1Main seagrass beds and threats to their habitats in the coastal sea of South China显示文摘The distribution, species, biomass,productivity of main seagrasses and their sufferedmain threats are introduced and discussed in thispaper based on the field surveys in the offshore areas of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces.The seagrass beds distributed mainly in Liusha Bay,Donghai Island and Hailing Island of GuangdongProvince; Hepu and Pearl Bay of Guangxi ZhuangAutonomous Region; Li’an Bay, Xincun Bay, Longwan Bay and Sanya Bay of Hainan Province and soon. The total area of seagrass beds in the coastal seaof South China is about 2400 ha. There are about 8species, such as Halophila ovalis, Halodule uninervisHalophila beccarii, Zostera japonica, Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemperichii, Ruppia martime andCymodocea rotundata. These seagrasses have highbiomass and productivity. 2武夷山脉南北蕨类植物生物多样性研究显示文摘从植物区系、生物多样性容量、通量和质量等方面比较了武夷山脉从南到北梁野山、闽江源、武夷山3个国家级自然保护区中蕨类植物的生物多样性.结果表明,在武夷山脉由南到北,蕨类植物的热带性成分趋于递减,北温带分布及其变型、东亚分布及其变型递增.由物种数及丰富度指数DGl可以得出,武夷山自然保护区蕨类植物生物多样性容量最大.连通性方面,武夷山脉不同的保护区间物种水平的相似性不到55%,而从武夷山脉南段至中段、中段至北段,种的β多样性指数βL值都达到30%,这两点说明武夷山脉是蕨类植物的现代分化中心之一.通过考察Cody指数βC发现,中段的闽江源自然保护区是武夷山脉的重要节点.虽然流通率表明武夷山脉蕨类植物的连通性较强,但在物种水平上,更替值在南段到中段、中段到北段均超过30%,因此有必要进一步在保护区之间建立与建设供动植物物种迁移的生态廊道.由于保存了较多的蕨类植物模式标本种和局域种,在充分考虑物种权值的前提下,武夷山自然保护区的蕨类植物生物多样性质量指数值达764,因此其多样性质量最高.研究结果可以为保护区群网的建设提供理论依据.叶文 李振基 BENITO C Tan CHANG Ying 陈鹭真 何建源 刘初钿 2007厦门大学学报(自然科学版)2007,46,3:9
3肠道菌群失调相关炎症导致急性胰腺炎的研究进展显示文摘【据《Pancreas》2015年4月报道】题:肠道菌群失调相关炎症导致急性胰腺炎的研究进展(作者Tan C等)为了评估急性胰腺炎(AP)患者肠道菌群的改变及其与炎症的关系,来自湖南省人民医院的Tan C等联合多家医院进行了一项前瞻性临床研究,共纳入108名研究对象,其中包括44名重症急性胰腺炎患者(SAP),32名轻型急性胰腺炎患者(MAP)和32名健康志愿者。通过PCR-变性梯度凝胶电泳、RT-PCR、鲎变形细胞溶解物测试和酶联免疫测定法分别测定肠道菌群的结构、10种优势菌、血浆内毒素和细胞因子。研究结果显示,大多数SAP和MAP患者粪便中的主要菌群发生了显著的变化。奇丽娜 王崇 Tan C 2015临床肝胆病杂志2015,31,6:7

5Wash water in waterworks:contaminants and process options for reclamation显示文摘Reclamation of clean water from filter backwash water was studied through pilot-scale experiments.The pilot plant consisted of clarification,sand-filtration,and ultrafiltration modules in sequence,with a provision to bypass the sand filter.Clean water that conformed to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on Potable Quality was reclaimed.Turbidity,aluminum and iron were found to be critical contaminants in process selection and design.Clarification,followed by sand filtration,was found to be the minimum requirement for recycling filter backwash.However,membrane filtration would enhance reclaimed water quality as the membrane acts as an additional barrier against Giardia and Cryptosporidium.C B Chidambara Raj Tan Ee Kwong Soh Hoo Tiong Paul Stefan Klose 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,11:4
