| 1 | Nine compounds from the root bark of Lycium chinense and their anti-inflammatory activities显示文摘Two new compounds, named lyciumlignan D(1) and lyciumphenyl propanoid A(2), along with seven known compounds, were isolated from the root bark of Lycium chinense. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic data(UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR, CD), as well as by comparison with those of the literature. Compounds 3–9 were isolated from this genus for the first time. | 2 | Inhibiting collagen Ⅰ production and tumor cell colonization in the lung via miR-29a-3p loading of exosome-/liposome-based nanovesicles显示文摘The lung is one of the most common sites for cancer metastasis.Collagens in the lung provide a permissive microenvironment that supports the colonization and outgrowth of disseminated tumor cells.Therefore,down-regulating the production of collagens may contribute to the inhibition of lung metastasis.It has been suggested that mi R-29 exhibits effective anti-fibrotic activity by negatively regulating the expression of collagens.Indeed,our clinical lung tumor data shows that mi R-29 a-3 p expression negatively correlates with collagen I expression in lung tumors and positively correlates with patients’outcomes.However,suitable carriers need to be selected to deliver this therapeutic mi RNA to the lungs.In this study,we found that the chemotherapy drug cisplatin facilitated mi R-29 a-3 p accumulation in the exosomes of lung tumor cells,and this type of exosomes exhibited a specific lung-targeting effect and promising collagen down-regulation.To scale up the preparation and simplify the delivery system,we designed a lung-targeting liposomal nanovesicle(by adjusting the molar ratio of DOTAP/cholesterol-mi RNAs to 4:1)to carry mi R-29 a-3 p and mimic the exosomes.This liposomal nanovesicle delivery system significantly down-regulated collagen I secretion by lung fibroblasts in vivo,thus alleviating the establishment of a pro-metastatic environment for circulating lung tumor cells. | Yan Yan Cancan Du Xixi Duan Xiaohan Yao Jiajia Wan Ziming Jiang Zhongyu Qin Wenqing Li Longze Pan Zhuoyu Gu Fazhan Wang Ming Wang Zhihai Qin | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 7 |
| 3 | Bioactive thionic compounds and aromatic glycosides from Ligusticum chuanxiong显示文摘Three new thionic compounds,(S)-2-(2-carboxyl-2-hydroxyethylthio)-ferulic acid(1),(E)-2-methoxy-4-(3-(methylsulfonyl)prop-1-en-1-yl)phenol(2), and thiosenkyunolide C(3), together with two new aromatic glycosides(4 and 5) were isolated from the rhizome of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Two known compounds(6 and 7) were also obtained. Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data(UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS). Furthermore the absolute configurations were established by comparison of their calculated and experimental circular dichroism spectra and by a dimolybdenum tetraacetate [Mo_2(AcO)_4]-induced circular dichroism procedure. All compounds were evaluated against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced NO production in BV2 cells, and compounds 4 and 5 showed strong inhibitory activities with IC_(50) values of 2.03 and 3.09 μmol/L, respectively(positive control curcumin, IC_(50)=6.17 μmol/L). | 5 | Multi-scenario Simulation for 2060 and Driving Factors of the Eco-spatial Carbon Sink in the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration, China显示文摘Since China announced its goal of becoming carbon-neutral by 2060, carbon neutrality has become a major target in the development of China's urban agglomerations. This study applied the Future Land Use Simulation(FLUS) model to predict the land use pattern of the ecological space of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration, in 2060 under ecological priority, agricultural priority and urbanized priority scenarios. The Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs(In VEST) model was employed to analyse the spatial changes in ecological space carbon storage in each scenario from 2020 to 2060. Then, this study used a Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR) model to determine the main driving factors that influence the changes in land carbon sinking capacity. The results of the study can be summarised as follows: firstly, the agricultural and ecological priority scenarios will achieve balanced urban expansion and environmental protection of resources in an ecological space. The urbanized priority scenario will reduce the carbon sinking capacity. Among the simulation scenarios for 2060, carbon storage in the urbanized priority scenario will decrease by 112.26 × 10^(6) t compared with that for 2020 and the average carbon density will decrease by 0.96 kg/m^(2) compared with that for 2020. Carbon storage in the agricultural priority scenario will increase by 84.11 × 10^(6) t, and the average carbon density will decrease by 0.72 kg/m^(2). Carbon storage in the ecological priority scenario will increase by 3.03 × 10^(6) t, and the average carbon density will increase by 0.03 kg/m^(2). Under the premise that the population of the town will increases continuously, the ecological priority development approach may be a wise choice.Secondly, slope, distance to river and elevation are the most important factors that influence the carbon sink pattern of the ecological space in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration, followed by GDP, population density, slope direction and distance to traffic infrastructure.At the same time, urban space expansion is the main cause of the changes of this natural factors. | 11 | Alopecuroidines A-C, three matrine-derived alkaloids from the seeds of Sophora alopecuroides显示文摘Three matrine-derived alkaloids, alopecuroidine A(1), alopecuroidine B(2 a) and alopecuroidine C(2 b)were isolated from the seeds of Sophora alopecuroides. