2Surface plasmonic effect and scattering effect of Au nanorods on the performance of polymer bulk heterojunction solar cells显示文摘The surface plasmonic effect and scattering effect of gold nanorods(AuNRs) on the performance of bulk heterojunction photovoltaic devices based on the blend of polythiophene and fullerene are investigated.AuNRs enhance the excitation since the plasmonic effect increases the electric field,mainly in the area near the interface between the active layer and AuNRs.The results show that the incident photo-to-electron conversion efficiency(IPCE) obviously increases for the device with a layer of gold nanorods,resulting from the plasmonic effect of AuNRs in the range of 500-670 nm and the scattering effect in the range of 370-410 nm.The power conversion efficiency(PCE) is increased by 7.6% due to the near field effect of the localized surface plasmons(LSP) of AuNRs and the scattering effect.The short circuit current density is also increased by 9.1% owing to the introduction of AuNRs.However,AuNRs can cause a little deterioration in open circuit voltage.FANG Yi HOU YanBing LOU ZhiDong TENG Feng TANG AiWei HU YuFeng 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:4

4Rational design of multinary copper chalcogenide nanocrystals for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution is one of the most promising ways to solve environmental problems and produce a sustainable energy source.To date,different types of photocatalysts have been developed and widely used in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.Recently,multinary copper chalcogenides have attracted much attention and exhibited potential applications in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution due to their composition-tunable band gaps,diverse structures and environmental-benign characteristics.In this review,some progress on the synthesis and photocatalytic hydrogen evolution of multinary copper chalcogenide nanocrystals(NCs)was summarized.In particular,considerable attention was paid to the rational design and dimensional or structural regulation of multinary copper chalcogenide NCs.Importantly,the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution of multinary copper chalcogenide NCs were reviewed from the aspects of energy level structures,crystal facets,morphology as well as composition.Finally,the current challenges and future perspectives of copper chalcogenide were proposed.Hao Fu Aiwei Tang 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,9:3
5Tunable crystal structure of Cu-Zn-Sn-S nanocrystals for improving photocatalytic hydrogen evolution enabled by copper element regulation显示文摘Hydrogen energy is a powerful and efficient energy resource,which can be produced by photocatalytic water split-ting.Among the photocatalysis,multinary copper-based chalcogenide semiconductor nanocrystals exhibit great potential due to their tunable crystal structures,adjustable optical band gap,eco-friendly,and abundant resources.In this paper,Cu-Zn-Sn-S(CZTS)nanocrystals with different Cu content have been synthesized by using the one-pot method.By regulating the surface ligands,the reaction temperature,and the Cu content,kesterite and hexagonal wurtzite CZTS nanocrystals were obtained.The critical factors for the controllable transition between two phases were discussed.Subsequently,a series of quatern-ary CZTS nanocrystals with different Cu content were used for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.And their band gap,energy level structure,and charge transfer ability were compared comprehensively.As a result,the pure hexagonal wurtzite CZTS nano-crystals have exhibited an improved photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.Zhe Yin Min Hu Jun Liu Hao Fu Zhijie Wang Aiwei Tang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,3:2
6NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SWIRLING FLOWS IN OXIDATION REACTORS FOR TiO_2 MANUFACTURE显示文摘The oxidation reactor plays a key role in producing rutile titanium dioxide (TiO2) from vapor-phase titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) by employing a swirling flow operation for enhanced gas mixing. This work aims to understand the effect of reactor configuration on the 3-D swirling flow field using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation. Con- sidering the anisotropic turbulence involved, the Reynolds stress model is applied to describe the complex swirling flow together with the cross-flow mixing of gases. The results show significant effect of the flow angle between the wall jet of air stream (representing TiCl4 in practice) and the axial direction on the initial flow field of cross-flow mixing, where 60o gives smooth profiles of axial velocity development while 90° may provide the fastest mixing between the jet and the axial bulk flow. 11InSe/hBN/graphite heterostructure for high-performance 2D electronics and flexible electronics显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)materials as channel materials provide a promising alternative route for future electronics and flexible electronics,but the device performance is affected by the quality of interface between the 2D-material channel and the gate dielectric.Here we demonstrate an indium selenide(lnSe)/hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)/graphite heterostructure as a 2D field-effect transistor(FET),with InSe as channel material,hBN as dielectric,and graphite as gate.The fabricated FETs feature high electron mobility up to 1,146 cm2·V^-1·s^-1 at room temperature and on/off ratio up to 1010 due to the atomically flat gate dielectric.Integrated digital inverters based on InSe/hBN/graphite heterostructures are constructed by local gating modulation and an ultrahigh voltage gain up to 93.4 is obtained.Taking advantages of the mechanical flexibility of these materials,we integrated the heterostructured InSe FET on a flexible substrate,exhibiting little modification of device performance at a high strain level of up to 2%.Such high-performance heterostructured device configuration based on 2D materials provides a new way for future electronics and flexible electronics.Liangmei Wu Jinan Shi Zhang Zhou Jiahao Yan Aiwei Wang Ce Bian Jiajun Ma Ruisong Ma Hongtao Liu Jiancui Chen Yuan Huang Wu Zhou Lihong Bao Min Ouyang Sokrates T.Pantelides Hong-Jun Gao 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:1

17Theory,technology and practice of shale gas three-dimensional development:A case study of Fuling shale gas field in Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘In the Jiaoshiba block of the Fuling shale gas field,the employed reserves and recovery factor by primary well pattern are low,no obvious barrier is found in the development layer series,and layered development is difficult.Based on the understanding of the main factors controlling shale gas enrichment and high production,the theory and technology of shale gas three-dimensional development,such as fine description and modeling of shale gas reservoir,optimization of three-dimensional development strategy,highly efficient drilling with dense well pattern,precision fracturing and real-time control,are discussed.Three-dimensional development refers to the application of optimal and fast drilling and volume fracturing technologies,depending upon the sedimentary characteristics,reservoir characteristics and sweet spot distribution of shale gas,to form'artificial gas reservoir'in a multidimensional space,so as to maximize the employed reserves,recovery factor and yield rate of shale gas development.In the research on shale gas three-dimensional development,the geological+engineering sweet spot description is fundamental,the collaborative optimization of natural fractures and artificial fractures is critical,and the improvement of speed and efficiency in drilling and fracturing engineering is the guarantee.Through the implementation of three-dimensional development,the overall recovery factor in the Jiaoshiba block has increased from 12.6%to 23.3%,providing an important support for the continuous and stable production of the Fuling shale gas field.SUN Huanquan CAI Xunyu HU Degao LU Zhiyong ZHAO Peirong ZHENG Aiwei LI Jiqing WANG Haitao 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:1
