2上市的整蛋白型和短肽型肠内营养制剂中的谷氨酰胺含量显示文摘背景对于患有严重分解代谢疾病、肠道功能障碍或免疫缺陷综合征的患者,谷氨酰胺是一种条件必需氨基酸。谷氨酰胺是许多肠内营养制剂的天然成分,但目前还缺乏有效的研究方法,无法定量测定膳食中的谷氨酰胺含量。目的利用新开发的蛋白质/肽结合谷氨酰胺评估方法来评估经选择的肠内营养制剂中的谷氨酰胺含量。方法共研究了14种市售肠内营养制剂(10种整蛋白型制剂,4种短肽型制剂)。去除具有干扰效应的脂肪和碳水化合物,通过化学发光法测定纯化制剂内的氮含量,通过三步法评估蛋白质/肽结合谷氨酰胺;采用新型双(三氟乙酰氧基)碘苯(BTI)水解前衍生技术将谷氨酰胺转化为对酸稳定的二氨基苯甲酸(DABA)。以新型微波技术水解衍生物,然后用反相高效液相色谱(RP-H PLC)丹酰氯柱前衍生法测定氨基酸含量。结果整蛋白型肠内营养制剂内的谷氨酰胺含量介于5.2~8.1g/16g氮。短肽型制剂中测得的谷氨酰胺含量明显较低(1.3~5.6g/16g氮)。结论日常肠内营养摄入可能能满足健康人的需求,但并不能为应激状态下的患者提供足量谷氨酰胺。肠内营养制剂内的谷氨酰胺含量不能满足应激患者的需要。Peter Fürst 顾良军 2005中国临床营养杂志2005,13,2:8

4Dynamic magnetic resonance defecography in 10 asymptomatic volunteers显示文摘AIM: Evaluation of the wide range of normal findings in asymptomatic women undergoing dynamic magnetic resonance (MR) defecography. METHODS: MR defecography of 10 healthy female volunteers (median age: 31 years) without previous pregnancies or history of surgery were evaluated. The rectum was filled with 180 mL gadolinium ultrasound gel mixture. MR defecography was performed in the supine position. The pelvic floor was visualized with a dynamic T2-weighted sagittal plane where all relevant pelvic floor organs were acquired during defecation. The volunteers were instructed to relax and then to perform straining maneuvers to empty the rectum. The pubococcygeal line (PCGL) was used as the line of reference. The movement of pelvic floor organs was measured as the vertical distance to this reference line. Data were recorded in the resting position as well as during the defecation process with maximal straining. Examinations were performed and evaluated by two experienced abdominal radiologists without knowledge of patient history. RESULTS: Average position of the anorectal junction was located at -5.3 mm at rest and -29.9 mm during straining. The anorectal angle widened significantly from 93° at rest to 109° during defecation. A rectocele was diagnosed in eight out of 10 volunteers showing an average diameter of 25.9 mm. The bladder base was located at a position of +23 mm at rest and descended to -8.1 mm during defecation in relation to the PCGL. The bladder base moved below the PCGL in six out of 10 volunteers, which was formally defined as a cystocele. The uterocervical junction was located at an average level of +43.1 mm at rest and at +7.9 mm during straining. The uterocervical junction of three volunteers fell below the PCGL; described formally as uterocervical prolapse. 63D Flow Past Transonic Turbine Cascade SE 1050-Experiment and Numerical Simulations显示文摘This paper is concerned with experimental and numerical research on 3D flow past prismatic turbine cascade SE1050 (known in QNET network as open test case SE1050). The primary goal was to assess the influence of the inlet velocity profile on the flow structures in the interblade channel and on the flow field parameters at the cascade exit and to compare these findings to results of numerical simulations. Investigations of 3D flow past the cascade with non-uniform inlet velocity profile were carried out both experimentally and numerically at subsonic (M 2is = 0.8) and at transonic (M 2is = 1.2) regime at design angle of incidence. Experimental data was obtained using a traversing device with a five-hole conical probe. Numerically, the 3D flow was simulated by open source code OpenFOAM and in-house code. Analyses of experimental data and CFD simulations have revealed the development of distinctive vortex structures resulting from non-uniform inlet velocity profile. Origin of these structures results in increased loss of kinetic energy and spanwise shift of kinetic energy loss coefficient distribution. Differences found between the subsonic and the transonic case confirm earlier findings available in the literature. 