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and X-ray diffraction. Three compounds possess an unprecedented rearranged fused7/6/5/6 tetracyclic skeleton with a diazacycloheptane structure. Their plausible biosynthetic pathway was also proposed. The anti-proliferative activities of compounds 1 and 2 a were examined by the MTT assay.Compound 1 inhibited the viability of human lung cancer A549 cells, having a half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) of 7.58 ± 2.47 μmol/L at 72 h. The flow cytometric analysis suggested that 1 inhibited A549 cell growth by inducing apoptosis and cell-cycle arrest. Additionally, 1 induced the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, elevated intracellular reactive oxygen species, increased the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, stimulated cleaved-caspase-3 and P53 protein levels, and suppressed the pro-caspase-3 level. | 13 | Radio Frequency Interference Mitigation and Statistics in the Spectral Observations of FAST显示文摘In radio astronomy,radio frequency interference(RFI)becomes more and more serious for radio observational facilities.The RFI always influences the search and study of the interesting astronomical objects.Mitigating the RFI becomes an essential procedure in any survey data processing.The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)is an extremely sensitive radio telescope.It is necessary to find out an effective and precise RFI mitigation method for FAST data processing.In this work,we introduce a method to mitigate the RFI in FAST spectral observation and make a statistic for the RFI using~300 h FAST data.The details are as follows.First,according to the characteristics of FAST spectra,we propose to use the Asymmetrically Reweighted Penalized Least Squares algorithm for baseline fitting.Our test results show that it has a good performance.Second,we flag the RFI with four strategies,which are to flag extremely strong RFI,flag long-lasting RFI,flag polarized RFI,and flag beam-combined RFI,respectively.The test results show that all the RFI above a preset threshold could be flagged.Third,we make a statistic for the probabilities of polarized XX and YY RFI in FAST observations.The statistical results could tell us which frequencies are relatively quiescent.With such statistical data,we are able to avoid using such frequencies in our spectral observations.Finally,based on the~300 h FAST data,we obtained an RFI table,which is the most complete database currently for FAST. | Chuan-Peng Zhang Jin-Long Xu Jie Wang Yingjie Jing Ziming Liu Ming Zhu Peng Jiang | 2022 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,2: | 0 |

| 16 | The FAST all sky HI survey(FASHI):The first release of catalog显示文摘The FAST All Sky HI survey(FASHI)was designed to cover the entire sky observable by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),spanning approximately 22000 square degrees of declination between-14°and+66°,and in the frequency range of 1050-1450 MHz,with the expectation of eventually detecting more than 100000 HI sources.Between August 2020 and June 2023,FASHI had covered more than 7600 square degrees,which is approximately 35%of the total sky observable by FAST.It has a median detection sensitivity of around 0.76 m Jy beam-1and a spectral line velocity resolution of~6.4 km s-1at a frequency of~1.4 GHz.As of now,a total of 41741 extragalactic HI sources have been detected in the frequency range 1305.5-1419.5 MHz,corresponding to a redshift limit of z■0.09.By cross-matching FASHI sources with the Siena Galaxy Atlas(SGA)and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS)catalogs,we found that 16972(40.7%)sources have spectroscopic redshifts and 10975(26.3%)sources have only photometric redshifts.Most of the remaining 13794(33.0%)HI sources are located in the direction of the Galactic plane,making their optical counterparts difficult to identify due to high extinction or high contamination of Galactic stellar sources.Based on current survey results,the FASHI survey is an unprecedented blind extragalactic H I survey.It has higher spectral and spatial resolution and broader coverage than the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA Survey(ALFALFA).When completed,FASHI will provide the largest extragalactic HI catalog and an objective view of HI content and large-scale structure in the local universe. | Chuan-Peng Zhang Ming Zhu Peng Jiang Cheng Cheng Jing Wang Jie Wang Jin-Long Xu Xiao-Lan Liu Nai-Ping Yu Lei Qian Haiyang Yu Mei Ai Yingjie Jing Chen Xu Ziming Liu Xin Guan Chun Sun Qingliang Yang Menglin Huang Qiaoli Hao FAST Collaboration | 2024 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2024,67,1: | 0 |
