| 1 | Electro-acupuncture to prevent prolonged postoperative ileus:A randomized clinical trial显示文摘AIM:To examine whether acupuncture can prevent prolonged postoperative ileus(PPOI)after intraperitoneal surgery for colon cancer. METHODS:Ninety patients were recruited from the Fudan University Cancer Hospital,Shanghai,China. After surgery,patients were randomized to receive acupuncture(once daily,starting on postoperative day 1, for up to six consecutive days)or usual care.PPOI was defined as an inability to pass flatus or have a bowel movement by 96 h after surgery.The main outcomes were time to first flatus,time to first bowel movement, and electrogastroenterography.Secondary outcomes were quality of life(QOL)measures,including pain, nausea,insomnia,abdominal distension/fullness,and sense of well-being. RESULTS:No significant differences in PPOI on day 4 (P=0.71)or QOL measures were found between the groups.There were also no group differences when the data were analyzed by examining those whose PPOI had resolved by day 5(P=0.69)or day 6(P= 0.88).No adverse events related to acupuncture were reported. | 2 | 19例女性生殖道原始神经外胚层肿瘤形态学、免疫表型和分子学研究显示文摘发生在女性生殖道的原始神经外胚层肿瘤临床罕见,正确的分类尚不清楚。作者报道19例女性生殖道原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床表现、组织学、免疫表型和EWSR1基因重排情况。其中发生于卵巢者10例、子宫者8例及会阴者1例。患者年龄12—68岁,发生于卵巢和子宫的原始神经外胚层肿瘤中位年龄分别为20、51岁。15例原始神经外胚层肿瘤中可见中枢神经系统肿瘤的形态学特征,包括9例髓母细胞瘤、3例室管膜瘤、2例髓上皮瘤和1例胶质母细胞瘤,与中枢神经系统的原始神经外胚层肿瘤较一致。剩余4例原始神经外胚层肿瘤完全由未分化的小圆蓝细胞组成,被归类为尤因肉瘤或外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤。8例原始神经外胚层肿瘤与其他类型肿瘤有关,包括5例卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤,2例子宫内膜的低级别内膜样癌和1例子宫癌肉瘤。 | Chiang S Snuderl M Kojiro-Sanada S 赵芳 魏建国 | 2017 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2017，33，11： | 9 |
