2Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 3The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 4Biomimetic injectable hydrogel microspheres with enhanced lubrication and controllable drug release for the treatment of osteoarthritis显示文摘The occurrence of osteoarthritis(OA)is highly associated with the reduced lubrication property of the joint,where a progressive and irreversible damage of the articular cartilage and consecutive inflammatory response dominate the mechanism.In this study,bioinspired by the super-lubrication property of cartilage and catecholamine chemistry of mussel,we successfully developed injectable hydrogel microspheres with enhanced lubrication and controllable drug release for OA treatment.Particularly,the lubricating microspheres(GelMA@DMA-MPC)were fabricated by dip coating a self-adhesive polymer(DMA-MPC,synthesized by free radical copolymerization)on superficial surface of photo-crosslinked methacrylate gelatin hydrogel microspheres(GelMA,prepared via microfluidic technology),and encapsulated with an anti-inflammatory drug of diclofenac sodium(DS)to achieve the dual-functional performance.The tribological test and drug release test showed the enhanced lubrication and sustained drug release of the GelMA@DMA-MPC microspheres.In addition,the functionalized microspheres were intra-articularly injected into the rat knee joint with an OA model,and the biological tests including qRT-PCR,immunofluorescence staining assay,X-ray radiography and histological staining assay all revealed that the biocompatible microspheres provided significant therapeutic effect against the development of OA.In summary,the injectable hydrogel microspheres developed herein greatly improved lubrication and achieved sustained local drug release,therefore representing a facile and promising technique for the treatment of OA.Ying Han Jielai Yang Weiwei Zhao Haimang Wang Yulong Sun Yuji Chen Jing Luo Lianfu Deng Xiangyang Xu Wenguo Cui Hongyu Zhang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:8
5LncRNA-MALAT1 mediates cisplatin resistance via miR-101-3p/VEGF-C pathway in bladder cancer显示文摘The mitotically associated lncRNA(MANCR)participates in breast cancer cell proliferation,while its involvement in other cancers is still unknown.In this study,we therefore studied the role of MANCR in mantle cell lymphoma(MCL).We found that serum MANCR and Runt-related transcription factor 2(RUNX2)were upregulated in MCL patients when compared with those in healthy controls.A positive correlation between serum MANCR and RUNX2 was found in MCL patients but not in controls.Upregulation of serum MANCR distinguished MCL patients from controls.MANCR overexpression promoted RUNX2 expression in MCL cells,while RUNX2 overexpression failed to significantly change the expression levels of MANCR.MANCR overexpression promoted the proliferation of MCL cells,while MANCR silencing inhibited the proliferation of MCL cells.In addition,RUNX2 overexpression attenuated the inhibitory effects of MANCR silencing on cell proliferation.However,MANCR overexpression and silencing had no significant effects on cell migration and invasion.Further bioinformatics analysis showed that MANCR may sponge miR-218 to upregulate RUNX2.Therefore,we conclude that downregulation of MANCR may inhibit cancer cell proliferation in MCL possibly by interacting with RUNX2.Peihua Liu Xiaozhou Li Yu Cui Jinbo Chen Chao Li Qiaqia Li Huihuang Li Xiangyang Zhang Xiongbing Zu 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,11:6
6Fullerol-hydrogel microfluidic spheres for in situ redox regulation of stem cell fate and refractory bone healing显示文摘The balance of redox homeostasis is key to stem cell maintenance and differentiation.However,this balance is disrupted by the overproduced reactive oxygen species(ROS)in pathological conditions,which seriously impair the therapeutic efficacy of stem cells.In the present study,highly dispersed fullerol nanocrystals with enhanced bioreactivity were incorporated into hydrogel microspheres using one-step innovative microfluidic technology to construct fullerol-hydrogel microfluidic spheres(FMSs)for in situ regulating the redox homeostasis of stem cells and promoting refractory bone healing.It was demonstrated that FMSs exhibited excellent antioxidant activity to quench both intracellular and extracellular ROS,sparing stem cells from oxidative stress damage.Furthermore,these could effectively promote the osteogenic differentiation of stem cells with the activation of FoxO1 signaling,indicating the intrinsically osteogenic property of FMSs.By injecting the stem cells-laden FMSs into rat calvarial defects,the formation of new bone was remarkably reinforced,which is a positive synergic effect from modulating the ROS microenvironment and enhancing the osteogenesis of stem cells.Collectively,the antioxidative FMSs,as injectable stem cell carriers,hold enormous promise for refractory bone healing,which can also be expanded to deliver a variety of other cells,targeting diseases that require in situ redox regulation.Jielai Yang Jing Liang Yuan Zhu Mu Hu Lianfu Deng Wenguo Cui Xiangyang Xu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,12:3
7Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 8Sensitivity of supplementation of thyroid hormone on treatmentof idiopathic short-stature children during therapy withrecombinant human growth hormone显示文摘This study aimed to evaluate the effects of thyroid hormone supplementation on growth rate of childrenwith idiopathic short stature (ISS) and low-normal serum free thyroxine FT4 who were receiving growth hormonetherapy. We selected 64 prepubertal children with FT4 levels in the lowest third of the normal range as the lowerFT4 group, and these children were divided randomly into two subgroups: L-thyroxine (L-T4)-treated subgroupwas treated with L-T4 (0.5-3.0 g/(kg, d)) from the beginning of the study, and the non-L-T4-treated subgroupreceived placebo. We also selected 39 ISS children with FT4 in the upper two-thirds of the normal range as thehigher FT4 group. During the first year, the lower FT4 group featured lower FT3, FT4, thyroid stimulatinghormone (TSH), and insulin-like growth factor-I standard deviation score (IGF-I SDS) and significantly lowerheight velocity (HV) compared with the higher FT4 group. However, in the lower FT4 group, the L-T4-treatedsubgroup presented higher FT4, FT3, TSH, and IGF-I SDS concentrations and significantly higher HV comparedwith children in the non-L-T4-treated subgroup. 10Thermal Evolution of Plutons and Uplift Process of the Yanshan Orogenic Belt显示文摘Thermochronological dating was used to study the thermal evolution of the Mesozoic plutons and uplift history of the Yanshan orogenic belt. The results show that the cooling history of the plutons is complicated, corresponding to the inhomogeneous uplift process of the Yanshan orogenic belt. The Panshan granite cooled fast during 226.48-204.95 Ma at a rate of 10.22℃/Ma after its emplacement at a depth of about 10 km, and its fast uplift occurred in about 96-35 Ma at an average rate of 0.115 mm/a. The Wulingshan pluton cooled fast during 132-127.23 Ma at a rate of 94.34℃/Ma, and its rapid uplift occurred in 86-45 Ma at an average rate of 0.186 mm/a. The Yunmengshan granite cooled fast during 143-120.99 Ma at a rate of 19.51℃/Ma, and its rapid uplift occurred in 106-103.95 Ma and 20-0.0 Ma at a rate of 1.06 mm/a and 0.15 mm/a respectively. The Sihetang granite-gneiss uplifted rapidly since 13 Ma at an average rate of 0.256 mm/a. 12Gelatin-based composite hydrogels with biomimetic lubrication and sustained drug release显示文摘The occurrence of osteoarthritis is closely related to progressive and irreversible destruction of the articular cartilage,which increases the friction significantly and causes further inflammation of the joint.Thus,a scaffold for articular cartilage defects should be developed via lubrication restoration and drug intervention.In this study,we successfully synthesized gelatin-based composite hydrogels,namely GelMA–PAM–PMPC,with the properties of biomimetic lubrication and sustained drug release by photopolymerization of methacrylic anhydride modified gelatin(GelMA),acrylamide(AM),and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine(MPC).Tribological test showed that the composite hydrogels remarkably enhanced lubrication due to the hydration lubrication mechanism,where a tenacious hydration shell was formed around the zwitterionic phosphocholine headgroups.In addition,drug release test indicated that the composite hydrogels efficiently encapsulated an anti-inflammatory drug(diclofenac sodium)and achieved sustained release.Furthermore,the in vitro test revealed that the composite hydrogels were biocompatible,and the mRNA expression of both anabolic and catabolic genes of the articular cartilage was suitably regulated.This indicated that the composite hydrogels could effectively protect chondrocytes from inflammatory cytokine-induced degeneration.In summary,the composite hydrogels that provide biomimetic hydration lubrication and sustained local drug release represent a promising scaffold for cartilage defects in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Kuan ZHANG Jielai YANG Yulong SUN Yi WANG Jing LIANG Jing LUO Wenguo CUI Lianfu DENG Xiangyang XU Bo WANG Hongyu ZHANG 2022Friction2022,10,2:1

18Optimal Strategies for Distribution Network Reconfiguration Considering Uncertain Wind Power显示文摘The uncertainty of wind power can cause side-effects indistribution network reconfiguration.For reducing the impact from uncertainty in distribution network reconfiguration,the hard strategy of compressed air assisted wind turbine system(CAAWTS)and the soft strategy based on robust optimization are proposed in this paper.Since the energy storage capacity of CAAWTS is generally small,the performance of the hard strategy is limited.The soft strategy based on robust optimization by creating an uncertain set is applied to enhance the performance of the hard strategy.The proposed robust optimization model of distribution network reconfiguration is then solved by the maximum explicit method.Numerical examples show that the proposed hard and soft strategies can effectively solve the influences of uncertain wind power on the problem of distribution network reconfiguration,while the economic performance of the system can be improved.Zhiwei Cui Xiaoqing Bai Peijie Li Bin Li Jie Cheng Xiangyang Su Yi Zheng 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,3:0