10Assessing hydrological and provisioning ecosystem services in a case study in Western Central Brazil显示文摘Introduction:Current land use in the Federal District,Western Central Brazil,causes problems related to the water supply which are linked to the regulation of ecosystem services(ES).In scope of an Integrated Water Resources Management concept,we further developed the web-based planning support tool GISCAME for the Pipiripau river basin case study.Methods:We introduced analyses on ecosystem potentials in the raster-based tool to assess,in a spatially explicit manner,the scenario impact on water purification,sediment retention,water retention,and provision of food and fodder in order to identify potential pathways for conserving water resources.To demonstrate the method,we assess ES depending on a number of land use/land cover change(LULCC)scenarios.Results:We found that a considerable increase of water purification and sediment retention is difficult to achieve with realistic small scale LULCC,mainly because in areas with a low potential to provide hydrological ES and thus with a high demand for sustainable land use,such as native Savanna(Cerrado)and natural forests(Mata),favorable land uses were often already existing.We observed synergies in the response of regulating hydrological ES to LULCC but at the same time also trade-offs with provision of food and fodder.Conclusions:Our findings suggest that further degradation and loss of Cerrado and Mata must be avoided and their restoration should be promoted in order to safeguard water resources.We suggest that restoration measures should be focused on arable land located at steep slopes near surface waters to effectively increase hydrological ES through the marginal reduction of provision services.Lars Koschke Carsten Lorz Christine Fürst Tobias Lehmann Franz Makeschin 2014Ecological Processes2014,3,1:2

15Estimation of disability weight for paragonimiasis:a systematic analysis显示文摘Background:Paragonimiasis,caused by helminths of the genus Paragonimus spp.,is a neglected tropical disease.Human suffering from paragonimiasis is often misunderstood and its quantification by the disability weight of the disability-adjusted life years largely varies in different global burden of disease(GBD)estimates.This paper is to systematically review clinical paragonimiasis cases and requantify the disability weight of human paragonimiasis.Methods:A systematic analysis was conducted using articles from the following databases:PubMed,Institute for Scientific Information Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,the Chinese scientific journal databases Wanfang Data and CQVIP,Africa Journal Online,and the System for Information on Grey Literature in Europe.Search terms were the combination of“paragonim*”with“clinical”or“infection”.Only articles fulfilling the following conditions were recruited for this study:the occurrence of clinical signs and symptoms of paragonimiasis in human beings were reported;diagnosis was confirmed;no comorbidities were reported;the reviewed clinical cases or epidemiological findings were not already included in any other articles.The information and frequencies of paragonimiasis outcomes from included articles using predefined data fields were extracted two times by two separate individuals.Outcome disability weights were selected mainly from the GBD 2004 and GBD 2013 datasets.Frequencies and disability weights of paragonimiasis outcomes were modelled into a decision tree using the additive approach and multiplicative approach,respectively.Monte Carlo simulations were run 5000 times for an uncertainty analysis.Results:The disability weight estimates of paragonimiasis were simulated with 5302 clinical cases from 80 general articles.The overall disability weight was estimated at 0.1927(median 0.1956)with a 95%uncertainty interval(UI)of 0.1632-0.2378 using the additive approach,and 0.1791(median 0.1816)with a 95%UI of 0.1530-0.2182 using the multiplicative approach.The simulated disability weights of Paragonimus westermani cases were higher than that of P.skrjabini cases.Lung outcomes and headache were the top two contributors to disability weight for both species.Conclusions:The use of paragonimiasis disability weight needs to be reconsidered with regard to availability of morbidity data and species variation.Calculating the disease burden of paragonimiasis requires further modification and thus has considerable implications for public health prioritization in research,monitoring,and control.Yun Feng Thomas Fürst Lu Liu Guo-Jing Yang 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:1
