combination with a genetic predisposition.The magnitude of the risk of CRC in IBD remains a continuing subject of debate.The early,high risk estimates for CRC in IBD were most likely overestimated due to selected patient populations originating from tertiary referral centers with a disproportional high percentage of patients with severe disease.Later population-based studies calculating risk estimates from a broad spectrum of IBD patients have found the risk to be significantly lower.At present,there is evidence that IBD patients with longstanding and extensive disease with uncontrolled inflammation are those at increased risk.Additional,other recognized risk factors include early age at onset,family history of CRC,and concomitant primary sclerosing cholangitis.A significant amount of effort is put into identifying potential preventive factors of CRC in IBD,including surveillance programs and chemopreventive agents but the individual effect of these remains uncertain.Interestingly,recent studies have reported a decline in risk of CRC over time.Surveillance programs and the new treatment strategies,particular biological treatment might be part of the reason for the observed decline in risk of CRC in IBD over time but future studies will have investigate this assumption.Nynne Nyboe Andersen Tine Jess 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,43:7
14Ehealth monitoring in irritable bowel syndrome patients treated with low fermentable oligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols diet显示文摘In the present study we report on changes in irritable bowel syndrome-severity scoring system(IBS-SSS)and irritable bowel syndrome-quality of life(IBS-QoL)in 19 IBS patients,aged 18 to 74 years(F/M:14/5),during 12 wk registering their symptoms on the webapplication(www.ibs.constant-care.dk).During a control period of the first 6-wk patients were asked to register their IBS-SSS and IBS-QoL on the web-application weekly without receiving any intervention.Thereafter,low fermentable oligo-,di-,mono-saccharides and polyols(FODMAP)diet(LFD)was introduced for the next6 wk while continuing the registration.Though a small sample size a significant improvement in disease activity(IBS-SSS)was observed during both the control period,median:278(range:122-377),P=0.02,and subsequently during the LFD period,median:151(range:29-334),P<0.01.The IBS-QoL solely changed significantly during the LFD period,median:67(37-120),P<0.01.The significant reduction in disease activity during the control period shows a positive effect of the web-application on IBS symptoms when presented as a'traffic light'.However adding the diet reduced IBSSSS to<150,inactive to mild symptoms.In the future results from larger scale trials are awaited.Natalia Pedersen Zsuzsanna Vegh Johan Burisch Lisbeth Jensen Dorit Vedel Ankersen Maria Felding Nynne Nyboe Andersen Pia Munkholm 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,21:7
15Effects of reclaimed water irrigation and nitrogen fertilization on the chemical properties and microbial community of soil显示文摘The ecological effect of reclaimed water irrigation and fertilizer application on the soil environment is receiving more attention.Soil microbial activity and nitrogen(N)levels are important indicators of the effect of reclaimed water irrigation on environment.This study evaluated soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structure in soils irrigated with reclaimed water and receiving varied amounts of N fertilizer.The results indicated that the reclaimed water irrigation increased soil electrical conductivity(EC)and soil water content(SWC).The N treatment has highly significant effect on the ACE,Chao,Shannon(H)and Coverage indices.Based on a 16S ribosomal RNA(16S rRNA)sequence analysis,the Proteobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes and Bacteroidetes were more abundant in soil irrigated with reclaimed water than in soil irrigated with clean water.Stronger clustering of microbial communities using either clean or reclaimed water for irrigation indicated that the type of irrigation water may have a greater influence on the structure of soil microbial community than N fertilizer treatment.Based on a canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)between the species of soil microbes and the chemical properties of the soil,which indicated that nitrate N(NO_3~–-N)and total phosphorus(TP)had significant impact on abundance of Verrucomicrobia and Gemmatimonadetes,meanwhile the p H and organic matter(OM)had impact on abundance of Firmicutes and Actinobacteria significantly.It was beneficial to the improvement of soil bacterial activity and fertility under 120 mg kg^(–1) N with reclaimed water irrigation.GUO Wei Mathias N Andersen QI Xue-bin LI Ping LI Zhong-yang FAN Xiang-yang ZHOU Yuan 2017Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,3:7

19Bone mineral density in lifelong trained male football players compared with young and elderly untrained men显示文摘Purpose: The purpose of the present controlled cross-sectional study was to investigate proximal femur and whole-body bone mineral density(BMD), as well as bone turnover profile, in lifelong trained elderly male football players and young elite football players compared with untrained age-matched men.Methods: One hundred and forty healthy, non-smoking men participated in the study, including lifelong trained football players(FTE, n = 35)aged 65—80 years, elite football players(FTY, n = 35) aged 18—30 years, as well as untrained age-matched elderly(UE, n = 35) and young(UY,n = 35) men. All participants underwent a regional dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DXA) scan of the proximal femur and a whole-body DXA scan to determine BMD. From a resting blood sample, the bone turnover markers(BTMs) osteocalcin, carboxy-terminal type-1 collagen crosslinks(CTX-1), procollagen type-1 amino-terminal propeptide(P1NP), and sclerostin were measured.Results: FTE had 7.3%—12.9% higher(p < 0.05) BMD of the femoral neck, wards, shaft, and total proximal femur in both legs compared to UE,and 9.3%—9.7% higher(p < 0.05) BMD in femoral trochanter in both legs compared to UY. FTY had 24.3%—37.4% higher(p < 0.001) BMD in all femoral regions and total proximal femur in both legs compared to UY. The whole-body DXA scan confirmed these results, with FTE showing similar whole-body BMD and 7.9% higher(p < 0.05) leg BMD compared to UY, and with FTY having 9.6% higher(p < 0.001) wholebody BMD and 18.2% higher(p < 0.001) leg BMD compared to UY. The plasma concentration of osteocalcin, CTX-1, and P1NP were 29%,53%, and 52% higher(p < 0.01), respectively, in FTY compared to UY.Conclusion: BMD of the proximal femur and whole-body BMD are markedly higher in lifelong trained male football players aged 65—80 years and young elite football players aged 18—30 years compared to age-matched untrained men.
